Doctor Vic exists! Don't know what the hell to make of this. Read the posts:

Nice work as usual LJ. No, I haven't gone anywhere. Just haven't had the time to check-in and post like I was. Haven't sold a single share and added at .0001 when opportunity presented itself. Long term outlook is still the same as always.
SVFC$$$$
Yeah, I added 5 million at 0001. SVFC$$$$
Sorry for the repost...damned glitch.
SVFC$$$$
I added another 5.5 mil. Are you kidding me? At .0001? I will add at that price every chance I get. Some may call it dumping but you're spot on LJ, there were buyers for those shares.

Nice work mave! The importance of your two posts cannot be overstated. Good stuff!
SVFC$$$$
Who knows how many shares will be purchased at .0003 if it happens. Bottom line is would you rather see the bid at .0002 or .0000? This could be a positive development in the works.
SVFC$$$$
Yes, and all of that takes time. That is why I have been consistently saying that patience will be rewarded. IMO the PPS will eventually go up. Still long and strong and don't see any reason to think otherwise. Glad I loaded up at .0001 and averaged way down. This baby will one day grow wings! All IMO.

You're referring to the following which is a Letter of Intent. I'm sure they'll name the facility and physician group after registration with the FDA. This is progress my friend!

IntelliCell BioSciences Signs Letter of Intent With Prestigious Southeastern Medical Center for Cellular Therapy Lab Suite
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Oct 1, 2015) - IntelliCell BioSciences, Inc. ("IntelliCell" or the "Company") (OTCQB: SVFC), a regenerative medicine company pioneering a new proprietary medical process that results in acquiring Stromal Vascular Fraction Cells (SVFC), announced today the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with a prestigious Medical Center (the Center) in the Southeastern U.S. for the purchase of an Intellicell U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) registered Cellular Therapy Lab Suite.
Dr. Steven Victor, CEO of IntelliCell BioSciences, stated "The Letter of Intent outlines a basic understanding between Intellicell and the Center for the purchase of an Intellicell FDA registered Cellular Therapy Lab Suite. Due to confidentiality, the Center has not been specifically named. However, this Center is our first off site cGTP lab suite and we are excited to work with the physician group and their professional staff. We will still be responsible for the Quality Assurance of the lab and similar to our New York lab, we intend to register this facility with the FDA and we are confident that we will be able to help with the FDA inspection."

Four PR's since September 29th. All were visible on E*TRADE quickly after distribution. What is so confidential about that? Do a quote check on the site and you'll see for yourself.
SVFC$$$$
Understandable...I hope you had an enjoyable lunch!
SVFC$$$$
Recycling? Everyone has been complaining (and rightfully so) about the lack of communication and now when PR's start coming out they're recycled? You may want to reread the PR. I'm not going to comprehend what's in the PR for you. The company is obviously making strides in the right direction. Isn't that what we all want?
SVFC$$$$
Non-toxic. I think you know what I meant.
SVFC$$$$
You're kidding right? Wouldn't an "actual detailed plan" come from the company itself? Common sense suggests the company is working on such a plan. To expect me to have the details is absurd and naïve.
SVFC$$$$
And you expect me to respond to such an absurd suggestion?
SVFC$$$$
I certainly don't agree with MB25's constant doom and gloom posts, however, he is absolutely correct regarding toxic financing. The company DOES have plans to make it stop and replace it with financing that is less toxic. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
That isn't the reason. With all the bickering going on I hope you all have actually noticed 2 PR's in 2 days. After months of nothing does that sound like a company on the cusp of vanishing? I'll keep saying it, SVFC is going to be fine! Doubters will be proven wrong. Rose colored glasses are not necessary to witness the turnaround. The biggest problem, besides the communication issue, is that the turnaround won't happen fast enough to satisfy the majority of shareholders. This won't happen overnight folks, but it will happen. It is BEGINNING to happen with baby steps. Give it time and the PPS will reflect so. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
I'm not. What has happened, and continues to happen, is that there are some folks calling, remaining calm, and able to communicate in a civil manner. Unfortunately, there are many, more disgruntled callers that yell, get angry, and DEMAND answers without giving the person on the other end a chance to give a logical response. Those are one-sided conversations and accomplish absolutely nothing. Anger rarely does.
Dr. Victor created the toxic financing mess debacle. I don't deny that. I also believe they have a plan to fix the mess the Dr. created. The PR this week is the first baby step in turning things around. Getting angry isn't going to fix anything. Other things are in the works so all we can do is wait. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
You're right. The decision of what to do IS a personal choice. For me personally, I would NEVER purchase 130 million shares of anything looking through rose colored glasses. And I certainly wouldn't leave any chance of success to hope. That would be dumb! However, I would insist the odds are stacked in my favor and that is exactly what I have. I use the same strategy with all my investments. Is SVFC a guarantee? Of course not! That would be an irresponsible statement. Is SVFC most likely to work through current problems and become a successful company? For many reasons based on thorough DD the answer is a resounding YES! All IMO. Rose colored glasses not necessary.
SVFC$$$$
It's not an unreasonable question to ask. I never said it was. Communication from the company to shareholders is an issue that clearly needs to be addressed. This has been an ongoing problem. Ignoring the problem on the part of the company is indefensible.
SVFC$$$$
Whatever...SVFC$$$$
The company receives plenty of calls and emails. The majority of them are not the types that would lead to productive communication. I don't know in what context your calls or emails were (I'm not making any accusations), but the company is not going to spend all day arguing with pissed off shareholders. I'm not defending this approach but it is what it is. Communication to ALL shareholders should have established long ago. That we can all agree on. Having said that, I would rather the company focus on fixing what's wrong and turn things around than spend all day trying to communicate with disgruntled shareholders. IMO that is what is happening. GLTA
SVFC$$$$
So you're here to enforce? To dispute, without proof, any post that shows a glimmer of possible positive developments surrounding SVFC? And we are not to think there is an underlying agenda motivating your posts? Oh, I forgot, the filter...LOL
SVFC$$$$
See, that's what I don't get. If you've already drawn a conclusion about the company, as you have stated, then why are you still here posting doom and gloom postings? It seems like you would have better things to do with your time. Since you have no faith in this company why not focus on a company you DO believe in? Seems like an awful waste of time IMO.
BTW, I am fully aware of what has transpired with SVFC over the last two years. I am a shareholder so why wouldn't I be? You assume I'm not because I don't share your dire outlook. There are lots of reasons to be optimistic going forward. Unlike you, I am NOT focused on ONLY what has happened over the past two years.
SVFC$$$$
And perhaps you have this all wrong and perhaps you want the company to fail. Why? Perhaps you have an explanation.
SVFC$$$$
Speaking of which the toxic debt should have destroyed the company and put them out of business by now. But it hasn't. Don't think for a second this isn't being addressed. Why else has the company managed to stay afloat? Good things are coming! All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
I stand by what I have been writing all along. Be patient because the company will be fine.
SVFC$$$$
I believe posters are finally going to start seeing what I have been saying all along. The company is going to be fine, but folks have got to be patient. Perhaps things will start happening soon. When will that translate to a rise in the PPS? That is anybody's guess. The company is far from dead as many have insinuated.
SVFC$$$$
shivas, so what exactly is the scoop? I essentially stopped posting due to the negative responses I was receiving. I have been consistently positive (long term) about the company despite the obvious flaws and obstacles that must be overcome. I'm tired of defending my position over and over. So what is this scoop?
SVFC$$$$
Good post Larry! I'm glad to see overall sentiment may be changing for the better. Perhaps it took an article in USA Today to convince folks the company is not going away. My position has been the same all along and I've stated so on numerous occasions. As you wrote, patience is the key. Longs should have renewed hope but this isn't going to turn around overnight. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Turbo, I agree with most of what you wrote. The fact there is evidence the company still exists is contrary to what many have suggested. IMO that is significant. Folks want proof so there it is.
Yes, time will tell.
SVFC$$$$
It's not a temporary pump. It's an article in USA Today. No one is expecting a "run" out of this. But what it does prove is that the company is alive and very active. There have been opinions insinuating SVFC is dead. Not true!
SVFC$$$$
Maybe they weren't suckers. Time will tell.
SVFC$$$$
majorconcerns...you asked the following:
CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THEY TRULY BELIEVE THAT "INTELLICELL BIOSCIENCES" IS STILL AN ACTIVE COMPANY?
I replied to you that I did. The USA Today article is further proof. Accept the fact the company is not going away despite your "warnings."
SVFC$$$$
That is good, lol. How can you guarantee something when you don't know a thing about me? Guarantee is a very strong word to use. Guaranteeing something has made fools of many. SVFC is not a blip on the radar screen yet because it is a sub-penny stock. All IMO.
I guarantee the sun will set tonight.
SVFC$$$$
E*TRADE is showing me how many shares I own, the total value, average cost, etc.
SVFC$$$$
LOL, thanks for "the warning", but you haven't a clue what you're talking about. Is SVFC an active company? IMO...YES!
SVFC$$$$
Sometimes I think imaginations can get the better of us.
SVFC$$$$
29year...like osbuser's request, which I would be more than happy to respond to, will only be done via email. Unfortunately I don't have the capability of sending PM's.
