Good for you at least you don't need to wait on HDC like I must plus nothing may ever become of HDC since the helm appears empty. It seem we have no one willing to step behind the steering wheel of HDC. Well I gather if one might not have any experience running a public trading company why should any of us investors expect anything from HDC. It seem ET is happy with the .09 spread earlier ($300) dollars give me a break There were days when I wouldn't get out of bed even for a $100k swing but now I'm stuck with HDC with a hope a poke to leave Dodge with at least my short pants so I can possibly regroup.
_____
King any buyout .28-.38 ....with that if we JUST new the OS it would be a bit easier to figure.
HDC if you have something release it as we will now start our way back down into the doom and gloom big time if we have nothing to show the market!
How could that be those shares didn't even show as to which MM?
So (CDEL) was 82.3k shares bid went to 86.8 difference 4.5k shares now double that equals 9k shares which was a trade by (CSTI) go figure, look real close at that craziness?
So the computers really pull their deeds from who "IT" see fit!
FACT...195 DAYS AGO --> On February 27, 2019, the USPTO ruled in favor of Health Discovery Corporation on the SVM-RFE Patents in the Interference proceeding between Health Discovery Corporation and Intel Corporation. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) of the USPTO issued its decision, finding that Health Discovery Corporation is entitled to claim exclusive rights to the SVM-RFE technology as set forth in the pending patent application that was filed to provoke the Interference. The decision, issued by Administrative Patent Judge James Moore, ordered Intel’s patent to be cancelled. The decision also dismissed Intel’s motions challenging the validity of Health Discovery Corporation’s pending claims and issued patents covering SVM-RFE. Health Discovery Corporation is currently evaluating its options for further action regarding this matter
Ok...what options "might" be possible once we decide that we evaluated them long enough? Is 195 days long enough to evaluate, so what is the deal? Let us know something.
Like I said Friday come on need press release to take the 38.6k out and jump this to .08
ET has shown that same 277k ask, 6+ trading days ago.

A simple press release will do it!
>>August 6, 2013 (I'm sure everyone that is phoning the company and sending email must be sending them and calling the wrong number or numbers.
Dear Fellow Owners of Health Discovery Corporation,
On behalf of the majority of Health Discovery Corporation’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), I want update you on the recent changes at Health Discovery Corporation (“HDC” or “Company”) so you might have a better understanding of the direction the Company is taking.
For Health Discovery Corporation, the past month has been a time of significant personnel changes – which will be better for our shareholders.
We believe the Company was forced to make several difficult decisions over the last week that should substantially increase our opportunity to survive, succeed, and ultimately thrive. The changes in upper management were driven out of the requirements to: focus on low hanging fruit, reduce our burn rate and conserve shares.
As a result of the staff changes, I have been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer. I accepted the role with the following requirements:
1. I will take no cash salary or stock option compensation.
2. The 1,500,000 director options awarded to me on July 25, 2013 to purchase HDC stock at market price of $0.027 have been reassigned to the company so that they can be used for better purposes such as raising capital and/or compensating our workers.
3. I will not seek reimbursement for my time or expenses as they relate to me carrying out the duties of Interim Chief Executive Officer.
These requirements are absolute and do not carry any consideration or contingency for recouping at a later date.
I would like to tell you about the new members of the Board and the values we will live by:
1. Communication. We will communicate openly and honestly at all times, to the best of our ability. While we are bound by certain confidentiality agreements and regulatory disclosure rules, we will be responsive and communicative. As an example, you may contact the board at the new email address: board@healthdiscoverycorp.com. You may also reach us at the office (678) 336-5300. We will be responsive as quickly as possible. If you do not find the response timely enough, please call the office and ask for me. We may not be able to comment on every question you may have due to legal requirements, but you will hear from us.
2. Financial Responsibility. We will treat every penny of the Company, as if it is the last and will promote the philosophy of: “spend it and care about it like it’s your own” to all of our employees and consultants. If we do not measure every expense with the utmost seriousness, there is no way for this company to survive. Because Rick Winger has an extensive career in the financial arena, he has been selected to head up the Company’s Audit Committee. Installing an Audit Committee was one of this Board’s first actions.
3. Commitment. This Board is comprised of successful business, financial, and legal experts. They are working for $1 per year. They have options, which will only have value if our stock price increases. Their interest is solely aligned with those of the shareholders, or as we prefer: Owners. Bill Quirk has accepted a board position with HDC and as the largest shareholder of our common stock; we welcome his financial expertise and business acumen.
The Board along with its employees and advisors will be focused on a one-year goal of becoming more financially healthy and potentially profitable. The Company does not have the luxury of time or long, drawn out business propositions. We must, and will, act now. The objectives at hand to stabilize the Company are:
1. Continue our partnership with NeoGenomics. We believe that the development of tests and products are progressing nicely and last week NeoGenomics announced at their conference call expectations for commercialization of tests and products using our technology. We will support this relationship with every opportunity we have to do so. NeoGenomics is the right partner for HDC to be successful in medical arena and we will support NeoGenomics with all our efforts.
2. Develop new partnerships and relationships in the non-medical arena. We are excited about the work that we are doing with SVM Capital. SVM Capital has recently signed a licensing agreement with Lucena Research to expand the SVM Technology further into the financial markets and the Lucena Team is exactly what SVM Capital needs. You can read about this new partner at https://lucenaresearch.com. Like NeoGenomics, Lucena is the right partner, at the right time. We are aggressively looking for similar models for partnering with companies that can help us – now. These are not long, complicated, drawn out processes that take too long to develop, if ever. They will be now and immediate impacts for HDC.
3. Protecting our Intellectual Property. We will identify the best way to stop letting companies use our technology for free. We realize the traditional methods are expensive and the Company does not have the luxury of excess funds to pursue patent infringers these ways. This team has experience and relationships that will be used to stop the bleeding of our technology to those who currently do not compensate us for their use of our patents. One of our new directors, Henry Kaplan, is an experienced patent attorney and has volunteered to be the Chair of the Patent Monetization Committee. He will work with Eleanor Musick and third party law firms to license companies in addition to those that have already paid licensing fees.
As we hope you can see, the Company will be extremely focused on immediate success – not “maybe, kinda, one day” ideas. Our focus is on bringing HDC out of the difficult situation it is in. We cannot guarantee results, but we can guarantee reduced cash burn, increased focus and sense of urgency.
I hope you find this update helpful as this communication and effort is long overdue. The Board, employees, and advisors owe you the best they have – and they are committed to delivering to you – the Owners of Health Discovery Corporation.
We look forward to hearing from you.
With kind regard on behalf of Health Discovery Corporation,
Kevin Kowbel
HDC what happened?
>>AIDS
HDC has identified and patent-protected an AIDS expression signature that can separate AIDS brain cells from non-AIDS brain cells with a high degree of accuracy.
This biomarker discovery was accomplished in conjunction with Dr. Paul Shapshak, Director of the Dementia/HIV Laboratory at the University of Miami Medical School, and a group of leading scientists using HDC’s proprietary FGM analysis technique. HDC sold the biomarker discovery to the University of Miami in November 2005.
HIV-related dementia occurs in 40 to 60 percent of all cases of HIV infection that are left untreated. Even when treated, dementia occurs in 10 percent of all cases of HIV infection, with the number continuing to rise as the virus becomes resistant to treatment. The dementia is related to inflammation in the brain caused by HIV infection, a problem whose underlying genetic causes are complex and largely unknown.<<
I never knew before what the biomarker was that was sold to a university. Not hard to see why it was. Not terribly easy to see how such a biomarker could be commercialized.
2006.........
Consider the fear that so many feel of having HDVY challenge the mighty MSFT for infringing on its SVM patents. MSFT is reputedly the second largest owner of SVM patents but HDVY owns the pioneer patent.
MSFT actually hasn't done so swell for a long time. The second place behemoth, ORCL, hasn't been such a hot holding either.
Upstart RHT took a spill a while back when ORCL announced it was going to crush the small upstart, RHT. Lots a' luck. They will need a ton - and [gasp] competent management. [For any that don't know, RHT is making a nice buck off the Linus freeware somehow.]
A portrait of the past for you and maybe a hint of the future with tiny HDVY:
http://finance.yahoo.com/charts#chart7:symbol=rht;range=5y;compare=orcl+msft+hdvy.ob;indicator=spli
t;charttype=line;crosshair=on;logscale=on;source=undefined
I asked my son, who is a wild-eyed enthusiast for RHT, his thoughts on HDVY asking MSFT to license HDVY's SVM patents. "They will buy HDVY," he opined. "That's the way they always settle matters when they are caught." Not this time, I think.
Now here is something that is fact and I doubt anyone will wish to read it but true
One might recall that licensing of the SVM's was not initially the main thrust of the founding of HDVY. Biomarkers were where it was supposed to be at. There is one license of a biomarker to academia.
_____________________________The press release as follows doing the change that mostly everyone may have forgot.
August 03, 2006 09:15:01 (ET)
SAVANNAH, Ga. & SAN MATEO, Calif., Aug 03, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Health Discovery Corporation (HDC) (HDVY, Trade), an emerging leader in pattern recognition technology, and IPotential, the technology industry's leading strategic intellectual property (IP) service provider, today announced they have entered into a comprehensive strategic relationship. The two companies will work together to monetize and license HDC's IP portfolio in the IT and communications markets.
"This relationship with IPotential represents a broad new opportunity for our company," said Stephen D. Barnhill, M.D., HDC's Chairman and CEO. "To date, HDC's Support Vector Machines (SVM) and mathematical expertise have been focused exclusively on the medical arena. As we now undertake to position our SVMs in fields where we have not previously licensed, we concluded that partnering with IPotential's highly knowledgeable and extraordinarily well-connected professionals would benefit both HDC and the many companies that can productively utilize our IP in their operations. We believe that IPotential's thorough knowledge of these markets will substantially leverage our efforts in targeting and successfully negotiating license opportunities."
"We are pleased to initiate our relationship with such a unique innovator like Health Discovery Corporation," said Ron Epstein, CEO of IPotential. "HDC's seminal SVM patents have broad applicability wherever large amounts of complex data must be manipulated mathematically. SVM technology will play a critical role in the development of the next generation of Internet search and anti-spam as well as a broad array of artificial intelligence products. We know that SVMs using HDC's patented technologies are broadly deployed across many markets and we look forward to working with the company in both publicizing and protecting its valuable IP."...
Big Beef....2006 HDC, some of the old links may no longer work!
Institutional Insanity
Always hard to distinguish the leaders of institutions from the inmates. Here is a bit of an anomaly.
Notice the pie chart at the bottom of the page of the much-despised (for good reason) I-Watch:
http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?ticker=hdvy
And then this from Nasdaq.com:
http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?ticker=hdvy
Are the institutions buying in? Or is it a head fake?
Can't really say but I know of one instance where a similar pattern can be seen and know for a fact a German fund has made BIPH its largest holding. Meanwhile BIPH is regularly plumbing new lows.
____________
Now that was 2006 so what do your eyes see differently especially in viewing how HDC has acted or not acted on helping themselves with shareholder who just want an honest company to be forth coming with some news not the world but honestly HDC is shown clearly to be NON COMPLIANT (in every aspect including not finishing their website, guess they ran out of money) by choice but if anyone believes differently you won't ever make me believe that they can't issue some type of news, this non action with us holding the bag and them holding what? What was that that showered down from heaven from NeoGenomic corporation?
HDC...now speech about the great wizard of Oz - INTEL!
I believe we have various problems in being able to be compliant beside our filings however, we don't know what in the world is our CEO thinking or what direction if any we are headed beside down again. Is he shooting for .10 cents per share to list or what? CFO coming soon or what?

Archie...no problem be yourself what investors are left here are not that sensitive except for MBMoney...oops?
Yes but had you taken out that 38.6k too then possibly ET would have been ready with the .08 on the ask forcing CS to raise the bid from .0646 but the 38.6k was never taken out so I gather on Monday the fight start all over. This can be easily moved to .08+ but the CEO will need to get off the john in order to move this.
I never even heard of the flag pole except in the 6th grade.
Actually I have at least 2-3 trading books with much information but I generally always used the 45 minute rule upon opening verse selling on the third day depending. We had clubs here years ago maybe it was BB or perhaps my old friend (who I don't recall his name) He was the dude that did all the TA prior the new website over in Stock TA or Stockhouse I hardly remember but I think his name was Matt or something as such. 99% of my stock records and contact are up in the attic.
BTW...I will never be active enough to pull the books down when all one needs to do is follow some of these threads in silence. Besides, there will always be private stock clubs and those would be my select if I wished to get super active again. Traders..real don't need to ever talk in these message threads.
I just checked my library and no doubt those trading books are up in the attic too. The attic is safe as it is sealed plus air conditioned I spent around $14 grand on that dealings
Come on pickup that 38.6k and see if .08 will stick and force the bid? We could with news come on news now is the time!
Good Sport...it appears you were correct about HDC. They will use up the money then probably file bankruptcy soon enough. However it is Friday and CEO likes to work on Mondays and Fridays.
Now I know from checking this guy out that he is highly liked by all that work for him but when he worked in this public trading company why was he never mentioned in any SEC filings? He wasn't even listed as a known assistant of sales in SEC filings. Did he work for them before they became public or what?
BTW...if he is retired then what is he able to do for HDC I mean we hear nothing from HDC so what are we to think? Do I have to buy more Geritol for them? Anyways as I said he was really well respected and liked by all but I see NO SEC filings with him even listed as a assistant/junior head or sales. wITH SOMEONE SO IMPORTANT WHY IS HE not MENTIONED in any SEC filings can anyone else find him listed? You would think he could give our CEO some pointers on running a public company but I guess not?
Mr. Fromholzer, age 72, is a retired executive with global work experience with both public and private companies. Among his positions he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate officer of Indium Corporation of America (ICA). His primary responsibility was to expand the national footprint to a global sales, marketing, distribution and manufacturing company serving the electronics industry. Today ICA is recognized as a global leader in its space. Also, he was Vice President of Sales for DUSA Pharmaceuticals, a public dermatology company, whose main drug Levulan is used to treat precancerous Actinic Keratosis. In addition, he served as a director of LaserLink.Net, an Internet services company that was acquired by Covad Communications.
What are the directors being paid??? I mean the $20k and option to buy was a bonus!
Big Beef, you have been around in HDC for a long time too but I have never seen anyone able to chart HDC in it's entire history, sincerely I recall frustration in trying to figure HDC charting. It never ever acted normal from the get go! Who knows maybe all the basic press releases went up in flames involving our history so who knows why we have always sucked so bad but it seems to be what we do best. I guess when you are good at something why change.
I recall saying HDC sure knows how to fail so given a prize for that we take first place beyond so many because people still believe and believe without news??? WOW THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING!
_________
Remember last Jume........
In recognition of their successful efforts and continuing contributions to the Company, on June 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company granted to directors Mr. William Fromholzer, Ms. Colleen Hutchinson, Mr. Edward Morrison and Mr. James Murphy each a $20,000 bonus and an option to purchase 2,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The options fully vest on the grant date, have an exercise price of $0.07, and expire on June 10, 2029. The fair value of each option granted is $0.0636 and was estimated on the date of grant using the Black-Scholes pricing model with the following assumptions: dividend yield at 0%, risk-free interest rate of 1.84%, an expected life of 5 years, and volatility of 149%. The aggregate computed value of these options is $508,542, and this amount will be charged as an expense during the second quarter of 2019.
___________
Anyone scratching your head about that?
Ou71764, Big Beef, King Oil & many others........
I thought I would never really believe what I am now thinking more so now than ever, either this is actually a scam or our CEO knows NOTHING as to running a public trading company.
Anyone that has been around for years in these stocks would feel pretty much the same! Damn shame the company doesn't respond.
King we are not the only people reading this message thread by far!
Also the fact that they HDC has a working website also say something to the SEC.
It has been 189 days since company said they are looking at their options involving Intel. Maybe I was just dreaming that the CEO reported as such? So what give HDC

Beef...ET is pure BS!.EOM
OU71764... it appears that "Academy Capital" picked up their first shares of HDC in or their about in 2/10 total shares 38,910 then 3 months later more shares followed by Feb 2011 w/1,214,603 which was the most they held. In late 2012 they drop a tad to 1,175,693 shares and since, checking further now - Aug 2019 down to 1,125,693 HDC shares held by Academy Capital.
I do sense that HDC is now their lowest value held and Academy Capital may actually be ready to clean house further...we HDC shares?
That's cool too..,I don't believe they would sell just yet especially if they see concrete value after all this time:)
One of my special tools for you, sincerely.

OU71764...why still holding? not sure but my first guess would be two handfuls of series "C" preferred shares?
So you think once we kiss .08 that .10 is next?...a simple press release is all we need to start this a rollinnnnnn.
btw...1 at the bid and 1 at the ask, we going nowhere in
"Slow Motion"
Looks like ET and CS are playing house today...
btw...I'm waiting on .30 cents and a cigar that someone else can smoke?
I believe that is old information, the following weblink might help?
https://www.secinfo.com/d1GAUx.yb.d.htm
I could track when they "may" have sold/dumped us but not worth my time.
I find nothing in past filings and find no cross reference when checking against either Intel or Neogenomic corporations but (Irvine, California) sure rings a bell!...which is SC Capital Partners headquarters.
BTW...this isn't the Asian company.
Sell-side assignments

* Public companies that wish to sell a division or product line.
https://www.sccapitalpartnersinc.com/services/mergers-and-acquisitions/
Anyone recall "SC Capital Partners"
https://www.sccapitalpartnersinc.com/clients/
Nice that they picked it up but they are not even nickle/dime us but more like pre-pennying us. I mean not even worth getting out of bed. Maybe that is why our CEO won't get out of bed.
Big Beef ..were you talking about 2019 or next year? I believe 187 days since HDC said something to the effect that they are reviewing or looking at their options involving Intel? Perhaps all we can do is just look and nothing more. Maybe HDC needs another half a year to decide what are their actual options are then another half beyond that to act on it.
ET sellers getting impatient?...they will be forced to move the next lower MM's into play within the next hour.
All we need is good news and up we will go, you would think HDC would produce something to counter this.
Yes how true but don't you kind of wonder if shareholders holding series C shares might somehow obtain news? I mean if I were holding preferred shares would you not tend to feel that you are not just some typical commoner....shareholder?
,,,,just kiding
Time for news HDC as the MM's went home hours ago...are you still at the golf course?...anyways you still should be able to upload the news from their.
