Excellent Allen but I believe the VLSI lawsuit was more directly involved chip verses chip kind of thingy. I don't see HDC patents as being as powerful but coupled with the proven documentations over the many years will no don't play great for any Jury. Like you said all this is way down the yellow brick road but still gives many of us hope.
Holy Chit Dick Tracy!...Intel won't like a jury trial if it moves forward to that.
As huge as this market will be coupled with the virus scare that is very possible. We have 6 directors with 3 being independent so we are on our way to Nasdaq but will also need to start 3 committees as rules provide. I do think the majority of the directors must be independent. I strongly feel we need to bounce around from about $1.25 to $1.75 share price before the up list. With our management and experience we are in the right seat for the future. I will have to say I am still buying and selling this to accumulate more share by at least 20% each jump. Someone posted earlier today about buying more shares at .70/.80 or somewhere around that. Does it matter if I bought my original share at .09 when each time I can buy/sell I increase my holding by 20%. I'm here for the long run like many others.
I'm willing to take the chance prior up listing but will I get trapped in the door?...my gamble :)
"MBMoney", "Alan" and "King_Oil"....I just got a thought and want to run it by you? Is it at all possible that Barnhill knew in the end that our patents probably would never hold patentabilty? Yes what a wild thought especially after all these years? Hey George and Marty what do you guys think? Is that why players never REALLY played house with HDC?
Pennypop...not necessarily is Intel grabbing at straws and I say that because the prior Judge awarded HDC the exclusive patent right due to first patent date NOT any argument whether our patent was actually stand on it's own patentability. Allen explain this a couple years ago. Yes ours was first and yes we were given the right to the patent but only because of pre-dated artwork. It was never examined for patentabilty and that is what seems to be in the process.
On the other hand Intel tried to destroy their our patent in order to destroy our 3 or 4. If the Judge finds them wrong and believes abuse on their part I do believe they will pay big time but court is all about rule however HDC wanted a jury trial and now you are dealing with feelings...the human mind and doubt Intel will want this.
Somewhere along the line the Judge will indicate how he is leaning which could signal either party a certain probability. In the case of us losing George probably will go for broke in Intel's case they may settle to save on a verdict from a jury.
Yahoo board re-posted the link Intel verse HDC

Case list...........

Thank you......
Looking good over here but didn't kiss .90 but close.
Still waiting on the deserted island for the speed boat? Maybe he has engine problems?...getting pretty hungry, need food?
Here is one of them.........
https://www.docketalarm.com/cases/PTAB/IPR2021-00549/Intel_Corporation/02-27-2021-Petitioner/Petition-3-Petition_For_Inter_Partes_Review_of_US_Patent_7,117,188/#q=IPR+2021+00549
I'm not going to pull anymore isn't worth my time...I'd rather do nothing until I see George get out of bed.
....I forgot the other half referencing above patent can be found under 00550____7117188...same date of 2-27-21
Alan anything is possible and technically it is 1 of 2 people in which 1 is female the other is male but they know they could come clean and re-post that but I honestly feel the individual investor pulled it off the board due to their personal account with that company not Yahoo. I may play and try to find it but again that investors would shed the light he if he or she wish to do so.
This is old news which you already know meaning that Intel even tried to dissolve/destroy their own patent in order to try to kill our meaning they were willing to turn around and say their patent wasn't patentable to kill 4 of ours.
In one hand I see Intel fighting to protect their patents out of standard procedure yet we heard internal Intel officer statements about if they would fight ffor this patent of not depending on if they used and or needed it (sort of?)
At any rate and it may or may not matter but I feel if we should win this suit then couple all our documentations over the years HDC just might cause Intel to have a migraine.
I'm no sure if I know you under a different alias but do have something to say about this post. I have a meeting at 11:00 but will be back after.
MB...PM other board.eom
I noticed that too maybe fear set in about posting the link from that account. I didn't even bother saving that link but noted Intel issues with 7117188, 7117188, 7542959, 7542959, & 8095483 patents. Recorded in that order and yes double instances.
MBMoney...maybe George will try to drum up money by offering preferred "D" or "E" series shares to retail shareholders?
I see from the Yahoo HDC message thread Intel fired back at us on 2/27/21. Intel is digging in big time which means if our patent(s) stand their ground we might be in for a very huge treat.
George...on here and wake up our "Great Grandfather" of SVM - Vladimir M. Vapnik. He is now 84 years old.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vladimir_Vapnik
Now I do realize he may have nothing to do with RFE but doesn't Intel need SVM to MAKE/complete our RFE patent(s)?
Vapnik's co-inventor died in 2014 so get the wheel chair and a first class ticket to fly Vapnik from anywhere in the world...that is if it will help us?
Intel is trying to claim our patents are NOT Patentable just like
"Alan" has been telling us.
I don't plan on pulling any documents unless MBMoney believes it is worth the time/money
Interesting that you should ask......
SVM-RFE is simply Support Vector Machines - Recursive Feature Elimination
Next we have RFE-SVM that is Recursive Feature Elimination method using Support Vector Machines.
The only problem besides Intel using our patent(s) we also may have these guys using our patents as follows.............
"Shanghai Realgen Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, CN)" they have 2 investors and one is in the USA the other is in China"
This is one of the prime reasons our CEO needs to talk with all of us about the potential. In other words are we being walked on and has HDC contacted any of these possible corporation since the filing of the Intel lawsuit or perhaps documentation period. We would need history documentation of other corporation using our technologies/patents.
Sincerely...this is non fiction
Hello.... anyone home?
"Retail" traders are secondary in my thoughts
shares wanted at .0003 but not enough to fill all of them so shares will start trading .0004 then maybe move higher or stay solid at .0004
My thoughts are due to bid demand
I could be wrong but this should be the bottom...all 5 are triple zero 3 so we should start moving up.
Maybe it is one of those pay as you go companies...do you recall years ago rent a cop? Well, rent a Scientific Officer if you should need one but besides we look super professional with a Scientific Officer. I mean don't you recall Star Trek?
MBMoney....what a masterpiece! Now that sure explains everything we all need to know when it come to the next shareholder meeting oops! I guess that won't even happen. I like the idea about why even waste $100 bucks on Zhang. Hey, wherever the company can save money I'm game. I think since not a creature or mouse stirs why even pay any salary or bonuses to directors. Is George really forgetful and does he rub Marty's head to give him some encouragement?
I wonder what kind of a deal could be struck between Vennwest, Bear and Quirk. It is hard to believe that Quirk backed away from this that isn't his style. Was he appeased in some way yet I see no 8-K to indicate that. I find it hard to believe that Exhibit B investors are just twiddling their fingers....your thoughts???
Come on, want to see .90 cent here for one more buying opportunity and perhaps another after that prior up listing. We are sincerely on our way, finally!
It will be interesting to see if they crank up the volume this week. As most know the way this trades seem thin but all we need is a good push and everything else will follow including traders. Now imagine if we do have potential news with this stock. Now that would make my day. At any rate I believe showtime is upon us and nothing is better than a front row seat. I like the way the trading has changed over the past week and see the supporting volume slowly cementing the foundation...I hope just a matter of time before this rockets upward!
MBMoney...I haven't laughed so hard in years. It wasn't just once it was all the way through the read.
Marty deserves those words and just maybe that is his mentality. I know personally of the positive things and discussions that you have had with him.
Yes this all sucks big time and seems truly unfair to the remaining shareholders. This investment is my entire ROTH in three accounts so since I retired in 2007 you can pretty much figure out for me it's most likely a double side coin toss with nothing on either side. Some might say if this is so important why bitch...well we are all basically being waterboarded by HDC directors. It is time to waterboard them. Perhaps stop the damn suffering and see just how many of those Exhibit B investors come together to perhaps further question the HDC directors. It sounds like Marty is the go to man from your recent post what do you think? Don't you think with Marty's expertise in all those positions and it appears the CEO promoted him why not make Marty the Chairman and CEO? Since he has the know how George could be the President and Marty could train him? Good ole cross training in case someone takes a sick day the other dude would be able to handle all his "workload" for the day. We really need to get a female PR person who could interview corporate to really push this stock forward do you have any ideas who we could get to fill that position?
As long as the SEC doesn't close the door on this I believe if this one runs it is going to leap big time!
There has "never" been any patent challenge in the history of HDC beyond the present Intel lawsuit.
we had only two disagreement/settled many many years ago but not any challenges/court by corporations directly into our patents. So when re-reading your last post are you indicating that there are over 2000 patent cases open presently waiting a decision by the SC that may or may not allow challenges?
Alan..so my thinking is if the high court stands behind the PTAB then Intel would be more apt to settle with HDC if indeed they were/are using our patents in the way we believe?
...or is this about the older patents...patent language that had been refused in or since 2010 - 2012?
I believe HDC is accusing Intel of crossing into 4 different patents involving different areas and degrees when just talking patents not talking intent or anything like that.
I know our newer patents stood the test but how many lines in the 4 older patents are being used in our latest RFE-SVM patents...that were a continuing patent(s).
MBMoney, I'm curious about what are all those investors on the exhibit B list talking about. They all know our patent portfolio is pretty much shot. We have past officers of Direct Wireless invested here and of course many past officers and directors of HDC many of which hold millions of shares and my bet believes HDC plans to fold if investors pursue the company.
Good Sport...we are not asking directly about the Intel lawsuit but what in the world has HDC been doing aside from that lawsuit. If the company is doing nothing except waiting on Intel they need to tell us that that was the only game strategy that they have. Other than that there is no reason to promote Marty into being President? President of what NOTHING? next he was promoter to Chief operating Officers correct? and again what in the world is he chief of if HDC isn't pursuing other business interest other than Intel...so next ask isn't it our Attorneys to pursue Intel and Marty's job to promote other business avenues?
It seems we have a CEO that appears to be doing nothing too! What is HDC image and how is that created...and is it not the CEO's job to blend all the great things a company is doing and to step forward and explain to their shareholders.
Price of eggs will be going up Monday...trades are still going through and we only have 5 minutes till the bell. I would have thought they would have clocked out early being a Friday.
All this now are like apples verses oranges...nothing like years ago. 99.9% of these back in the day were scams to start with but now all these have been abandon like 10-15 years ago.
How in the hell could this possibly be thin but it appears this isn't cycling down but rather trying to shake a few large holders or is this just cycling back and forth to accumulate interest and volume?
...which brings me to thinking this? is it possible our patents were being dealt out to certain people or corporations and we never knew about it. How in the world could we have looked so promising and never really get off the ground.
I am surprised to see this kiss .0004 and it is hard to believe share are thin so what gives? Maybe later to dinner or too damn early? Still these junk-o stocks won't be open for breakfast forever. Sooner or later the door will shut and nailed shut...which side of the door are we on?
MBMoney, I just don't know what to say? Marty should be willing at the very least to reply to your questions unless George stops him. There is enough pressure on George from all angles that maybe you will get an answer or maybe not. At any rate the company should have some type of update.
I will say it appears our patents were never worth the paper they were printed on. Why do I say this? Look at all our massive patent portfolio past, the work involved, the money and attorneys. So our inventors were waiting on HDC...I find that strange I would be pissed if I were the investors seeing all these lost years.
So George has been invested/related to HDC since 2007 like over 13 years? What does he really know about all our patents or anything else for that matter. Does George have dark glasses on, sitting on a sidewalk holding a empty tin can in hopes that someone or some company drop a dime or two into his cup?
King...it will all work out or up in smoke this just needs to end one way or another.
