OT: The iceman cometh on his moped...
and bringeth his queen ice cream!
LOL
Was it Russell my bourbon drinking dog?
Come on Righty I know I'm right. lol
Hi Righty,
I guess I don't understand why all the shareholders need to call the CEO to get answers about the letter.
Considering that RSDS has paid for the prnewswireII service that goes to pinksheets, why not just post a statement there explaining the situation and be done with this once and for all?
I can't imagine the Mr. Berman would really like having his phone ring off the hook to answer the same questions repeatedly, and due to the fact that this is a publically held company, I think that this information would more appropriately explained in a PR where there is a need to have consistency in the answers to the questions about the letter.
I would love the letter and Mr. Berman issue to move onto how much uranium potential do we have and when might the 504 been finished up. Also, I would like to know that the only investigation going forward is about who was behind what went on here on the board the past week, whether or not it affected the share price, and will there be justice done about it?
jmo,
Loofman
O.K. One more response then to the crapper...
It tells me there WAS something to respond to. And I'm suspecting someone brought these things up, possibly BHS to the NASD? So, I will be VERY happy to know from Mr. Berman that these issues have been answered and cleared up.
Good thing I saved a couple of snorts of that corn licker for a night cap.

Lasermat, again, I am just agreeing with iceman's statement that it would be proper to address this in a timely manner to assure shareholders that all of the questions have been answered and we are fine here. Now that this letter is public knowledge and for the many who are here invested in RSDS and have been reading this board the past few days, I believe they would like to be assured that this has been straightened out.
I am now off to sleep in the outhouse, cause of my missus locked me out for stayin out past midnight.
Lasermat, no not so much shaken by the letter as much as concerned that this letter was written more than a month ago, and BHS and others have been fishing around for about a week or so. I'm not inferring or claiming Mr. Berman has done anything wrong. I'm just asking how all this came about and could have there been questionable activity by those in possession of this document? I certainly would feel better knowing the position of the company on this now that it is public and what was up with BHS and the others?
Loofman
Lasermat, I didn't get the impression that iceman said anything in the post that was inappropriate. I do believe it is in Mr. Berman's best interests to address this letter ASAP, considering it appears to have been in a shareholder(s) or former shareholder(s) hands for more than a couple of days. I am concerned it was in someone's hands that may have traded or tried to sway others to buy or sell last week or even before then. jmo
Loofman
I fully agree with this...
"all mr.berman has to do is publicly announce that so investor confidence is not shakin by the items in that letter.........he has a DUTY to address his shareholders about this letter in a timely manner........Hopefully he will do so in short order.........Silence would be a catastrophe in my opinion..."
7:00 am or abouts Monday morning would be about right for me.
Thanks for your contribution
Loofman
If I were NASD replying, I would be asking
when did this letter get into some investors hands, and not into others? And which shareholder(s) initially got ahold of this letter and held until today and why? This letter has been rumored about for how long now? And most importantly, did some shareholders sell their shares knowing about this letter?
Hi John,
I appreciate your point of view very much. Thank you for your no nonsense approach to recent events and for sharing your objective opinion, dd, etc. I too am an investor in this company and am waiting patiently to get the facts straight and to hear honest answers. I expect the answers to the many questions will be properly delivered to us.
Loofman
I'm havin a hard time figerin what on topic is round these parts...
that's o.k. though, cause I'm still feelin perty good about thangs.
Course, the corn licker don't hurt none. The little misus, the youngens and me worked real hard this weekend to git our home sweet home pertier. Russell, we call em RSDS for short likes the yeller color. He don't bark as much now. I'm thinken he's smarter than most dawgs cause he don't seem to worry about much bout what goes on round here.
gotta go, mammas got the squirrels buttered and I got to fry em
by all...
I got the same pm from thefuturetrump and to paraphase, "good luck with RSDS, I really mean that, member marking ya also.
Same stock T---!
Got one from BHS the same day also, same style of message but for a big board stock, wishing me luck and a member mark.
Now we have others on the board stirring up doubt acting like they are warning the shareholders. Another red flag is when these posters email individuals information, but won't post it directly. That's called taking out a shareholder one at a time. Makes them feel singled out and afraid.
If there were something not right with the company, it would not be handled on a message board. It would be handled with a supeona(sp?), the SEC and shareholders would be notified by legitimate means.
The investigation that needs to be done on this message board, needs to be done by ihub management on the individuals spewing the crap on this board without basis and ILLEGALLY!!! Ihub management has an obligation here and a LIABILITY here to stop this NOW! This is corrupt board antics if I have ever seen them, and boys and girls, I HAVE SEEN them and been a victim of them before and it was NOT the company's fault. The board offenders were prosectuted! IHUB take care of this now...board moderators please feel free to pass along my post, and all the others that are absolutely red flag!
A message to them boys whose trying to deceive my feller shareholders...
my little bird told me sumthin just a minute ago to share with you...
Bruuuuuuuuck you!
Being that I'm a Christian, I told my little bird to watch his mouth.
No, it wuz one of my chickens, and...
Ma says, we're havin CHICKEN tonight!
Go.....RSDS
Well the one in ihub jail was a lead moderator of this board and had the Ibox full of pump messages and pumped this stock at least 200 x during it's last big run to .0075.
Call them the dilution meisters...
Find a company raising funds via a 504, doesn't matter whether it is for assets and opportunity or not, because dilution is dilution, RIGHT? That's what they want you to think and with the right disruptive tactics they can get you to start doubting, selling, keeping away potential buyers, all because they know their is a 504 going on and they can get the stock to drop even faster. So what's going on here, imo, they are shorting the heck out of this stock with an offshore brokerage, or they are hoping to buy the shares when they get it down as far as they can.
jmo, and I don't like this apparent illegal activity.
Loofman
Well the agenda masters have accomplished their task here...
to disrupt, cast doubt, and create a air of doubt on this message board. They have everyone focused on what it is they wanted you to be focused on, helping their cause, probably to short. The gentleman in jail says he's on a tropical island. Probably sipping umbrella drinks while watching the stock drop because investors are now becoming skeptical about touching RSDS, who probably would be buying supporting the s/p with all of the potential opportunity that Russell appears to present. But...the board is completely mesmerized now by a couple of disruptive manipulative posters. They are good and this board has fallen into their trap.
I say get back to reality and look at the company for what it appears to be really worth!
jmo,
Loofman
A recommendation...
don't worry Martha is not really selling RSDS for the few who might believe the picture...believe me, some people really believe pictures, just like they do pumpers and bashers on message boards.
And I'll drink to that!
RSDS is a very interesting play. Kinda got a feeling the shack is going to get fixed up very nicely.
My many millions of sheets of TP are going to be sold for a premium price someday, so the corn cobs are going to have to last. The still is up and working, so Loofman's drinkin...not as good as Elijah Craig, but hey it's cheap...
I think I found where the answer is here -
http://www.wma-minelife.com/uranium/mill/ef.htm
Now it's just a matter of understanding the info.
If anyone else has a better handle as to what 100,000 tons converts to in saleable ore, I know we'd all like to know.
I posted this earlier today and I don't think anyone answered the questions at the end. I think it is important to know. Anyone have any dd or knowledge about this?
From today's PR:
"The Company is applying for an Exploration Permit that, upon approval, will allow it to mine 100,000 tons of Uranium located in a specific claim range it owns."
This says there IS - 100,000 tons of Uranium LOCATED in a SPECIFIC CLAIM range it OWNS! FOCUS ON THESE WORDS --
IS - LOCATED - SPECIFIC - CLAIM - OWNS
Claim means one does it not? If this is worded right and this all adds up folks, this is not just HUGE, it is GIGANTIC!
Can anyone verify how long it would take to extract 100,000 tons, and what I am pointing to here?
Loofman
Righty, something might be cooking there, but I just got done draggin the still from around back and I got er cookin up some Old Loofman. Living here might not be so bad now, especially if I get some winders.
Russell likes the smell.
Those MM fellers are going to have do better than raise the ask and bid at the same time above the last price! I need .0015 to get the winders in.
OT: Got me a new dog to fend off the claim bashers
that might come messin with my new shack. He just strayed onto the property. He's a mean cuss...only bit me once though. I had a bottle of Old Loofman nearby and forced a couple of swigs down his snout!
Now he's sweeter than squirrel in a pie.
His name is Russell.
OT: Luckydude, I don't own it the bank is just letting my family stay there for a few weeks until we get back on our feet. Call your banker, I'm sure he can arrange something for you. lol
See what buying at the bid can do!
Keep it up. We really appreciate getting the bigger holes fixed on the roof. Just don't get the price up too fast, I can't keep up with y'all.
Keep on upticking for me folks, it looks like rain here tonight
and my family would sure like me to get the roof fixed.
Thank you, a feeling a little better now
there's nothing like outdoor plumbing
Due to my current situation I am hoping someone will buy at the ask soon, so that I can get my outdoor facility built. I need to use the john. Hurry!
With the latest uptick, I went ahead
and dug the hole for the outdoor plumbing.
OT: at least I have something going for me...
When the stock gets back to .0015, I'll put shutters and a new door on the place. If we get to .0020, keep your eye out for some new outdoor plumbing. Keep your fingers crossed.
Loofman
OT: Does anyone have any corn you might want to donate?
OT: Hopefully this is temporary...
Ironman,
If what is being said by the company as it stands today is true, I totally agree about the importance of this news. If the company is sitting on top of this much potential, it needs to get this news out into the marketplace for potential investors to hear.
You've got to spend a $1 to make a $1 and in this case probably much more!
jmo,
Loofman
Whose going to make money on RSDS?
Those who get in when the 504 is finished and announced? Those who get in when the first revenues are announced. Those who get in when whatever the CEO has up his sleeve is announced?
Dumb question...huh?
I think it us who are in now and at these prices.
Loofman
ONE MORE IMPORTANT THOUGHT HERE FOLKS --
MR. Berman stated that Russell has aquired 204 mining claims AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! Does this mean the dilution is getting close to coming to an END?
Remember, the 504 was intended to aquire these mining claims and for expense to get the mining going and we are looking like we are almost there. May is 11 days away folks.
Loofman
Yes, But I would really like some confimation to this. If this is true, and we're talking about revenues starting to come in from this claim alone, this should be the talk of pennyland and the talk of the investment community in general!!!
Loofman
abe, the Ibox says $280.80 per ore ton...
I like your number, just don't exactly know which equation to use.
Loofman
READ THIS CAREFULLY...

Can anyone verify how long it would take to extract 100,000 tons, and what I am pointing to here?
Loofman
Using the figure in Ibox...
Uranium $280.80 per ore ton x 100,000 tons = $28,080,000. Is this right??????
If so, I am getting out the bottle again.
