Trueblue, I think you are on to something .The wreck broke in two.
Jrf30, thanks for all the expert information.
Taffi, asked a lot of questions about the pulse star.( which she should ) there were 2 other treasure hunters present that have also used the pulse star. They both reported the same results with the equipment. They never got any false readings. Their stories were the same. Whether they used it on land or underwater. It always gave a true reading whether it was ferrous or non ferrous and it gave the deepest reading of any machine they ever used. I didn't rent her mine. I did say were.
I've known her brother Kim for over 30 years and he is honest as far as I am concerned. Like anything else in this business, she needs to do her own DD.
I did talk to Bobby this morning. I am in St. Pete now and have a flight home tonight. I write and tell you about it tomorrow.
Kentcrek, thanks for the info. I can't scan and post anything from my phone.
Apparently from another message I received the person is attacking me because I believe sfrx is on the trail of a treasure wreck. That person does not.
That's Ok, because we all have opinions.
I respect his, even if he doesn't respect mine.
Here is why I Think sfrx is on a treasure wreck. Actually 3 reasons.
#1. I spoke with someone that actually dove the wreck when it was found many years ago.
#2. The silver platters that were found years ago with the name of the Captain's wife from a 1715 wreck on those Platters.
Those platters sure didn't come from wal-mart.
#3. The actual Spanish records that I saw last night that came from the archives in Seville. Were the survivors were picked up the way the gulf stream would have taken them on the wood they floated on, etc...
Based on the fact that there were 42 cannons on the Concepcion, according to the records I saw last night and the fact that sfrx has only found one cannon. I don't think they found the final resting place of the wreck. But I could very well be wrong. It is only my opinion and it doesn't mean I am right, but I do think I am entitled to an opinion, just like everyone else.
Jrf30, you ask me if I heard anything about sfrx at the cookout? The short answer is yes. I heard that if sfrx found the Concepcion. That according to the manifest. The Concepcion carried more gold then silver.
The reason I wanted to communicate with you before I posted. Is that you are in expert in stock and SEC Regulations and I wanted to know what I could post with out it being called inside information? A poster told me I was classless for wanting to do that.
More about the cookout and the 1715 wrecks and what I learned about the Concepcion at the cookout.
There were many well known names there.
Eugene Lyons, Bob Marx, Lee Spence, Carl Fismer and Taffi Fisher to name a few.
Because of being there. I was given a copy of the original archaic spanish salvage documents from the archives in Seville. As well as the English translation of those documents by Jack Haskins and Bob Marx.( one of the questions I had for you. Was could I scan the documents and post them on ihub without being accused of having inside information. Because I don't think sfrx released that info?)
2 thinks that I think I can release is that the Concepcion did have some survivors and it did carry 42 cannons according to the manifest.
I do have two questions of my own for an irate poster. Do you think I was classless for wanting to get an expert opinion from jrf30, before I posted some information?
Mel Fisher`s daughter Taffi was asking a lot of questions about the pulse star ll. That I posted abouted on here. Taffi was real interested and want to know where she could rent one. Now Taffi is a Real Expert in Treasure Salvage. If she wants to use one after just hearing about the device. That tells me volumes.
My second question to the irate poster is this. Am I a classless A hole, because I dared to recommend the pulse star to sfrx? Or is it for another reason? I only want to know so that I don't offend anyone in the future.
Good Luck sfrx.
tarpon192,
jrf30,
All good points. I also think SFRX is on the trail of a treasure wreck and I believe that they should find treasure this dive season.
However, if SFRX is still looking for other Treasure sites? I would advise Kyle or one of his representatives to attend the Annual Treasure Divers cookout next weekend and talk to Ivan Salis. Ivan is a Researcher who found another 1715 wreck near the Georgia Boarder, but in FL waters.
Ivan tried years ago to get a permit for the wreck and was declined by the State. Since Kyle has a good relationship with the State of Florida. I think Kyle may be able to get the permit.
If I remember correctly. Ivan thinks this wreck may be one of the salvage vessels that salvaged the 1715 wrecks after they sunk. There are those who think the Queens Jewels may be on this wreck.
Here is the Address for the Cookout. Everyone is welcome. It is an open event.
TB, I didn't hear of any anchors that were found yet? Do you know of any that were found by Heartland?
I wish sfrx luck, but I am not convinced that there is a lot under the decking. I think it is just part of the deck that floated away. I guess time will tell.
If it was the whole ship, there should be masts laying around. As well as ballast stones.
As long as they follow the trail? They should find treasure.
I didn't laugh at the poster.
I said, don't make me laugh that it is a bogus lawsuit.
Are you suggesting that the lawsuit IS BOGUS?
No I did not read the charges and they are not in your post either.
I did read that the defendant isn't very bright according to the judge. But every investor already knew that.
Bogus? Don't make me laugh. The defendant should have been charged with defamation and libel.
Gman, treasure salvage is a tough business to get funding for.
Call any treasure salvage co. Public or private and I guarantee every ceo will tell you that.
I spoke with the ceo of another treasure salvage co. Yesterday and that came up in our conversation. So in my opinion. 6% is fair, if you want to keep your company running.
I also think sfrx is on the trail of a treasure wreck. Mel Fisher once told me that " if treasure hunting was easy, every one would do it."
He also told me " that the reason most people fail in that business is because they quit looking."
I don't think Kyle is a quitter.
So what? Someone makes 6% on their money and it pays sfrx`s bills.
I think that's fair.
Really??? Maybe you should check with the SEC. Material information can be released through social media.

SEC Says Social Media OK for Company Announcements if Investors Are Alerted
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2013-51
Washington, D.C., April 2, 2013 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today issued a report that makes clear that companies can use social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter to announce key information in compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD) so long as investors have been alerted about which social media will be used to disseminate such information.
I'll LMAO of this is true.
This is just my opinion and I'll probably get another post laughing and saying OMG. When I said, shells were shells in another post. Well they did turn out to be shells didn't they? And I still got laughed at for saying they were shells in my opinion.
Northofadollar, if you are talking about the white round objects in the first two pictures? Without a closer clearer picture. I would still call them shells.
Since the expert on site that likes to laugh at other people can tell us what they actually are. He should be the one telling us what they are, if he saw them up close.
I would have one question for BiSer.. Where are the pictures of Spanish olive jars or pieces of them that I would expect to see around the wreck? Are there any pictures of any olive jars?
Ok,biser. Since they are small shiny objects and I haven't seen the picture.Tell me what they are pictures of?
Northofadollar, I've been checking ihub on my phone. So I have to get to a bigger screen to see the pictures.
However, my first guess is that the objects are shells. I say that because if they were gold. They would have been picked up. If they were silver? They would appear to be black.
Just my opinion and I don't claim to be an expert in anything.( although I have viewed various shipwreck artifacts underwater)
No that is not the reason.
SFRX is a good lottery play in my opinion.
How much money is sfrx getting from the last court case?
It makes a big difference if you are talking about Kyle Kennedy doing this or whether you are talking about an attorney that he uses. Which is it? Kyle or an attorney that he uses?
northofadollar,
I read seafarer's facebook page and here is my opinion.
I have the utmost respect for Jim Sinclair. If Jim is diving on the site and he is reported to be finding 1715 shipwreck material. I personally would trust what Jim is saying. Jim has a lot of experience in dealing with shipwrecks and I for one would never doubt his credentials.
I think sfrx is onto a 1715 wreck. It takes time to uncover the wreck site. The dive season is just beginning. My advice is to give seafarer time to work the site and recover artifacts before people start worrying that they haven't located any treasure yet.
It's easy for people to say negative things about a treasure hunting company. My response to those people is "What shipwreck are you diving on TODAY and where are the pictures of YOUR Treasure. " And I mean treasure from Today not last year not from years ago.
North of a dollar, I just checked the board. I am getting ready to head out the door for my daily radiation treatment.
I'll be back in an hour and respond to sfrx facebook.
Small cap, since it has nothing to do with sfrx. We really don't care.
I also don't think the sec will do anything.
Small caps, what does this Complaint have to do with sfrx or kyle.
Please explain.
Today's Key West Citizen newspaper.
The Judge stated that the defendant (Silverstein ) is not judged innocent or forecloses the the possibility of future civil or criminal liability.
Judge King ordered the matter to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida for such action as he deems appropriate. Where a Criminal Grand Jury will review the matter.

I guess we have to wait for act II.
Here is a post about Toxic shipwreck Mercury from another treasure salvage company. Spain could also end up paying out billions of dollars in claims for birth defects. If they were taken to Court,
lindy1401, Since I have stock in the other company, I will give you my opinion on your questions.( My Opinion only. )
jrf30, Do you know how many miles it is between sfrx`s site #3, and where GME found the anchor and their wreck?
I know Bobby P. and his crew is top notch. I was just curious if it is the same wreck.
Jrf30, I understand your pain.
I do not think that pain will go away until sfrx has 2 months of warm weather diving under its belt this Spring/Summer.
While I give them a thumbs up for trying to dive the winter months. I do not expect them to get very many hours underwater. That is why I do not expect any news.
Even the Fisher divers normally do not dive after mid October until Spring. It just is not cost effective for the Fishers.
I wonder if SFRX thinks this is relevant to the Court Docket and Civil Contempt ?
What is even more interesting is that the Defendant puts up a post that he is hiding assets from sfrx and the court in 2 different States... I`m not sure it was wise to advertise that you are deceiving the Court in a legal matter.
Southern gal, thanks for the docket update on the Defendant.
Please keep the sfrx shareholders updated on the next hearing in March. It will be interesting to see how much money sfrx will make to pay salvage bills, from the Defendant.
