You can use online chat with them. It is the best and faster way to communicate with IB. I did several times, works very well.
Thank you very much, S2!
Would you please let us know what is the best time to sell the calls ...
Hey guys,
I think it's time to start nibbling here. SIGM I think offers a most amazing opportunity today. I'm not using the official $10k account for this, but will say for your personal accounts, SIGM at now $20.40, down today after earnings almost $5 is a gift. Why? Well, just read this...
http://seekingalpha.com/article/68401-sigma-earnings-analysis-shorts-should-soon-have-to-cover
Make your own judgement, but this stock trading today at a PE of under 9 and a growth rate near 40% year over year and a tiny 30 mill share float has all the things you'd expect in a monster money maker when the market turns. As I said, much of this carnage in the market is mostly due to 'deleverage' where many large funds were too long the market and now are being forced to just liquidate everything regardless of price.
That means you get to pick and choose from their woes. SIGM could still fall further as that tiny float means any large forced seller could have a dramatic impact on the price with no one out there currently willing to buy it. Don't pile in if you think you want it. But you rarely find tech stocks with growth rates like that and free cash flow like it has and as profitable as it is trading under PEs of even 20.

S2: Would please show the current MRVL chart in detail about final 5th wave with future up range?
Thank you very much!
Hi,S2:
I am here.
Say hello to every one too!
S2:
How could you call for SELL WYNN and BUY NTWK this morning?
Are you forture teller?
Which one will be the next?
Wish MRVL run like NTWK soon!
S2:Thanks for your weekly 10K " Buy/Sell " email... so far so good. The Q is, if I want to put more money ... 20K or 30K, is it the best way to buy 2X or 3X for each time you picked stock, or you may have more stocks to pick up for 20K account or 30K account?
I think you have to set up new borad now for 10K/20K/30K account but don't close this one!
Hello,Net:
Please see today's daily notes from Worden Brother's TeleChart 2007 below:
IDCC 10/02/2007 04:38 PM
This could be the final low in the base (which started at the low in early August). TSV is offering up a very good positive divergence at this juncture. BOP is certain holding up its end. And MoneyStream is in a decisive leading divergence. To top it off, the price is in a very good risk-reward position. -DW
Ask S2, if he could sent the full chart for you...
S2: I think you do have my e-mail address. Please add my name to your list too. Do you think you could make another site for the 10K Account only, so you could post any Q & A with charts too. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

Below, is the news showed up in Schwab today under MRVL too.
DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
The Securities and Exchange Commission is currently investigating about 140 companies in its expanding probe of stock-option granting practices, The Wall Street Journal reported. On March 5, the Journal reported that the stock options scandal helped boost by 50% the number of companies filing their annual reports late.
In response to these and other reports, many companies have begun examining their own stock-option granting practices to ensure backdating didn't occur.
In the past week, some companies cited in investigations or those that have engaged internal investigations have issued statements.
Below are some of their responses, as well as other developments:
CNET Networks Inc. (CNET) said Wednesday the SEC converted an informal inquiry into its stock-option practices into a formal investigation, and served subpoenas on some former officers in connection with the probe. The San Francisco online media company that owns TV.com, GameSpot and CNET.com said it is cooperating with the agency.
On Monday, the judge overseeing an options-backdating lawsuit against UnitedHealth Group Inc. (UNH) extended his order barring former chief executive William McGuire from exercising stock options, but he did allow the company to pay McGuire up to $3 million from an executive savings plan. McGuire held stock options valued at $1.78 billion at the end of 2005, although they are worth significantly less now because of a 21% drop in the company's share price.
Jurors began deliberating Monday about whether to convict the former chief executive of Brocade Communications Systems Inc. (BRCD) of felony securities fraud in the first stock-option backdating case to go to trial.
On Monday, the former chief executive of Engineered Support Systems, Michael Shanahan Sr., and his son, Michael Shanahan Jr., pleaded not guilty to fraud charges alleging illegal options backdating. The St. Louis defense contractor was acquired by DRS Technologies Inc. (DRS) in 2006.
Landry's Restaurants INc. (LNY) said Monday it completed a review of its past stock-option awards and concluded no intentional misconduct took place by current, or former executives at the firm. The company said some unnamed executives agreed to pay back the difference between the recorded and backdated dates.
Affymetrix Inc. (AFFX) on Monday restated its net income for the fourth quarter of 2005 to $24.8 million, or 35 cents a share. The Santa Clara, Calif., company filed an amended report with the SEC to provide additional information regarding the nature of the errors and documentation lapses found during its review of past stock option practices. Last year, Affymetrix said that it would restate its financial statements for certain options granted between 1997 and 1999.
On July 27, Fuel Systems Solutions Inc. (FSYS) said it was "more likely than not" to restate its financial results from fiscal 2001 through fiscal 2005 to include additional stock-based compensation charges discovered in an options backdating probe. The Santa Ana, Calif., holding company said the actual impact of the restatements has yet to be determined, but financial statements since Jan. 1, 2001, should no longer be relied upon.
Pediatrix Medical Group Inc. (PDX) said July 26 a review by its audit committee identified 56 stock option grants made on seven dates between April 1997 and August 2000 which appear to have been backdated. In all, the committee found 640 grants required revised measurement dates, variable accounting or recognition of compensation expense. No instances of backdating were identified after August 2000. The committee found no intentional misconduct by any of Sunrise, Fla.-based Pediatrix's current executives and learned that the backdating was directed by a former officer. As a result of the committee's findings Pediatrix will have to record non-cash, pre-tax compensation expense for the period from Jan. 1, 1995, to March 31, 2006, of about $33 million.
Coherent Inc. (COHR) said July 26 that a special committee charged with reviewing options grants between Jan. 1, 1995, and Sept. 30, 2006, determined there was no intentional wrongdoing by current directors, Chief Executive John Ambroseo or Chief Financial Officer Helene Simonet. The company said the review may result in noncash charges, which could require restatements for some of the affected periods.

Happy Birthday S2 and All!
S2, just like Lakers said, you are "a TA genius".
If you manage the "IB-MRVL/S2 Hedge Fund", I beleive the % of return will be better than any "BS" Fund...
Come on S2, just set 1K as unit for any one who is intersted to invest to your "IB-MRVL/S2 Hedge Fund", to start with $100K, three years later, at least $400K...
Let's go...We should get more fun in the near futur!
Thank you very much for your clearly explanation.
I am going to do that.
Thank you again!
Hello, S2:
Are you talking about the option book, the Author's name is Lee Lowell?
Thanks!
S2: If you have the time, please explain one more time about option calls as below:
1. What is the best pick to play Jan. 2009 calls, Strick price from $10.00 to $20.00?
2. You own 5K MRVL now, what is the best way to play option to make income but you still own the shares istead sell them?
Thank you very much!
BTW If you click the menu at the right low corner, you can see 11 video there...
I picked up #5 Fibonacci Forex Trading
Yes, you are right. This is why I read your post all the time with your detail notes every day.
BTW If you click the menu at the right low corner, you can see 11 video there... I picked up #5 Fibonacci Forex Trading and #7 Fibonacci Part 1...learned a lot.
Watched #6 and #8 for fun.
Hey,S2:

I try to post the chart from Schwab which showed up 0.58...but didn't work...will try next time. Thank you very much!
Do you see: UPDA Day's High today is 0.58 ?
Hello, Young:
Please see the response from my friend below. If your have more Qs, I can ask him too.
As I have told you over the weekend. The game, this time, is not the bonds, not the earnings, it is the currencies. There is no clue for anybody to explain the weakness of this market from conventional venues. But, if you look at the currencies, especially all the pairs against the jpy, you get the answers instantly. If I have to take a guess, the bond selloff is a result not a cause. The receding global liquidity is the cause.
For the US market, read the history around how the George Soros crashed the Bank of England in 1991. You will get a rough idea how the game is played this time around. Again, if I am right, we are at the beginning of a ocean of money turning point. It will be ugly.
P.S. He was talking about JPY Vs A$...
Hello, Lakers:
I like to read your post very much!
Learned a lot from you every day.
I have a question for you:
Could Xscale proccessors be written with VFP?
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Thanks!
Hey, S2: Read your post"...I'm going to start a new board here shortly that will focus mainly on all kinds of trades rather than just MRVL..."
I am ready to sign into your new board too.
By the way, I have some suggestion here:
All of us could sign into Skype, you should be the CC host after daily stock market closed for half hour, we can ask you some Qs and get As related with MRVL or other stocks. You can post the weekend CC scheduled time before Saturday then run on Sunday...
If any one interest to join, please post "Yes" for it!
I think it will be better than Cramer and other BS.
Please read S2's posting below which was posted at the first day of this board.
So far, I think he is still the best one to help all of us... base on his point view... to make our own decision.
Too early to make final words now, next year this time, the words about MRVL may change too!

cbs13/S2:
If...only if...we are going to hear the statement as follows:
(3) ...we need more time to complete past years' restatement...
...we will do our best, however, may not complete the restatemt before June 26...
...yes, we understand that if we could not submit the report by the deadline, delisting may apply... again, we will do our best...
What the reaction will be at the market openning of Friday?
Lakers_w, you are right!
S2: You should be invited as an assistant director of strategic marketing and business development, dirctly report to Weili Dai,with $1.00 paid yearly plus 1% net sales bonus...
MRVL will be 60s within 2 years!
S2-Is UPDA ready to run?
Prudential completed a tear-down analysis of the Apple iTV
03-29-2007 09:02:41 AM
From Notable Calls
Prudential completed a tear-down analysis of the Apple iTV (Nasdaq: AAPL), which was released into the North American market last week.
The iTV looks like a scaled down PC. Intel's (Nasdaq: INTC) Crofton MPU (looks like a Dothan) and Calistoga chipset drive the device, along with NVidia's (Nasdaq: NVDA) GE Force Go 7300 GPU. Broadcom's (Nasdaq: BRCM) 802.11n WLAN chipset is in the version they purchased, as is Realtek's Audio Codec and Fast Ethernet LAN controller.
On the memory side, Nanya and Samsung are the largest suppliers of DRAM, while Toshiba supplies a 40GB HDD. Other components are from Linear Tech (Nasdaq: LLTC) (analog), Marvell (Nasdaq: MRVL) (HDD SoC), International Rectifier (NYSE: IRF) (FETs), Cypress (NYSE: CY) (Clock Chip and flash controller), Intersil (Nasdaq: ISIL) (CPU voltage regulator), and Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) (analog and HDD motor controller).
While the Apple iTV is a high-visibility design win, they do not expect it to change the economic fortunes for most of its suppliers. PEG's Senior IT Hardware analyst, Jesse Tortora, who covers Apple, is forecasting only 800,000 and 1.8 million units to be shipped in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
- Morgan Stanley comments on PC's saying unit demand rebounded in February after a meaningful slowdown in January due to consumers waiting for Vista loaded PCs until late January. Total U.S. PC unit growth rebounded to a healthy 23% YoY in February, in-line with December 2006 growth. AAPL is the only vendor that appears unscathed by the Vista transition. Continued Mac momentum and strong double-digit iPod growth in the Q give them confidence that AAPL will beat expectations in the March Q.

5 Stock Tips You Meet in Heaven
By Rick Aristotle Munarriz
March 29, 2007
Set aside any celestial seasonings that you may be expecting here. I can't offer you any form of fiscal salvation. There is no foolproof way to double your portfolio's value overnight, beyond depositing cash in the amount of your current portfolio into your brokerage account.
Thankfully, I'm loaded with other morsels of advice. I'll teach you how to prioritize your assets. I'll lend you a shoulder to cry on. I will even offer up a few stock ideas that I think will thrive. I can't save your soul, but if my aim is true, I may be able to save your portfolio.
Tip No. 1: Learn to dance in the rain
If you're a growth stock investor, like me, you were probably pummeled in the first half of 2006, until a late-summer rally began to turn your portfolio around. Did the decline sting?
I prefer to look at it another way. Corporate earnings improved last year and are expected to inch higher in 2007. In other words, every stock-market pounding makes the battered companies that much more attractive on a valuation basis. As long as the fundamentals aren't crumbling -- an important caveat, of course -- this is a golden opportunity to be a buyer rather than join the masses who are selling. If you liked Advanced Micro Devices (Nasdaq: AMD) last year when it traded for more than $40 a stub, how can you not love it at a third of that price today? Yes, there's a glut of chips on the market, and it's going to get ugly with Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) in the near term. So what? Aren't you a long-term investor?
Tip No. 2: Prioritize your portfolio
Have you ever walked into a store where everything is on sale? Maybe it's a storewide event. Maybe you just happen to be holding a 20%-off coupon that expires tomorrow. You're tempted to load up the cart, but just because it's all marked down, that still doesn't mean you can afford everything. Do you know what you can buy? Do you know what you would be willing to sell if you were willing to buy?
Do you have wads of idle cash waiting to be deployed in today's market? You probably don't, because if your stocks have been battered, it probably pains you to cash out. You're not alone. You're also dying for someone to tell you that it's time to prioritize your investments.
Guess what?
It's time to prioritize your investments.
Breathe in. Take a step back. Exhale. Take a step forward. Approach your stocks with fresh eyes. You may have taxable implications to address in the weighing process, but the ideal approach is to view your portfolio as if you would be a buyer of each and every investment, rather than holding on to dead stocks or itching to move healthy ones.
Tip No. 3: Rob a bank, legally
If your pockets are empty, look elsewhere for greenery. You can dig between your sofa cushions. You can check beneath your mattress. Ultimately, you are going to have to address more realistic solutions for liquidity than cracking open that piggy bank.
Living beneath your means is one way to make sure that you have a little extra money every month to toss into the market. And, no, you're not being desperate if you scour through your belongings and hold a garage sale or hit Craigslist to make some welcome cash.
This doesn't mean any greenbacks that you land should be earmarked for the market. If you are carrying credit card balances or gobs of variable-rate debt, your best investment may actually be in paying down your debt before you dive deeper into the market. Setting aside enough money to see you through any financial emergencies should also be a priority before taking advantage of the tempting ticker-tape offers.
Tip No. 4: Expand your range
Do you own an ETF? Do you even know what an exchange-traded fund is? Are all of your stocks domestic? Can you use a little overseas flavor? Are you too concentrated in a particular sector? That's a natural slant. We love to buy what's familiar. If that industry happened to be one that got battered, rather than direct all your attention to doubling down in one niche, maybe it's time to diversify to make sure that it doesn't happen again.
Have you been getting hammered with stateside laggards? Israel's Blue Square (NYSE: BSI), Belgium's Delhaize (NYSE: DEG), and Dutch Koninklijke Ahold (NYSE: AHO) have beaten most of their domestic supermarket counterparts over the past year.
Tip No. 5: Look before you leap, but leap
Maybe stocks head lower this month, making the market's bargains even cheaper. Maybe they don't. You don't have to rush your entry points. You do, however, have to rush to start your due diligence so you know exactly what you're getting yourself into.
The markdowns are everywhere. Even gurus have been burned with the steep selloffs that took place in the early part of 2006. The worst of the carnage took place in the growth-stock sector. Take a look at a couple of the picks in the Motley Fool Rule Breakers newsletter service that have surrendered losses.

These aren't perfect picks. Chinese medical-device maker Mindray is suffering from investor uneasiness in China. Telecommunications-software specialist Openwave is doing so badly that it exploring "strategic alternatives" as an exit strategy.
You may like your growth stocks with fewer blemishes. I hear you. Dig deep, and you will find quality companies that have shed 20% to 30% of their value with fewer hurdles to clear before they can regain their stride. The point is that now is the time to arm yourself with the knowledge of the stocks that will make up your portfolio in a few weeks.
Five tips later, it's all on you
Is that it? That's it. There is sweetness when the market is sour. There is shuffling and reshuffling to be done in your portfolio. You've got the money, somewhere. You've got the golden opportunity to broaden your investments. You've got the time to do it right.
That may not be enough to win your way into Wall Street's version of heaven, but it certainly beats doing nothing and settling for investing purgatory. Still need more stock ideas? How about some of the stronger stories that are biding their time on the Rule Breakers scorecard? A 30-day pass can be all yours if you want to kick the newsletter's tires for free this month. You've got the time. Don't hang your portfolio on a wing and a prayer when you are truly blessed with some ridiculous bargains.
