Even if there were 200 million shares out this is still a STEAL
***to new investors*** If MWWC can generate approximately $50 million in revenue with say 100 million shares out we would be looking at a stock price valued at .50! We know stocks never trade at one times revenue so with a normal 5 times revenue this stock has the potential to actually be trading around $2.50. Two things to keep in mind, this is based on "revenue" and not "earnings". Most investors and analysts in the small cap world use revenue growth instead of earnings when calculating a company's worth. Now lets look at another scenario, say this company can generate even just 5 million in "earnings" we would be looking at a stock valued at .05 at one times earnings. At an average 5 times earnings this stock would be valued at .25. Again analysts put more weight into revenue though when it comes to valuing small cap stocks that trade in pennies.

Overall, these revenue/earnings estimates can prove to be very conservative going by some MWWC press.
"MWW is commencing with its first large industrial project in December 2011. Currently received more than $125 Mill in “Requests for Quotes” (RFQs)for future projects, more than at any other time in the Company’s history
This is the biggest investment opportunity I have seen in a long time!
.05 by end of the month
mwwc is the real deal. Huge news coming within weeks. share structure is perfect, major contracts with major corporations. Revenue to explode. Has potential to go from pennies to dollars.
mwwc is the real deal
We have new management so we'll see what they bring to the table, especially in regards to these acquisitions.
It will be a lot bigger than a 6 bagger.

could close at .012+ I see what the mm's are doing!!
If you run the numbers on the different revenue scenarios its mind boggling to the potential this investment can bring.
I dont want people to miss out on this one. This is the one.
An uplisting to Nasdaq will be likely.
I will most likely sell a few before then, but more than half my position will be held for .50 to $2.00 range I will sell a few on way up to get rid of all risk.
Initially, I was thinking somewhere between .10 and .25 by June, but I have a feeling that this is going to attract institutional investors once guidance is given. Investors of GM etc will be looking and investing our way.
.50 by June is my new prediction.
should be getting some news soon.
Institutional investors will invest soon enough and kick us into the stratusphere.
Big news in the weeks ahead will propell this towards that .05 mark pretty fast.
In all actuality anything under .05 is a bargain.
I completely agree...this should never have been under a penny in the first place. Congratulations to those who picked some up under a penny.
MWWC has more potential than any other penny stock on these boards.

"Over the last 16 months these concentrated efforts have generated 126 NEW proposals with an ENORMOUS revenue potential over the next 5 years."

His words...not mine!
It all comes down to supply and demand.
easily
of course, why sell between .005 and .01 when a few months from now you can sell between .05 and .10
I still think we close at or over .01
We would already have been over .03 if it wasnt for this dillution.
Must be a lot of dillution going on because a lot of shares are getting absorbed at the ask.
I have a feeling we can see a penny today!
I have a feeling the company has some big contract announcements lined up!
No volume today
WE NEED NEWS!
The calm before the storm.

Basic and diluted loss per common share is based upon the weighted average number of common shares outstanding during the period computed under the provisions of Accounting Standards Codification subtopic 260-10, Earnings per Share (“ASC 260-10”). All primary dilutive common shares have been excluded since the inclusion would be anti-dilutive.
