Of Desimplex and Domain Names
The company has had a rough couple of weeks, some of it through their own blunder. HOWEVER, I must point out that it appears someone orchestrated the DeSimplex rumor for his own benefit, and then bought in after maliciously driving the price down. That same party was also trying to get everyone to call DeSimplex today, I suspect in an attempt to have PNMS shareholders interrrupt their operations to the point that it would cause friction between DeSimplex and PNMS. So here ya' go...the final word:

Subject: Rumors
Mike,
I am writing this letter so you can educate your shareholders and other
interested parties and make them aware that Desimplex and Panamersa
Corporation are on good terms. We also like to make you aware we will
discontinue taking calls on this matter. We feel it of greater importance to
serve our customers with real problems rather than address groundless
rumors. I am looking forward to seeing you soon.
Juan Carlos Rodriquez
CEO
DESIMPLEX
Even though we are all tired of the drama, you can't blame this one on the company.
Now on to the PDREXCHANGE debacle. I think we can all agree that the company once again did not have all of their ducks in a row before the last PR, and they SHOULD have checked and rechecked. I know you don't want to hear it right now, (and trust me, a rant would be much easier) but in all FAIRNESS, the company ordered their domain names at the same time through a company called Asia Registry...and Asia Registry dropped the ball on them on at least two of these names. Check the original message dates - while pointed and cute, hijacking this domain name in the long run did nothing but cause a further delay in a situation that would have corrected itself.

Again, yes, they should have checked and double checked, but to a large degree, this falls under "chit happens".
So, you're saying the company is a scam and Mike Terrel and Pedro are the heads of this scam?
Welcome back, 4G.
Thank you for clearing that up, Mike.
All day today he was busy making a mockery of the company, about the domain mixup along with the rest of them, and he did not worry about the wires a bit.
Caught red handed. LOL.
Oh, really? Did you?
When did you change your mind?

ya i am pro pnms.....anti pdr....sorry i like to fully know what i am getting into...maybe after the wires come thru...but i dont feel i should be rushed to send certs down till i see how this works...i am open minded thou. and i never sold a single share yet of pnms....ohh wait i did...i sold 200k from my ira...rest is in my indi accounts.
In that case, Fenian, why are you still here?
Better yet. When they come to this board and read all the negative comments day in and they out.
It's obvious that the sole purpose of him registering the domain was to cause harm to the company.
I couldn't agree with you more, Mike.
Or maybe they went fishing and hooked one.
Yes, he already have said his name is James and I would not like to be in his shoes or in his BMW, right now
How long can anybody go with these personal attacks?
"""For me, I am done with this board."""
Didn't you post the above message on Friday the 13th?
Is this what you meant to do?

Sorry, I disagree with you, not in this case with the news coming out.
You mean, the MMs are using reverse psychology, today? I would think they would lower it, instead.
Not a bad idea. It would only hurt those that do not own PDRs. LOL.
Wow! That's a heavy assumption on your part, a little close minded, I should say. Pepsi, where are you? Help!
There's also the possibility that the author in Raging Bull is the same as the poster here. Just a thought.
LOL. That's a good one!
Did you work for an American company, who sent you to work overseas?

excuse me but thats not correct either. I lived and worked overseas and US taxes are STILL collected.
Thank you DeepBlue. That means we as American citizens we get slammed with double taxation by the IRS and by the country you happen to live in. Something is not right. There has to be some kind of concession.
Not if the US citizen lives abroad.
...or we need some Spanish lessons.
DS, another great post. You are so right. Welcome back.
Have you sent shares to the company? Why are you so worried about us? We're not. After us we're over 21.
Where did you hear this rumor? A bird blew it in your ear or in....?
"If you got the 15's flip them for 17's, wash, rinse and repeat for more profit!"
What is the motive here? I am not talking for DeepBlue, but I believe this is what he was commenting on.
'If you got the 15's flip them for 17's, wash, rinse and repeat for more profit!"
Was this posted by you?
Yes, Fenian, in Europe I don't think they do, but in this part of the world they do. I just spent a week at a resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and you should have seen what kind of celebration they had with fireworks and all. With so many retirees in Panama, I could imagine how big it would be. Pepsi would be the right person to tell you about it.
#3. Disagree 4G, it's not a matter of thinking or not thinking about the LA press and the exchange, I believe they are crucial to the development of the PDR Exchange, after all it is also for the intergration of Latin America in the world market and the recruiting of more companies to trade in the exchange is crucial. IMO.
The DL with the cutest picture. LOL.
You're a genius. I could have never thought about that myself! LOL.
"Terrell is either a big BS artist or a total nitwit."
So, you're calling him one of the above. You're not just playing with fire, you are in the fire!
