Potential XCHO Investor Package:
Please pass alow so we can get XCHO exposed, thanks.
There is an apparent lucrative investment in a company called Xenacare (XCHO) that is the exclusive distributor of Cobroxin (www.Cobroxin.com). I have pulled info from several sources into one post on it below. In a nutshell they have a new pain killer Cobroxin that is just in stores now like Winn-Dixie and on websites like Amazon. It appears to be a blockbuster, yet XCHO only has about a $6.5 million market cap today despite being up 18% after a webinar last nite. Check it out I think you will like what you see.
http://www.nutrapharma.com/investor_relations/presentations.php is an archived video presentation and PDF about Cobroxin and NPHC. Since then they have had a new webinar 12-10-09 by Rik the CEO that is not up yet. Here are the notes for it:
He said that up front it was not for investors but users, but we got tons of news anyway.
1. Nyloxin OTC is foreign name of Cobroxin.
2. He said he was happy with Xenacare and how it is being rolled out by Xenacare (XCHO).
3. He said by 2Q 40% of drug stores in USA will have it on the shelf and it will result in 2Q sales explosion.
4. He gave us 5 retail chain names that have it on the shelf with close to 2,000 stores combined. This includes Winn-Dixie, specific notes on Yahoo board for XCHO.
5. How/who will distribute Nyloxin RX is only question I had unanswered, but it will not be on the shelf even though it is non-script. It will be behind the counter, doctors offices, and hospitals.
6. They do plan a pet version.
7. Canada is weeks away.
8. It is less expensive per month than Advil.
9. It is 5 micrograms per spray.
10. Overdose almost impossible, researcher drank 36 bottles and got double vision and headache only.
11. TV ads will start running in January. In magazines now.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great new pain reliever, November 3, 2009
By Ruben Rivera (Minneapolis, MN USA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I ordered this product several days ago and applied it according to the directions on joints that have been giving me chronic pain for years. The instructions say it takes 3 to 4 applications per day for about 4 days for it to become effective (then you can reduce the number of applications per day), but I was getting relief within a couple of days. Corbroxin is working great with none of the side effects the FDA says accompany many of the common pain relievers out there. This is great stuff.

5.0 out of 5 stars This product really works!, November 3, 2009
By A. Nel - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I have purchased and used both the gel and the spray. I was a bit sceptic at first. It has been VERY effective on both a chronic elbow pain and the spray has worked wonders for my migraine problem.
There are no side effects associated with this product that one would get using over the counter drugs and prescription medications. It relieved me of serious pain within thirty minutes.
Thanks Cobroxin, awesome product! Comment Comment | Permalink | Was this review helpful to you? Yes No (Report this)

5.0 out of 5 stars Cobroxin Works!!!!, November 3, 2009
By AlexD (Florida) - See all my reviews
Unbelievable. There is no other word to describe this product. I bought it for my girlfriend who has had pain in her hip for years. On only the second day after the first application, she walked to the grocery store not once, but twice, and without pain. Previously, she would get sore on the way there and suffer all the way back. This is one of those things that seems too good to be true, but is just THAT good. I'm so impressed, I already ordered more for two of my friends who suffer daily. I almost wish I had an ache of my own to try it out on!! Comment Comment | Permalink | Was this review helpful to you? Yes No (Report this)
$40,000=18% lets get this baby off the ground
That was the stock bot today, about $40,000 and we got 18%. Which may be less that the weekly sales of Cobroxin now for all we know.
So before posted what would $250,000 of buying do? Ratio wise that would be 6x or 108% gain. That is entirely possible. So it will not take much demand to get this baby flying.
Off topic any one every see the Far Side cartoon on baby taking off? http://books.google.com/books?id=fWS2dpM...'s+get+this+baby+off+the+ground%22&source=bl&ots=5qrSGW4YUm&sig=lLRuZDCYQumTOWwPA1Gy1H0-XJg&hl=en&ei=97giSz2I2LED_pfQqgs&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CAgQ6AEwADgK#v=onepage&q=&f=false

Yep some folks might do it for thrill, but would not reccomend it
Accipiter maybe go to yahoo board
For each stock one board will dominate, for TMR it used to be Yahoo then Yahoo ticked off folks with bad changes and it went to IV. For other stocks it is Ihub or raging bull.
To the best of my knowledge it is Yahoo for XCHO. Does anyone know of a more active board?
Cheers

Probart, up 14%, they did add a Testimonial page.
I suggested that, so they are paying attention.
We are up 14% on about 900,000 shares and over teh 50dma for first time in a month. Things looking good here.
Cheers
Probart, would you believe .095?
Yes lots of early buying. Maybe a pro coming in. My avg is about .09 now, one acct .08. Yesterday I was big part of buying, today only 5% of buying. A trigger for me was verifying all the reports of Cobroxin working good are really true via pain sites and a MD I emailed.
Supply of stock seems to be drying up after 500,000 was bot today. Ther are only 47 million shares. So today over 1% has traded already, that is a lot. Maybe teh old directors are running out of shares to sell.
Cheers

The mkt cap on XCHO is so small buying 1% of the company it feasible for a lot of people. Very big volume today, some of it is me.
Sea, agree and sources-
Include same position in both companies. I can not reply to private mesg, but agree that they should report their intial sales which is from what we know quite good.
I guess such a PR or a PR on new deals will come soon.
650k+ Volume, .09 Good Chart
The last time it had volume like this was Nov 12th which was also a day up. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=xcho
Shows the nice 2 day candle setup, and the positive Chaiken MoneyFlow during the entire decline from .16. That indicates it has been under accumulation the entire time, strange is it sure has not felt that way.
The downtrendline does not show in that chart as it is log not linear chart scale, but on linear chart all of todays action is above the line. So TA wise, it is looking good.
Summation of research on XCHO, post on Yahoo
I have now talked with management of both XCHO and NPHC. And researched on outside pain discussion boards, outside doctors, etc.
1. Rik leaving board of XCHO. Some services show this PR others not (yesterday). He left due to the guessed reason, conflict of interest. There were many issues he would have to recuse himself on votes, so under lawyers advice left. Relationship is good between companies.
2. Outside sites on pain, posted on this yesterday. http://www.fibrotalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&p=165697 People who were posting on this site mostly since 2007, 2 years before Cobroxin was announced are saying it is working good for them, worth a read. This is independent outside confirmation (no motive to post besides helping others).
3. Lack of Dilution of XCHO, they think they will be cash flow positive soon. Directors are help fund it.
4. The videos of Rik on NutraPharma site are most encouraging and show he is highly knowledgeable on the technology.
5. I have confirmed what has been hinted that Walgreens and CVS will start marketing Cobroxin in January. Being they put Sunpill on the shelves this was guessed by others to be in the works.
6. Who is selling XCHO? Found out that 3 former directors of XCHO have a lot of stock, thus might be the sellers. Saw this same factor PTSC at hold it back before it shot up 23 times in 2-3 months. This was my guess, just did not know the details.
7. NPHC is sticking with public projection of 1 million bottles a month, and that is just USA.
8. The bottom line is can not find a serious problem, and have found explanation for selling in XCHO. At same time the good news is superb, the mire I find out the more I believe that 1 million bottles a month projection and know I feel its effectiveness is confirmed. Thus I believe a move to $1+ a share for both stocks is most feasible and have bought more of both today.
Cheers
Thanks for link
Link is missing on letter.
That is not out on a lot of services. But Ihub and Fidelity have it. 17.1 link does not work.
Can somone post the text of Rik's letter?
Thanks
Doctor has posted on Yahoo board.
Cobroxin efficacy 23-Nov-09 12:59 pm I'm an MD who sees a lot of patients with chronic pain syndromes.
Started using Cobroxin about 2 weeks ago and it's been very effective. Significant benefit even with cancer patient. However, the pain relief only lasts for 2 to 3 hours. I've talked with a rep from NutraPharma who implied that patients have more prolonged pain relief the longer they use Cobroxin. That hasn't been my experience. We buy wholesale for about 10 $ per bottle. I own Nutrapharma and Xenacare.

That is the post, this is me. Bot more today .081-.085. Still feel this is the most exciting investment out there. Sometimes it is very frustrating on stocks like these. It seems obvious the risk/reward is superb, and they go nowhere for weeks. But two stcoks like that have given me 20 baggers this year. NPHC and GTN. Figure that XCHO is the most likely stock to do that in next 6 months.
Cheers
Bagger is multiple, 3 bagger is 3 times or 200% gain.
Good luck.
Yes I do. I started wth NPHC, just luck 1 week before it took off. Then Cobroxin was announced and it took off more. I got in .04, sold up to .93 retaining some. Then have bot back in high .40s. But mostly have XCHO. BTW think Rik is a genius after listening to his videos, hence why have position in NPHC.
It is a technique I sometimes use. Look for washed out penny stocks that have the potential to be real companies and buy and wait. PTSC is one I did and got 20 bagger plus on (same results on NPHC. Expect NPHC to at least retest highs. On XCHO think .40-3.00 possible because mkt cap is so tiny, float very low and from everything I know it will be a real company. It is the stock most likley to do a ten bagger IMHO that know of.
Cheers

Exclusive Territory Distribution Agreement
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 26, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Nutra Pharma Corporation (hereinafter known as “Nutra”) with principal offices located at, 791 Park of Commerce Blvd, Suite 300, Boca Raton, Florida, 33487. and XenaCare Holdings (hereinafter known as “XenaCare”) with principal offices located at 14000 Military Trail, Suite 104, Delray Beach, Florida, 33484. The parties are sometimes referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
1.
APPOINTMENT. Nutra hereby appoints XenaCare as Nutra’s Exclusive US Distributor and grants XenaCare the right to sell Cobroxin formulations as described in Attachment 1 (the "Products") in the United States (the "Territory") on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; provided, however, that in the event XenaCare does not meet the performance standards set forth in paragraph 3.03 of this Agreement, Nutra reserves the right to cancel this Appointment. The Parties will at all times conduct their businesses in a manner as will reflect favorably on each other and on the Products, and will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal, or unethical business practice. XenaCare specifically agrees to avoid making claims of efficacy against certain diseases, or any other claim or selling technique which is improper or illegal under Law.

(by telephone, online, or by other reasonable and mutually accepted method) by Nutra. All purchase orders must assume a minimum six-week lead time for product production.
3.02 PRICES. The prices and minimum order quantities for each of the Products applicable to XenaCare are shown in Attachment 1. All prices for Product will be quoted FOB point of manufacture or XenaCare designee per individual Purchase Order. 4.02 TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT. Any material breach of this Agreement by either party shall constitute a default if not cured within twenty (30) days after written notice of such breach is given. Upon unresolved default by either party, the other party may terminate this Agreement on ten (10) days' written notice only through recognized written communication (certified mail, email with delivery recipient receipt or hand delivered letter).

XenaCare shall prepay transportation charges to Nutra's factory. If returned Products are replaced under terms of this warranty, Nutra will prepay transportation charges in both directions.
NPHC and XCHO are NOT Pinksheets.
Forgot that point in last post. This is very important. Yes they are penny stocks, but the are NASDAQ BB stocks that are fully reporting. That is more than 10 times better than a pinksheet wher you have not idea what is going on. A NASDAQ BB follows the same basic rules as a NYSE stock like Ford.
Not only do thye have to tell you what is going on, they get 100 times more inspection by SEC than a pinksheet. I would not have taken the large position in XCHO I have, if it was a pink.
Cheers
I see there is a disaggreement going on here. This is a rare case where both of you are right. Yes the people who buy today are doing so becuase they think it will be higher, even just higher tommorow.
And also true that maybe 25% or of buys are based on reported sales or projected sales which are important to many, one of you in particular. Buffet is one that mostly uses fundemental valuation to make his decisions almost solely. Others use charts soley. Both can make money.
I personally use both, and have got my biggest wins on washed out penny stocks that have a real business or are going to have a real business. Some understand neither and base decisions on myriad factors, sometimes just "feel". Even some of them make money (know some).
But a company like Apple in 2009 would not be $200 a share if they lost money the last 4 Qs. At the same time worthless stocks can have $100 mill mkt cap due to clueless investors plus insightful traders playing the supply demand only for stock aware its worthless.
Cheers
Called company(XCHO), it did answer a lot of questions. A fairly lengthy chat.
He said my perceptions of what is going on is generally correct.
1. On issue of CC, not this Q but likely next Q there will be a Call. As Cobroxin was not for sale in the Q reported, so not one this time.
2. Some very good news. I offered to help on financing and he was really only interested in receivables financing. That they were trying to avoid dilution as much as possible. If you think this through what does that mean? IMHO that means they indeed do not want dilution of the stock and they expect a lot of sales and are concerned about cashflow from rapidly rising sales. This is a known good problem but a problem. In that if you sell lets say $5 million order, you do not get the $, then you have to put out the $ to get the product to ship. Receivables financing creates no dilution. Also the officers are helping finance XCHO now.
3. XCHO is not planning much in the way of investor meetings because they are booked up with meetings with distributors and major drug chains. He mentioned an org named MMR and said they had full page ad in their publication and were going to dinner associated with that org in which the VPs of companies like Walgreens, Wal-mart, etc would be. I might be off on the acronym MMR. So they said they are so focused on marketing and setting up distribution right now, it will be a while before a large outreach to investors. He said they think Cobroxin can be a homerun product too (as I think).
4. On Foreign distribution he said Xenacare was interested in doing this on Cobroxin and they are open to do this as agrmnt indicated. Forst they need the country by country approval, as NPHC is working on.
5. Some more good news. They will not wait to next Q to report how sales of Cobroxin are going. They will announce distribution agrmnts as they happen. BTW they will not put up testimonials online as there are some legal dangers in doing so.
5. Also said that they can keep up with large demand as they are set up now.
They have a electronic distribution method which allows them to sell at very high rates, without having to add a lot of people.
6. They are happy with orders so far. Also every distributor they have contacted has been interested in Cobroxin, a positive mkt reaction.
7. They can not announce the price deal with NPHC, but it will be apparent when sales/expense #s come out.
8. There is a long relationship (near 20 years) between the mang of two companies, that is good to know.
So to sum it up IMHO, it appears that XCHO and NPHC will do very well if Cobroxin sells well, which most if not of us think will be the case.
Cheers

EnergyisKing, what do we get for 100 to 30%?
If they raise $5 mill for the Med spinoff, fine then our 30% plus NNLX part would own about 50% of that, thus gain 2.5 mill cash and free trading. But if nothing is received for the 50%, then it does not look good.
Any info appeciated
Link on Inversco worked, reposting here. Happy reading

I had to go thru 8 links from yours to get here, but maybe my link will require the same. Am posting to find out. This does have a great deal of info, hope the link works. Its a shell, nothing more. A way for NNLX to go public (or part of it)
INversco is the dentists company(Harvey Altholtz ) I have searched him on yahoo. Thus it appears he is planning on financing bioreactors. He in past sold a dental filler that FDA later banned.
calls to NNLX should fill in Harveys role.
