France Nature Environnement loses a round against Montagne d'or
FXG, in Paris
Monday 3 January 2022 - 10h32
The association France nature environnement has failed to cancel the extensions for 25 years of the mining concessions called "Montagne d'or" and "Élysée".
On January 21, 2019, the Ministry of Economy and Finance had refused such an extension to the mining company Montagne d'Or. By two judgments of the Cayenne Administrative Court of 24 December 2020, the Ministry's decision had been annulled and the State had been ordered to extend the concessions in question.
Instead, the Ministry of Economy and Finance appealed.
In vain since the Administrative Court of Appeal of Bordeaux rejected his appeals on July 16, 2021.
On 12 August 2021, the same Administrative Court of Appeal rejected the "third opposition" motions filed by the association France Nature Environnement against the judgments of 16
July. The association therefore appealed in cassation to the Council of State which issued a decision on December 30: the appeal is not allowed.

Talked to them. The tests are over but they have not got back the assays. That is on Rattlesnake. On Canada they have drilled so those should be soon too. Envirometal has been putting out great results on concentrates and rick gold ore.
28% Gain? Rumors? Article on Orea
This is only write up I know on Orea https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/535947-darp-research/5654929-orea-mining-what-is-billionaire-backed-company-2_2-billion-of-high-grade-gold-worth-23#comments
Today this is out, but does not deal with court decision https://marketingsentinel.com/2022/01/05/how-has-the-orea-mining-oreaf-stock-appreciated-28-in-the-last-session/
Good to see activity here.
New video of Brodie on commercial production news. Key thing in near future is that "Galaxy is better than we thought" he is talking about the Galaxy ore body which is just one of dozens at Galaxy mine. It is higher grade than they thought before they started stoping and grade control drilling it. Here is the new video https://themarketherald.ca/galane-gold-ltd-commences-commercial-production-at-galaxy-2021-12-15/
This means 2022 and 2023 will be better than projected, higher grade, more oz it would seem. And they can add 30% more production with spare capacity in their upgraded mill. So sounds like they will cherry pick the very best of dozens of other ore bodies they know of and start mining them. Galaxy could become a mini giant mine. The ore bodies have only been mined at top and are wide. Neighbor mine has gone lower and found higher grades with depth.
Bowie, Correct I have seen this over and over. The percent IB takes is the best indicator, and if Fid and Etrade start taking a lot they there is practically no stock left to short.
Still heavy short on RECAF
It happened today commercial production Galaxy
Galane Gold Ltd
TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Galane Gold Ltd. (“Galane Gold” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: GG; OTCQB: GGGOF) is pleased to announce that it has commenced commercial production at its Galaxy operations.
During the final quarter of 2021, production at Galaxy has continued to increase and as a result, the operation is considered to have started commercial production. This is in line with the Company’s expectations and represents a significant milestone for Galane.
Galane’s management has also carried out an extensive reforecast of production for the next two years and can provide the following guidance:
2022 – Payable gold ounces of between 15,500 to 18,500 at an all-in sustaining cost of between $900 to $1,000(1)(2)
2023 – Payable gold ounces of between 24,000 to 27,000 at an all-in sustaining cost of between $750 to $850(1)(2)
Management has now started a comprehensive review of options to increase production through the exploitation of the 21 other mineralised bodies at Galaxy. Based on the current forecasted production, as at the end of 2023, Galaxy will still be operating at 70% of the current plant capacity.(1)(2)
Galane Gold CEO, Nick Brodie commented: “The results at Galaxy continue to exceed our expectations and we intend to provide the market with an update in the second quarter of 2022 on the impressive results we are seeing from our grade control drilling at the Galaxy ore body on the initial 22 level.”(1)
BIG NEWS!
That is great news. I have been disappointed in Raymond deal so far, but that info sounds great. BornAgain, you PMed me and having read this am positive again on them.

MrDale thanks link,Gran is spectacular investment have a huge investment in it. Getting hundreds a month in monthly divs but the big money is coming.
NYBob, hold-on,best value gold miner outthere
Am expecting spectacular move in 2022 with gold now broken out an in uptrend.
Cheers
Should have results this week BucketTests
Anything over 50% and think stock will go crazy. The immediate big win for GFG is in-situ Rattlesnake.
New LandPackage cannot miss,GoldSystem already found. Brian told me if this property was available when they started GFG they would have bot it first.
So they will hot gold left and right on new drilling this Q, maybe that will bring Europe fund back in.
They can open it almost immediately (Summmit) if they can find a contractor, otherwise months to buy their own equipment and mine it themselves.
Mupane with the gold breakout this week is getting much more profitable. $1840 was breakout which it has held. Mupane makes good money here and much better at $2100 which is where think it will be in 6 months.
Cheers
When Orea moves it moves fast. I had a small position for first big move, now have a big position waiting for 2nd big move. See things are 100% positive here, that is good. Means less supply on next up move.
Cheers
TD,It is % of RECAF stock at IB Short Lent
I have about 5,000 RECAF in an account there, with about 3,700 of it lent by shorts. It is proportional, every acct at IB is 75% short lent, I have 4 accts there.
Years ago found out reports were highly inaccrate, the below explains it. After documenting it over and over to others got tried of reinventing the wheel, so created a file with the info:
Written in 2020: There are the "official" #s and the real numbers on shorts. I have explained this about 10-20 times but not to the same person. Look at the SAEX chart for last 2 years, it has been short squeezed maybe 8 times in that period, on no news!, and shorts had to pay 100-120% interest per year to be short and often 90-100% of the stock shortable at IB was shorted.
So what did the short report say Sept 2018 before SAEX short squeezed like 300% up on over 3 times the entire share count in 1 day? The reports said SAEX was 2% short that day. They are 100% worthless, I have not even looked at them for 1.5 years as know they are 100% worthless. On RNKLF I track it through a network of about 10 other people who lend it out, actual IB, Etrade and Fidelity accounts where it is being lent to shorts.
Today RNKLF is about 80% short at IV, 9% at ET, and 25% at Fid. For about 5 months Sept-Jan ending 2019 it cost about 120% interest to short it, 10% a month! Yet the short reports said only 5% was short, that is impossible both from the real data and from the interest rate they were paying. Never ever trust short reports is the moral to the story. All meant in a friendly manner. And BTW OTC broker for stocks (edit like RECAF) do not even have report shorts by law, and SAEX was not OTC so bottom line is use logic and data and ignore short reports.
Cheers
This can more than 10 bag, SizeVsSize is why.
I have many 5+ Baggers and one 13 Bagger in oils, especially Canada oils which were detested a year ago when buying them. TGA bot big at .39 almost to day 1 year ago and today it is $2.75 that is a 7 Bagger.
Also 1 year ago bot CRLFF for .32 and today it is $4.18 that is a 13 Bagger.
Did either of them do anything like Recon Africa? No, CRLFF survived when mkt was wrong about that and oil went up. TGA was irrationally low, a stock that have been in and out of for 15 years. They got a better deal on same oil fields in Egypt and oil went up.
Neither did anything of magnitude that Recon has, potentially finding one of the biggest oil fields in history. Not even in the same ballpark or city.
If Exxon found this it would not 20-30 bag, even if 100 billion barrels there, because Exxon is huge. Yahoo says RECAF is $945 million mkt cap after the 42% rally it has done in last few days. EXXON has $275 Billion mkt cap about 300 times more than RECAF. So inherently RECAF would go up 300 times more based on the same future profit gain for both. Simple math.
That is why invest in smaller stocks like TGA and CRLFF. Have only one biggie, COP, like their recent deal and they are well run. But play it with options as know it cannot 7 or 13 bag due to size.
How big are Exxon's oil reserves? 2020 end 15 billion barrels and it is declining, they are not replacing them as fast as pumping them. They added 1 billion to resources because of Guyana in 2021 and are at 10 billion barrels resources (resources are less proved than reserves) so say 25 billion barrels total.
Could Recon have that much producible? Yes. The estimates by both oil pros and anti oil enemies like Nat Geo and Prince Harry are 10s to over 100 billion barrels. Just 1 billion barrels would be a huge win.
Does that mean that RECAF will 300 bag? Unlikely, it will take money to build up a 25 billion barrel field and time. Likely they will take in a partner like Exxon to fund that.
But a 20 Bagger, a 50 Bagger? You bet. And then kick in super stock momo and biggest story in oil this decade and why not over valuation? How are people going to feel after it 20 bags? Same way Apple and Tesla investors felt after those two 20 bagged.
That is the Size Vs Size aspect of this. I know of no oil company that has as favorable Size of mkt cap Vs Size of potential future profits as RECAF.
Cheers
couldbebetter,they are tryingToTrapShorts, ShortsUp50%:IB
On Friday IB shows RECAF going from 50% short (huge) to 75%. RECAF may have faster data than us. Companies can request from exchanges identities of holders and amount short, etc, and often faster than public can. I have been in management of public companies. Never tried to get short data, but have got stock counts for proxy battle.
I do think they are rightly trying to trap shorts. Friday may be when shorts went way or or Tuesday (3 day settle). Either way terrible timing by shorts. There is more they can do. 1st I litterally had a fantasy the day before that they would release seismic images very early (what I would do
if in control. That was like 1 in 100, they did that.
Next one? Have a seismic expert say they can see oil or and gas in the 2D, it is possible although it is iffy, but it does affect the seismic if there.
Everything they said in PR was true, it is clear and many traps are apparent.
Not the plan, they will drill with 2D, maybe later. If they have what think they do, they may not need 3D for long time.
2021-11-5: ReconAfrica and NAMCOR Provide Preliminary Results from the 1st Seismic Program in the Kavango Basin:
Traps all over and their does appear to be a top seal cap. It does appear similar to Kenyan and Ugandan oil fields as graben rift zone creating traps.
Seems like RECAF is fighting back. They did not have to release this, this is very fast, but indeed the traps are clear the seismic is clear. Before this, OilPrice.com article, before that Kavango elders PR, all in one week and about 50% gain in that week. Wanted them to fight back, go on offense and they have. Seriously yesterday had a fantasy in mind that they would do exactly this with seismic data, less than 24 hours later and here it is.
For those with no geo background, the link has cross section images of the seismic, the colored ones are best to look at. The concept is after the cap rock was in place the working petroleum system was migrating oil and gas upward (without cap rock you get tar pits on surface) and due to faults a permeable layer with oil gets blocked sideways by an impermeable rock formation moved up or down against it, trapping the oil from moving higher.
What causes the faults? The crust being pulled apart (rift zone) like in Nevada or Kenya.
I also see 3 big anticlines (humps) on left side of Example Line 1; North South line, Central Kavango Basin. Line length 66km - Interpreted
Those humps are KMs across, a natural oil trap that does not require faulting to trap the oil. Oil and gas move up as very light compared to rock and water. In Half Moon Bay CA have seen anticlines 100 feet across with baby oil wells pumping away on them. The 2nd oil well in America(world) was drilled in Half Moon Bay.
BTW releasing this great news after the close over a weekend, hmm may be to really sweat the Shorts. They can not get out until this is spread wide and far. Help RECAF out spread this around. Viceroy staff may be soiling their pants about now.
Cheers
https://mailchi.mp/466a87f50f6e/reconafrica-and-namcor-provide-preliminary-results-from-the-first-seismic-program-in-the-kavango-basin-ne-namibia?e=4ddb7d12a2
As reported on October 21, 2021, 450 linear kilometers of seismic data were successfully acquired within budget and on schedule. Third party processing of this data by DownUnder GeoSolutions (America) LLC in Houston, Texas, and Absolute Imaging Inc. in Calgary, Canada, began as each seismic line was acquired, providing a very time efficient and uniquely interactive approach to the processing.
Importantly, the initial processing results of the seismic acquisition has produced high quality data revealing a variety of structural and stratigraphic features providing for a target rich environment for the upcoming drilling program scheduled for early Q1, 2022.
An example of the early processing results of a seismic line is provided below. This line is shown twice, the first version an initial interpretation and the second, a clean version, illustrates:
The overall good quality of the initial processed data. Significant extensional grabens with normal fault systems connected by steep wrench-related shear zones. Well-developed expansion of stratigraphic section in the grabens.
Good fault resolution, some major faults extending over several thousand meters to near surface, and potential for multiple styles of trapping.
Consistency with the rift basin origin of the Kavango basin.
Additional two seismic lines can be found via the following link HERE.
These results also highlight a clear distinction between the Kavango basin, and the Owambo basin to the west, which is in a much simpler tectonic setting. The Company will continue processing the data to maximize image quality, and has begun the interpretation of the data, integrating available stratigraphic well data, with the intention of identifying new well locations by year end.
Immanuel Mulunga, Managing Director of NAMCOR commented, “NAMCOR is excited by the preliminary results of the recently concluded 2D seismic survey in our licence area. While we look forward to the processing and interpretation of the entire 2D survey, these initial findings give us extra confidence to choose the optimal drilling locations for the upcoming drilling campaign.”
Dr. Jim Granath stated, “These initial results of the first 2D seismic program prove that our acquisition and processing program provides good quality interpretable data, and that seismic will be a cornerstone of our current and future exploration program. This initial seismic data proves the Company’s basic premise, that the Kavango Basin is clearly a rift basin (geologically different from the Owambo Basin), with similar features to many of the world’s petroleum producing provinces.”
Yes, brother of Frank,Sorta Dual Billionaire Deposit, pretty rare even if billion mkt cap stock, only one I know at $23 million mkt cap.

SeekingAlphaArticle Orea Mining: What Is A Billionaire Backed Company With $2.2 Billion Of High Grade Gold Worth? $23 Million? (OTCMKTS:OREAF) | Seeking Alpha
https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/535947-darp-research/5654929-orea-mining-what-is-billionaire-backed-company-2_2-billion-of-high-grade-gold-worth-23
Summary
Orea Mining's Chairman is Robert Giustra, their partner on MONTAGNE D’OR JV - French Guiana, is NordGold controlled by Russian Billionaire Alexei Mordashov.
The mine to be built is very high grade for a big pit, Reserves of 2.75 million ounces gold (54.11 Mt @ 1.58 g/t gold). Orea owns 45%.
A new wrinkle, 10-22-2021. Nordgold files Lawsuit Valuing its 55.01% of Montagne d'Or Gold Project at US$4.6 Billion against France.
Curiously Nordgold has set themselves up to pay Orea a lot more ($3.76 billion) if they buy them.
Orea market cap is $23 million. Is this the mostly interesting sub $25 million company in world? Gets my vote.
Conclusion:
Orea Mining has a great deposit. They have won in court so far to build the mine. Gold prices are 50% higher now than when it was deemed a profitable operation to build. It is backed and controlled by one of the most successful mining billionaires in the world. The stock is unknown and valued at just $23 million when this was written at .13 per share.
They say "Open pit mine (LOM: 12 Years) with annual production of 237,000 oz gold in the first 10 years of mine life at an average grade of 1.73 g/t gold." 45% of that is 106,000 oz a year for Orea. There is far more gold there than just the reserves, millions more oz of resources.
The mine does need to be funded, but with an mega billionaire controlling it, that should not be a problem, but the terms are an unknown at this point. Orea has option to keep their 45% if they cover costs for their share. Have heard they want to be bought out by Nordgold, hence must of been happy campers when Nordgold valued them at $3.76 billion.
You may ask how can Orea stock be so cheap? First the big money is with Nordgold, so far. Nordgold is private, they delisted and Mordashov owns 98%, so he has no motive to increase Ora's stock price, just the opposite. Since he wants to buy them out the lower OREAF stock is the better, never underestimate the influence of someone with $25 billion dollars.
What about Orea? They do not have a lot of influence and are obviously not good at stock promotion and exert tiny effort in it. I never even heard of Orea till a few months ago and just small amount about Columbus (old name). The kicker on this is if Nordgold does not offer them enough, Robert Giustra can likely get the money to fund his side with a brother who has made billions and other connections, especially if gold starts reacting rationally to the combo of inflation and real interest rates. With "Mine AISC: US$779 per ounce gold (US$749 for the first 10 years)" this property will be incredibly valuable at $2200 gold.
The behavior of the billionaire and the deposit would rationally point to Orea stock doing a 10+ bagger from here. At a 10 bagger it would still be just $230 million market cap for a 106,000 oz producer. But Norgold has a history of buying out partners before production starts. They have amazingly said in court documents that Orea's share of the mine is worth $3.76 billion. Stay tuned.
It has done well, check out Orea too, will post there.

It looks good T
Up 10% .1017 today
It is one of my large positions. I do not know of any gold miner that is profitable and has the same or bigger production out there with sub $30 million value. If anyone does know please post. BTW that is ignoring the high growth future.
Hi T, yes, still big position and pretty good profit on it. All miners have been hit but copper$ still great. They need another VMS at El Roble, and now that they own all of La Plata they will drill more there to see if they can find more there too.
Ecuador has much more pro mining gov now after election. Than we do.
They come to them and ask how can we speed up your mine build?
Galane is dirt cheap.
"Buy Profitable And Future 110,000oz Miner Galane Gold For $26.6 Million, Comparison To $316 Million Pure Gold" https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/535947-darp-research/5648819-buy-profitable-and-future-110000oz-miner-galane-gold-for-26_6-million-comparison-to-316
This is how it starts:
Summary
At .0812 a share Galane has a $26.6 Market Cap, sells for <1 Times Book, <10PE and has EV/EBITDA of 2.92, yet will be one of the fastest growing miners.
The Galaxy Project will grow from current 15,000oz to 43,000oz gold a year in 2023 then 60,000oz in 2025 and has an IRR of 1,051% and an AISC of $777.
They bought the ready to go Summit gold and silver mine with Banner Mill in New Mexico (100,000oz Au, 6,500,000oz Ag) with NPV of $96 million for $16 million.
How does Galane compare to similar production sized Pure Gold? Galane has 1/12th the mkt cap. Is this justified by other factors?
Galane Gold (GGOFF) is a gold miner with the Galaxy Mine in South Africa, the Mupane Mine in Northeastern Botswana and the Summit Gold/Silver Mine in New Mexico USA. They had $49 million revenue in 2020 with $12.1 million positive EBITDA and have started an explosive growth period.
In mining a 30% IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is considered good and 50% IRR as great. So when I saw that Galane Gold (GGOFF) had a 1,051% IRR on the Galaxy Project was all ears. It is the highest IRR have ever seen for any mine project or for that matter any oil project either.
One conclusion for 2022: So at 60,000oz and combined AISC will guess at $1100 (Mupane is a lot higher than Galaxy) and $1775 gold that would produce $40.5 million profit. And Galane is currently $26.6 million market cap? That is insanely undervalued. It is 0.6 PE for a high growth company. If we assign an 8 PE that is a market cap of $404 million or about $90 million more than Pure Gold is today. That is about a 15 bagger.

One Take,Could be big OK SolidState batteries=HolyGrail. https://electrovaya.com/press/electrovaya-labs-announces-initial-solid-state-battery-results/
Does look promising and EFLVF is up 15%. The market seems to comprehend how big this is. My guess new investors coming in. People that follow battery tech news.
I consider their current ceramic separators to be a solid state battery, they do not catch fire. This is beyond that it would appear. The fact they could do this in a coin cell (watch battery) indicates any size can be done, in other words possible replacement for Tesla batteries. Maybe a big cost advantage? If you are going to get leapfrogged, you want to the leapfrogger.
Maybe this means watch and flashlight batteries will use this tech in future? Sure would be safer. I am on a notebook right now. 100% discharge is not an issue, no fires, no fade, likely last way longer better than any lap/notebook batteries ever if the case. Ever hear of cell phones
Maybe wild imagination, but possible. We do not know how big this is yet. BUT seems they like it a lot to release this very early in testing, just 80 cycles. My guess is they think it is big.
If you want to know about EFLVF https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/535947-darp-research/5534083-electrovaya-tesla-of-forklifts-gets-game-changing-raymond-toyota-oem-deal#comments

.0606 new high for rally, good volume too
Seems supply is drying up and the buyer/s still building their positions.
This is Cup&Handle breakout with resistance about .08,priorHigh.
.0598 and 552,000 shares,Wow! 6?
Are we going to see .06?
This is by far biggest volume in over a week this early in day. we have has .0595 and .0596 before today, so barely a new high buy .06 or higher would be big breakout.
have not been trading them, but they do show at Fid
