"Some say ONCI will make $ 100 million in 2019" ha
If that's anywhere CLOSE to the truth, there would be a good & close relationship w/ banking (cuz who wouldn't want a piece of THAT?) so that he could EASILY pay off "Delaware debt" whatever made-up number that is.
There are REASONS this isn't happening. Understanding those reasons equate to DD.
Would LOVE to see somebody answer these easy questions... but nobody will.
Thanks for your reply. You DO realize otcmarkets.com is a marketing platform correct? It is NOT sanctioned by the SEC or anything like that to provide accurate financial data. For a fee, they repost company-provided PR & un-audited financial claims.
What some of you folks call "DD" is simply re-posting promotional tweets, un-audited financials, and claiming to have 'insider' info thru direct phone calls w/ some guy called 'Steve Berman.'
That's NOT Due Diligence. DD is AUDITED financials at least, and additional FACTUAL information verified by a 'trusted 3rd party' (NOT someone who makes those claims on msg boards).
Of course this is a sub-penny stock, that did all of $10k in volume today. Just imagine if the financials were REAL, or the product was REAL & moving! Don't you think 'those in the know' would be all over ONCI buying more than $300 worth of stock at a time?
Hmm.
Would appreciate an honest reply to this
Gosh, if the CEO wants to move the share price higher he should use a tiny portion of this claimed massive revenue... and hire a reputable financial firm to perform a real, actual audit of all financials.
THEN... gee, maybe somebody w/ pockets would show up and actually accumulate shares.
But it appears the CEO WON'T do this for some reason. I've asked the board many basic questions that nobody will answer but maybe someone will answer this one:
Why don't we, or can't we, see Audited Financials like a real company?
You could say this board has been out of hand for over a yr - look at share price trend, look at daily avg dollar-trading-volume, and ask a simple question:
Why are super-small-retail-traders the only 'smart people' who see the genius in Steve & this so-called-company? Why are average trades in the hundreds of dollars? Why isn't ANY big or 'smart' money buying this? There are actual answers to these questions...
Of course, many pennies have their runups, as ONCI did, typically followed by nothing. Watch price, trade it well, occasionally or often, and make some money.
"I was ALL-IN on this at .0008 and continued to buy on the way up."
When folks post entries, basic msg-board protocol 'requires' posting exits as well, or in your case since you state you 'continued to buy on the way up', please let us know your avg cost-basis.
Thanks!
And if MODs want to delete this msg (like they have w/ several of my responses here) they really should delete the msg it refers to.
IMO.
MJ had a monster run, now it's cooling off a bit as mentioned in my prev post. TLRY's monster move was awesome, but possibly caused more harm than good in that it 'screamed' mania, and now many MJ traders are back to watch-mode.
Earnings are on-tap, market as a whole 'feels toppy' to many, and for those of us who trade price-action, we need to see 'EXTREME VALUE' or price AND volume at least moving in the right direction.
I don't see either of those yet, so still waiting.
How do you guys 'value' Canopy? What 'should' it's market-cap be? and based on what?
If you can't put a meaningful 'value' on it, then you NEED to see something else don't you? Or what makes you pull the trigger to buy THIS instead of something that's actually moving UP?
Not bashing, I intend to get onboard... but haven't seen a good reason yet.
makes sense, thanks
thanks for taking the time to write a sensible reply
Would love to hear a well-thought thru answer as to WHY a company name-change will affect share price? Should I care or be excited about a name-change or 'move to Colorado' for some reason? Why would this be a catalyst for price action?
Thanks for any response!
(I don't need a response from those who DON'T think it will make a difference, trying to figure out why bulls keep pointing to it as a 'game changer' or whatever?)
I know folks have been talking about Name Change & Move to Colorado for over a yr now, but I'm not sure I understand what that would translate into for the shareholder.
Can someone please explain how this would impact share price?
Thanks!
Mate, I'm not that poster ('nodummy'), I just googled the name and that post came immed came up.
Cleaining out my mailbox, here's one from 2010 that's worth a look:
http://learn.advfn.com/index.php?title=Do_your_DD
I would think smart bulls would be bidding in mulit-MM blocks say bid .0017 then partial-sells .0019 to .0021 and banking it, always holding some in case it goes, but cashing in partials for the rinse/repeat until then.
Anyone else ACTUALLY trade like that?
AWSM Promo, 17 Sep. This is the article "everyone" saw; read the 1st paragraph at the bottom of the paid titled "Paid Advertisement".
$400k not a bad payday to write a promo prior to additional shares being issued. Turns out they earned it! Well done promo.
http://www.marketoracle.co.uk/Article63142.html
I originally got it in an email, as did thousands? millions? of others.
I tried. Not a single attempt at an intelligent or factual response, just continued promotional re-posts from the same new accounts. Those accounts will disappear, and other new ones will take their place in time. Same ol' same ol'
I'll go back to watching price & waiting for trade setups.
Trade well.
Hopefully you're right - I love success stories, and if even a tiny part of what the promoters claim is true comes to pass, then the price will start a meaningful move higher and those of us waiting for that can jump on and we'll all be rich. Lake Houses for everyone!
But if anything posted here IS true, then I'm really really curious why 'smart-money' hasn't discovered what a steal this is. For low 7-figures you could easily buy a huge percentage-stake or controlling interest.
Why haven't they, and who is this 'smart-money'? Any of these guys for a start:

Think About It
$1600 you can buy 1MM right now which surely you can afford or how can you successfully trade?
A couple $MM and you can control the company... which you'd think ANY ONE of the many, many PR'd companies would throw at it... if anything posted on this board is in fact real. I wonder why that hasn't happened...
If price starts moving meaningfully I'll possibly get onboard as well - but because it's unclear to me what is real at this point OTHER than price action, so trading discipline forces me to watch and wonder.
Why don't I "buy cheap"? I do, in real things that I trade like coffee & hog futures, things that have known real value (cost of production, etc).
Also options I consider meaningfully under-priced based on some basic statistical analysis I go thru. But 'Stinky Pinks' w/ zero fact-based due-diligence available to me, that move on paid-promotion and rumors force me to wait for price-action.
Think About It.
"It is a government approved legal entity."
What is? What are you talking about?
DewmBoom wrote, "If you want to discuss OTC pink sheet penny stocks, file a complaint with the government. They create it and companies follow"
I think you may be confused. OTC Markets (where all ONCI's UNAUDITED "financials" (ie, zero verification) are filed is a PRIVATE COMPANY. It is NOT Govt sponsored.
This page may be worth your time:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/risk-warning
1. "OTC Markets Group does not review, and is not responsible for confirming..."
2. "THERE CAN BE NO ASSURANCE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS SITE IS ACCURATE" and "INVESTORS ARE URGED TO CONFIRM THE ACCURACY..." (ie require AUDITED Financials).
3. "issuers are not required to maintain SEC registration" and does "not in itself create any ongoing filing or reporting obligations with the SEC".
Pinks can say what they want, and apparently are readily believed.
Trade Price, not Promises.
Think About It.
"And no one is even talking about this one .... yet:)"
I'm hoping it goes much lower first, as I would prefer to have a significantly lower cost-basis. That's why I'M NOT TALKING about it. Also my gut says cannabis stocks are due for a breather, so I'm thinking I'll get that opportunity to buy lower, but who knows? Not me, I just trade 'em as I see 'em.
Can someone explain why my post #192974 was deleted? Is this something moderators do at their whim?
Don't think I've ever had a post deleted before... curious what rules or boundaries I may have crossed?
You haven't even read my posts mate, which I guess is why you haven't responded except with more of the same.
I'm not a "shorter" which I thought I made clear, but whatever.
You clearly know what you're doing, and I've wished you well. Not sure what else you need.
Now, I could go back to YOUR posts and rip 'em apart line by line, but that wasn't my intent here.
Again, good luck w/ your trades.
That's interesting. I apologize for not posting facts, please point out what I've posted that isn't factual so I can correct it.
Good luck w/ your trades.
For others who DO hope to learn: shorts are longs best friends; shorts are future buyers, and are often the ones who kick-off a good reversal higher and continue to feed the fire when they're forced to buy-in.
Nearly EVERY good bottom is formed when shorts are forced to start covering. The ONLY time shorts are a problem is when they're right and YOU'RE wrong. But if you've done PROPER diligence, and you have the REAL FACTS, then that's no biggie cuz shorts will pay.
Trade 'em.
rather than reply to the quoted post, I would be more interested in your reply to MY post.
Why is the average daily $USD volume ~ $40,000 USD? (and I generously bumped that UP for you).
If you believe Steve's UNAUDITED FINANCIALS (but be mindful there's no such thing as "due diligence" on invented numbers), then what SHOULD ONCI's market cap be?
Should have added, "Think about it"
ONCI - "i would hate to have to admit that all of those annoying terds on the ONCI board were right all along"
EVERYONE on that board should post waaaayyyy less, over-the-top Bulls & Bears.
And never be afraid to admit when someone else is right; that's how we all learn plus it shows a litle class.
That said, I don't expect any of the garbage from either side to diminish, which is why I generally stay out of posting and just trade 'em.
"chances of a CRCW acquisition of RMRK"
see post #229.
Reading thru this board from the beginning, & RMRK board, it appeared many thought it was a "plan" or even a done deal. I'm not convinced.
Re RMRK, originally CRCW was going to close acquisiion this 4th QTR. Now this gives me pause:
"The Company expects to consummate the acquisition in 2018 and does not currently have plans for future operations of Rimrock. No definitive agreements have been entered into and no assurance can be given that we will successfully complete and close the proposed acquisition or business combination
rumors? why not be mores specific?
blackmail? please explain more clearly.
"Was referring to our CEOs impressive resume"
I know, my point was... it's not impressive, but that's just my opinion.
I'll end with this: shareholders of aapl or amzn don't refer to "our ceo" or "our product."
You'll notice penny boards are full of those types of posts. Good traders make good money trading, but they remember every penny stock is garbage and will take everything away from you that you let it, so don't let it take anything away from you.
Buy 'em and sell 'em. Ignore any "DD" posted on an ihub penny board.
Look at ONCI's chart: when should it have gotten your attention to buy? when should it have gotten your attention to sell? Ihub is useful to discover what garbage is in-play. Get on fast, then have immediate plans to monetize your trade, ie buy 10X shares, then immed start scaling out 1X at PLANNED intervals as it goes your way. Or not... it's your hard-earned money.
Or you could choose to listen to incessant cheerleading (or bashing) but that's not how traders make money.
Best of luck!
Please don't take this the wrong way, but what "resume"?
Do NOT believe so-called "DD" posted on penny msg boards. Due Diligence comes from audited financial statements; lacking those, these things are simply trading vehicles, NOT investments.
Don't fall in love w/ a trade; Buy 'em cheap, and then scale-out sell on the way up if you're lucky and they go your way. Do NOT chase them, they almost ALWAYS come back in, cuz generally they're all penny garbage.
Trade what you see.
Not bashing ONCI here, just trying to be helpful.
Thanks Phil, I enjoyed the read.
I see that was your first post and possibly you won't be back to see this, but I hope you post a follow-up to whatever email respsonse you get after you've had a chance to work thru it.
"NDAs are only signed to protect the content of the deal. You never sign an NDA if there is no deal."
What? Not true at all. I've dealt w/ many NDAs, they're signed pre-deal to protect the seller (in this case ONCI). NDAs are incredibly common, and in there is NO relationship between signing NDA and "likelihood of a deal."
Vance a couple things:
Generally speaking Short Interest is reported at EOM so it's really only interesting if there's a HUGE change from the prev month-end, or a HUGE change in share price from prev month-end. In ONCI's case, there WAS a HUGE change in share price during SEP, from .003 to .019, a MONSTER MOVE, so this is potentially interesting. BUT, ONCI average daily volume in September was 65-70 million shares. Short Interest of 1 million shares is meaningless especially at a value less than $3000. Of course Shorts would cover into a monster ramp like September, what kind of idiot wouldn't?
In ANY stock, IF short interest is a MEANINGFUL percentage of daily volume or outstanding shares, then that SI is "buying power" - those shares need to be bought in. Shorts are forced to cover into ramps and can add significantly to the ramp. Those who blame shorts for stocks going DOWN don't understand how stocks move. Stocks don't go down because of shorts (who can only sell on upticks), stocks go down when longs liquidate.
Why this stock has skull and bones? SKull & Crossbones is NOT suspension... but is often seen before companies are suspended.
http://otclawyers.com/what-does-caveat-emptor-or-skull-crossbones-mean-on-otc-markets/
BITCF convinced otcmarkets.com to remove the S&C early summer, only to see it re-instated prior to suspension last month.
Remember - OTCMARKETS.COM is NOT anything official, just a marketing platform for OTC stocks, and often confused as "official" by the least-informed traders.
or how about,
"Jamie, JPM has been accused, investigated and found guilty of multiple counts of fraud, and has paid $millions in fines for fraud. Please take care of JPM's fraud and not worry so much about a competing industry that has not been shown to be fraudulent. Oh, and consider investing in a basket of cryptos..."
