This should be at least 2 bucks based on all that it has going on.
We’ve now secured the necessary funds to settle all of our debt, excluding derivative liabilities, a key step in moving forward with our planned merger with BGL,” stated Charles Allen, CEO of BTCS. “With the filing of Form 10-Q and other key BTCS merger conditions now met from the C-1 financing, we’re well-positioned to execute on what we believe will be a transformational milestone for our companies.”
same thing could happen here
Will keep going up. look at RIOT, INTV and VSQTF. Been going up for days.
You are right. For those who think you missed the boat on this. I bought some riot at 20dollars and it had already run up huge. It is now at 35 and still climbing. I don't see why this couldn't do the same.
LOL, thanks
Great Post!

BIG BUYS!
Gladiator in 4K. That would be awesome.
I think a big media blitz is about to occur. Hold on to your seats!
VodWiz launch this month.
That's what is being said.
Yep, and those scooping up shares now will reap a large reward.
I would think if Foley was really trying to sell shares(and being the so-called scam artist that he is) that he would orchestrate a buyout rumor to drive the price up and then sell.
What do you think a buyout offer would start at?
Well said Lonnie!

"Right now there is an opportunity to bring 4K Ultra HD and Glass Free 3D technology to the casino industry," says Hightower. Peter Riordan, previously NanoTech's Vice President of Strategic Planning, has been named the new CEO of NanoTech Entertainment and has been appointed to the Board of Directors. In his new position, Peter will focus on the overall corporate strategy, completing the audit process and up listing. He will also provide support for each business unit head to facilitate their continued success in their various endeavors. Jeff Foley, NanoTech's former CEO, remains on the Board of Directors and will be focusing on expanding the licensing of several of the company's patent pending technologies and franchising opportunities. Riordan noted, "I've been fortunate to work with Jeff, Al and Ted over the past year in formulating a plan to take NanoTech to the next level. We have performed well on all fronts in our transition from the R&D phase to product delivery. By reorganizing the management structure to have each business unit have a focused set of goals and leadership, we believe that we can bring the greatest value to our shareholders this year."
I know each and everyone of you could have simply taken the time to do this search yourselves but most people don't have the time or the desire and they make the mistake of listening to the wrong sources...people like the fools who have been banned from BIG's sponsored NTEK page and/or ours. It seems that they are congregating on the NANO Fans page which is turning into the new liehub. Bashing NTEK, NTEK leadership, NTEK's Board of Directors, David Foley, BIG and myself. I don't mind if people bash me since I would need to respect them for it to bother me but to do it to NTEK who can't defend itself is wrong. To potentially influence new NTEK shareholders or potential shareholders who may think that these loud mouthed opinionated idiots know what they're talking about when they have their heads so far up their backsides really annoys me. I'm surprised that with three members on that page who are with a division of NTEK or an affiliate company that they would be so bold but I guess they don't feel that anyone will forward those comments on to NTEK Legal so that something can be done about it.

Thanks for the work and thanks for Onlookers!
And mind you, they only need a small portion of the market share to be wildly successful.
Oh yes, there is a magnetic attraction pulling up on the share price it has been termed the "Ultraflix Effect".
They said, no NP-1,No dividend, NTEK wouldn't be at CES, no Ultraflix, no Samsung, no Vizio, no certification with google, no deal with Paramount, no A-list content and the list goes on ad naseum.
NATIONAL AD CAMPAIGN COMING!!! That is awesome. NTEK about to go parabolic.
Yep, dated 3/24. Once again folks should refer to the conference call recap and see that items are being checked off the list. That means in the coming week or two we could be hearing about more content deals with other major studios.
Great DD as always Niko and thanks.
Let me put that in layman's terms for you B402:
This film is going to be awesome and generate tons of revenue.
Everything in the Recap is coming to fruition. Notice that Interstellar is the FIRST Title, that tells me that there are more coming! Also other content announcements are coming from other big studios. Q2 is when this takes off. Oh my, that starts next week!
"Beginning in Q2 we will be launching Live 4K events including concerts, music festivals and sporting events. Along with our Live streaming events we will be offering our “All Day 4K” channel featuring a 24 hour stream of 4K content.
We have recently singed new technical partnerships. I am happy to announce that as of this week we are an authorized partner with Dolby for both the Dolby Vision and Atmos products, and will soon be offering content featuring both of these technologies.
As the saying goes, content is king, and we have been making incredible strides in our content offering. We will be adding titles from Millennium, IFC and Nu Image this month. We will be making content announcements from studios including Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate and Miramax in the coming weeks as well.
What I’m most excited about is that today I can announce that we have entered into a contract with Paramount Pictures. Our first title from Paramount won an academy award last month. The 4K Digital adaption is currently under review by the films creator and director and once he has approved it we will be the exclusive provider for streaming this movie in 4K Ultra HD. Look for an announcement regarding this title in the coming days."
exactly
Great post! The NP-1, Ultraflix, 4K Studios and Gaming Patents are real tangible assets that cost much more and are more complex than a sponge.
Excellent post.
yep, 4K just getting started.
Meanwhile, shares flow from the weak to the strong.
Great and factual post.
Also from Seeking Alpha article:
"This company has significant risks simply because it is an OTC stock. It is subject to heavy manipulation. There is the typical message board misinformation campaign. And if these message boards are a cesspool, the NTEK boards themselves are the sludge at the bottom. It is so bad that the recorded and posted company conference call included bathroom sounds and other noises and posted to one board claiming it to be the actual conference call. Not sure I have ever seen anything quite like this before.
From the Seeking Alpha article
"Remember this is a stock trading for .025 on the OTC. Most of these companies barely have revenue, let alone profit and positive cash flow. NanoTech has periodically done stock buybacks as well. However, the best use of this cash is clearly to build their lineup and get UltraFlix to the forefront of the 4K market. Seems that is what they are doing."
Signed contract with Paramount!
Watch Rhonda pop an arm out of socket in 4K. There will be a big demand for that.
Ultraflix will be on all Major 4K televisions. Years ago there was a company that was able to get their operating system unto the majority of personal computers. They did pretty good. I think they were called Microsoft.
I'm thinking there will be some UFC events.
From the article:
If you are like 99% of investors and you buy stocks to see the share price increase, you have a distinct advantage over the short sellers; time and patience. Short sellers have to exit a rising stock quickly to minimize their losses and they will resort to a full bag of tricks (large blocks of shares offered below the current price, inflammatory press, scathing email campaigns, etc.) to hold the price down. Short sellers can also pick a stock with a big price spike, take a short position in that stock and then pull out their bag of tricks to drive the price down. A long investor just needs to recognize their tactics and wait them out. Oftentimes when we bail on a stock we invested in because of our due diligence, just because it starts to fall because of the short sellers we have played right into their hands. Wait them out and enjoy the profits created.
The problem is there have been no PR's, so I am thinking just more useless updates. "Where's the Beef!" or "show me the money". I hope I am wrong.
My thoughts too.
Probably not much more info than we already have now. I hope we get some useful info for a change. We will have to wait and see.
