Crookk,
Relax, we are over the worst of it. The clean-up won't happen over night but when it does, ya be a happy camper.
Looks like Report III was a BIG mistake. Going to overshadow the previous reports making the whole, so called investigation, look bad.
I expect to see some shorting this am to shake some share holders but won't hold for long. The A@P ammo is not only getting weak but desperate.
Excellent response from McBride! He must be so sick of these reports and phone calls. Gotta blow over one of these days.
Goelo,
Personally I found this interview more disturbing than Report 1 and 2 combined. I strongly suggest you listen to it. If what Ken Cook says is true, McBride will probably be going to the pen.
Well gang, I'm still here. Just waiting for the storm to pass over.
McBride just needs to take off his marketing cap and be a CEO. I see a company that a come a long way this year with a CEO that puts out PRs before their time. Marketing mentality for ya.
As to A@P's reports, just goes to show if you dig long enough you are bound to find something.
Report I, good finds
Report II, Nobodies business
Report III - XV, No impact on the stock ... I hope
Goelo,
# 1 is my choice along with proof to support every statement in the future PRs.
Forget projections
Forget "It will be ... in 10 days"
Forget anything but the facts
Damn, what a day .... almost 1/2 million shares! Not sure what to make of it.
Let's just try to verify what schoffer posted with McBride. Not sure we can get any info out of K-byte.
This will be a good test of McBride's word.
Looks like we have some trying to get us to sell. EOM
Who did you contact at K-byte? Surprised they would give this info. either way.
I have an alert that there is SEVU news but I can't find anything. Anyone see anything
News on SEVU, just don't have the link LOL
Looking though
Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!
Things will work out for SEVU and us.
Have a great holiday!
Next time you see Rich, poke him in the chest and tell him not to release a PR unless:
- IT IS THE TRUTH
- IT IS A DONE DEAL
- BEEN PROOF-READ MANY TIMES
Maybe 2001 is looking good but boy did he f_ck up 2000!
Well, today’s PR just about knocked me over.
In consulting with experts in these matters, the Board of Directors has approved my request to withdraw our application to the American Exchange. It seems if STV-SEVU were accepted to AMEX that they could move over to the exchange whenever they were ready. Withdraw our application does not add up in my book. My suspicion tells me they did not qualify. If this is the case the McBride is bending the truth.
This may be a major disappointment to many of our investors
Damn right! Market conditions my a$$.
From all of us here at SeaView, we wish you and your family a safe and joyous holiday.
Thanks for the great December Rich! Been a freaking nightmare.
Today, we eliminated a major roadblock in our Taiwan project by going direct, through the aid of our major vendor there.
Great, how the crap are we going to verify this? If it is true then this explains the relationship gone sour with Logis-tech.
Maybe I am venting but for those of you that remain long, as I will, we need to group and do thorough DD on each PR on view from the bridge. Things we cannot verify, Rich should provide the proof. For those that want to join me as hard-a$$ stockholder, let me know.
Damn am I pi$$ed
Good point,
Like your thinking ...
Let assume that Logis-tech and Sevu are in a Pizzing match. Why? Could it be that some of the items/services in the Taiwan contract that Logis-tech bundled are not allowed because of trade laws? Looks to me that Logis-tech is loaded with military type of products. Isn’t this China Gov't! If that being the case then I could see McBride breaking off to ensure SecureView's sales would go.
The more I dig into my greeting at Logis-tech, the more it bugs me as to why? If they don't support SecureView, then why didn't they just say it. I gave Frank the impression I was there to look at SecureView for FAA related applications which is the truth. Nothing came up about me being a shareholder. That receptionist didn’t just have a stick up her A$$, she had a tree!

Hello,
Could you give me a status of STV, SeaView Technology.
They applied on April 2nd and I have been told that their application is being processed. Can you tell me what stage they are in the AMEX listing process.
http://www.amex.com/about/AMEX_listproc.stm
I assume between stages 3 and 4.
Thanks for your help.
Personal opinion on this but I think there is a ****ing match between the companies because of the 80 mill. PR. Guess you had to be there to sense the tension.
Meeting with Logis-Tech
When I arrived at the office, I approached the receptionist and asked if I could speak with Frank Travis. She went to the back to get him. Frank came out and I greeted him then gave him my business card. Then I mentioned that I was inquiring about information pertaining to SecureView. Immediately the receptionist interrupted and asked me if I am some kind of reporter. I said no I am not. Frank quickly slipped away and the receptionist said that she would get James Bounds to talk to me. She went back with my business card and returned with the excuse that Mr Bounds was at the gym and would not be back for another 1 ½ hours. I asked if there is anyone else I could speak with. She said no and she just about to hand me back my business card but said she would pass the card onto Mr Bounds. She said he may call me.
Been a few hours an no phone call.
This was a very uncomfortable and I sense they don’t want to have anything to do with SEVU. Looks like A@P is correct in his statements about the SEVU and Logis-Tech relationship.
WIll let you know if Mr Bounds calls me.
Not mad but surprised. Thought you were one of the few that got through to AMEX and received good marks on STV.
These are tough times but we are near the end of the worst.
IMOP
I'll get those questions in.
Post any questions you would like me to ask Logis-Tech.
I have some other business to discuss with them as well. Looking into SecureView for FAA facility monitoring applications. For those couple of ATCT guys on this thread, Using SecureView for monitoring WAAS stations, VOR, VORTAC and other isolated facilities for unwanted intrusions. Saw some pictures the other day of a VOR facility full of beer cans!
Also checking to see if Logis-Tech will be selling the DC SecureView for possible airplane applications.
At a later date I'll make a visit to GSA which I think has it's Headquarters in Reston, VA and also to NTMI which has an office in Oakton Va.
Now this is getting a bit hairy,
Can't we just have a bit a patience and let McBride clean this mess up. He is hurting more than all of us combined.
McBride, keep it up!! EOM
Why bother to buy back in, go elsewhere man. EOM
Yes, I plan on a visit to Logis Tech, probably Thursday since we just had snow. Hate downtown in this kind of weather.
Good point and I agree. EOM
From A@P
AN OPEN INVITATION FOR RICHARD MCBRIDE !!!!!!!!!
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/stocktalk/msg.gsp?msgid=15050453
Personally I would like to see McBride step up for the invite with his attorney present.
Sorry to hear it.
Good luck on your future investments
It is still there:
Check this link and click on the product combobox. Seaview is the last item on the list.
http://www.logis-tech.com/html/info.html
I live near the company so I will make a personal visit soon.
On what good news?
Well the way I look it it:
McBride is under pressure to put out bullet-proof PRs from here on out.
McBride is under pressure to wrap up AMEX, pending deals and get SecureView into full production.
Many shorts from the A@P gang have already made some good money, would make sense for some to cover.
IMOP
This is still a great company in my book.
View from the Bridge ... McBride did a good job.
IMOP, think we are near bottom and should see a slow recovery until the news we have been waiting for is released.
Just relax and let things take their course.
Logis-tech is a private company and the attention of the Taiwan deal has introduced a lot of competition for them and thus they are keeping quiet on developments
Can you elborate on this statement?
Francois,
NOt really sure how to read this latest twist but I got enough freaking cheap shares and ready for this to move the other way. Hope Anthony's word is good.
Odd, you've changed your view from hold-long to sell-short based on the current ticker? Common, ya smarter than that.
Might find your answer here:
http://www.amex.com/about/listing_information.stm
Who said they are covering? EOM
Look at it another way.
You get a group of people to buy a bunch of shares, then price starts to rise. Near the end of the buying you pump the stock, others believe you since the price is rising. You and your group sell into the momentum of other buyers. Simple
Same thing goes for the shorts but everything is the opposite. Anthony@Pacific and his group do this everyday.
IMOP
How are they, the shorts, going to cover without the price moving north very quickly?
