How many has Halliburton bought?
I think Zero sounds about right.
How come Belcom can get one of these into every disco in Dubia but, View can't get even one into the Green Zone?
Oh wait, if the US Army bought one, someone would have to record it in a public document.
Maybe you just haven't done enough research on the validity of the information in the PRs.
Just think about it, the CEO didn't have sense enough to determine if he had a $9M contract from Verizon before he issued a PR about it.
Just go look at how many orders from the Arab world contain the word "substantial"............
Oh they don't need yours
I'm sure they can get fresh new printed ones much cheaper.
Since view is mired in debt and has a negative net value, what do you suppose they will use for security for all the parts they must order to fill these "orders" from belcom?
It was ten cents,
of course there were only 1.25 million shares out then
and that was befroe they started deumping the share at 0.04 and 0.02
50 million exempt shares can do alot of damage.
Since they only sold 15 million last year the other 35 million must have gone out this year.
No telling how many they are dumping into this pump.

That's down alot from yesterday. And on higher volume.
I guess somebody is selling on the "news".
I wonder if someone else wanted that sweetheart deal where they get shares at $0.02 when the market is $0.04?
Of course propping it up at $0.04 will take some extra work with the lenders shorting it there.
No, that's $800,000 in imaginary sales.
We'll see March 31st, 2010 what the gross sales are. I'm betting less than 200K for Q4.
The company has lost $21,000,000 of investor's money.
They continue to put out overly optomistic press releases that do not come to fruition. (Remember Enron)
In my opinion the purpose of the current pump and dump is to drive up the stock price for more stock sales and to increase debt.
They will then spinoff the fiber installation, moving the assets to the pockets of the insiders, and leaving the common holders with the debt and the shell.
I guess we can check this theroy out in about 14 months.
It really sad that the "Viewscan" can't discriminate between a handgun and a cell phone.
That's pretty much when this stock started circling the drain. Oh well, ceramic knives probably made the point moot anyways.
wow 500 units in 2002 ROTFLMAO!!!!! You really have to admire thier optomism regardless of how disappointing thier thier performance is.
View Systems Completes Acquisition of Milestone Technology.
Business Wire; Mar 25, 2002; 700+ Words ...detection systems. Milestone's flagship product is the SecureScan 2000(TM), a walk-through detector that uses advanced...those types of products. We estimate first year's sales of SecureScan could be as many as 500 units." About View Systems, Inc...
Oh I already closed the 10Q.
Yahoo has it at $200K Revenue and a $1M loss
I guess those other companies were smart enough to cut costs when the economy slumped?
I see they have $3,000 in the bank bad news though Net tangible assets are -$1.2M
I guess the good news is that your stock is now worth -$0.024 per share instead of the -$1.01 that is was worth after the reverse split.
Wow... they've lost $21,000,000 since inception. I wonder how many bagholders that represents.
Oh it was Fiberexpress they purchased for $10,000
On July 24, 2009 we entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire FiberXpress, Inc., a company that sells data network related products via their web site. This company dovetails into our newly formed fiber optic data network installation service and provides for an additional revenue stream in the growing fiber and data network market segment. The terms call for 1,000,000 shares of View Systems, Inc. common stock to be delivered to Mr. Paul Price, the sole owner of FiberXpress, Inc., in exchange for 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of FiberXpress, Inc. The transaction closed on September 15, 2009.
They are just hoping to earn some revenue from Mastec.
Well perhaps you should read about all the canceled orders in the latest 10Q.
Or you could point out in one of them where that $280,000 order for 15 securescans is.
We have experienced a decrease in sales of our products which resulted in continuing decreased revenues for the third quarter of 2009 compared to the third quarter of 2008. We believe the cause of that is the domestic and worldwide down turn of the economy although we received verbal indications of increased need from our international customers such as Pakistan, UAE and China. Those orders have been stalled and or cancelled; we suspect at this time that they have been canceled.
We will also continue to rely on the issuance of our common stock to pay for services and to debt when cash is unavailable. Management anticipates that we will continue to issue shares for services in the short term.
Short term? It's been ten years.
So who is misleading invstors?
I'm telling you that this scam has been going on for 10 years. These PRs are the same stories that have been told for 10 years and the financial results speak for themselves.
Look at all the hype. It's all about pending sales.
Look at the PRs about the wire and cable company view purchased this year. Then look at the 10Q and see how much they paid for it.
Just think about how much risk you want to take here when you aren't going to get the facts until the end of March 2010.
Oh of course, now it's the evil MMs manipulating the stock. Gee who didn't see that coming.
Could it be the people had time to research Belcom and figured out that these orders are bogus?
How come Haliburton has been running Iraq for 7 years and hasn't purchased a single unit from view?
How come the US Army doesn't own any?
Wouldn't these things seem crucial at a polling place in Afganistan?
HAHAHHAAHAH!!!! news HAHAHAH!!!!
It looks like nobody is "buying" it.
Maybe they need to announce some orders from Africa.
I don't see any dollar amounts in there.
I wonder if some terrible financial collapse takes place in someplace like UAE. Who gets left holding the bag when these "orders" are cancelled.
To bad view didn't post the "contact" on thier website so investors could make an informed desicion.
If you had listened to Batscam before the reverse split took place you wouldn't be holding shares that are down 90%.
Oh wait, you just showed up recently with all the optomistic PRs........
Oh there's a good question.
Why don't we just look at the 10Q's and 10K's and see how much PROFIT has been realized from these imaginary contracts.
So far all I see is huge continuous losses.
So all we need to do is sit here and chat until March 31st to see what happens with all his "orders" from these PRs.
Or if you like we could go back to all the old press releases and add up all the "sales" from those and figure out why there's no revenue from those.
I already posted the one about 200 units in 2002 HAAAHAH!!!! Would you like to take 2003? No? How about 2008?
No change in the OS???? It's up 50,000,000 since last year.
That's 5000% dilution isn't it?
Perhaps you meant no change this week?
Even at $0.05 market, gunther will need to 40,000,000 more shares to raise the cash he needs next year.
Perhaps since they lost money on gunther's last pump and dump scam they want to interfere with his proceeds on this one.
Did it ever occur to you that the purpose of a message board was to have open and honest discussions about the company in question?
No.
I think if you go back and read this message board you'll see that I sold before the reverse split.
And with good reason, all it took was repeated cancellations of products and "orders" to see that the only value in vsym was to the guy printing the shares.
sure we can trade stocks on the dips and peaks
but, it's nice to know that you are trading a worthless scam stock so that you don't get caught up in your own hype.
Pump and dump part 2.
Once gunther has increased the authorized shares from 100M to 250M he won't be able to find legitimate financing anywhere on the planet.
Then the offshore bankers step in with the toxic death spiral financing.
They'll loan gunther cash for shares with a non-dilution clause.
The shares will be convertible preffereds that have value tied not to a fixed number of common shares but to a fixed dollar amount and discount to market.
The bankers will give gunther the loan (on paper) then begin shorting the stock. Once they have recovered thier cash they will convert thier shares at the lower market price which is of course lower due to all the shorting and use the shares to cover thier short positions.
However, since the market has fallen so far since the loan was made, due to the shorting, gunther will have to issue many more shares than were orignally shorted. The bankers then sell those share into the market depressing it further.
There is no risk on the part of the bankers, they are giving gunther your money then selling thier exempt from registration shares before you know they are on the market and walking away with the rest of your cash leaving you holding the bag.
Reality?
So you think that someone who has issued 50,000,000 shares below market value is suddenly going stop? They'll become profitable from $1M in revenue and race off to $1?
ROTFLMAO!!!!!
This is a classic pump and dump.
It's really quite simple.
Gunther is issuing shares so fast that the price plummets faster than he can print them. He finally settles 1/8 of the outstanding debt but has issued 1/2 of the authorized shares.
In order to boost the share price he has a phony company place a phony order with an arms length subsidiary. The price goes up, he issues more shares at 50% of market (his standard price) and the phony company cancels the phony order before he has to pay for any components to fill the phony order.
He paid $10,000 for his phony online wire and cable web business.
Who do you think is buying his 40 securescans, Verizon?
Gunther,
post the sales contract so we can read it.
Don't forget to post a copy with your 10K for the SEC.
I'll be contacting them again and I suspect they'll be contacting you again.
Just so we all recognize these lies.
BALTIMORE, MD, May 22, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- View Systems, Inc.
(VYST), a leading homeland defense solutions provider, announced today that orders continue to arrive from the Gulf countries including Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and others. A total of fifteen units have been ordered to date from this region.
View has also tendered a request for bid from Bahrain which totals over $280,000 and includes 8 SecureScan units, the LAW handheld metal detectors, x-ray equipment and nuclear sensors.
Not much to do since they shut down trading.
I wonder if hicks will get torpedoed before he can rape and pillage technest?
It would be nice to see his 24M shares get shredded in favor of the retail holders 21M.
Hmmmmm we may need a bigger cell..............
being sentenced to "running a gauntlet of former shareholders that just happen to be holding tasers" has its merits.
Are you surprised?
You shouldn't be, it was obvious since the reverse split.
The business changes, phony mergers, etc., etc.
Classic penny stock dump.
Soon they will recieve a huge "order" from a newly created subsidiary and issue the remaining shares as the "order" slips into oblion, never to be mentioned again.
rah, rah, rah, was cured by a dose of reality
it's now 2009 and all of those companies are gone
like I said, I lost money too.
fortunately that experince allowed me to see the scams TCNH and NNRI coming so I didn't repeat the mistake
They've been "expecting" those sales for over ten years.
Remember the "research report" about nucap sales? It was $7,000,000,000 annualy wasn't it? No that was over 5 years I think.
it's the quality of research that counts
remember that....
Dow makes products that compete with nucap.
Why didn't DOW just aquire nucap?
For the same reason they aren't going to acquire hnipu.
it's an also ran product, no big deal
LOL,
alot us do!!!
Personally, I blame the BBC.
I lost alot of money too.
(but, don't tell my wife.....)
chrf4 may do time for this
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/otcguide/insider_trading.jsp
it's right in the middle of the euot quote on pinksheets
you must be joking
there's not enough money there to pay shemp's salary
quarterly reports cost at least $15K each, sheesh
I think if sheppard were even half a man he would just buy 100 post cards and stamps then send each shareholder an apology
then he could shut down this scam with a clear conscience and walk away
ok so don't waste a stamp on lebed, but a least an email
Harr, it's just more of gunther's scam
I suggest you drive over to fiberex and look around.
Dun & Bradstreet estimate they did $100,000 worth of sales last year.
Companies like Caterpillar, General Electric and General Dynamics purchase connectivity products directly from the web page
Ok, but do Caterpillar, General Electric and General Dynamics purchase connectivity products directly from the web page?
In what volume? Why would they buy them on the web page instead of placing a volume order?
For the same reason I do...... I only need 2 or 3 connectors in a year.
WOW!!! I'M JUST LIKE CATERPILLAR!!! Oh, except I'm profitable.
That was ekor, not nucap.
I think it's time to dust off one of the other non-products and do a new pump and dump.
There are two Russian subs off the coast of Ridgefield.
Maybe shemp can go light them up with the old acoustic core uderwater thingy and write a press release about it.
Then he could paint the gerbil matrix logo on them with some firesil that can be tracked by satelites and we can watch them on google earth.
Yes, I got on Wed afternoon, thank you.
You look very nice in that teddy, btw.
I just can't see shemp doing anything but being a hicks lackey. He's been on these shady deals too long.
Here's the next scam, press the beet residue into forms, coat with nucap to form a building block and create an international nuclear waste storage facility.
http://www.biofuels-news.com/industry_news.php?item_id=1086
Greenfield to produce bioethanol from radioactive Chernobyl sugar beet
29 July 2009
Irish green energy specialist Greenfield Project Management plans to produce bioethanol from sugar beets grown in Chernobyl soil too radioactive for food crops.
Despite official warnings, many local people continue to grow food in the soil around the site of the 1986 nuclear disaster. The radiation concentrates into roots and stalks which, after harvesting, are ploughed back into the soil, ensuring it remains contaminated.
Now Greenfield, in partnership with Belarusian state engineering concern Belbiopharm, intends to grow sugar beet on the contaminated land. The sugar beet would be radioactive, but the ethanol produced would not: the radioactive compounds would remain in the residue.
Since this could be disposed of safely in a nuclear waste cleanup facility, the soil would be safe to grow food in decades rather than centuries, as experts currently project. The production of biofuel would therefore actually increase the availability of land for food.
Greenfield plans to build the first biofuels distillery next year in one of the most contaminated areas: if the scheme is a success, it plans 10 further plants.
Now that Yucca Mountain is dead perhaps shemp can open a nuclear waste depository in his garage and put his left over nucap to use.
Another symbol change? Do we get a new company name then?
Super High-tech Industrial Technology?
South Carolina Automated Machines?
Occidental Hartford of Northern Ontario?
Hanford Automated Hysteria Associate?
MY FIRST CHOICE!!!,
Shemp Cares About Me?
OK,
I'll have trading cash on the 28th.
Must be karma.
Hey, run out and buy your wife and/or girlfirend a teddy will ya?
Thanks
Maybe, let me know when something fun will happen
I doubled my money on intz so I bought cksw and foh on Tuesday
cksw is a winner, foh was a mistake, should have looked closer, so I unloaded it for a small loss
but then, who doesn't enjoy being in women's underwear for a while?
oh yea, shemp got a trademark on Nucap last December....
I think he needs therapy.
