Dare, dare, Richie.
There certainly was something very strange about yesterday's trading. We might have hit something substantial in the way of a turn-around. I don't know much about bottom fishing but yesterday's volume and trading was different.
Woody.
Loved it. Thanks Johnnyvits.
I think Richie might have hit upon a little something with this retirement possibility. I don't think Yaacov's been feeling too well this winter. I know I keep drumming on this, but I really think it's true, when this starts to move, and it will, everybody is going to be thinking of the great times we had down here and wishing we had all bought more shares. I know how it works, I've been here so many times before and I've let fear rule my trigger finger and pulled out when I should have been in.
Thanks again. It was really good and fun. Brought a smile to my aging face.
Woody.
Teachen34, that is one of the most
Interesting posts I've read on this board in weeks. Insightful and worth a read over and over again. These are noticeable patterns for anyone that's watched Pinks long enough.
Woody
Richie, I think that is a serious
contender here. It would explain why Yaacov is not really pushing for full disclosure since he's not going to be at the helm. It would give the new skipper a real ship-shape image to square the yard arm and set sail. I think you're right. Yaacov is probably wanting to spend time with grandchildren.
Woody.
Cheer up guys. Don't give up. Look what could happen. We've got good product (s), we're getting a solid base established around the world (if you believe the PRs) and we've got a bulldog for a CEO that won't give up and is tenaciously gripping the trouser leg, so to speak. When the dust clears I want to be able to say "I was here at this bargain-basement price." I don't want to compare apples to oranges here but these examples give some cheer along the way. M VERY HO.

Allez, our last PR would suggest
that we are in the rumor stage of another wait for drill results so this next week should be a considerable up week. Selling the fact this next time will depend on the 'encouraging' results of drill program 2. IMHO
Woody
Vits, thanks
I go back there, too. I have some small experience in Pinks and if I have believed in a product I try not to forget why I finally bought into it. I will average down again if they will fill me. It's only on past experience and some great testimonies and that shareholders' letter (which really did spell out a grand scheme for '08 and to which Yaacov has, personally, staked his own reputation to) which have me wanting to step back and cool off and wait. Waiting is the hardest. 2Q and I'll have another Murphy's.
Thanks again to all on the thread.
Woody.
PS. I always read everything that's written and enjoy it.
Thanks Rocky.
It's tough when you can see things going on and have absolutely no answers and have averaged down for over a year now.
Woody.
Hey, Rocky,
'transfer' does not have a technical definition here nor does it have a good one.
It's my 'poor man's' definition of a controlled sale so the price doesn't tank with the unloading of too many shares at one time. The systematic unloading of shares from some unscrupulous source for a nefarious purpose that we, honest dopes, don't have knowledge of. I'm just hearing the fat lady breaking glass with the shrill vibrato of our chart; the systematic bleeding of our share price, dotted with nothing but 'good' fluff. I also must apologize for the two pints of Murphy's I had before letting my restless leg syndrome do the talking. Probably more honest anyway.
Woody, fit to be tied at the end of his rope but willing to average down one last time if he could ever find a bottom to the pit.
The FAT LADY sang today.
I don't think this is going to stop until we hit .0004 because there are a lot more shares to pump into this dump. Add 4 million a day for a hundred days and you have only 400 million shares. Whoever is doing this systematic sell BS is really clever. I can't tell if it's a transfer or an outright dump? What is clear is that this company is going to have a hell of a time patching up it's credibility. It's shot to hell and back. Yaacov has no plan and doesn't know what to do except take this baby private or sell. He's in a corner and there's no way out except bail on us shareholders. I sort of feel sorry for him except that it's my money he's flushed down the sh-thole. Sorry.
She hit a high C today.
Woody.
Thanks RUL
noticed just above us on Ihub
as of 01-25-2008 the o/s is 2,862,775,764 a/s 3,950,000,000
as per message #msg-26282654
But I did notice that they changed the stats on yahoo and thought it interesting that they chose the time of drill result release. Means nothing.
Woody.
The float's been that high? Authorized shares
have been 2.5 billion forever but the float on the stats page did change in the last few days.
Hey, ALL, just noticed
the float now contains all 2.5 billion shares. That's a new stat isn't it?. Could be an interesting new development. Anybody? Shows up on Yahoo Statistics.
Woody.
Actually, this says it all. Ignore former post.
Other web address didn't work.
http://www.goldspring.us/latestPhotos.htm
there.
Woody
GSPG web site says it all.
http://www.goldspring.us/latestPhotos.ht...
The company is obviously excited by this, as well.
Woody.
A must read from MrBigShot on Yahoo MS Boards.
1/200....
AINT HAPPENIN'.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IS A STOCK "RESTRICTION"
WHY?
I'LL TELL YA'
2.5 BILLION SHARES OUT WITH ONLY 625,000,000 SHARES IN FLOAT AT TODAYS VALUE OF $13,875,000.00. AND NEEDS AN S.E.C. MINIMUN MARKET SHARE OF $ 75,000,000.00 TO QUALIFY FOR A "REVERSE SPLIT" OR 12 - 14 CENTS PER SHARE. CHECK FOR YOURSELF HERE.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/form10q.htm
A STOCK RESRTICTION COSTS $0.00.
A SPLIT OF ANY KIND WILL COST GOLDSPRING, A P.T.C.(PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY), A COST OF 3-5% OF THE VALUE OF THE SPLIT. AGAIN, CHECK IT OUT HERE
http://www.sec.gov/answers/form10q.htm
NOW, BEING THAT THEY HAVE ALL THOSE SHARES ON THE SHELF......
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
I DUNNO, ME I WOULD KEEP MY 3-5%.
AGAIN, WATCH FOR MORE SPIKES IN VOLUME WHEN WE HIT THE .12 CENT MARK.
ALSO, DON'T FORGET M.C.F. HAS THIER $ 11.5 MILLION INTEREST WHICH PUTS THEM OUT FLAT @ .14 CENTS.
WE SHOULD DEFFINATLY SEE A MINIMUM OF .37 CENTS BY APRIL.
IN MY HONEST OPINION.
YES, I AM THE SH_T.
HAVE A WONDERFUL NIGHT AND ENJOY THE RIDE.
WARMEST REGARDS,
MR. BIG SHOT
Somebody IS selling into the PR.
We're screwed. Well, boys, I just don't get a CEO that would sell his company down the river like this without a bailout or a parachute in the works for his own arz? I'm speechless. This is ugly. Richie, you have been wasting your breath on this CEO. I think we are going to take a bath and drown.
Woody, strangling on his rope.
Also would seem that if you don't
average down a going private will eat your lunch with this low PPS. I'm not suggesting anything. I'm just wondering how to make a go of a very bad situation.
Woody.
DOW down, gold down. We've had a
spectacular run. It's time for a little breather
before the PR. All very natural.
Woody.
Setting up to sell
or go private.
No other explanation possible. Certainly not working toward shareholder value.
Woody.
Richie, I'm going to have to laugh a bit here. (Sardonic hahaha)
If I were Yaacov and read the boards I might be tempted to send the 15% retail investors into the fires of purgatory/hell on general principles. The only redemption I see for Yaacov is to take it private and pay the large investors from the growing pot of lucrative sales that have never been made public but sound like they are there in world class numbers. It's a shame Yaacov might have a bit of that 'eye for an eye' going on in him that would cut us little guys out of a share just because we bad mouthed him a bit for not keeping a single promise to us. He might have gotten his feelings hurt?
Well, this is going to be costly.
Woody.
January 24th
They said they would get the assays back within 4 business days and then review it, I believe. The review may well take awhile as they ponder when it might be best to release the findings along with news of the second drill program? Don't know. It's just a whale of a fun ride. Now the question is, when will the ride start down the other side? Or will it ever?
Woody
Another possibility is
that they have a lot to look at. And then they have to decide how to organize it in a PR for maximum effectiveness. It's very possible that they are waiting for round two so they can add that those drill results are even more encouraging. A HO.
Woody.
Tell you the truth.
Orangeman, I think you are probably closer to the truth than most of us. I don't think Yaacov knows half as much as we give him credit for, or pays attention to. I think he's working along the lines of getting his product into publications and working on the best Web site and contacting folks in gov't and top cops. I don't think he knows much at all about our speculations or cares. We're shareholders and this is our domain. His is running a company and product and bottom line. He's probably a procrastinator about filing (like I am) and he really isn't so interested in that side of it all. Seems to be a very simple, direct person from my brief engagements with him. He gets hurt by people being rude to him, too.
Naked shorts, he might ask? What's that, some kind of new beach wear? It's funny. I remember when it took up weeks and weeks of talk and speculation. Now the after hour trading. Yaacov wouldn't waste a breath of time on something like this even if it did exist, which it doesn't. So, what is really happening with this stock? I think it's just a matter of time and patience and having the guts to buy more when the price is low. That's experience talking. You investors do what you want but I think you will regret not sticking with this one. It's MVHO.
Woody, using the angle of the dangle.
This was a serious shake-out of weak hands. Wow. If we continue to see improvement this is a very 'positive' that we are looking at some very good assays. The tree has been shaken very vigorously.
Unless we see assays today we might be hitting a
speed bump here. Looks like there might be a small profit taking from people pulling the trigger a bit prematurely OR it could be that there has been a leak at the lab and we are seeing the resultant sell-off.
Woody. Holding fast.
Garagist, this little adventure
has a whole lot going for it outside the present situation. It probably has not done me a whole lot of good to focus so negatively on the spiral down and if I am any kind of a believer I will continue to average down here, and especially here. It is at these darkest of mements that the greatest gains are made (fortunes). MVHO is that Identa is a fortune maker.
Woody, no pinochio growing on this face.
Desktop just calved (caved?)
Let's all take a stab at this. Kind of fun while we wait. Norton eludes to the utility and you've sort of had a crash, yes? You need a new puter, Richie. How you gonna average down when IDTA goes .0009?
I really don't know what to think anymore. I'm out of brain cells on this one. Out.
Woody.
This here is the most indicative
that something very wrong is going on. The price is staying at .0013 while 14 million shares trade hands on a 1.5 million average stock? No. This is the bottom and the end. This is indicative of our stupidity and our gullibility. I don't know how much the CEO knows about this? BUT, patience has run out. AND yet I'll stay because I have no where to dump my IDTA shares.
Woody.
Stopped.
Too strange. Too weird. Too, like studio 54 and Andy Warhol and like trippin'. Might need one of those detectors to detect where the bottom is....of this stock, not mine. Feelin' like I've been thundered and lightenin'ed, I better knock on wood. I believe I will. Ooooo, feel better. This is the end or the bottom. You decide.
woody.
I don't know, Pamo?
I think if two chimps saw us staring at them through the bars they might say, 'I sure am glad we're not evolved from them.'
There are two of us still in the IDTA cage. 11.7 mil and counting.
woody, speechless
hehheh, ya' somethin' like that. Nice one.
But I think it's more like trading underwear down here.
woody, streakless.
Well, 8.5 million shares at .0013
is dumping. Nobody making an investment would sell down here. Or maybe it's a nice transfer of controlled selling between known parties as Richie might surmise? Volume like this needs a little move up IMHO.
Woody, rope burns where the sun don't shine.
Thought you might get a kick out of this.
Identa Corp. (OTCPS: IDTA), formerly Buoy Club Inc. (OTCPS: BYCI), sails the Canaveral Star, a gentlemen’s club cruise ship. The company offers adult entertainment services and limousine services. The ship has five full service liquor bars, complimentary buffet dinners, first class V.I.P. lounges, a dance floor with disc jockey, and late night menu. Identa Corp. also offers first class private cabins are available for guests. The company is based in Jerusalem, Israel.
Woody, wanting to know when this ship sails?
Using their own timetable it should come out later this week. This is a very nice run up to release which might indicate (since there are leaks all along the way) that we have really good assay results. I'm encouraged by the move today. Of course, gold is up and we couldn't ask for a more perfect storm.
good luck all.
Woody.
Hope everybody is awake for a big day?
Gold is struggling to put on another show this week and I think we'll have it with another rate cut in the talking stage. Dollar boat has huge hole in it and we are due for some huge news out on GSPG. Looking forward to a stellar % rise in PPS.
Woody.
How'd you get a picture of me danglin' at the end of my rope?
Again, I don't think Yaacov would let his life's work go up in smoke and mirrors. Not enough money in 3.5 billion shares, whatever, at .0014 to make it worth sinking the ship and ruining a reputation. Product is good and the man is proud. This boat won't sink without a huge effort at the bilge pump.
Woody, still danglin'.
GSA approval is in its final stage and will also be announced soon. (Matter of weeks).
That was Jan. 8th of this year. We should be getting a PR about GSA approval, say, this week?
Woody, trembling with anticipation.
It could explain the .02 before Christmas.
Yaacov might have missed his own schedule or misjudged a timetable. Certainly there has been a switch of some kind taking place. Since we, the shareholders, don't know what it is we cannot ascertain the positive or negative nature of it. But with all the developments we should be able to surmise it has a positive bias to it. Looking at the the chart one cannot help but notice the slow, almost, well managed drop in PPS. I don't think the news fluffs to the public were meant to raise PPS at all. He's transmitting information to someone other than us, the shareholders. Financials are not a requisite for whomever he's communicating to. I am going to take the 2008 shareholders letter at face value, therefore. I will wait. I seem to get the feeling that Yaacov has bet the farm and it's a pretty darn foregone conclusion that he's got an ace up his sleeve.
Woody, puttin' my quarter in the one armed bandit.
Wait a minute....Pamo
Free kits? He was giving away free kits? When was that?
Woody
