maybe there were bought by Darling! And we now are worth $14 share! I am joking of course but figure the chances of substituting the name of another company that is a big name in the same business as FRDM. Bizarro!
Darling references? What is that about? See my old post where I was dreaming

Hear anything new? Were all the stockholder concerns delineated on this board addressed? Nobody asked any questions at all?
I would have thought TM would have been poised to buy 100 shares at 4 cents as the last sale before the CC! Or designate someone to do it at least....oh well.
What kind of message does that transaction of 11200 at .017 send?
I agree on the Janes. Saw this article in hardcopy myself and was floored to realize I was reading about my penny stock. Janes is the Holy Grail of military technologies!
using the USDA value of $40/cwt (100 lbs) and assuming yellow grease weights 6.5-7 lbs per gallon results in a price range of $2.6 to $2.8/gal. So consistent with their $2.67 figure. Always good to check the math!
FRDM's Future
Check out this company, Darling

Here was another article found
http://money.cnn.com/2009/09/22/pf/darling_international.fortune/index.htm
I would be happy with half their current stock price!
I was actually searching for a daily commodity price ticker for yellow grease. Thought that would be a good addition to the iBox. But no luck. Maybe someone else knows where to find it?
Best of luck to our "Darling"!
Dude-Totally agree. It is a small promising business. It is not GE or Exxon. It is more than worth the couple cents per share to see what happens
I agree. ITS A PENNY STOCK! What does Sour Grapes say?
Yeah, right...
OK, so you bought at .40. The rest of us bought at < .02. IT IS A PENNY STOCK! Sour grapes.....
I hold some, what's up? You can see some DD in previous messages about ascertaining their status.
$0.88 on comparatively low volume. Seems the creditors will sell no matter the price.
t-trade of 171500 shares at 0.0198 on 12/10, almost $4k. Somebody has some pocket change!
What is a "w" trade? I see that often on the otcbb
After hours t-trade of 55k at 0.0211. Semi big hitter that must be a vampire!
Most importantly though is that through T trades 260000 transacted on 12/06 for 0.0209. On 12/07 53724 transacted at 0.0207. For every buyer a seller (and vice versa), right?
What's a "T trade"? I just bought 20k
I am, no problems getting filled
Seems like you can get all you want at 0.022
0.022 19605 OTO 10:33:30
0.022 25000 OTO 10:32:50
0.022 5531 OTO 10:32:38
0.022 100 OTO 10:06:49
Is there any TCGD corporate activity? Web site is dead. I can't find any hint of viable operations.
That one buy of 10k shares at .024 ($240 invested) raised the stock price by 40% (.0171 to .024) and perversely enough changed the company's market capitalization from $930k to $1.3M. It is pathetic that day traders and retail buyers need to be doing this for the company when you see what little it takes to get the price up UP UPPP! Wake up HOMS management and buy some stock!
A little volume at the ask! Bargain buyers will drive this to nothing. Company doesn't seem to care about value preservation but maybe stock buyers should
UP 32% on 55k shares. A little volume and this can take off
Lottotix, thanks for taking the time and the valuable inputs. I can see I don't yet have the infrastructure in place in operate in this fashion. Will look into the L2 capability.
Can you give me an idea how much time per day you dedicate to trading, making money on securities, etc.? I sense this is not something that can be fit in around other major demands (job, etc.) while being effective. Thanks again.
So it would seem to NOT use AON and to have level 2 visibility are key to minimizing the chances of getting stuck with a bad shares-to-brokerage-fee ratio.
When you got the 320k did you see that many available? Or was that a partial fill?
Looking at the otcmarket.com site it seems there is the promise of only 5k blocks at the ask. What was the process that resulted in buying 320k shares? I think this is tied into the use of AON? A sale with brokerage fee on 5k shares would seem to take a long time to get ahead. It is a 20% hit if the fee is $10 and you buy 5k shares at 1 cent. Certainly that same fee on 320k shares is less painful. How do you use AON? How do you not get eaten alive with brokerage fees? HOw do you know there are more shares that 5k to fill your bid?
As an aside on another stock today I had a 5k AON bid and watched OTCMarket while several other orders got filled well below my AON order. I am talking cents on a 5cent stock. The AON status seemed to make it invisible.
looking to learn...and still learning the correct lingo so please excuse that.
My first desire is to get well here. Hopefully I am smart enough to see general trends that will convey to other stocks/trades. But if their is anything specific to this stock that is not typical elsewhere it would be appreciated if you point that out. Thanks.
If you don't mind answering
-how many shares is your typical buy?
-how many buys and sells do you execute in a timeframe (such as a month or whatever makes sense)?
-when you are making profits, what is the typical %?
-as you have probably seen many folks here own lots of shares at a much higher price than the current ask. You have indicated you can trade your way out of bagholder status. If you are under 10:1 and own 100k shares what kind of strategy can you suggest to alleviate the bagholder syndrome.
Probably more details than you are willing to share but that is the kind of information I would like to understand (and probably others would too!). Thanks
Couple more minutes of research. Bankruptcy filing

I see one oil and gas producer (O&G)
for Appalachian Energy Group I do not see anything. I see APPALACHIAN OIL & GAS CO, INC that has some gas production but likely different (?)

What assets do they own? If they own oil wells surely there would be record. I looked but did not see any familiar names for wells in Kentucky. See post 1298. There are similar web tools for every state. Would be good to find some reference to a well owned by Platina or Merriman....
Here is a searchable database that gives and idea of what you can do with fact finding.
http://kgs.uky.edu/kgsweb/datasearching/oilgas/ogsearch.asp
I searched the old messages and #1186 makes a reference to Laurel County, KY. You can search by county. A quick look did not surface anything that looked familiar but I did not spend that much time. Regards.
would need some information on the wells to figure out the status...operator, location, lat/long, county....from that might be able to figure out what the status is
200% increase. Someone must have gotten their car reposessed! Have not heard much on this lately.
City Loan, Inc. is the new name. Not sure if I understand the NASDAQ reference. This will be listed on NASDAQ or that is the governing agency for all symbols?

So I would think the ENGM symbol goes away at some point. Some sort of official SEC action would be required to convert the shares from ENGM to whatever Tool City is. At that point we would find out what we bought!
I was not able to get any feel for the value of this new entity. Meaning what the shares are worth. Did not spend a lot of time searching but there is not a bunch of info readily available
Not sure what the role of existing shareholders will be. I have not analyzed it but it sure does look like there are a heck of a lot more shares than with ENGM alone. So I am thinking we will get some shares in this entity, value TBD
