Thanks for clarifying the whole 3-d thing, sounds interesting, too bad it didn't work out. I couldn't seem to find anything on it when I checked. Just for the record, I've owned step to liquid for years and think some of the footage is amazing in hdef, too bad they didn't quit talking most of the time and let you really get into it.
Mccloud,Interesting that someone still makes something like it,I'll check it out.
Wow this news on rim could have some potential long term upside, way up! Let's hope we have good luck today. Remember the market will be having a moment of silence today.
Having just picked up rim in the last year, what is the 3-d lens that I've seen mentioned quite a few times. I take it this was one of their original inventions gone terribly wrong?
I know there are some crazy posts in this place. Why is it too hard for some to fathom that someone may have more understanding of complex algorithms than we do. The product might just exploit something that most overlook, innovation. Many are mad that they bought in during the dot com bust when everything was grossly overvalued and I know it must have sucked to watch it go to .02, but for those of us who got in around the lows, it might be a storybook stock one day. Granted, they do some crazy things, but what company doesn't fly by the seat of their pants sometimes.
For those who lost a ton, just think of rim as the underdog. If the underdog loses, it was expected, but if they win...
Recovered pretty nice, the constant pounding dilution slowed. Maybe they have a heart, or maybe they are pulling for rim too!!! go rim go!
At least a little news, Brad knows how the price reacts during these conversions is critical. It will probably be absorbed today, but hey, they're trying.
thx whp.
What's always screwy about when you see alot of conversions going on, you see these people selling on the quotes you usually never see, and strangely enough they often have bids in close to the days bottom. The market overall today was crap. Didn't the 6m financing have to be converted by 8-31. If so hopefully quite a bit got converted higher. So let me get this straight, for 6.2m if they converted at .12 with roughly 25 % interest that would be roughly 64 mil shares, ug. What is the interest on this type of financing? Maybe we should be loan sharks instead of stock traders. I agree on the package, should've gave him some kindof target, not just mediocrity. Oh well, go rim go, but not down.
Finally got to go back to work and had to watch rim conversions on my cellphone. Looked real yucky on a small screen, but considering 2m volume at least the buyers were still somewhat present. It is kindof queer that rim only removed the recent news involving telcordia, let's only hope it's to announce they're teaming up or something.
This stock will murder you. Like a mini enron of derivative accounting. If I recoup this stock, I'll buy a keg for all to drink, but we'll die of thirst first. We can only hope they have an ace up thier sleeve. No, make that a whole deck of aces. Stop the bleeding. argghhhh.
looks like it might selloff to .15 today.
hey cosmo, where are you finding this news at.
At least whoever is converting as we speak has a heart. They could've run it through the mud like they did to get it back down to this price. Since Coop bought some, maybe that carried a little weight.
They better update their news section soon, kindof shady to be empty so long. The dilution is expected after the last sec filing. (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1026595/000095013406016339/d34782b3e424b3.htm) Brad needs to pull out the ace if he's got one.
After watching the new video they have posted, they mentioned having a demo set up at the new place that investors could come see. Don't any of the 100% scam posters live close enough to go in and prove it. I had a girl i graduated with that lives in portland go in and fake like she wanted an application a month ago, just so I could make sure they exist. They did, so hopefully, their chip does too. It's crunch time.
I live on the outskirts of Nashville where iptv is just beginning to arise. This is comcast territory and they make sure that you wouldn't benefit by trying to split services. The problem is I'm fairly far away from a relay and dsl right now, I was told by the rep, would be a little faster than dialup. What I'm getting at is that if you really think you could benefit from a company, is't it worth your investment. It's obvious looking over rims charts that many got burned, better yet scorched, but we can only hope they have a chance to recoup some. NVEI wasn't the only stock to get crushed in the dot com bust, my 401k took 3 years to recover.
Only time will tell, maybe tues. they'll announce that the chip is finalized and starting production. After all, noone wanted that old crappy coding that Bill Gates took under his wing and created Windows with. Then when the turd was polished, everyone wanted in. Some people still think out of the box, whether they are one, time will tell. You know, 4-25% gains are the same as 1-100% gain, so even not falling in love can make you money sometimes.; )
I like rim for what they're bringing to the table. I like all things embedded in chip, if it really cuts the chip count that much it can be marketed at a premium. (assuming it works) The way I see it, I owe 66,000 on my home,so the stock HAS TO REACH .66 for me, then say .22 for taxes.I'd exit, saving 20 years on my home, thus being the best return ever. It would be hard for it to return as much as paying 20 years of interest at 7%. Oh the pipe dreams. Oh I watched that new video, kindof glad I got pnuemonia and did't get to make it to the shareholder meeting, looked like the set of Miami Vice circa 1985. It would've kindof spoiled the mood me in jeans, t-shirt, and sandals. Hopefully we'll all make money together, because the other option makes me sick.
Lets hope that these guys are just trying to unload their remaining conversions before the holiday, everytime I see NITE,ARCA, or UBSS I get nervous. They always seem to be the ones with tons of shares to sell. In the last sec filing (amended) didn't it say the shares had a conversion price of .154 so maybe it will have some cushion.
Can you please inform me on what broker is allowng stop losses on OTC stocks now?
I'll take my answer tomorrow I see your posts up
Well I went into etrade so I could copy and paste the stop limit description and it now does say no otcbb. So I dug through my orders in Feb. and found it didn't accept my first order and said it was .05 on bb stocks, then my next order went through and wasn't cancelled until I sold the next day. Since that was the only bb stock I've owned with more than a .05 margin I've never tried to use again. Thats not the first screwy thing etrade has done, I hate to love them.
Oh, what's with the calender joke, did I miss something in here. lol. Anyway, let's hope that rim is gonna mention that there chip is nearing the presses, (hence the hellosoft conversion) I like to stay ahead of the game.
Oh and for the guy talking about the sec filings, by using them and reading all that garb, you could've predicted 90% of all rims big moves prior to their listing them on their site. If your in it because you live in an area where comcast has you by the balls, you just keep hoping. go rim go!
My bad, I was just adding some input of a little morning research and letting anyone know it's not without merit. I have a hefty 401k for retirement, but I'm trying to get paid in full off of my stock account. If you need to further pry, goto cutpharmers.com, otherwise, I appreciate your concern. I'm only posting because I've been bored after having my gaul bladder removed and I'm tired of staring at the studio. Just nice to see others interested/uninterested in rsmi. If there wasn't such a push pull, the stock market would be a boring place wouldn't it. My 3 posts are up feel free to bash me all day cosmo.
You know, I always wondered about at the shareholder meeting when he spoke of a large cpmpany in chicago if it might be usrobotics. They've faded off the scene and something like this could return them to glory. who knows. These are my first posts on here, just for clarification on where I stand,I'm up almost 800 % on this stock and now holding, I owned at .02, sold at .175( tried to sell that morning at.24 by cell phone but it moved too fast, ugh, dropped past my stop loss.Had to sell that afternoon and some later) when the sec document stated that they were issuing 400,000,000 more shares. I figured based on .25 at 500,000,000 it would settle at .12. Bought back in at .12. and holding, rode out the dilution dip we're in and even bought more at .15. crazy, maybe. making money, yes please. I even had a plane ticket to goto the shareholder meeting but came down with pnuemonia and ended up grounded. My wife thought I was crazy, but hey, if a company makes you a ton of money, the plane ticket is nothing.
This might be of interest
Today I noticed hellosoft converted 1,134,752 shares of rsmi stock. Did
some quick research and the ave. price was prob. around .157.which is
roughly $178,156. Piece that with this portion of thier sec filing.
(When HelloSoft commences Phase III, the Company will issue to them
$175,000 worth of restricted common stock, and the other $175,000 will
be paid to them in cash when they complete Phase III. The Company
projects that Phase III will be deemed complete in the third calendar
quarter of 2006. ) This might mean a triple buy for rsmi. They have
stated that they wouldn't release the version 1.4 until thier target
cutomers were satisfied. May be coincidence, but I think it might be
having some real value soon.: ) Tell me what you think.
