Why wasn't there a press release aboout this?
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1461708/000146170809000001/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml
"WE GOTTA HYPE THIS THING!!!"
Joe was observed screaming this prase into the phone during his record scam event of the 100mpg "supercar"
Of course when the Ford representative saw tha his "supercar" was a Geo Metro with a 3-cylindar diesel engine she remarked. "It's no big deal"
Why you ask? Because the only benefit to his "technology" was using a diesel engine which is inherently nmore fuel efficient.
And these are only from one year.

Can It Convince a Battery of Skeptics?; Calif. Company Claims Its Product Will Make Electric Cars a Reality

Officials at Battery Automated Transportation International Inc. say they have developed a battery that could make the electric car commonplace.
The Burbank, Calif., company says its
120 days from March 30th (original date of suspension) will be about the end of July.
That looks like the end for gbmr.
Thank God for the SEC.
Still no comment from the "acting CFO"??
No web page updates, no PR. No shareholder letter, just silence.
It amazes me that sheppard would put out a PR about maybe making a sale but, not bother to explain the recent illiqiudity.
Or even better!!! Actually do something to resolve it.
So it appears the suspension is over....
That only leaves,
Questionable Promotion — The security is being promoted to the public, but adequate current information about the issuer has not been made available to the public.
Spam — The security is the subject of spam promotion having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities.
Investigation of Fraud — There is a known investigation of fraudulent activity involving the company, its securities or insiders.
Suspension/Halt — A Regulatory Authority has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earning halt).
Disruptive Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of corporate actions, such as reverse mergers or serial stocks splits and name changes, without adequate current information being publicly available.
Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public.
Other Public Interest Concern — There is, in Pink OTC Markets' view, a public interest concern.
Any guesses?
I see we're still in denial.
Oh well fact are facts.

Perhaps that's because he screwed the shareholders so many times that no one is willing to risk another hosing in this penny stock scam.
Just a thought......
I mean face it, you have over 400 shareholders who are wiped out by a reverse split and redistribution of ownership and then he expects new shareholders to come along and line up to buy shares that he issues to his cronies at 10% of market.
He's an idiot.
Brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Exchange Act Rule 15c2?11, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered relating to the securities of Global unless and until the broker or dealer has strictly complied all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by the rule, it should refrain from entering quotations relating to the securities of Global until such time as it has familiarized itself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. Any broker or dealer with questions regarding the rule should contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC at (202) 551-5720. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
So it may not reopen at all.... this may be a good time to consider putting new wallpaper in the basement.
It's a deal.
I'm sure we can all agree that hicks needs alot more than the 20-25 million dollars he has aquired through this whole scam process.
On the other hand.
It may not reopen.
With all the multi-billion dollar scams the SEC has to deal with, why are they even bothering with a penny-ante run of the mill print shop like gbmr?
Hmmmmmm.... perhaps it has something to do with mrkl and nnri?
Michael Sheppard, CEO of Global Matrechs, said, "This agreement is a very important advancement in the growth of this company. Dow Corning has collaborated with us for more than eighteen months to help us obtain the level of equipment, management, engineering support and training to meet the standards for quality and quantity required by the growing customer base for our NuCap(TM) materials. We believe this relationship with Dow Corning will enable us to successfully fill certain large orders anticipated in the near future."
BWAAAAHHHAAAAAAA THAT ONE NEVER GETS OLD!!!! HAHAHAAHAH!!!!!
Well maybe 2 1/2 years old!!!!
Michael Sheppard, President of Global Matrechs, Inc. commented, "Our sales agreement with NUCON-RF potentially represents significant revenues for our Company once actual orders are placed.
WOW!! That sounds familiar!!! just plug in another "customer" and "product"
Didn't he say that about light bulbs a few years ago?
Soon we'll be able to relive the glory days of the first commercial sale of Nucap.
That was for $125.00!!!!
Somebody, I forget his name now, was pumping some story about a sale of 300 metrric tons or something after that.
It wasn't near as funny as the lady that claimed they would be selling $1.25B (yes a B) annually.
ROTFLMAO!!! I still think she meant shares.
Have you guys ever looked at the Phazerthane website?
It's a real hoot.
Two guys with rollers and a 5 gallon bucket of hnipu.
Do the math, at 400 sq ft per gallon. It's twice as funny when someone claims they'll need two coats.
I think the worst part is that this scam continues on and on depite the obvious scam activities taking place.
Oh well, at least we can take comfort in the fact that the scum bags running the pump and dump are now standing knee deep in worthless paper that someday could open at 0.0001!!!
WOW!!! Down 90% from that 0.001 buying.
What a shame... or would that be sham???
Another rock solid day at 0.006!! At least you can be happy that your shares aren't losing any value.
For the time being that is. I predict we'll see a new 52 week low in "short order" if this POS ever trades again.
I hate to say I told you so but......
I TOLD YOU SO!!!!
This has been a total scam since the first post on IHUB.
As he churns away creating more "tax assets"
Those are massive net losses to you and me Russ.
Hey, I hear the Canary Depot will buy your shares.
$0.10 a pound, apparently with all the newspapers going out of business it's harder to find bird cage lining.
GREAT SPIN GUNTHER!!! why not just put out a press release stating that you haven't filed bankruptcy........yet.
A troubling issue regarding Global's stocks was revealed when it filed in January of this year its quarterly report for the period that ended Dec. 31, 2006.
In that report, Global revealed a nine-month loss of $1.7 million, a deficit of more than $38 million and revealed concerns about the company's ability to stay in business.
Global did make a deal in January to license one of its products to California-based Nanotech Industries Inc., which confirmed the contract Monday.
Global's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman Michael Sheppard did not return calls seeking comment.

THAT'S 60,000,000 SHARES TO YOU AND ME RUSS.....
Based on our current growth plan we believe we may require approximately $1,200,000 in additional financing within the next twelve months to develop our sales channels. Our success will depend upon our ability to access equity capital markets and borrow on terms that are financially advantageous to us. However, we may not be able to obtain additional funds on acceptable terms. If we fail to obtain funds on acceptable terms, then we might be forced to delay or abandon some or all of our business plans or may not have sufficient working capital to develop products, finance acquisitions, or pursue business opportunities. If we borrow funds, then we could be forced to use a large portion of our cash reserves, if any, to repay principal and interest on those loans. If we issue our securities for capital, then the interests of investors and stockholders will be diluted.

rotflmao
So it would seen that the cost of tar and feathers has skyrocketed over the last year. Supply and demand don't ya know.
I was thinking nucap and packing peanuts, both of which are laying around unused.
I was waiting to see if shemp would put out a press release about it. Oh wait, why bother, ya can't sell shares into a suspended stock.
Then I wondered if any of the scam sheets that were touting this POS would print a retraction.
Guess not......
Well, let me be the first to say.
I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!
BWAAHHHAAAHHAAAA!!!!!!
Don't count on it.
Perhaps you should run out to the golf course and tell him about the suspension.
They do have a nice picture of him here though.

Dunno..... Tomorrow is 10K day.
That should be good for a few laughs.

before this it was known as gmth!!!!
global is barely trading at $75,000
0.0055..... moving rapidly to zero.
Makes ya wonder what all those Russians at Atoll are doing.
One more question,
if sheppard issues another 500,000,000 shares and the stock drops to 0.0002 then the company is still worth the same it is today, right?
So Eurotech couldn't sell the Figorsky cocktails, Nucon couldn't sell them, the Russians couldn't sell them nor the French nor Isrealis, Global manages to sell ~$50,000 worth of product and spends millions YES MILLIONS of dollars to do it.......
This scam has been going on for over 10 years, the ONLY reason it continues is so sheppard can print and sell share certificates to pay himself $175,000 annually.
How long do you intend to throw good money after bad? All your averaging down will be wiped out at the next reverse split.
You do realize that NTI is just another scam company created by the inventor of ekor a.k.a. nucap and hnipu and all the other products that have had more money spent on press releases than manufacturing for the last ten years.... right?
gbmr (gmth) has bee releasing positive news from day one.
unfortunately, it's apparently all lies.
All you have to do is go over to the NNRI board (remember all the nucap sales!!!!) and see who perpetrated that scam.
BTW, a company trading at 1000X sales is overvalued.
Sub-Penny.
Is there no end to farce?
Please, somebody just delist it.
$10.00 to $0.01 is bad enough.
Do we really need to watch it dwindle to $0.0001?
