This is my pick for 2012. Possibilities are huge.
We havent seen anything yet! Just getting started.
I'm hoping it stays under .01 by Thursday when I plan on buying another million.
financials wont be that great but the outlook will be awesome!
***$2.50 Valuation***Numbers dont lie. If MWWC can generate approximately $50 million in revenue with say 100 million shares out we would be looking at a stock price valued at .50! We know stocks never trade at one times revenue so with a normal 5 times revenue this stock has the potential to actually be trading around $2.50. Two things to keep in mind, this is based on "revenue" and not "earnings". Most investors and analysts in the small cap world use revenue growth instead of earnings when calculating a company's worth. Now lets look at another scenario, say this company can generate even just 5 million in "earnings" we would be looking at a stock valued at .05 at one times earnings. At an average 5 times earnings this stock would be valued at .25. Again analysts put more weight into revenue though when it comes to valuing small cap stocks that trade in pennies.

Overall, these revenue/earnings estimates can prove to be very conservative going by some MWWC press.
"MWW is commencing with its first large industrial project in December 2011. Currently received more than $125 Mill in “Requests for Quotes” (RFQs)for future projects, more than at any other time in the Company’s history."
get ready to fly
Your missing the whole gist of things. Revenue growth is THE most important factor. How many stocks are there in penny land that you know of being "profitable"? Penny stock investors will take revenue growth anyday! If this company actually gives guidance of a profit your looking to the moon. Every penny stock is speculative and has risk, MWWC has set itself up for a launch in my opinion.
Convertibles mean nothing when revenues significantly increase! If this company maxed out its 500 mil shares we would still be worth around .25 with 50 mil in revs
I wont be able to buy more until Thursday. :(
This can bounce back to .25-.50.
You are right!
If acquisitions are a success, we will fly. Its a waiting game now. Everything always takes longer than first expected.
MWWC's industrial business will soon out-grow their auto business.
I would look for MWWC to start to get business from GE, Honeywell, Fridgidaire etc.

...and
Any predictions for next week?
Hope it pays off for you. Thats only a few weeks away. I didnt want to risk waiting and miss out on these shares below half a penny so I have been buying between .0035-.0045. If it does drop further which I kind of hope it does given my expectations for this company I will be buying more.
I agree. Im going to try to pick up a few more shares this week! Hopefully I can get them in this current range.
Whos buying more on Monday?
In regards to the promissory notes...the issuing company may wish to issue a bond as a convertible as a "sweetener" to attract lending dollars. Since convertible bond issuers are generally smaller, less established companies, they would have to pay a prohibitive interest rate in order to issue a conventional bond. Issuing debt as a convertible allows them to pay lower interest rates to borrow money than they otherwise would.
Well Ranier did.
If they had 50 mil in revenue then they could have a 250 mil market cap
As soon as the company gives its guidance, which could be any day now. Management stated they will give this guidance either in December or early January. So it really can be any day now. Once the market gets a headwind of this guidance the stock price should really start to move north.(bigtime in my opinion) I think we are getting some end of year tax selling now along with some impatient investors who are nervous as to what the new year is going to bring with Europe and the American Economy as a whole. This could be the stock pick of the year for 2012 in my opinion. Again, we have to wait until the company actually announces the guidance but I have a feeling we are going to be moving up in a big way. Look for some big block buys over the next week or two while some take advantage of this crazy dip!
