....come on GEORGE quit ...
What day is this ...what day is this HDC...YOU GOT IT IT IS ..
It seem that ET, CSTI & CDEL are the only one's playing house past few days but ET keeps ghosting with that 82k business. Oh, NITE sure Taint what they used to be, don't know why they are being seen maybe one of the sons practicing for up coming school project?
Well? what does anyone else think?
BTW...my figures are directly from 10-K filings, pure fact!
Now you can look at this a bit different if you wish as follows. When did Intel and HDC clash? it was in 2010 so???
our share value in 2010
1st Q High .36 Low .18
2nd Q High .21 Low .12
3rd Q High .22 Low .14
4th Q High .20 Low .14
Now how about all the damages since?
HDC share price high and low in 2012 (7) years ago
1st Q High .10 Low .08
2nd Q .11 .07
3rd Q .10 .06
4th Q .07 .04
Presently the gym isn't being used in that manner as I have to complete a full year after last November when I had the quad surgery. I will see about kicking in what I would rather be doing at the gym as to weights this November.
WOW...another birthday to day come on George wipe some good news on us today!
All these computers are running the show with these pinks so shares are being traded back and forth. That was seen yesterday if you watched ET and CDEL timing and that CDEL was at .10 not .065 as to when they opened. I believe the computers are designed to keep these companies alive to the point to frustrate and also stall plus create excitement when needed. If they dump the stock numbers as to the cents they will need to work harder to create enough numbers to play.
As to buyout? I wonder if that was ever actually real, I mean look at the massive buying going on each day we really suck wind as a company. I am happy for the webpage but isn't being updated which tells us something real clear.
According to the SEC they said HDC became compliant in 2011 which I actually thought that was strange to hear but I didn't say anything to them about that. They said regardless what platform they play on once that they became compliant that they must remain so with their filings or file a withdrawal that they no longer are going to be compliant, they said we would see that filing when viewing the SEC documents. Is Something is screwed up? I don't know what to think now? HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANY PINK SHEET COMPANY FILE 8-K's and nothing more?
Yes if you can wait this out just know you are not alone as I will live or die with this stock.
I will watch this until about 11AM.
I just kind of wonder if HDC is just blowing smoke with no sunshine, why?...next is a weblink to Dr. Albitar's business and look at the tests he is putting out check out each months topics/discussions/ releases.
https://genomictestingcooperative.com/blog/
I kind of wonder (as usual) that our patents might not be worth the paper they are printed on? Why? I would think and would most of the longs feel that Dr. Albitar knows full well about our patents etc yet he doesn't seem interested in HDC nor does HDC seem interested in Dr. Albitar or his new business.
I think things could be help at least a slight bit if HDC would comment about something positive just something. We have been holding the bag for many years and continue to watch (possibly) others use our patents or technology yet nothing ever works for us.
Why is that HDC why do others possibly use us up and we (HDC) always get left up in the tree or on the sidelines.
Don't expect this to move until the company decides to participate...headed for the gym...
Nathanial (WHOOPEE) I couldn't resist : )....
In case investor get bore they can do some reading on HDC patents....

We will be back to the impressive 6 cent tomorrow.eom
You mean to tell me not 1 investor or trader dare buy @ .07 the first $350 bucks takes the next 5k so gather and get in line with the many others.
Maybe the directors can start buying at that .07 option and set an example on what a great deal this is for only .07 per shares.
Mr. George H. McGovern - HDC
We became compliant with the SEC in 2011. Now that we are on the pink sheets that does NOT excuse HDVY from filing their 10-Q's and 10-K's. A CEO can generally produce the 10-Q but the 10-K needs to be audited. HDVY as it seems must decide to withdraw from the SEC with a xx filing or produce the proper filings.

SEC is waiting on information in this link to be filled out and sent back to them to act on.
PS...if they filed a xx we would see it when we normally check on filing.

Investor Bulletin: Delinquent Filings
Dec. 4, 2013
The Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Office of Investor Education and Advocacy is issuing this Investor Bulletin to provide investors with information on the SEC's Delinquent Filings Program.
The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) gives the SEC the authority to suspend trading in and/or revoke the registration of companies that fail to submit disclosure documents (periodic reports), submit deficient periodic reports, or fail to submit periodic reports in a timely manner.
Under the Exchange Act, certain companies with publicly traded securities (reporting companies) are required to provide investors on a regular basis with periodic reports that contain important financial and business information. Examples of these reports include the annually filed Form 10-K or Form 20-F, and the quarterly filed Form 10-Q. Periodic reports help investors to make informed investment decisions about the purchase or sale of a reporting company's securities.
Most reporting companies submit their periodic reports in a timely manner. However, some reporting companies fail to submit periodic reports, file materially deficient periodic reports, or do not submit the reports in a timely manner. The timely and complete submission of periodic reports provides investors with information to help them make informed investment decisions. The SEC's Divisions of Enforcement and Corporation Finance jointly established the Delinquent Filings Program in 2004 to encourage reporting companies that are delinquent in filing their periodic reports to submit their periodic reports or rectify deficient periodic reports. The SEC's Delinquent Filings Group in its Division of Enforcement conducts investigations into possible violations of the federal securities laws' periodic reporting obligations, and prosecutes administrative proceedings against these companies when appropriate. The Division of Corporation Finance identifies reporting companies that are delinquent filers and usually provides them with notice of their failure to submit periodic reports. If a reporting company identified as a delinquent filer fails to submit its periodic reports, the SEC may revoke the registration of the reporting company.
Section 12(k) of the Exchange Act gives the SEC the authority to suspend trading in a security for up to 10 trading days if the SEC believes that a suspension is required to protect investors and the public interest. A trading suspension by the SEC halts the trading in a security on all trading platforms (e.g., national securities exchanges, over-the-counter market, or alternative trading systems). In addition, Section 12(j) gives the SEC the authority to revoke, or suspend for up to twelve months, an issuer's securities registration if, after an administrative hearing, the SEC finds that an issuer violated the Exchange Act by failing to file its periodic reports.
Investors may also find a list of companies whose stock is currently subject to an SEC trading suspension, or which previously has been subject to an SEC trading suspension, on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml. For additional information on trading suspensions, please read the SEC's investor bulletin "Trading Suspensions" at http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/tradingsuspensions.pdf.
Finally, some companies with publicly traded securities in the over-the-counter securities market may not be required to provide periodic reports. For additional information on these companies, please see the SEC's "Information About Some Companies Not Available From the SEC."
To Report Possible Delinquent Filings Violations, please notify the Delinquent Filings Group at: DelinquentFilings@sec.gov, or call (202) 551-5466.

Looks like ET decide to move now instead of tomorrow morning?...oops cdel moved it as it appears?
Watch ET tomorrow morning they will probably bring this back up to .07 early on.
It seems someone with ET had dumped 50-75k shares? This is not going to fly without news from HDC. ET had 96.5k on bid side then moved out of the way 22k bid side their ask price or size hasn't changed from opening. CSTI in control both sides so we are going to go down at least now. (my opinion)
So Intel tells George hey dude go play in a sand box with the cat, George says no I'll go play golf in stead as I'm all stressed out working so many hours a week. Me and James are down to 2 times a week playing golf and skeet shooting once a week plus you know the clubhouse and the dinners.
Damn!! I finally found something that may backup what (HokieHead) had to say referencing Intel might be using our technology in their sensors etc. Now normally I would not backtrack on this but I actually found a PR from 2011 by HDC where they acknowledge several

https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20111006005856/en/Health-Discovery-Corporation-Issues-Update-Developments-Relating
SAVANNAH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Health Discovery Corporation (OTCBB: HDVY) is pleased to announce that a request for reexamination of Intel Corporation’s U.S. Patent No. 7,685,077 was filed this week in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The request challenges Intel’s alleged rights to the RFE-SVM method as claimed in their patent entitled “Recursive Feature Eliminating Method Based on a Support Vector Machine.” The challenge is based upon the failure of the Patent Office to properly consider relevant prior art during the original examination of Intel’s patent application. This prior art includes the original 2002 publication by Guyon, Weston, Barnhill and Vapnik, which first described the RFE-SVM method, prior published patent applications of HDC, and published articles by others who reference the 2002 Guyon et al. paper, all of which predate the filing date of the Intel application.
In accordance with Patent Office rules, the filing of the request for reexamination was accompanied by written notice to Intel that the validity of its patent is being challenged. This represents the first direct notice to Intel of the Company’s prior rights in the RFE-SVM technology. The Company expects this notice to be followed shortly by notification of Intel by the U.S. Patent Office that interference proceedings have been initiated involving the same patent.
The value of the Company’s RFE-SVM technology is underscored by the "identification" of recently-published patent applications by several commercial entities and research institutions describing the use of RFE-SVM for various purposes. The published applications include one filed by Intel describing a smart phone sensor that uses SVM and RFE-SVM to analyze sensor input.

From HDC website ....
Because SVM-RFE technology was "identified" by Health Discovery Corporation, we hold the only issued patents in the world for this technology. This was recently confirmed by the U.S. Patent and Trade Office which ruled in favor of Health Discovery Corporation regarding the SVM-RFE patents as a result of an interference proceeding between Health Discovery Corporation and Intel Corporation.
I just have to shake my head and wonder why in the world doesn't HDC promote the company? Some people in these message threads have mention due to some possible deal they (HDC) dare not say anything about that which is fully understandable however, I'm sure they could update shareholders on such things as share structure and other news or even some idea or direction that the company may take.
It is no different then their wording on the company is looking at its options involving our patent(s) or perhaps Intel or NeoGenomic corporation which we understand about Intel/Neo yet the company never stated what in the world are their options? For them to disclose potential options at this time is just that (potential) just like stating they are look at their options about that. Means absolutely nothing until you state the options yet they let investors wonder and astray due to the pure fact they state we are looking at our options? An option to looking at an option of possibilities of what. NOT CLEARLY DEFINED TO INVESTORS SO MAKE IT CLEAR.
So is the company hiding behind words to stall? maybe as it doesn't look good when all they need to do as throw a bone of two to us shareholders, we are already starving so no problem with no meat on the bones but throw a damn bone to all of us and get off the golf course and do something.
Just in case I didn't write clear enough or enough information our fiscal year for SEC filings are from Jan 1st - Dec 31st.
So first quarter Jan-Mar, 10-Q filing due 45 days approx in mid May.
Second quarter Apr-Jun 10-Q due mid Aug.
Third quarter Jul-Sep 10-Q due mid Nov
Forth quarter is within the yearly filing which is due 90 days after fiscal ending date of Dec 31st. Generally filed at the end of March. That filing is 10-K.
At present I believe we are behind in filings as follows.
2017 need 1 --- 10-K
2018 need 3 --- 10-Q
2018 need 1 --- 10-K
2019 need 2 --- 10-Q
I believe these back filings would need to be completed by an independent Accounting firm but again I could be wrong?
HDC is incorporate in Georgia which means they have 13 holidays which may be different than other states as you may know. Typical filings (and I could be wrong will basically be as follows...at least a 10-Q, 10-Q, 10Q, 10-K for the fiscal year. They have 90 days to file 10-K and 45 days to file 10-Q. This is because they are a NON-Accelerated meaning less than $75 million in the float.
You can look around IHUB at some of these scams trying to make their companies out to be a Accelerated filer and then the SEC laughs at them then re-fuses to accept their crap just unreal. HDC isn't one of them but no doubt something is not right with HDC.
My question would be is the CEO thinking no big deals so will he now try to run through the money and update all the past filings then at some point try to again loan the company money so he might grasp the patents as security then file bankruptcy.
You see of course if they (the company) reads these message threads and may not like what is posted perhaps we have a reason for such posts. Like hello CEO what is happening that you can speak of we know some things may not be disclosed but what is the share structure with HDC.
Simple solution but the cat has the CEO's tongue plus he is hanging around with the Bush bean companies dog.
________
I recall someone in this message thread about a year or so ago possibly 2 years ago we had talked about cost of these SEC filings something like $25-$50k so if that is true then it would appear we would need around $200k to update all our filings. Hey I could be wrong?
Oh I pray......
I'm glad you mentioned that as my screens were not refreshing ....btw yesterday CDEL WAS .074 BID X 20K
....headed for the gym be back later
I'm gonna stick my neck out as usual and don't care if one way or the other but studying the pre market/market over the past few days kind of indicates the market makers seem to be just trading between themselves.
Anyone else sense this possibility? Seems only 3 maker movement?
What in the world??? no doubt computers are running the bid as a human would have more sense in knowing that probably no one will bite on a bid as such!!!
I know what you are thinking that the computer will outlast the trader? well no doubt yet the circuitry in the computer won't last 60-90 years as us humans do : )...payback is going to be a bitch if I can get my hands on that damn computer system! I'll throw it out into the street.....let's see if the computers feel threaten and to get their crap together and move things upward.
I wish the CEO was as busy as his daughter is in her venues and business interests.
OU71764...you hold onto this, I'm staying for the stock run or bitter end which ever comes first. I'm just so sick and tired of being sick and tired of this mess and zero input from the company.
BTW...at the rate this is moving I will be 125 years old by the time this reaches .29 cent per share.
I just don't see the company (HDC) lifting a finger to try and help the share price by way of any type of public exposure. With all that transpired around 180 days ago I don't expect the world but do expect a little bit of push from the company to promote HDC in any way possible.
What in the world has happened to this company over the years with no effort to change the crappy past. I just can't believe the CEO has not said something other than what was said so long ago.
Maybe the CEO/company figures there isn't many posters within these message threads so why bother????
Can anyone really justify ZERO statement from the company my gosh even if a deal with someone such as Intel is on the table or Neo you mean to tell me the company has nothing else that they could say. What in heck is wrong with the company stating the share structure to say the least? Has the company webpage been updated with history of each director as to their past experience. Has anyone contacted the company recently and have talked with them or have they not return phone calls?
All this is just so strange and McGovern has bought stock in HDC since 2008 so he knows full well of the BS he has seen from this company when he was just a typical investor in early 2008 well I mean preferred stock kind of guy. Are you slowly selling your shares, I gather the directors won't be buying any of the option you gave them to buy more. I mean who would buy more after a CEO only knows how to be non-existent.
George are you practicing the Barnhill shuffle dance on all of us or is this the Mc Govern shuffle?
I'm not going to waste time watching L2, except for 1 the rest pulled back to this mornings entry, this is just BS.
They will break .075 bid within the next hour.eom
I think they are slowly selling but trying to control the ask without getting their hands slapped!
Who knows anything is possible but don't forget when we were in much much worse shape some were saying someone is Accumulating shares.
Good Sport...I believe you had tried to contact the CEO in recent months correct? I am not sure who else but if the new website is still active try phoning again. New website/page = CEO or company probably has no problem with talking on the phone with you or other interested investors or people in general. That is why you place a phone number to contact the company on a website in the first place. I'm sure there is nothing personal in why the company won't talk on the phone so give them a try again?
The company has a new webpage so watch for changes to the site. perhaps the CEO will obtain share structure from the TA and place that on the page and maybe even some type of shareholder update.
I'm starting to think that the company may not know how to use a disclaimer.
HDC...somehow it appears you may have sent the "Cease and Desists" order to yourself? ...hey I gotta have some type of humor to stay invested in this for 16 plus years....
Let me look at this in another light? HDC reported to us on 2/28/19 that they are evaluating their options referencing the Intel fiasco or us getting screwed by Intel.
HDC that was 173 days ago so what in the world are your options reference what in the world are you going to do about Intel screwing us.
Please get out of your wheel chairs and stand up for us shareholders for crying out loud!
After all the BS we have seen don't you think if we really had something that the company would offer something in the way of progress? They have started a self made website (in my opinion) and possibly in time produce something of value if there is any? We may not have enough value for the position the company and management may be in or as they view things. A CEO, COO and CFO are the only people needed at this point but they must be well tuned in the entire aspects of the technologies and business and financial end of business and super active professionals, that does not exist with HDC and is clearly seen therefore we or should expect that possibly a laid back version of the over the hill gang might be able to create a stock run at some point so be ready.
Any real value from what is left will side much better handing the flag over to a executives that can run with the flag and not wheel chair the flag to the next meeting and once they are there say they forgot their hearing aids?
In other words I'm sure HDC is doing what they can but our time has probably been missed by several years and if not we just don't have the ball players on our team that know the players and players that are needed. So let us hope HDC can keep crawling up the field and keep taking all the bruises and just maybe make a few touchdowns but may never ever win the game. Once hope is totally gone is when people leave the game and head home to never return.
So what is it going to be HDC? what is it going to be investors? Maybe pass the coffee cup in the morning and a doughnut so I stay longer in hope and in the afternoon I can get by with a coke and a bag or pop corn and still watch and hope...I hope it don't rain as I sit in the bleachers as I forgot my umbrella.
OK HDC do you have a cup of coffee this morning or perhaps wish to share a doughnut?
Odds of going private are zero I say that for all the right reasons a company would go private prior to a possible up listing/IPO to Nasdaq but don't see HDC ever in that realm.
Just for starters all existing managements would need to leave. We would need a institutional to come in and take control to say the very least. HDC has far too much against it plus far too many years of wasted time of our patents to pull in players as such and keep then driving the company into any type of up list down the road.
I forgot the company would need to file bankruptcy/restructure and most likely reverse split for starters.
