How can you be that obtuse? Of course it was a buy order, what the hell else would it be at an ATL
Bubae says:
"Dilutions, Dilutions and Dilutions!"
While the correct take on this stock is:
"Revenue Revenue and Revenue!"
Who will be right?
Tune in GRST in 2-3 weeks!!!
(Not even going to debate him anymore, it's very obvious that his interpretation of the facts won't be budged by any arguments, I'll let reality be my witness)
I don't know if believing Insider is right but he started posting about how we would skyrocket days before the 04 to 14 cents run started so...
Anyway I'm comfortable holding for now, too many things left in the pipeline for this to ever go below 4 cents in the close future
I wish Shawn hadn't left us in such uncertainty, then again I'd never have had the opportunity of buying in this low without that, silver linings I guess
Just give up, some of the people posting here are obviously never going to change their opinion, just let them be wrong and slap each other for refusing to see that we're at the absolute bottom and they should be getting in as much as possible currently.
I know I did this week, 2.5 million at 0.0015
:)
I think you're getting ahead of yourself, I'd be happy with 25-30 million mcap by the middle of next year
Why would they need to include boots in their wording?
Also I think it's fair to assume that since the Royal acquisition closed 4-5 months that said "team" are employees of Royal.
I know this is a speculative pick, but could either side stop talking about stuff they have no idea about?
For now all we know is that they have as business plans:
-Some sort of gold backed crypto bank card/wallet
-A gold mine in Peru
-A Peruvian mineral exploration consultant corporation
-Some plan to expand in real estate (can a gold mine be considered as real estate?)
-Some deep pockets for these two acquisitions, unless this is all unsustainable debt, whichever it is we should know about it in their financials.
-As far as is known both subsidiaries/completely absorbed acquisitions are not defunct and legally in order to keep doing what they were doing but now under Moon's umbrella
Anything else is speculation for now, stay put for their report and forms to clear through.
Good luck to everyone, although I maintain that unless those financials are absolutely stellar that it's unlikely we reach a dollar
Well then, if you're so smart, can you give us your exact estimate of what said FAQ tells is our expected revenue in the report then? I keep seeing a lot more information about that from others which do give concrete numbers, or perhaps the only numbers you like to post are the notes? Also your "best case scenario" is still pretty high, considering dilution was definitely not large enough in the months since said FAQ to completely price in said earnings in our now 0.0015 pps
Yes it's good compared to most OTC, but if we stay at conservative marketcaps I don't see this reaching the dollar unless something like a reverse split happens to reach some kind of uplisting compliance
Unless some new dramatic change in share structure happens, I think the top for a while will be 50 cents
Amen, quite honestly I would be looking to get out before 2023, but I can survive with GRST being bust, while I believe it is not
Nice information, so what's your take on it being the issue that will kill MONI?
I had other stocks I was planning to add on but if cheapies like this continue I will consider MONI again
There's no dots to connect unless we get actual news from the company itself, as an example an oil company can talk about a lot of new oil wells getting exploited and still not budge due to the fact that its not said company pumping the oil
Another meaningless tweet, really wish they'd stop that, it adds very little to information relevant to the stock itself, and on top of that makes it more tedious to find the actual meaningful PRs
Not planning on investing in this but why the hell is it up 900%? Someone mistook it for something else?
This is a complete exaggeration, some people probably had a lot of stop losses set and they've been hunted, this will be solved by multiple 30% up a day runs like last run IMO
Honestly some of what he says is factual information in the filings, and that's why it's somewhat effective, but the spin given on those few facts he finds in the filings is ridiculous, half of what he says is simply not supported by the latest filings and is just wild extrapolation.
Increased how? Show me some calculation about the rate of dilution increasing since we were promised it would decrease please.
Yes, but I think us losing our minds over the inclusion of Incan is just dumb.
Inca is just a region of Peru, the PR included it and it was probably a communication issue that they just assumed we would know that Inca is indeed a region of Peru that's known for heavy gold production, I don't think the statement was some sort of disrespectful and tactless implication that Peruvians are all Incans.
Once more you twist information into your narrative, all those agreements are OPTIONS.
This means by definition that all those agreements are only potentially exercisable, you're only assuming the absolute worst case scenario of all lenders immediately seizing all their exercisable ownership percentages when able.
None of what you are posting implies that the lenders actually exercised their rights for now, and I still have the absolute minimum amount of trust in Shawn to assume that he would have communicated such a takeover from lenders by now.
Also please spare me "the current marketcap/pps is the one that's EXACTLY the current agreed upon price at yesterday's close".
Ain't it just a coincidence that your calculations end up on exactly that price.
Also weren't you saying all of the last 3 months that lender would appreciate to keep pps above 20 so that they could continue milking us ad nauseam? What happened to that?
He did say he was probably intent on flipping it by entering closer to the 10s, I doubt that he doesn't have some sort of position already and is gonna DCA a lot further on, he is telling people to flip it so I'd assume it's his gameplan.
A lot of flippers do lose opportunities though, although I wish I took our last run to 37 as an opportunity to lower my entry cost, it was pretty obvious in hindsight that the news given out weren't the kind that would give a lasting reversal, but whatever.
As for dilution making it harder to go back up, I'd agree with you on that one, although arguably if we get twice the O/S that the stock had during last run, we should still see half the run in a purely mathematical sense, and from here it's still a 4-5 bagger provided nothing dramatically changes about the nature of this business
We do have contact information outside of Twitter, is he more talkative through messages or calls?
Taken from Wikipedia so have a grain of salt in your interpretation of it, I haven't been able to see actual figures about the number of mines but here's what I found.
"Gold recovered as a byproduct from the concentrates of Peru's polymetallic mines amounted to 2.6 t. From the total gold output in 2006, large, medium, and small producers reported 187 t and an unknown number of placers and "garimperos" (informal individual miners) reported 15.8 t. Placers accounted for almost 8% of the gold produced in the country. The southeastern Andes have well known gold placers on the Inambari River and its tributaries. Placer gold was produced mostly in the Inca and the Mariategui Regions and from rivers and streams throughout the jungle."
Notice the name of the region?
By "Incan" the PR probably just meant that the company was operating in the Inca region.
Like I said, can't confirm the exact number, but if we're talking about small time operations that if integrated in a larger framework produce a boatload of gold, there could be opportunity there.
Not gonna lie I'm not entirely satisfied with the direction they're going in and how gold centric they're being for now but I'll stay put for a bit
Actually quite a lot of Peruvians see the Incans as a symbol of national pride, I don't think it's an insult, definitely an odd thing to include in a PR however, I don't think we should focus too much on it
That would be nice, we're just most likely frozen due to no one wanting to budge, oh well
This information is probably irrelevant now with how many shares were retired. I mean do you really think a single person holds 650 of the more or less 800 million shares outstanding?
Expansion is nice, but it would be nicer if it was reflected in share price. Not asking for us to rocket to 15 cents by the end of the week but I'd at least expect to not lose money on an acquisition news day
So uh acquisition is good but why the hell are we down in share price today
0.15 by Christmas minimum
Yeah I don't get the scare tactic, at current mcap we would have a mcap equalling yearly revenue, what kind of stock, especially an OTC, can brag about pulling in as much money as what the market values them?
What is coming? is this a bear post?
Hopefully we get an OTC wide pump around Christmas like last year that gets some wind blowing our way
Talking about earnings, what's our latest due date if they're given on time? I know the extension gives them 10 days but I always forget when is the due date, is it in two weeks since the last quarter's late filing notice was on the 13th of August or is it now the 23rd (last filing's release date) + 10 day extension potentially?
Well as I said, unless that treatment center is built on the fountain of youth or something similar, only a reverse split would get us anywhere near the dollar.
Also I really don't get the scare tactics from Wavri and Bubae about a reverse split happening in the near future, I mean we were both promised that it wouldn't happen and it just wouldn't make sense unless we do it rock bottom again to a price that the exchange doesn't allow to be lower anymore.
I mean even looking at our note holders, wouldn't a reverse split throw the price protections our friend Bubae loves to harp on about to the trash?
I decided I could wait one more quarter for those bloody earnings and I won't be scared out of my positions by a senseless cratering share price at most 3 weeks prior to said earnings.
Even the November notes coming due are a ridiculous story, even if Labrys wanted to exit their notes within days of them coming due, there just wouldn't be the kind of volume needed for them to liquidate such a large position.
My own two cents of advice on a target is 0.0060 by Christmas conservatively, 0.0080 if we get an especially good run.
In my opinion at this rate we're at ATHs again at most by Christmas, an early pop followed by a beatdown is expected, we had that the last two pops
Damn right, this amount of dilution is nothing compared to some speculative stinkers I once got in and somehow manage to turn a profit on, you guys ever looked at the ticker $INND?
Not shilling my picks, that one's a legit fraudulent enterprise and I somehow made a 3 bagger on it on its explosion upwards
Yeah like I'm saying, I really don't have insane expectations, I have an opinion that this stock is something I can flip for a 400-500% profit right now.
If I'm wrong and this is really a miracle story that will rocket back up to more than a handful of pennies in less than a decade, then so be it.
There will always be a buyer that thinks he can get a better value out of the shares and a seller that is willing to take profit, one will technically be making a mistake, but that's alright.
Well of course it'll never reach 10 cents in its current state lmao, unless something shifts the paradigm dramatically.
Mcap and growth perspectives are still reasonable enough to drive this back to a penny, a penny and a half or three quarters is where I would see a speculation driven overvaluation start to falter.
But yeah I don't see this over a couple pennies unless some R/S happens, and well, you know, doesn't really matter to me if my 4-5 times more valuable shares are now a fraction of the number they were, I'm still making money.
Fact is, no matter what Bubae does seem to keep harping on about (still have you blocked if you're wondering), everyone with half a brain can see any day we spend in the teens is a day where a ridiculous valuation is maintained, no what will happen if on top of that we don't get his promised "OS increase in 4 days"?
Then we'll know that the only reason this is trending down is people that bought during the run up last month that got too scared of a scary red number and sold at a loss. Too bad for them.
This price action is happening in a no news vacuum, when we do get news this dip will be erased like the pure noise it is, hoping it lasts a few more days though so I can slip part of my paycheck into those nice 16-17s
