He has a legit point. "Planning a response" is a very calculated choice of words.
so the bottom line is they were delinquent in their filing of the 10-Q but they filed it now? def did tank the price though. Might go much lower if they announce the FDA application was delayed or denied tonight. My guess is they continue to stall.
If it was being shoved down so some bigs could accumulate, I would see that on L2. Just looks like a lot of selling to me. That update scared a lot of investors with the wording of the FDA update. Might be dropping some bad news tonight.
.06s possible today
none of the plebs here want to admit it but yes there's a strong possibility of that
Keep trying to slap lipstick on a pig champ. This company is literally 21st century snake oil. If they announce they are delayed or were denied FDA approval (the wording of the release today suggests they did not get approved yet) then the PPS could drop sharply tomorrow. I’m treading lightly here. Low key there’s some red flags popping up.
showing delinquent SEC info on otcmarkets it's now pink-limited
I am starting to agree with this sentiment. Too manipulated to play short term. Anyway, Escozine has been getting pumped since as far back as 2013 and nothing has happened yet.
Hope so! This morning's price action is boring and sucks lol
just an honest question but why is tiny volume slowly bleeding the price down a good thing?
tiny volume. the pump might take awhile
going to be an interesting and very telling week. chart suggests we should begin seeing steady upward movement with support around .08-.09. I'd love to see new support levels established around .11-.12 in anticipation of more good news. That is what we should see. But this is the OTC and it wouldn't surprise me to see a dump all the way back to .06 range.
As with any OTC stock, there’s always a strong chance of dilution. That is my biggest concern with this one, despite all the great news the management and MMs can destroy even the most positive stocks
You are correct in that figure being very outdated. The float is 100% guaranteed to be much higher. The OS count was updated on May 7 to 145m shares, which isn’t huge compared to other OTC stocks I’ve seen. But, my main concern with QNTA is they might rapidly add or dilute the share count keeping the price artificially low. The heavy manipulation this ticker goes through leads me to believe that. As I have said before I emailed their “investor relations” contact Tom Nelson to see if we could get an update. Maybe they will provide a floating share update. Who knows.
Same, I was as high as 937k shares but I sold down to 750k when it bumped up to .16 last week. Average of .10 right now myself.
It’s the only thing that makes me negative about this stock. That and I’m worried the manipulation is being paired with dilution but I have yet to confirm or deny that.
Just saying.
"essentially allowing the drug to be distributed in the US."
I believe they are using some vague wording here. Because from what I understand, Escozine is already available for purchase by private consumers in the US. However, it is not offered by any medical professionals in any medical capacity. And again my understanding is, IND approval moves the drug into clinical trials in the US, so to get Escozine in a medical capacity after IND approval, you will need to be a part of a clinical trial. I'm not a medical professional and I'm not exactly sure what that means. But if by "essentially allowing the drug to be distributed in the US" means starting clinical trials, then I guess that's true.
Do you have any articles or sources to support the sale/use of Escozine in Asia? I haven't seen anything to that effect. Thank you.
I agree. I'm very high on this stock and the company. But there are people here saying "it's already approved" when the company themselves came out and said they're still waiting yesterday, so I don't like going on assumed information. I'm just going by what the company literally said. We have no idea when or how the IND FDA approval actually works.
I'm also very frustrated with how manipulated this stock is. It makes me worry the company is adding/diluting shares which is why I contacted Tom Nelson, their investor relations contact yesterday, about OS structure and an update on floating share count. I have not heard back yet. I will follow up with a phone call next week.
Love how everyone is a freaking FDA expert here. They literally announced yesterday they’re still waiting on approval. And even if they get approval it just allows them to conduct trials in the US. Not sell the drug.
I call it like I see it. The news is phenomenal on this stock yet it keeps getting manipulated until it’s not even worth trading anymore. And LFAP? Dude that was a pump and dump, total scam. Fortunately I made some money on it.
It was 30 days on the 13th and we haven’t heard any news yet. My guess is they need to submit more data hence the stage 2 trials in the DR. I have an email into their investor relations rep to get a current OS count.
looking like it'll dump tomorrow morning be careful
It made the golden cross transition before the last pop to .16. The drop afterwards suggests dilution to me IMO. Which is why I am seeking more clarification from them on the OS structure
I emailed and asked for an update on the OS and the float. Will let everyone know if I hear anything.
The fact Tom Nelson is using a freaking gmail account for investor relations doesn’t leave me with the most confidence.....
I expect an increase. I'd honestly be shocked if there wasn't.
are we certain there's no dilution? wonder if they are diluting to fund these clinical trials
the question will be what price that investment group wants to get in at, and if they decide it's .04 they will shake out many of the retail holders. going to be tough to hold through that even for the die hards.
it sucks. but I'll be honest I've made a pretty penny flipping this stock a few times. It's too obvious and easy and I've accumulated almost a million shares because of it. I'll probably be flipping some of my profits again once it finally breaks past .20. The chart suggests a much larger breakout very soon, but this is the OTC and I could be wrong.
Tomorrow could be a huge day if the "flipping" and manipulation stop. The current movement reminds me of the price action between .04-.08 in April. It would pop up to .08 on the open and then die back to .04-.05. Sometimes even in the course one hour. Today we had it testing levels at .1134 and it died all the way back to .09 and maybe even lower. Wouldn't be surprised it we saw .085 at some point today. But that could mean a big run coming as early as tomorrow if we get some price improvement. It ran hard on April 30 and no news was released that day.
ugh. wow. it's heading back to .07 y'all. MM's don't quit. I'm not going to watch this trash anymore. This is manipulated like nothing else!
this stock is so predictable lol. I knew it would pop and get destroyed immediately. It will retest .09s today, but that's all good. KEEP ADDING! Chart looks amazing.
Great news! Definitely moving in the right direction. Still pending IND approval with the FDA per the article. But I’m curious if the FDA considers trials conducted in other countries in their data when approving new drugs. Because the article also mentioned they were conducting trials in the US.
It’s beautiful
solid, solid day
well that pop got shorted to hell. a green close would still be nice and indicate a potential breakout soon. if they push it back under .09 we might see another consolidation day tomorrow.
