Hey SeaBlue - glad to see I am traveling in good company. So happy to see Alexco is in production and enjoy how responsive the stock price has been to moves in the price of silver. I have been a buy and hold investor here - my nephews like to play the dips and runs with this one
Stockcall - Dan makes the company sound great - now if we can only get the stock price to look as good as he sounds we will be in great shape
SeaBlue - Bellevue Gold appears to still be in the early stages as well so not sure that provides a roadmap for how Auteco might handle the plant. I think that Pickle Crow may end up looking similar to Bellevue somewhere down the road. Hopefully the Auteco stock price will do as well as Bellevue. I have two limit orders sitting in an open status. The price on Australian exchange is up 15% since I placed orders so I may need to bump up my bid. I entered the orders under the OTC symbol. My nephew had Fidelity set up his account to trade on the Australian exchange so he has a limit order sitting there. He was a bit more generous in his bid so I assume his order will get filled.
SeaBlue - good question. I need to go back and refresh my memory of the stage Bellevue is at. That is where many of these folks came from. Don’t believe they were bought out but not sure if they have Bellevue in production. I think that is the model they will follow. They mentioned on the webcast they have a firm assessing what it would take to make it operational. I would like to think if $25 million or less it would be a no brainer to fire it up. My understanding is their permit only allows them to prospect but not to go into production. My sense is that production is a couple years out. Hope I’m wrong.
SeaBlue - thanks for that video, reminds me to put in an order tomorrow to pick up a few more shares. These folks are for real.
That’s a good point Implanting - I also wonder if the FMG market cap will take a haircut when the Treasury shares leave the company balance sheet and get distributed to shareholders. My assumption is that the shares/warrants shareholders are getting are currently in FMG’s possession but maybe I am mistaken about that.
Implanting, most likely our best shot at the share price moving north this quarter is Gold Prices breaking through $2,000 again OR reporting of stellar drill results at Springpole. Otherwise, I think we will all be slow playing our Aces for a while longer. I don’t plan to sell any of my position this quarter, but I can’t justify adding to it.
COminer - how time flies - thought Dan started in 2020 but you’re right it was 2019. If we are grading him on stock price alone, a D may be generous. Auteco has gone from .5 cents to 9 cents Australian in the same period for an18 fold return. At one point Auteco was as high at 18 cents. I recognize that Auteco’s performance is exceptional among its peers, but as you mentioned, with gold prices up 35% since Dan came on board, as shareholders we should be up at least that %, and more reasonably some multiple of that.
If we are grading him on overall performance, I agree with Buffalow45 that the 3 deals and progress at Springpole has moved the prospects for the future forward, but I can only get to C grade overall. It would have been nice if we got more cash upfront for these properties we partnered on and didn’t have to dilute the legacy shareholders to move Springpole and Cameron forward.
Was with my brother in law over the weekend who reminded me that he bought 10,000 shares of First Mining years ago at $.80 on my recommendation. I can’t hold Dan responsible for that decline being that he has only been at the helm for a bit over a year. But, I do think we need to hold him accountable for the share price dropping to under 30 cents with gold prices over $1,700. There are many long term investors who are under water with this stock. I remain optimistic but the management team needs to demonstrate the ability to improve the stock price in the near term.
What do we know about the Big Ridge management team? I see their market cap is under $10 million. Curious if they have the ability to raise money.
Have owned a few shares in Americas Gold and Silver for years and it has been a disappointment. Did see that Sprott and Lassonde made recent investments and decided to give it another look.
Watched this video and was encouraged about their 2021 and 2022 prospects. Projections are to grow from 13,000 ounces in 2020 to 80,000 in 2021 and then 120,000 ounces in 2022. If they can stick to those targets, the cash flow will be tremendous and the dilution of shares they made raising money will be well worth it.

Added to my position last week and plan to keep a close eye on this one and do so again if I see progress over the next month or two
FYI - I did have a bit of a problem finding this Message Board. It did not come up when I searched by company name - the symbol is correct - USAS, but the name should be Americas Gold and Silver Corp NOT American Silver Corp. It might make it easier for others to find if that can be changed.
Just took a small position in this company based on Keith Neumeyer of First Majestic mentioning it in an interview

Just took a small position a week ago based on Keith Neumeyer of First Majestic mentioning the company - hoping for big things down the road
Implanting, at the end of the day, let’s hope it’s a great deal for both companies and all the shareholders. At this point I plan to buy a few more Auteco shares each week ahead of the June drilling update. Thanks again for your efforts on behalf of the FMG shareholders.
Thanks for giving us a front row seat to all the action. I give Dan credit for being responsive. Let’s hope that FMG can create as much excitement around Springpole as Auteco is creating around Pickle Crow.
Buying Auteco shares - order I placed with Ameritrade yesterday is still open today. The order I placed with Fidelity yesterday got filled within a few hours so I placed another order with Fidelity today and it filled within minutes. If Ameritrade order doesn’t process tomorrow morning I will call to find out why. If FMG is getting 100 million shares it would be good if Auteco has the OTC process working across brokerage houses for US investors to easily participate.
Feedback to Auteco company - I am an individual US investor who owns shares in First Mining Gold. I was part of the 3/30 conference call and decided to buy shares directly in Auteco. I placed an order in my Fidelity account yesterday and it got filled. I placed an identical order in my Ameritrade account and it is still sitting OPEN. I ran another order through Fidelity again today and it filled. I used ticker symbol MNXMF. I notice that very few share are traded under this symbol. If you are looking to build your US shareholder base, it would seem to me that a house like Ameriteade should be filling orders within minutes.
Thanks Implanting. I’m not giving up on FMG - I still believe they have a collection of great projects and in time let’s hope we all prosper from them.
It would have been great if we got some shares and warrants.
Implanting, I didn’t buy my FMG shares with the idea of buying shares in one of the JV companies either, but as a small investor I can’t control the deals the company does but can only react in a manner that I think will lead to profits.
Versus buying more shares in FMG at this point, I plan to start accumulating Auteco shares. Based on your comments, it appears they are the much better deal makers. I see Bellevue Gold which they were involved in went from 2 cents to 78 cents in the last 5 years. That’s a track record I can get on board with.
I placed a small order in my fidelity account today and an identical order in my ameriteade account. The ticker symbol is MNXMF. The fidelity order got filled but the Ameriteade order is still open. The OTC symbol trades very few shares. Not sure if the order will get placed on the Australian exchange over night. See what happens in the morning.
If Pickle Crow is a big hit, maybe my FMG will go up 15-20%, on the other hand, I think Auteco will be a double or maybe a triple. Time will tell.
Lots to unwrap in the recent posts. For starters, I found the webinar beneficial. I owned shares in the Pickle Crow project long before First Mining was involved. That is how I ended up with my original shares in FMG. Upon researching FIrst Mining Finance l came to learn about Keith Neumeyer and his vision of First Mining as a mineral bank. I have followed Keith over the years and respect his proven results at First Quantum and First Majestic. Even though Dan is running the day to day - It is Keith who will be the driver in leading FMG to a $1 billion market cap over time.
Implanting, I am hanging on to my FMG shares but am serious about picking up Auteco shares. I see an OTC symbol which trades only a few shares and an Australian symbol which trades meaningful volume. Plan to put an order in tomorrow and see if it fills. If anyone has an experience in acquiring Auteco shares - appreciate your feedback.
I understand you and Sea Blue feeling Dan negotiated a poor deal with Auteco. I may be simplifying the overview but in my mind we gave Treasury a property with a million ounces and ended up with 40% of their company and millions of warrants. We gave Auteco a property with a million ounces and will end up with less than 10% of their shares, 20% of the project and no warrants. I understand that there may be other aspects to each deal but to my knowledge above is the core of the deals.
My basic thinking on all the FMG properties is that Keith was extremely involved in the analysis and deal making. I trust his judgement on all the properties in the original portfolio. As shareholders we can be upset on the recent deal making but as investors it is important to determine the best way to cash in on these properties.
Specific to Pickle Crow, it is evident from the webinar that Auteco is going to aggressively drill the property and one day it will be a 3 million ounce project. At this point the best way to cash in is to own Auteco shares.
Last thought is that we have to recognize that Dan is not a Miner - he has never put a mine into production. If the deal with Treasury and Auteco give him some sea legs in moving Springpole and Cameron into production then the haircut we took on the Auteco deal may be worth it.
Implanting - my take away from the call is that we should probably buy some Auteco shares directly on the market. That may be the best way to profit from Pickle Crow project. My understanding is that there are $1.5 billion shares outstanding.

Hi douginil - there were actually 6 he mentioned. First Mining and First Majestic of course. Then Victory Metals (be careful there is also a Victory Resources), Silver One, Snowline Gold and Nano One Material. All interesting management teams and stories.
Victory Metals is in process of acquiring Nevada King. Believe I read they will be 4th largest land holder in Nevada. Many properties near First Majestic’s Jerritt Canyon Mine.
Silver One acquired three of First Mining’s silver mines in Mexico years ago when FMG spun them off. Read that First Mining held 7% of Silver One shares - not sure that is still the case. Their interest may have been diluted or possibly sold since the article was written. Silver One has a big silver property in Nevada. Wouldn’t be surprised if they end up with one or more of the First Majestic mines that were shut down in the last few years.
Snowline Gold went public within the last month - not many shares issued. Big land package in the Yukon.
Nano One has battery technology. Buzz is that their technology is under review by Tesla. No confirmation of that but many are speculating that to be the case.
Each storyline involves one or more key players with real credentials. The kind of no nonsense people you would envision Keith and Sprott to deal with.
Hope this info helps and welcome any thoughts as you do your research of them.
I agree that Keith is genuine in his belief.
I have doubled up my gold and silver bets over the last few months hoping he is spot on.
There is a lot of big money on the other side of our bets so as you say “time will tell”.
Implanting - great video - saw it last week on the First Majestic site and took a small position in each of the 4 recommendations he made. Hope Keith is right on triple digit silver. Personally, I’ll be happy to see it crack through $30 again
Just registered for the 3/30 webinar. Looking forward to hearing a great update on Auteco’s progress and future plans - “drill baby drill”!
Great update Sea Blue. Sounds like only 4 of the 6 rigs planned are spinning. Great team driving the project and I look forward to webcast on the 30th. Have they announced any dates for when they might be in production? Implanting needs to get us some of these shares!
Following your posts the last few months, you have truly been a great advocate for shareholders. I am happy FMG did the Treasury and Auteco deals. Without them I think those two properties would be sitting somewhat idle right now. I know FMG has announced a more aggressive drilling program for 2021, but I wish they wete spinning 6 drill rigs on Camron like Auteco is doing at Pickle Crow. Having one 4-5 million ounce property moving down the path to a production decision is great, having two of them would definitely make FMG unique in the Junior Mining space.
Implanting, agree the news flow is important but my experience nibbling in this space the last 25 years is that the price of gold is probably more important. I have owned great companies in down markets that did nothing and so so companies in great markets that doubled and tripled. Let’s hope the perfect storm hits First Mining - higher gold prices and big news!
I do feel that you and Sea Blue are on to something regarding the absurd deficit spending and money printing. Logic dictates that it can’t go on much longer without major implications. I think gold will break through 2,000 and silver through 30 next quarter. That would definitely get things rocking.
Just picked up some shares of Wheaton last week. They are projecting a positive cash flow of $1 billion in 2021. Even if gold doesn’t rocket up like I think it will, it staying at these levels for a couple years will generate plenty of cash for drilling and deals.
Baggy bag holder - I would be a real hero in the family if I was that smart a year ago. Have owned First Mining long enough to have felt much disappointment. With the price of gold over $1700 and silver over $25 I am more optimistic about the future of First Mining. Sure it won’t perform like the crypto but would be happy to see it hit $1 in the next 12 months.
Became aware of Keith Neumeyer 6 years ago when I received First Mining shares as part of them taking over a company I owned shares in. Have added to my First Mining shares over the years and it is one of my largest holdings now. Bought some shares in First Majestic 3 years ago and just doubled up on my position last week.
I think the acquisition of Jerritt Canyon is spectacular news. Keith will be growing ounce equivalents by 50% and didn’t spend a dime to do it. I understand that the deal dilutes my original position but keeping $250 million in cash on hand will prove beneficial at this point of the bull cycle. Would love to see another deal(s) that add another 10,000 ounces.
If Keith is half right about his triple digit silver prediction, it will be champagne and cigar time in 2021.
Implanting, love your idea of First Mining allocating some of the Auteco shares to current shareholders. It appears that with all the drilling Pickle Crow and Goliath will each have over 2 million ounces by end of 2021. Making both viable projects. I saw somewhere that there will be a webcast on 3/30 with FM and Auteco to discuss Pickle Crow. Hope to be able to listen in.
I remember a few vocalizing concerns when FM partnered on Pickle Crow with Auteco and Goldlund with Treasury. Had similar reservations at the time. Looking at it now, I think both partner companies have proven an ability to raise money and get drills spinning. I think they have infused a tremendous amount of energy into the FM story.
Implanting, my 97 year old mother in law is hoping that the value is realized in weeks or months and not years. She said she would like some big profits while she is young enough to enjoy them.
Thank you for posting the video of Clynt. I have owned shares in Alexco for years now and just bought more last week at $2.49.
I am so happy to see Alexco become a producer and look forward to a bright future of huge profits. Must admit that the written version of the year end results fell a little flat with me but this video reassures me that Clynt and the team are on the right path.
Congrats to Clynt and the team and best of luck as you implement on your 2021 objectives.
Just joined the PSLV family last week. Owned shares in SLV for last few years and sold to roll into PSLV. Hoping I sorted through all the information/misinformation surrounding SLV and made a prudent decision to join all of you. Three things guided my decision -1. many doubt that JP Morgan (which I own shares in) actually has the silver, 2. Appears they are allowing others to short the silver they do hold in custody and 3. I couldn’t redeem my shares for physical silver.
Also, I feel strongly that Sprott is on my side in seeing the price of silver rise - not sure that is the case with JPM.
Heard much lately about taking possession of the metal - not sure that PsLV is as good as having the silver in my hands, but feel it is much better than SLV. Appreciate your thoughts.
Got some First Mining shares years ago when they acquired PC Gold. Have followed the company and Keith Neumeyer since then. Happy that Dan joined the company last year and though I share many of the concerns shared in this forum, I believe that there have been several great developments recently. I have been adding shares on every dip. Recently my wife, mother in law, sister in law, niece and 2 nephews have picked up shares.
First Mining will be a big winner in 2021. IMO, this story is too good and will get the attention it deserves soon.
A shout out to the few of you who post regularly - I have been following this board the last 6 months and appreciate the valuable information you share. KEEP THE FAITH !
