Hopefully some good news tomorrow
Intel settled with PRKR a few days ago 2 days into the trial for $25M. Hopefully HDVY holds out for far more money. The problem is that while the stock is on the expert market nobody can buy and selling is very difficult. They really need to get financials updated unless their plan is to disburse the money to management and stick it to shareholders.
25M settlement today
Relatively long note from Bill Quirk following the hearing on Friday.

Sounds like the judge will let this continue with the original case? Next hearing in a couple weeks.
Thanks Loc.
There’s another longer version posted on Reddit. The tone is a little less positive regarding getting off the expert market.

5 cents and rising. Who’s buying?
No. They’ve dug themselves an even deeper hole.
Probably bad news around the corner
I counted 7 statements that are blatantly wrong. I gave you the benefit of the doubt on several others.
This isn’t a billboard
Show us how telogis auctioned off remote dynamics tech to Verizon. Let’s start with that incorrect statement you posted.
Wrong again
Your facts are shockingly wrong. Telogis did not auction off remote dynamics tech to Verizon.
What settlement? There has to be a case for there to be a settlement. Which case are you referring to because there aren’t any pending cases in court.
Keep dreaming. It’s better than reality in rmtd world.
Wrong again
Apparently if you have enough money and influence you can drag it out indefinitely and never be held accountable. The system answers to nobody.
Nope. They can’t cover without going bankrupt.
It was good for a quick pump and dump
Unfortunately the bloodhounds have taken a giant crap on rmtd. Right track?
It’s clearly a whale loading up. Back up the truck. Tick tock right
Either there is some bad news or someone dumped their shares before the new year for tax loss. Price is 0.0001 new all time low.
Over 12 years to dot i’s? Sure. That sounds reasonable.
So the woman who will decide if the ptab decisions should be overturned used to work for one of the two parties. Yup that sounds fair. No conflict of interest with that.
Loosing money is a new term.
Lol. Love it
Congrats to all in advance for our legal win
LOL
Just to list a few:
Oh but it’s just a shell
It’s late but just a little bit
The guy who committed all those crimes using this stock isn’t the ceo anymore
It’s just a lottery ticket
Why would anyone post about this company on a holiday? Yes I’m also posting but that doesn’t count.
I only invested a little of my money. So who cares if it’s a scam.
I invested after I did my research. But I didn’t read all those important documents.
Here come the excuses.
Bill Quirk's letter to HDC shareholders: As many of you know, Intel has filed an appeal with the Director of the United States Patent Office to review the recent ”IPR” decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board which has consistently ruled in favor of HDC. Requests like this have almost always been denied. I believe that Intel’s cynical, routine and – most of all – time wasting appeal will also be denied. Soon. Thereupon, in Federal court, Judge Albright will determine whether to proceed to a jury trial with HDC’s original complaint or, as Intel wishes, start all over again with HDC’s amended complaint, thus intentionally dragging matters out. I believe he will order the trial to begin based on the original complaint because 1) he is intimately familiar with it, 2) as a former patent litigator himself he understands Intel’s dilatory tactics, and 3) does not want the case assigned to a new judge in that circuit completely unfamiliar with the case as would possibly happen otherwise. Finally, at trial, I believe that Intel will be prohibited by law from raising the issue of “patentability” in the trial. If there is no patent, then there can be no infringement. But since Intel has already effectively acknowledged that it has used HDC’s intellectual property without permission – and thus infringed – I expect the trial will focus principally on damages, which will not be a trivial undertaking for HDC. (to be continued)
Yes. You’re right. RMTD is moving from the expert market to the flea market. Tick tock
A lottery ticket has a chance of winning. Albeit small chance. This stock doesn’t.
Nothing. As usual
Looks like maybe some bad news on the way? Down 93%
Says reality. Maybe in another 10 years it will sink in?
Good luck with that. Found a lawyer yet?
