Morgan136: Nice chart. It looks like it's starting to breakout bigtime. LOL.
This stock is just sooo pathetic. No matter how they chart it, it's a loser.
GLTA
I'm guessing that Corr and Co. are all sitting around the office like Maytag Repairman and, in order to break the boredom, are trading a few shares every so often.
GLTA - we need it.
AA1338: What makes you think there will be a buyout announced on 4/2? Did you mean April 1, 2009?
Not even a single share traded on the news...lol! He never fails to amuse me. I wouldn't drink any of his stuff if he was giving it away.
Bob should rename Rushnet to 'Bank Of Corr' and then apply for a big chunk of stimulus money.
Yes...I am kidding.
Ninjaturtle...I gave up on both of these stocks a long time ago. RSHN was my great learning experience in the pinky market. I haven't bought a pink sheet stock since. To be honest, I now hope Bob fails miserably, loses every penny, and gets to be too old to make any more and ends up with nothing to live on. I hope he spent so much time scamming people with RSHN that he runs out of time to be successful with any other venture.
This stock, and it's management, is a joke and I treat it as such. It is now, and always will be, worthless.
As I wrote under the picture, I was just kidding around with it. I enjoy your input and always find it "spot on" as they say. I really didn't have any hopes of an RSHN recovery.
GLTA
Just as I was seeing a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel...
As always - just kidding.
GLTA
It's been quite some time since we've seen someone buy 2 dollars worth of RSHN like they did today.
Let the good times roll!!!
GLTA
All aboard!! I've got my 16 million shares and can't wait for this to hit 10 cents. Japan = $$$$$.
GLTA
On the Ameritrade site, if you look in 'forms and agreements' for rule 144 for a non affiliate, it explains about restricted stock and their fees. Since this has to start at the broker, I will go by what their site says. It looks like it starts at $50.00 and can go as high as a few hundred. It is not stated as a straight fee, but can vary depending on circumstances. Other brokers are probably different...I can't speak for them.
GLTA
Just don't forget that there are fees involved in getting the restriction lifted.
Has anyone tried to get the restriction lifted on their Ameritrade held shares yet?
It looks like the rule 144 fees at Ameritrade could exceed the value of my shares...and I have quite a few shares. I guess I won't bother with it now and just wait for it to reach a dollar before I try to do it.
GLTA
Looks like Bob found 10 bucks in his wallet to spend on a stock purchase. Way to go and show support! If he can do it, then so can I. Let's see...where did I put that 10 dollars I was saving for a rainy day?
GLTA
I say put 'Died at 1761' on it's tombstone and let this POS rest in peace.
There is a bright side to this. We can't lose anymore than we already have. It can only go up. I bet you can't say that for any other investment you may have.
I would guess that most here only have the restricted shares and have already lost their entire investment in this with RSHN. RSHN is dead and this stock barely has a pulse, but come back in 6 months, a year, whatever, and it will not have gotten any worse...guaranteed.
I am glad I own such a stable stock in such a volatile market.
GLTA
If every person that cheated investors in the pinkies were jailed, they would probably need to build a new prison.
If it were up to me these people would be stripped of all their assets, both personal and business, and put on public display to be pelted with rotten fruit.
In the case of RSHN/APRU, I don't think it is fair to put any blame on the investor. Although there was no gun to the head, there was a good product that could actually be ordered or bought in some stores. Containers were supposedly being shipped all over. Trade shows were a great success. There is no need to go on as you all know the story. I might put some blame on someone investing in bowling ball earrings or maybe concrete swim fins, but certainly not this stock. All the blame goes to the owners of the company. What they did was intentional and ruthless. I was deceived by someone who wanted my money and had no intention of returning anything to me...ever.
We were duped, that's for sure. BC did it to us and he was good at it. By the time the PRs and all investor communication stopped it was too late. He had us hooked and he was done with us.
I lost a bunch on this. Some lost less, some lost more. The sad thing is we all lost. We can complain, but all that will acomplish is to make us feel better. It won't get us our money back. Unfortunately, everything done to us was within the law.
IMO, we will never be allowed to sell our restricted shares. If we are, I doubt the price will ever be higher than .0001 and then nobody will want them. Even if my shares went at todays price they wouldn't be worth much anyway. It irritates me to see both APRU restricted shares and RSHN shares in my portfolio. I have tried dumping RSHN with market orders, but they never sell. I may have to have the stock certificate sent to me so I can burn it, and put this experience behind me for good.
I have learned a lesson from all this and at least that is some consolation. I won't ever play pink sheet stocks again. It just isn't really worth the aggrevation. I am back to daytrading regular stocks and, although I am not getting rich, I am making money.
I check back in here every couple of weeks to see if anything new has happened, but nothing ever has. At some point this will just close and RSHN/APRU will just be a bad memory. Will it morph into some new company? I hope not. This guy should not be allowed to sell one more bottle of snake oil. I hope his reputation follows him wherever he goes.
I hope Sandy loses his $8,000,000...and then some.
Is this our Sandy Winick? It looks like he is running Nanotech Industries, Inc as CEO, President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The man does get around.

The PR has lit the engines. The 1000 shares traded shows we're a go for lift-off. I am buckled in and ready to ride this sucker to the stars. I can feel it. This is just so darn exciting. It's rumbling louder than my Harley. It's going to go any minute. Nothing can stop it now. Here we go. Asta la vista, baby. WooooooHoooooo!!
Uh oh...It suddenly got quiet. I think it fizzled. Damn...another abort. Maybe next time.
GLTA
LOL...126 shares traded. Another big spender investing while the price is low.
GLTA
All in all, I feel the interview was a bust. It didn't even sound like Bob had his heart in it. I was unable to detect even a hint of enthusiasm in his voice. It certainly wouldn't inspire me to buy into his scheme. It just seemed like another way for him to toss out some big numbers to the public.
If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with BS.
Then again...maybe not.
GLTA
When asked why people should invest in APRU, he couldn't come up with 1 reason. Not one. Nothing I heard anyways.
I guess that about sums it up.
I have to admit though..I thought his statement "If people support us, we will perform" was very catchy. Kind of reminds me of "If you build it, they will come". He should use that as a company slogan.
GLTA
LOL! "I should write a book...it's a great story".
Unfortunately, that is all it seems to be. So sad.
GLTA
Who would want to buy E-Water anyways? Heck, they don't even give it away anymore.
GLTA
Today's volume spike is probably Bob trying to raise some cash to pay for the upcoming APRU gourmet dinner.
GLTA
Buyout rumors??? Show me one link that shows that rumor. Anyone want my 16,000,000 shares? Load up early. You don't want to miss the train.
I think you all need to give the man the benefit of the doubt. Cut him some slack. As you all know...Rome wasn't built in a day. The same applies to APRU/RSHN.
He has only been working on this for a few years now, and people aren't as quick to invest in this as they were before. That means less money for Bob. Less money for Bob equates to a longer timeframe to build the company. If you really want to profit from this quickly, buy lots of shares so Bob gets lots of money. Actually, it would probably be better if you would buy gobs of shares. It would be much better for Bob to get gobs of money instead of lots. Think of the money WE will make from this. It boggles the mind.
Let's also give him another 3 or 4 years to get this right. It's only fair. You should also stop asking for PRs and accurate financials. I'm sure he doesn't need the additional pressure this puts on him. Let's just give 'till it hurts, and then let things simmer for a while. Check the price in a few years and there is a good chance that it will have doubled from where it is today. Maybe even doubled and a half. I know that is hard to imagine, but in this day and age, anything is possible.
Come on people. It's up to us. Take out a second mortgage, sell what you can and borrow from everyone. Get out there and buy those shares. Get your friends and relatives to buy shares. Let's make Bob stinking rich. Let's make Bob's associates stinking rich. Just think how good that will make you feel.
As always...GLTA
Hickory Dickory Dockit,
He put all the cash in his pocket.
Now my bankroll is down,
Because of this clown,
And all I can say is "What the fokit!".
Go RSHN/APRU. GLTA.
My guess is that trading has been slow here because it is a holiday week. I bet next week we see 700 shares traded.
GLTA
Bail? Not me. I'm going to hold out for "Enjoy The Rush" candy bars...made with BOTH fulvic acid and ginseng, and available in 1850 fruity flavors.
GLTA
I don't know what was responsible for other people's bad decisions in regards to this stock, but in my case, I believe I am still under the influence of some of the things I ingested while growing up in the 1960s.
GLTA
My broker told me they bring up my RSHN sell order (.0001) every morning so they can start the day with a good laugh.
GLTA
Ninjaturtle: As I enjoy yours and always agree 100%.
I just try to inject a little subtle (very subtle) humor once in a while. There isn't much else to do while I wait for my ship, the S.S. APPLERUSH, to come in.
I did discover that I shouldn't post limericks, as my last one was deleted. I don't think it was any worse than gamood posting "Bob doing time in two-0-0-nine", but that's jmo.
If I would post a limerick it might go like this -
I heard a story today
Of a guy who asked everyone to pay
For a plan that he had,
That since has gone bad,
And now wants them all to go away.
But I won't.
GLTA
Ah yes, Buffalo Wild Wings. Isn't that the place with Apple Rush on tap and a fancy neon sign in the window?
I'm not even asking for a run. I'd be happy if I could just dump my shares at .0001.
I do get that he seems to be rubbing our noses in it. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt though, and think that him telling us what a "great success" it was, is just his way of recommending the restaurant's food and service. He just forgot to mention the name of the place.
GLTA
I think the real problem here is finding a good time to release the PR. If it was a bad PR it wouldn't matter, but...
I read in past messages here that both Wednesdays and Fridays are bad days to release PRs, so that is a given.
Now Monday wouldn't be too good (especially in the summer) because many people stretch out their weekends by taking Monday off. On top of that, many people spend Monday recovering from the weekend and are not really thinking about trading.
Then there is Tuesday. Tuesday is bad for a good PR because it is only 2 days from the weekend and it falls between 2 bad days.
That leaves Thursday. Unfortunately, it suffers from the same problem as Tuesday, so Tuesday is also a bad day to release a good PR.
So there, imo, is the real problem. They are sitting with a great PR and are stuck with no good day on which to release it.
GLTA
The next gourmet dinner will be held mid summer. That would be in a couple of months. No wonder the word is spreading. Who wouldn't want a free meal, at a gourmet restaurant, every couple of months? I'm glad they are enjoying themselves.

Latest news...Bob had dinner.
Garden Beverage, Apple Rush Distribution Arm, Hosts First Retailer Appreciation Event
BLUE ISLAND, Ill., June 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apple Rush (Pink Sheets: APRU) is pleased to announce the great success of its Garden Beverage sponsored dinner event held for its Retail Customers. The event was co-sponsored by the brands Atomic Dogg, Extenze Dietary Supplement Drink, Pump Fitness Vitamin Waters, Apple Rush Sparkling Juices and e water.
Garden's management decided that this type of event was an effective way to directly reach each of the retailers to generate new or expand existing sales. Over 100 retailers attended the dinner, which was held at a Gourmet restaurant in a southwest suburb of Chicago. Garden's sales team pitched in and helped with hosting. Each attending brand did a presentation of their respective beverage's attributes and benefits.
Robert Corr, CEO of Apple Rush remarked, "We planned this event to create awareness of our existing and new beverages. After careful research of the customer base scheduled to attend, we decided to serve a high quality Hal Lal prepared meal. The response to the food was extraordinary. All of the sponsored beverages were served to the attendee at their table in what amounted to a controlled sampling in a lifestyle setting. The event in our estimation was a success and we expect a positive affect on our sales. Plans for a larger dinner in the near future are in the works to accommodate a good number of our retailers from another area of our distribution territory. There is nothing like hands on, face to face sales, in a casual setting. We felt like one big family trying to help each other grow. As the word gets out about this event, we are expecting over 500 attendees at the next dinner slated for mid summer."
