C'mon judge, do your homework! And make it with prejudice
as it should be. I think she's stalling so it'd appear she's cogitating over a difficult ruling when she knew what she was going to say weeks ago. (hope she doesn't see this)
Agreed. These retail stocks are ugly to hold
because they are traders' havens, matters not whether they are stinky pinkies or Naz. All that the heavy volume
means is trading "noise", buying and selling, sometimes one
trader can be responsible for hundreds of thousands of the
volume traded as he buys and sells. When a non-institutional stock
starts to have huge volume, WATCH OUT, the traders are having their fun. Let the stock move as the research warrants, slow is good.
It'll only take word that one of CTIX's big three has come through to derisk completely and send this stock to new highs.
RE: KSS, glad the market is not taking the swimmiswami seriously; folks lost BADLY on his RNN and BNIKF touts on how great their "science" & management was. Probably got ctix's science wrong, too.
Exactly right. Why spend tens of thousands to put out a rehash.
See if I've got this right.
If so this is the most fascinating, intriguing way of doing away with cancer: flood the cancer area with photodynamic compounds, let the cancer cells and any potential cancer cells incorporate these PDC's into their nuclei, activate the PDC's with a deep penetrating laser and bingo! -complete erasure of the problem (and any reoccurrence). Talking about sci-fi; there may even be applications to using this technique against bacteria. Human trials to start end of Q1?
Absolutely astounding & mind blowing even if 1/3 true, but imagine-- 3 winning platforms in one company.

It's been a while since I posted. CTIX could be comparable to AAPL in it's infancy, but only time will tell. Their immediate pipeline is remarkable to say the least. Most fledgling biopharma companies have only one drug in its pipeline. CTIX has 3 and all of them are in disparate areas of treatment. Prurisol is the sleeper, but in of itself could be seen as a blockbuster. Psoriasis is a global affliction . The worldwide prevalence of psoriasis is around 2%, (That's 70 to 140 million people) but studies in developed countries have reported higher prevalence rates of on average about 4.6%. Ten percent go on to develop arthritis. Psoriasis is a noncommunicable disease that manifests as a chronic inflammatory skin disease. Being an autoimmune disease it has been linked to other conditions such as ulcerative colitis and many more. It's uniqueness in treating this affliction is that it portends to not only treat symptomatically, but it's application is curative and treated systemically. Studies in Europe which are further along than US show remarkable results. I traveled there recently and heard "off the record" that it is the real deal. We'll see. That alone could give CTIX a $75-100 pps in the immediate future. Now if you throw in B and K into the mix which is getting all the attention and rightfully so since they both are life saving drugs the pps could easily be in the $300-500 range near term. Over the past 20 years of my medical practice treating ocular diseases I have seen antibiotic after antibiotic fail to continue to cure various diseases. Why? Because the offending organisms have become drug resistant. Conjunctivitis (pink eye) is the most contagious disease known to man. Although they mostly are self limiting in most countries even without drug therapy they can be and are diseases that cause permanent blindness in third world countries. This occurs predominantly as a result of secondary infections. The drug resistance of the latest drugs, i.e. Vigamox, Besivance, Zymar creates problems for the practitioner. Often times my own patients will not complete the course of treatment I prescribed because the offending eye feels better and looks better after a few days of usage. Therein lies the problem. The so called "bug" will not be truly destroyed and then mutates into a different microbe. This occurs now with other infectious diseases systemically and topically. I often will refrain from over prescribing to prevent this epidemic problem of drug resistant bacteria. This, however, forces me to have the patient return more frequently to observe the eye to avoid potentially more serious consequences. Multiply this by the millions of time in this country alone and the cost to consumers/insurances are mind boggling. Moreover, when patients are contagious and not working, possibly for 7-10 days, the economic cost to the patient and employer are staggering. Brilacidn, in just this usage alone, could eliminate the need for patient compliance due to their single dosage and defensin-mimetic properties. Just for this one application of Brilacidn the value to Pharma would be in the Billions of dollars in the US. If you extrapolate that to other diseases and world wide usage the profitability of Brilacidn and CTIX boggles the imagination. The mutation of bacteria is advancing exponentially and as a doctor treating eye diseases is beyond alarming. B is a defensin-mimetic that is not susceptible to traditional drug resistance. With B alone CTIX could be in the above pps category. K would explode the pps to even greater heights. I won't bore all the knowledgeable investors on this MB with the salient facts regarding K. I've gone on too long as it is and I apologize for the lack of brevity. I thought it was time for all of us to take a step back and realize how powerful the CTIX arsenal is at this early point of time. Once again please accept my apology for this long quasi- dissertation. I welcome intelligent discussion whether they be pro or con. As you probably surmise I am long and have been since CTIX has been in the $1 pps. GTLA. All the best. Ogewen
I was reluctant to tell anyone about this stock
until it broke out above 2.10. Folks now REALIZE that this stock has the potential to be a legacy stock, one which can be passed down through generations, something families can rely on. That's my theory on why it is so strong right now; to be out of it is foolish.
Not completely dead, but nearly so. They're (Kutz/Jones) still trying to pawn off what little is left on someone.
AIMHO
yes, it is unusual and dangerous for a CEO to post
looks good now with being pk. and everything looking rosy, but one hitch and there'll be public scrutiny, analyzing whether any information
released could be considered material to buying/selling via
insider info.-best to use public media outlets to disseminate company
info.. when EF gets an atty. as a consultant he'll have a gag order
real fast.
Looking good today... like PN says...
"increasing shareholder value". BTW, he's been saying that
for years now; you don't think he keeps saying that catchword phrase because he thinks we want to hear it, do you?
however faint the pulse, "it ain't over 'til it's over".
checked out those 3 "IKTO, EMLL, & LKEN " CHARTS and
they all look very weak; perhaps they are contrarian plays since they look like they can't get any weaker (lol)
"speaks out of both sides of his mouth"
I believe this to be a true statement. Even though he'll tell
you what he can, it usually is in the context of how to get some money out of you or that others are holding up progress. It is as if
he's powerless to move forward on his own. Granted, thus far he has had limited support, like the BOD are inconsequential. Some poster said he was going to check out the share structure. There isn't one presently. One does not know how many shares of LTC or CCTI or ? one will wind up with if the present plans of rolling CSMG into LTC in an IPO and then spinning off CCTI comes to fruition. All we know is that the CTGI shares will be cut heavily when converted to LTC shares and that perhaps there will perhaps be some sort of small CCTI share dividend.
AIMOHO
Where's the audit? Supposed to have been
completed in July!!
Just more sarcasm/sour grapes than any reality in this post; the insiders would go straight for the LTC shares they can buy at a discount rather than fool around with these shares which apparently are going to be exchanged for the LTC shares anyway at the rate of 10 or 15:1.
JMHO
There's not much support for that kind of behavior from me (easily over 500,000 bagholding shares). I'd rather see you call Bruce, work with him, send and discuss with him the pkg. you'd like to send to possible suitors, in trying to right this ship. I believe we have a truely incompetent auditor, perhaps on the verge of negligence, and unfortunately we were too far into him to change. I do not believe we have a "team" at the top, but Kutz as a figurehead, doing nothing for the company, Piazza and his buddy waiting for their day to be handed to them and doing nothing, and Bruce doing the gruntwork trying to make it happen to the benefit of all. A lot of sour grapes have been spewed here lately over the past which is anything but constructive. The sordid history is well known to all. Many mistakes made which put the company in a whole and at great risk for complete failure. It has been an ugly long wait, let's face it, the audit was going to be completed at the end of June, so we definitely need a strong "get it done, pull out all the stops" leader, and so far we have not had that.
Isn't the biggest problem here is that
no one knows how much of what (LTC, CCTI) they will get for a share of CTGI??? One has to know what they are going to get
for a share, and this uncertainty is killing the value-one has to know what they are investing in, right?
MM's picking up cheap shares from someone. em
I guess some folks are confusing a shareholder
meeting with an Annual Meeting. No voting, no new news in a shareholder meeting, just a greet & meet and a rehash, explanation of the shareholder letter info.. With the poor dissemination of the news release, don't you think the showing of support would be anemic? If I lived closer I would have gone just to meet the those who control our fate and to get some clues as to how many shares of LTC & CCTI the CSMG bagholders will get. BTW, it's been the two weeks since that letter, so shouldn't we be hearing of the audit completion soon?
Who is ever going to the meeting...
can you find out what kind of LTC shares the CSMG bagholders are going to get (tell them to have mercy on us!), and find out
what kind of CCTI shares the CSMG bagholders will get, too.
Thank you.
So is this how it's going to work? Say you own
100,000 CSMG now and it converts to 10,000 of LTC which IPOs
@ 1.50 (could be more), so your original 100,000 sh. is now worth $15,000. This means your sh. could be said to be worth .15 ea. right now. Plus, CCTI pays the existing shareholder in the spin off of, let's say 5000 sh., and who's to say how much that'll be worth down the road, probably .25 or so, provided they do come up with a growing revenue producing core technology that they'll own. So it looks like these sh. going for .06 and .07 are bargains, or for that matter, anything less than .15. Those visiting the meeting this Fri. can hopefully get more details.
Thank you for the 15,000 someone let loose
this morning and I picked up. Hopefully, we've
seen the last of the single digits.
I have been buying a lot, perhaps too much
(I drew the line at .0625 and acquired many), and
if it goes to .03 I'll buy so much it'll either make or
break me, but
I had given a deadline in my mind and if the shareholder
letter was not seen after a certain time frame, which was
over weeks ago, I called a Board member and although I do
not have anything to add to LM's statements about the BofD's
volunteering many hours to keep everything going, that the
bridge funding is trying to be taken care of (J&L's demise
slowed the whole process), the audit is going on, good news
on the CCTI front (thank you Ninja for keeping us up on that,
more from you than this individual), etc.. My gut feeling,
in the next couple of weeks they'll have some good news to
throw our way.
The MM's smell interest (by the bids),
and they will not let any shares go cheap now.
Now I'm really pis*ed,
I had bid for 40,000 sh. for limit .06 yesterday and TD would not accept the bid saying it was too high, that the trade couldn't go through and that I have to check the symbol.
If indeed the visit to Europe to witness the technology in action was successful (and we should know soon, I hope), then we are in the right place, just waiting for the green light to push the accelerator down. Fact: there couldn't be 2 places better to be than surgical equipment and carbon capture in these markets. Big slow downs will affect everything from oil, electronics to just about everything but consumer staples, but these 2 areas will still be looking good. I hate that overused and abused term, soon, but if we don't hear anything within 10 days I'll hunt down and get on a plane and visit one of the BOD's myself and find out why more information can not be disseminated to the public about their plans for these 2 great technologies.
Me thinks that this stock is an OK (not a great place) to be
right now. After 3 months we are due for an update. The well-documented & researched stapleless surgery is going to be a hit; why they are probably close to sealing the deal right now, at least after 3 months they should be. So, for all those bag-holding chumps like myself, the ship may look like it is sinking but I have faith the new Team can get the ball rolling back up hill soon.
Sure wish the company would let us know
when they pay the lawyer, bookkeeper, secretary so we can be ready to absorb the hundreds of thousands of shares flooding the market. That would prevent the trashing of the share price and let them pay off their help with fewer shares.
RE:AIM What has PN responded with after reading
BB's great dd on AIM?
I'll go out on a limb here and say the sp
will never even get to .10. The recent co. actions have
changed the game; you have to accept where we're going=>HIGHER!
Gotin, it's #23
Tomorrow the floor will be .18 or so and SP can go much higher
Can you sense the excitement starting?
Most positive development in 15 mo.s
When the funding comes through the SP will begin a trip to many multiples of it's present price. Who's not ready? I am.
Had an interesting dream last night about IMGG,
that volumetric imaging was featured throughout a magazine as a
great step forward in diagnostic imaging, and the name of the
magazine was........Scientific American. Needless to say, the issue helped stabilize the share price.
so who really has the No. Am. rights to the
Hartindo line? clear up my confusion, please. it seems 2 companies have stated they have or have sold the rights to this line from NewStar.
Hey, we back in business, or just speculating that we will be?
drifter, pls. send a question in to the boss for the CC about calling the Lees a major U.S. Corp. or I will.
OK, better get that share buyback going strong ! em
Very disappointing to see another weak PR w/no sales,
contracts, just folks interested. Where's the beef?
I received the wowgreen stuff today and it looks to be quality stuff (the $300 start up). I haven't sold any yet but had to use the stain pen on some shirt stain I had and it got perhaps 90% of the stain out on the first try, enough to finish the day w/o too much embarassment.
