I sold a little more than half of my position today. I know the circus will come out soon and claim they bought it up. And thats great; good for you! To be truthful everyone, i've read of some things that give me very GOOD reasons to be concerned. As for you people listening to the guy with the "3 dude sources," GOD help you. This is my last post for today, so you will have to email me for the articles that influenced my opinion. I still have my free shares and i am very excited to see where it goes. I wish everyone a very prosperous trading year.
chart, i have some info i want you to review and have your opinin on. I don't want this info going public, as i'm not sure if its true. Would you send me a private mail with your email? I can read PMs here, but can't send.

I'm catching up to you buddy. I finished chapter 2 last night, i read both chapters at one sitting. I'll finish chapter 3 tonight and post my thoughts. So far, i like the book, it's very easy to read and makes you really step back and examine your trading practices.
I like the rules he set for himself (page. 33-34), esp. the part about "Ignoring Wall Street sayings no matter how ancient and revered."
What edition do you have? Do you have the edition with the question and answer section in the back? I haven't gotten that far yet, but i'm certain it will be good reading.
I read this post yesterday. I think this is a scenerio everyone needs to consider. It all makes sense to me...

Peacock is the hired gun.
The way I see it, Rockford-Montgomery and Aero got together and hired
Peacock to go out and buy a shell. He picked FCCN. The idea was for Aero
to be merged first in January, and then Rockford-Montgomery to be merged
in February.
This is from a press release July 07, 2006, just before the ball started rolling:
“Rockford-Montgomery is not disclosing what products will be displayed on their SKYSCREEN or what the actual color scheme or product will be on the airship's envelope until February when they plan to go public, but be assured that when they do, you will know.”
Rockford-Montgomery doesn’t say anything about an IPO and they aren’t linked to a shell. So how else are they going to be “public” in February? The only way I can see it
happen is if they follow AERO into the FCCN shell

“Since new management was appointed several months ago, Franchise Capital Corporation has been focused on identifying investment opportunities that will build value for the company and its shareholders, as well as working to meet the compliance requirement for a listing on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and other U.S. national markets.
"We are extremely pleased to have identified our first investment to usher in a new stage of the company's development," commented chief executive officer Steven R. Peacock. "The Board expects this investment to become the cornerstone of the company's future and looks forward to our announcement later this week."
LOL, just as i said yesterday. You MM's are sooo clever!! LMAO!

something everyone should understand:
First, pink sheets DO NOT trade in the afterhours market!! Anything you see afterhours are just trades being settled from earlier activity.
Second, If there is no PR this evening or in the early morning seeing a PPS drop from .057 to .048 has more of a psychological shock than seeing it drop from .053 (the PERFECT opportunity for an MM to take up shares). Was this orginized, maybe? Though i like the .057 close myself, dont get to excited about it...
As for me, I hope to see a big GAP to the north tommorrow; if not ohh well..it not the first time i've been disappointed.
I've posted some information from the SEC web site for our newbies and weak hands to consider (or any scumbag nonlong investor). This information basically states that after an 8-K anouncing a definative agreement is filed, the company has 4 additional days to file a 10-Q or 10-K (the financials of the aquired company). Those people drooling over the gains of such reverse mergers as:
CKGR-ran from .01-.25 (2400%)
IFLI-ran from .002-7.00 (349,900%)
USSE-ran from .00625-.90 (14,300%)
FCNK-ran from .02-3.50 (17,400%)
need to understand, the biggest chunk of these % were realized after the 10-K/10Q filing, not just on the 8-K and merger announcement. If you sell premature its likely you'll regret it later. It wouldnt be a bad idea for some of you to walk away from the computer the first day or two of the announcement.
"If a Form 10-Q or Form 10-K will be filed within four days of a Form 8-K triggering event(other than events relating to Item 4.01 (Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant) or Item 4.02(Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review)) and the required disclosure is included in the Form 10-Q or the Form 10-K, a Form 8-K need not be filed. The company may disclose the triggering event, other than pursuant to Items4.01 and 4.02, under revised Item 5 of Part II of Forms 10-Q and 10-QSB and Item 9B of Form 10-Kand Item 8B of Form 10-KSB, as applicable."
EVERY board member needs to read this post by cautionupahead...it all ties together now, thanks for sharing buddy.
If indeed the case, its dollarland for sure! multiple dollars!
Wow, the bashers are really out in force now. Just ignore these members and they will go away (don't reply directly to their post). Remember, no one post on a board they don't have an interest in being a part of...as always they are only trying to get in at a lower price.
They tried to bash during the whole 3 day weekend and look where we finished today!
The PR releases/8K will come when they come.

lol, that wall could be knocked down just on a market-openning gap........i'd raise it if i were you.
which is reason enough for them not to release anything today or tomorrow! They would protect thier own first. I think whoever posted that message heard what they wanted to hear, may not necessarily be true.
I also think whoever posted this rumor should be banned, whether it proves true or not.
this is my take on the early morning buying between 10:30-11:00...
someone was tipped off on what to expect from someone inside the company, the quantity of the fills indicate the MM's were filling one or two large orders.
My opinion only.
Chart, my darvas book just got here. i'll see what i can contribute to our discussion once i get caught up. GLTYA
something is going on today..i have not recieved a reply from IR all day, if i don't hear from them by 2, i'll be calling in my question....they must be busy, but with what?
grow up wick.
excerpt from email:
News VERY soon, hang tight (or load the boat)....here is an email from IR:
"...There was no exact date given on
its execution, but if it was announced on December 12th and had a 30-day
term, depending on how you count the days, we would expect the term to
expire at the end of business on January 11th. Management has said that it
expects a mid-January Definitive Agreement, as well as saying they expect it
by January 10th. These statements all agree with one another, so the exact
day is fairly insignificant. As has been repeatedly stated, all parties
expect to complete the Definitive and move forward with the acquisition.
That is the truly important part..."
email me at my private email, i have more emails from IR, if your interested...i think i'm fairly good at asking the right questions.
thats true...Retail chains, mean BIG numbers!
MODERATOR!! I'm contacting Matt about your tactics...you CANNOT delete post you disagree with!
from FCCN ir..
"...It is safe to say that FCCN appears to be the shell company in a type of
reverse merger scenario. We qualify this because until we have a Definitive
Agreement and the details of the transaction, we can only go on the
information previously announced. That information does not specify that
this is a reverse merger. It only states that FCCN would be acquiring all
of the issued and outstanding shares of Aero Exhaust..."
i agree, in the PRs and in the replies to my emails the term acquistion is heavily used never merger...someone explain
Why would they want to make a couple hundred thousand by diluting? when they can make millions with a solid share structure.....
your wrong again my friend.
Why would they want to make a couple hundred thousand by diluting? when they can make millions with a solid share structure.....
your wrong.
"..hope you guys make me eat my words of in you face dilution."
What??
welcome back
energyman...that "default status" given to FCCN on the Nevada department of state website has not changed since august....this is not an indicator of any good or bad. They are in gooding standing with Utah, when the merger is finalized they will be current, but operate as Aero Exhaust, Inc. In the meantime, there is no need to reincorporate as Franchise Capital.
BTW, i hate the idiot trendgreen too....he's full of poo poo. Just b/c he uses a spelll check and a theseurus, doesnt mean he's worthy of any respect from me.
Based on this email, we should hear something soon (keep in mind they have 4days to file an 8-K). But are they counting only business days when it comes to an 8-k??

How can you post this information...none of it can't be proved. I like the numbers you came up with, but its all speculation at this point.
i agree...many other qualified chartist have said the same, also most agree the charts show accumulation.
You all have good reasons to be excited, but no need to post your current holdings...
The people holding the largest positions in FCCN, likely don't particpate in these discussions.
Jeff, no one can reply to your question w/o sounding like an idiot.
No one but a handful working for Aero or FCCN knows how the share structure will be post merger. Google will be more reliable than any post here.
your not...i'm with you on that
Chart,
Where are we at in the Nicolas Darvas book? I am still waiting on my copy; i ordered it week ago and still dont have it. I will get up to pace once I reciev it though.
