How'd you get a picture of me danglin' at the end of my rope?
Again, I don't think Yaacov would let his life's work go up in smoke and mirrors. Not enough money in 3.5 billion shares, whatever, at .0014 to make it worth sinking the ship and ruining a reputation. Product is good and the man is proud. This boat won't sink without a huge effort at the bilge pump.
Woody, still danglin'.
GSA approval is in its final stage and will also be announced soon. (Matter of weeks).
That was Jan. 8th of this year. We should be getting a PR about GSA approval, say, this week?
Woody, trembling with anticipation.
It could explain the .02 before Christmas.
Yaacov might have missed his own schedule or misjudged a timetable. Certainly there has been a switch of some kind taking place. Since we, the shareholders, don't know what it is we cannot ascertain the positive or negative nature of it. But with all the developments we should be able to surmise it has a positive bias to it. Looking at the the chart one cannot help but notice the slow, almost, well managed drop in PPS. I don't think the news fluffs to the public were meant to raise PPS at all. He's transmitting information to someone other than us, the shareholders. Financials are not a requisite for whomever he's communicating to. I am going to take the 2008 shareholders letter at face value, therefore. I will wait. I seem to get the feeling that Yaacov has bet the farm and it's a pretty darn foregone conclusion that he's got an ace up his sleeve.
Woody, puttin' my quarter in the one armed bandit.
Wait a minute....Pamo
Free kits? He was giving away free kits? When was that?
Woody
Sooooo, you're implying maybe
that some kind of deal is going down at the moment?
Hmmmmm. It could mean Yaacov is trying to get out of some cow manure at the moment? Could be embarassing for him with shareholders until cleaned up? Hmmmmm.
Woodrow
yaacov must be holed up in one of those bomb shelters in Sderot 'cause he's disappeared.
I really don't know what responsibility a CEO like Yaacov has to shareholders of a 3.5 billion share company that's maybe worth a few million if that? Come on, it's only money to us but it's his life blood. The guy literally has spent his lifetime on this. It's his reputation, that's it. I mean, I have my movie scripts, I don't NEED Identa, this is an investment for me. But for him, it's his life. Dramatic difference.
He'll make something of his life, IDENTA.
Woody, rop-a-dopin' to the oldies.
Just some observations:
Volume not so strong. (plus or minus)
Ended on the high of the day with a strong ask. (plus)
Most other gold stocks had similar or stronger showings with no news. (neutral)
Everything is set to make the perfect storm here. POG, assays, leach pads and milling facility ready to go, another second drill results in the future. No more litigation. Clear sailing for the forseeable future. Silver will be next to take off and GSPG (Comstock) is also known for it's silver. (big plus)
Next few months could be very dramatic. Not too late to load the skiff even if your galley is full.
Woody.
Interesting competition at Xlar.com
A privately held company as of now.
I wonder if Yaacov doesn't want to take Identa private? Dilute, let the price fall, buy all outstanding shares (or could be buying now) and then go private, forcing the few unfortunate holdouts to collapse. Recent investors and inventor, along with Yaacov and family, become the sole owners of the, now, privately held company.
Woody, having a bad dream last night.
JohnnyV
Think you did some fine DD yesterday. I think you're on to something big with GSA and the TV show. Really fine deductive reasoning there.
My imagination started working with the STD test kits. Bird flu might come in handy. Only problem with these kits is you have to get too close to the subject being tested to take a sample. 'Crazy Stockholder' test kit would only need to read these boards.
Richie, I'm up reading about the day ahead. We are in for some fireworks in the markets. Doubt my wife is going to be happy with my preoccupation. I'm super glued to this 'stupid investor' screen.
Well, I'll give Yaacov and his cohorts a lot of leeway and a big thumb up as all I had to do is put in a buy order for my shares. I see a lot of blood, sweat and tears on the IDTA web sites that I have a lot of admiration for.
Woody, rope burns on both hands trying to hang on.
Shakin' the bush, boss.
Richie, I needed that thrashing, man. And I shook my head and, as concrete as ever, nothing popped out. I agree with you. I was temporarily looking for one strand of silver lining, just one, just a sliver, a morsel of truth, a comfort zone of hope, a benefit of garlic to stem the cancer. OK, I'm sane again. The shock therapy worked.
Woody, floatin' again. Whew.
Richie, dilution.
It doesn't necessarily increase the float and might serve several purposes which have been stated by you and others. It gives more control to Yaacov. It staves off any kind of take over, hostile or friendly. It rewards and quiets disgruntled inventors or investors. It gives them promise of future raise in PPS because shares at this PPS are basically worthless and certainly couldn't be dumped on such a thin market. Insiders have to be promised that their cut of the pie is going to increase in value and with a possible buy-out of the company or serious spurt in share price because of a near future event all these people become well compensated for their patience. I think his shifty approach to share dilution can actually be spun positively in light of his own projections and promises and who he's given them to.
I'm also dreamin' of a white Christmas.
Woody, water logged, as usual.
JohnnyV, I know it's old. Richie,
can JohnnyV be right? I know all you say is true and I've watched this scenario persist with Yaacov and it's tiring. BUT, I hear the apology in his voice, like JohnnyVits, and even though it's going against my grain and common judgements I'm still 'in' till 2Q. It's not curiosity that keeps me hangin'. Probably greed, but the product is worth a wait.
Question? Has anybody on the board ordered any of the product on the web site? I'm thinking that might be a good place to start. Not just test it out but see if it ever even arrives. As a D&D item that's not really very expensive a test. Might get a letter back from Yaacov that shareholders, as he recognizes you from the return address, are not allowed to purchase product at this time but will have to wait till Q2. (Bad joke)
Woody, driftin' down stream.
Johnnyvits, thank you.
First time I've ever heard Yaacov. Actually, very interesting to hear tone of voice and word usage. I come away believing him.
Some points of the interview:
'We have revenues and reinvesting them and when revenues revealed for 2007...' Releasing financials for '03 '04 '05. He's sorry he didn't do it before he left for the States. Working with lawyer to take steps to upgrade position in the stock market. We don't really have competitors....Wow.
Next few months everybody will understand....
Thanks again, J-vits. I know this is probably old hat for some but new for me. Thanks again.
Woody waitin' with baited breath. Hangin' till the rope breaks.
Gets one all pumped up again
Just reading about the possibilities and reseeding our hopes that the full skinny will, indeed, surface.
Woody, going to have some really fine dreams tonight.
Richie, you might have hit on something.
Poison pill. Possible. Rocky sort of brought it out, too, that the share dilution has been secret for a long time. What Yaccov is dealing with here could very well need a poison pill to keep the hounds and wolves at bey/bay. The PPS and the dilution make sense from that perspective.
BUT, this is Israel. We are a long way from charts, handshakes and Gordon Gecko. Shareholders are at the bottom of Yaccov's list. However, investors/Inventor have to have dumb money to slide those billions of shares off on at some price. A PPS spiraling down does not inspire confidence and an Investor/Inventor taking shares in a losing endeavor is a moron. So, this gives me hope. (Skimpy, huh?)
Waiting for Yaccov to come forward is like waiting for the hump back to mate. I think it would be good if one of us living here could go to the 'factory' and see for ourselves what is going on and visit with the CEO. (Where's Midas when you need him?)
Woody, with his rope down his IMVHO throat.
Very enlightening, Ricardo.
Obviously we, the little shareholders, are not foremost on Shoham's mind. What does surprise me is that the inventor would take shares in a downward spiraling company as compensation with no way of unloading to receive fair market value, or maybe he's a complete moron about financial matters.
There is something else going on here. It could be good (which is what we hope) or it could be as damaging as a gold mining company CEO selling a mining property in Mongolia for which he doesn't own the claims he says he does. This company is in Israel, folks. It's a world away from charts, handshakes, and Gordon Gecko.
I would be willing to check out the production lines, if allowed, and report something back to 'us.' (Where's Midas when you need him, Richie?)
Woody, with his rope stuffed down his IMVHO throat.
Richie, you could have hit upon something here.
It's possible this dilution is a sign that his inner circle is giving him the 'last chance' and they are also about to revolt and rebel. We may be seeing the last gasp of a desperate CEO and this dilution might actually be a very strong signal to us loyal shareholders that things are about to change. Promises, promises, and now even the inventor is putting heat on. For what he could have had (what he had been promised), this dilution is a small pitance if the share price continues to tank. I think Yaccov has been given a window and if he doesn't pull it off he's out. JMVHO.
Woody, hangin' till the rope breaks.
What's the point of giving away shares
in a worthless company? These investors and our genius inventor are not dumb are they, getting watered down shares in a company with no future? I doubt they think that and neither should we. It is still tough to take without the full skinny here but I'm sure we will get it soon enough.
Woody, rope's a little tight around the nads right now.
The number of shares issued sure make it hard to stomach none-the-less. Be interesting to see how they dig us out of this pickle barrel?
One last thought, Ricardo:
I am thinking that Yaccov's Christmas message about .02 cents was actually a covert way of telling us the future. He is working on product and sales in order to sell the company and expects to receive .02 cents per share when the deal is struck. It would make financial exposure unnecessary as a pre-deal has been worked out. That's my pendulum swinging way to the left but still attached to the clock. Swinging back to the right, we have a fantastic future with Identa and the product is going to catch on around the world and make us all millionaires. Yaccov's non disclosure of money matters is idiosyncratic and only reflects his personal bias toward disclosure. Pendulum in the middle is right where we are now with no information and day light hours starting to get longer (thank goodness).
Woody, hangin' till the rope breaks. (Rope burn blisters beginning to bubble up on this one)
Ricardo, I'm wondering...
If the dollar exchange rate is a burr under the finger nail right now? It's gone from 4.0 at the beginning of the year to 3.709 today. That's a whopping worry if you're selling in dollars and buying raw material in shekels and doing other business (paying taxes, etc..) in shekels. Also, I'm sure our situation is somewhat affected by the DOW and swings in economic outlook maybe?
It's been a long, slow, downhill, slide for many of us looking at the chart. A nice bounce up to a penny would be sensational. Interesting to watch the sales volume and time of day. Certainly seems like something going on behind the scenes which you have been exploring at depth lately. IMHO it deserves watching closely.
Still picking up the stray share as it cascades lower.
Woody, hangin' till the rope breaks.
Thanks, Richie, that is basically It!
I use IDTA as a savings bond sort of situation. Every week I buy my bond for the cause and soak up some of those free radical shares that could give us cancer before the Q2 vaccine shows up.
Woody (I guess I could hang here till the rope breaks, huh?)
New drug out right up our IDTA alley.
Agents warn of new drug hitting U.S.
Federal officials say 'extreme Ecstasy' is a potent drug laced with methamphetamines.
Santiago Esparza / The Detroit News
Federal agents are targeting a turbo-charged form of Ecstasy that is gaining in popularity, fearing it will lead to fatal overdoses similar to ones experienced a few years ago caused by heroin mixed with fentanyl.
Michigan and nine other states along Canada's border would see the first wave of any such overdoses, and officials are warning that the so-called "extreme Ecstasy," which is mixed with methamphetamines, is becoming a problem.
"They (drug dealers) are remarketing and packaging it and trying to glamorize it," said Scott Burns, deputy director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy. "We just went through this issue with fentanyl. We learned a lot of things from that. We have to get on it early and get on it aggressively."
Lax views toward drug use in Canada, coupled with successes scored by U.S. agents against European Ecstasy producers and smugglers, have fueled the problem, Burns said.
Federal agents seized about 5.4 million dosage units of Ecstasy in the 10 states near the Canadian border in 2006, up dramatically from the 568,000 units seized in 2003, according to statistics from Burns' office.
About 55 percent of the units had methamphetamines in them, Burns said.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police officials do not dispute that their country has seen an increase in Ecstasy production or smuggling. They said 5.2 million units smuggled in from Canada were seized in the United States in 2004, up from 1.1 million in 2004, according to data collected with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, RCMP officials said.
RCMP officials could not say how much of what was seized had methamphetamines.
"Prior to the past few years, we were seeing drugs brought into Canada," said RCMP Corporal Cathy McCrory. "We have taken the unsavory title of exporter of this drug."
Richard Isaacson, special DEA agent and public information officer for the Detroit field division, said it is too early to call extreme Ecstasy a problem in Michigan. But he said there is no denying that Ecstasy is coming into the country in droves through Canada.
"This is one of the major routes Ecstasy is making its way into the U.S.," he said, noting the Detroit office handles Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. "It needs to be understood that Ecstasy on its own is a dangerous, potentially fatal drug. People have died from ecstasy. Mixing it with another hallucinogen you are going to exacerbate the damage."
Burns said federal drug officials now will warn medical facilities, drug treatment sites and others to get the word out.
"This is a public health issue," Burns said.
Down to one and counting.
The following discussion and analysis summarizes the results of operations of Sunrise Mining Corporation, Inc. (the "Sunrise" or "we") for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007.
Sunrise is a mining exploration company that currently holds one property in Mongolia. The Company previously held two properties in Mongolia, one property was allowed to expire after some work was done but the results did not justify any more financial expenditure. Sunrise is looking for to acquire some good properties in other places. Currently, the Company focuses its resources primarily on the development and financing of its Mongolian property. At present, its property is not in production and, consequently, it has no current operating income.
Overview
Sunrise owns a 100% ownership interest in a prospective copper/gold mining property called the Khul Morit property (Exploration License No. 6283x) located in south central Mongolia that consists of approximately 494 hectares.
Richie, I'm stoked AND think my pie analogy
deserves another look. I think the scent is savory. And I think Yaacov is plowing along with enough product to make the industry sit up and take notice.
I will stress one thing that might need be taken into account with regards to Yaacov's factory being in Israel. My experience over the years here is that it takes several trips to get an official to issue anything, ie., driver's license, vehicle title, passport pages, visas, etc.. I can't imagine how he navigates the business climate over here? I'm sure if we'd ask him he'd say that this was indeed one of the many hurdles that has caused him to miss deadlines to his shareholders, especially on the financial disclosure. And it may be that he is in a sensitive position over here if he reveals his financial position at present due to taxes and paperwork and permits. And he certainly can't explain this stuff to shareholders without tipping his hand to the very government officials that he's trying to negotiate with. So, I'd take these things into account when racking him over the American perspective coals. I think he's doing a great job and I'll say this again. I've bought this company for two reasons: one, he's Jewish (for many of you out there this might be a negative but to me it's one of two positives); two, his product line is only growing in an industry that is needing the growth as terrorists and criminals get more sophisticated.
And my asking about the lack of volume? I think these spurts of volume one day and then zero volume the next day are very indicative of something but I don't have the slightest idea what. That's why I asked. I see I'm not the only one to have noticed. Richard, you must have looked into this a bit. I see you have thought it might be Alliance dumping shares. I don't think so. Not enough volume in this stock to dump at these prices. Need 100 million shares a day with 2.5 billion outstanding to be able to dump convincingly. I think the volume might be related to frustrated shareholders throwing in the towel. MHO.
Well, I'm trying to load up the truck today and average down significantly here. I believe in this company and in this CEO, come hell or high water. Keep those candles lite and you won't wander around in darkness.
WoodenIndian smokin' a cuban cigar.
Richie's right, I smell it too.
Like some apple pie cooking in the kitchen. It's too hot to touch yet, sitting in the window cooling. When it's served I'll bet there'll be whipped cream to put on top of it.
Woody.
Wow, this isn't good. I've put in a bid but no takers.
Woody.
So, when are we going to hear all the positive
news from the November sales trip abroad? Maybe I just missed it in all the lead hype?
Woody
See the cores from Khul Morit
compliments of Copper17.
http://s33.photobucket.com/albums/d58/copper17/
These are the reasons I got interested in Magnum D'Or in the first place. Tim Sun has done a fabulous job of retaining interest in the two properties and now we move forward with a very bright future.
Woody.
Chucker, I've averaged down the whole last year.
I'm starting at .009. OUCH.
If there is some wonderful secret about Alliance it would be a comfort and surprise that would make Christmas/Hannukah a special event. I could use some celebration news.
Woody.
Could somebody explain why there is so little volume?
I still have not gotten a very definitive answer when I ask this. Alliance is all that I get referred to. Not enough. I think there is a bigger answer but I don't know what it could be? There just is not enough volume to indicate the share volume available.
And we have the financials. I agree with Richie, that we have got to have financials. I don't understand Yaacov's silence unless there is the viable possibility of generating a sell to some other company. I think that is a serious possibility. And when the time is right there will be a pump of the share price. It ain't now.
Woody.
Actually, I'm thinking this is a target
for take over. Perfectly positioned with lots of poduct.
IMHO
Woody
Aiming4, I certainly see the viability of this product
and think it could open up a WalMart distribution possibility for consumers on a US continental scale. With people seriously concerned about their child's safety and not knowing what products are safe and having a very easy way to test their purchases could catapult this product onto commercial selves. Hope so. About time. IDTA is certainly on the cutting edge of commercial relevance. The fact that they got this product out on the edge of the particular problem is a spectacular cue. We could be seeing the awakening of IDTA.
Woody
Orangeman, of course, you are right BUT
the stinky volume asks so many questions that just can't be answered. How can there be a day with no volume on a stock that has 450 million shares in circulation or 2.5 billion issued? Something is seriously wrong here. It avails one to suppose that there are few holders, indeed. We're preaching to the choir, so to speak. I don't know? I just don't think there are good answers here and the information mounts mountains of questions.
Woody.
I'm with you Richie.
And I, too, am a glass half empty.
Hope I can down a full glass soon with full disclosure.
Outstanding Shares: 2,500,000,000 as of 2007-04-16
Authorized Shares: 2,500,000,000 as of 2007-04-16
Float: 450,000,000 as of 2007-04-16
Number of Shareholders of Record: 65 as of 2007-04-16
Also, Richie,
This is, without a doubt, Yaacov's moment to burst forth. What confuses me about being honest to shareholders is we're talking about, what, 65? Come on, not even enough to fill a small, very small convention center hall and still have room for another 65. Now I know why there wasn't any interest in my wanting to form an IDTA club in J-town. There weren't any members to be had (well, Dubi could but we'd be only two and two isn't a Jewish quorum for a meeting of opinion. Small joke there. Very small.)
Another thing that I just can't fathom is how there can be such low volume with so many share out and a float that is, what, 450 mil? One day last week ZERO shares were traded. ZERO. I've seen this sort of behavior before when PR's were pending. I think it's a good sign that shareholders believe in the product and Yaacov really does have an opportunity here. A big opportunity.
Just a very humble opinion.
Woody.
Richie,
We have one month left till the price is promised to reach .o2. I personally can't wait. 30 days!!!!! We've slugged through swamps, climbed mountains, hunkered down in blizzards and now here we are, the promised land. I am optimistic. Sure hope those PR's this next week give us some numbers. Jawboning isn't enough. Hey, was that volume uptick, price spiral, caused by somebody throwing in the towel? Looked like the last act of a desperate man.
WoodenIndian
Gents and speculators and other none combatants
It's been a long haul in Morocco (where I've been making a movie). I'm glad to be back and I've kept track of all you've said and done and appreciate the personal notes.
As per the company. Not much has changed. I believe in it. I think we will wind up being very thankful in a short period of time.
Notice one thing. Today no shares were traded. When the water goes out what is about to happen? TSUNAMI.
Yaacov is working very hard. Always keep in mind two things. We have a very good product in a market that is needing it and expanding. There is an Israeli at the helm, need I say more. I've banked on these two things above all else even when I've not had sufficient evidence that something is about to happen. We will get the financials and when we do all will awaken and surge like the wave of a Tsunami. Patience is always an investors' nightmare.
Richie is my good friend and introduced me to IDTA. I have always enjoyed his insights and his foresights. He has stuck with IDTA through all the hard times. His repeated requests for financial information has kept the IDTA investors abreast of the obligation of management to perform. This struggle may now be coming to an end. Richie, thank you.
All the shareholders of IDTA have been loyal and foreward lookng. This is all that management could ever ask.
Let's invest with confidence, looking toward a further reward.
WoodenIndian
Volume does not suggest there's a problem. I know we can speculate till the moon turns red but the volume just isn't there, not present for huge manipulation. Rather, it suggests to me that we have a very shallow based shareholder group and need to expand the awareness of our product. I don't know how you do this? I think all the ingredients are present for upward momentum but there are no buyers. A million shares traded a day does not a base make. We need more volume and more shareholder interest. PR's are only a small promotional tool. A wide based advertising campaign may be in order. I don't know how this is done in this medium?
Woody
It's possible that there are not enough buyer/shareholders to support better volume. I don't think there is any manipulation as the volume per shares outstanding is so very low. I think our problem is not enough exposure and number of shareholder/buyers. Yaacov does not have a large base at all. The volume speaks to this. It should be 10 million a day at the present dilution. IMHO.
Woody.
