I told you Ryan is a stand-up guy. Never before have I reached out to a CEO of an OTC company and have the CEO take the time to reply back within 24 hours each and every time. I told you to contact him and you would find out as he told me that things were going very well and that he would release information shortly.
In addition to the sexy CBD Bottled Iced Tea label, I was impressed by the speed of the machinery. If we can produce bottles of tea at that speed it's truly game on folks. Would love to see vid of the label hitting the bottle. I believe that's just the labeling machine but it kind of gets you excited just to see it. Ka-ching
Ryan mentioned just about everything I have been inquiring about in my emails to him. Marketing, advertising, media amongst many other things. It's great to see that he has been working on all these things behind the scenes and I look forward as do we all to watching them unfold.
VATE purchased Blessed Bean Coffee. The deal was finalized in a press release late January. Now they have production in place from seed to sale which will increase margins and speed production.
Is that what Ryan told you when you spoke with him or are you just guessing? Sorry, I received a different story. Things going very well and great news coming shortly.
Wrong, with the elimination of debt VATE is nearly cash flow positive. I communicate with Ryan often, no dilution.
What was the reported number of short sales to finra today?
ryan@elev8hemp.com
When can we expect new short numbers to be reported? This Friday isn't it?
We have month over month, quarter over quarter and year over year record revenues. Little debt and nearly cash flow positive. All this has been accomplished with no convertible notes or death spiral financing. Fundamentals are key. Once the cold canned cbd coffee and bottled cbd iced tea hit the shelves it's game on. Marketing these products effectively must be part of the plan. I mentioned a huge marketing and sales company in Jacksonville right down the road from Ryan named Acosta Sales and Marketing. They are major players in the beverage market with huge clientele. Hope he reaches out to them.
Agree with you and Magister. Hammer added to dragonfly doji appears to be a bullish reversal. It's kind of like certain market makers are loading these levels but won't let her run until substantial news is released. They are keeping the chart in a somewhat bullish state so that the news coupled with technicals launch this to new highs. The accumulation line continues to spike higher. I communicated with Ryan via email and he said the business is doing very well and that news was coming very soon.
For what it's worth, I emailed Ryan and he replied back. I asked him just a couple of questions and his reply was short. He said the company is doing really well and that he would be releasing news very shortly. Just thought I'd share, take it for what it's worth I guess.
The market makers appear primed for Medico to drop some serious news. A dragonfly doji candle appeared today. That means supply is drying up and there is a demand for the stock especially on a high-volume day. It still appears the market makers are trying to keep the chart positive with the macd still above the signal line. There was also a sharp increase in accumulation today. If there truly is a demand due to short supply that means almost all of the weak hands are gone. That's what market makers do during a huge Bull Run. They don't want weak hands getting out during a huge run they want to participate in. Just my opinion but charts do tell a story.
You have to look at the charts to understand what's happening. Don't look at the buys vs. Sells. These market makers are the masters of illusion throwing up smoke and mirrors and stealing shares from the weak hands. There is very little oversight and regulations in the otcmarkets and very few people pay attention. Buys could be sells and sells could be buys. The accumulation line going up when the price is falling is a strong bullish signal. Look at the charts not the trades.
Merv, most on this board have been here for quite some time and all of us are well aware of all the happenings in the past year. We are waiting on Ryan to produce some solid news that will set us apart from the rest. We need to see that the cold iced CBD coffee and bottled cbd iced tea are near completion in production and hitting the distribution network shelves for sale . The company is increasing revenues but we need to Market the company to the street and to the masses that will stand up and pay true attention to what is going on here. Unfortunately I don't see that happening right now so Ryan must prove many wrong. I have communicated with Ryan many times and he says he doesn't release fluff news but only substantial information. While I certainly commend him for those actions it is time for him to step it up a notch and kick it into high gear.
Yes, I was aware that vate uplisted to the otcqb several months ago. Mostly for transparency reasons but it had little effect. Ryan is more concerned with the brand instead of marketing and advertising his company. There are three or four companies basically with the same name. No patents as far as I'm aware.
Not sure what you mean? Uplisted to what?
Yes, buying Blessed Bean Coffee will increase profit margin. If you will notice, revenues were up as well as cost of goods sold. Cost of goods sold includes the purchasing of raw materials, shipping and freight costs, labor, rent and utilities. The company produced and shipped more goods.
Spot on Magister, good post and exactly my point. If the mm's wanted to send this lower they could. They seem content to load low 3's before letting her go while not disrupting the chart set up too badly. Prime example is trading end of day Wednesday. I think the last trade was 3:36pm. They could have painted this much lower if they wanted to even under .03. They were perfectly content to let it close where it did. They are swiping shares from weaker hands into stronger hands so when the run starts it will be epic. The 50 is trending up into the 200 and it appears they want to keep the macd above the signal. The aroon 25 down is trending down currently at 52. Withe solid news the aroon 25 up will spike through the down and send this to double digits. I think with the right news they let it go big this time. They, like us, are hoping Medico releases some solid news and then it's game on. These guys are masters.
Here is another one of my theories. Technically, the chart has been set for a bullish move upward for a couple of weeks. The 50-day moving average is inching ever so close to the 200-day moving average which is extremely bullish. The macd has been above the signal line and the RSI is in perfect position. I also believe the market makers continue to load shares and wait for the release of news on the cold can coffee and cold bottled iced tea before letting it rip. They continue to channel trade it without disrupting the chart too much. Just my opinion.
Lots of dilution today. You still down big on that 2.8 mil buy at .075?
The totally corrupt market makers controlling the action and playing games as they have been for many weeks. Lots of corrupt trades being sold waaaay below the best bid. Shameful. Believe the bid on that trade was .0333 and the ask a bit higher.
CBD bottled and canned beverages are perfectly legal in NY and VATE has a large distributor in YP Natural with 400 locations ready to sell the products.
YP naturals with their 400 stores in NY does not fall under the health purview. What do you expect from a corrupt state run by Cuomo, Schumer, Gillibrand, Ocasio Cortez. They care more about cbd than babies, nuff said. That's why i moved out of the dump 12 years ago.
Sorry, my Uncle's, Cousin's son has a nextdoor neighbor who has a brother to their gardners best friend just filled the last open position.
Good luck my friend. Wait until 3's. Over half the volume over the past week has been short volume and they will hit this hard again today.
As long as vid chart boy is here.
LOL, there are only a few of us that truly get it. Not sure why when it's completely obvious. Feel bad for the noobs that got rooked in. This sees 3's tomorrow. Saw it coming a mile away.
What did Ryan tell you when you picked up the phone, spoke with him and raised those concerns? He will talk to you. That easy folks.
As i said, the information is readily available to all that do their own DD. I gave you the link otcmarkets.com
As I stated, the information is readily available to those who wish to do their own due diligence. Although the provided information is from an old shareholder letter, I believe it is still part of Medico's goal. otcmarkets.com
Here you go...
Elev8 Hemp Coffee is roasted in the U.S.A. in a facility that is Fair Trade and BRC Certified. The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is used by 130 countries and 25,000 certified suppliers and is a leading consumer and brand protection organization. Medico stated, “Certifications such as Fair Trade and BRC are critical to enter the Whole Foods Market and Kroger arena. We are confident to confirm Elev8 Hemp Coffee meets these standards and more.”
VATE products are currently not on the shelves of Kroger or Whole Foods but, if you take the time to read past disclosures readily available to all you will see that is the goal. Lucky's Market, which currently stocks our products in many Florida stores is owned by Kroger. Ryan Medico, in past disclosures has mentioned the names of both national grocery chains.
I think you have your hands full with that diluting machine Baristas. Dilution coupled with toxic convertible note sellers is a train wreck. The last person left over there needs to turn out the lights before leaving.
Nice call budfox - long post but read bottom half.
Big board stocks trade by algorithms based on a pre-determined set of criteria and because there are so many trades going through at lightning speed. The OTC markets are run by broker dealers (market makers) that trade directly over computer networks or by phone so yes, there is a human element to OTC trades. There are websites that can explain better than I such as Investopedia and the like so you might want to check those out as well.
Hey sleek, read my post 24911. This was my thought at the end of November.
Yes, it sure was. It was reported in the recent press release dated January 24.
VATE will be rolling out the cbd canned coffee and bottled iced tea across the country via 20 distributers in addition to a strong online presence and national grocers. Looking forward to updates from Darcie Ham and Chris Risi. They were both making additional in-roads with new distributers and grocers. Medico stated record sales and 1 mil plus was the goal going into latter part of year.
