seems like the dates are a bit outdated....
Only 170 people as Shareholders guess not many people know about this company!!! lol (i know it's dated 2005 but still)
oh and why on nanologix homepage does it say
http://www.nanologix.net/
NanoLogix (OTCBB: NNLX)
then u click on News and the company is listed as
NanoLogix, Inc. (OTC: NNLX)
maybe it's a typo....
probably......
just to generate 'SOME' interest in this company.. to actually be able to sign on with Welch's and Erie in the first place.. say to the companies, there 'are' people investing etc let us build our bioreactor.
Info to us.. just gota wait until this Pinksheet goes to OTC:BB
from what I gather. Frustrating because those of us who bought in at .18-.20 cents about need to decide to get out and wait for this to drop to single digits. .04-.05 which is great if u can put in a G or so. That's what ill be doin. Better 1G @ .05 then .20 just gota wait till January 18/06 (1yr official) until OTC:BB
paitence, and if im right, the lower oil goes the faster this stock will drop and when official news of the Bioreactors comes in from Welch's etc and we cross our fingers hoping for great news. Alot of companies will sign on immediately.
Upward momentum through patents... I hope for $5-$10 range by 2009-2010
.13 cents!!!! holy,
well... it's almost like this is being done on purpose just before this company goes public or somethin, why do i feel that.
I think i might get out of this stock for now, went in 500 @ .20
shoot, we might see single digits .09-.05 that would be crazy.
what do u guys think, am i nuts in think'n this isn't a random flux in price...
if i get out, put in 8-900 when it hits .10 or below then all the better i think
Reply
care to explain why this is bad...
I wouldn't mind this stock hitting .10/share before it goes way up.
interesting
not even popular sci magazine knows about nanologix.
this company is so underground to public knowledge its not funny. Kinda like music artists that start up small no one knows then one day become the biggest artist with a no.1 song in months or a year.
I wouldn't worry about these sorts of magazines not knowing for too long... if the stock does well enough in a short time the right (rich) people will notice and articles will be written.
kinda makes u think that once word of the bacteria--hydrogen with no methane emmissions hits.. the goal of $10 in a couple years is possible 2010 i guess being the date
reply to Curious
Don't know why it's not on the website
however found this link describing what the signing was for.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9571512
one question.
Filing for OTCBB happened JAN18/05 one year would be Jan18/06 so we should see this company get it's full reporting status in about 2 months right?
stock price falling
It's at .15 wish i had some money, id put in forsure.
Do u guys attribute this to the falling oil prices and maybe people with stock here moved it to oil? Or is it something completely different.
I bought at .20 it doesn't bother me really cause im in for the long haul, however now that it's falling i hope it hits .10-.12 ill be putt'n in alot more money.
wow..
home refueling, decentralized..
possible 'solar refueling' only 30miles/day (max 210 per week)
ud have to save up the power somewhere in reserve.
I think, we'll see the 'natural gas' @ home be the main source of power, becuase u can't completely cut out oil as a fuel source right away, there has to be a transition, or phasing out. (although id like to see solar be way more efficient 20-30% conversion)
cool....
yeah but u know somethin.. if nnlx is a big player in 'any' hydrogen production then it's good for us & good for the world.
You always need someone, some country to lead the way in change, to conduct 'safety' 'economic' tests whatever it takes to convince others that the change is worth it (beyond the environment) have 'pollution credits' or some tangible thing to act as an 'incentive' to switch.
So we have Japan appearing the 'most committed' to this change in the next 14 years. California being the most polluted, involved in a hydrogen highway i think leading to BC for the upcoming olympics.
I like the ideas before with the 'ups' and 'fedex' of the world starting the switching over.. Id say then do Airplanes, and other commercial vechicles
We have the East of East and West of the West developing.. somewhere along the line, their gona have to refuel in the middle (that's us)
lets hope we last past 2012......... for those who believe in that.
yeah
large scale adaptation of bioreactors wont happen until we here about erie's success over the course perhaps 1 yr. then other corporations & plants can calculate the 'savings' and make the switch.
awww whatever happened to the 1 dollar goal by the end of this year haha. maybe not
i just bought 2600 shares 2 days ago. I think everyone's waiting for that big 'financial report' that will decide what direction this company goes. We're also waiting for this company to get it's 'full reporting status' (maybe the two go hand in hand) but as I said before, why file for all these patents, 'appearing' to be a leading player in cheap hydrogen production if ur company is a flop?
thanx for the link
I think it's even more important that offshore countries take a serious look and act on hydrogen as the 'next/now' fuel for our needs. Its one thing for America and Canada, but somehow I have more faith when other industrial countries say something, they might do it, if for no other reason then to attend a UN meeting and gloat that they have no more emmissions and air is cleaner.
"On another note, I read an article about Japan wanting 50,000 Hydrogen vehicles on the road by 2010, and 5,000,000 hydrogen vehicles on the road by 2020. This sounds like HUGE growth to me! They're gonna need to get Hydrogen from somewhere and hopefully a lot of it comes from NNLX bioreactors."
u have a link to this?
that's really big news, if your gona transport it, you need the raw material hydrogen in this case. NNLX should be a major player.
and that's probably why this stock hasn't moved significantly in quite a while, we're waiting to see what's going on.....
nnlx is filing more patents all the time. Plus I believe that the nature of this company and it's goals, why put all this supposed work in, sign on with welch's and erie if your company is a scam.
However your warning is warrented as financial info hasn't been disclosed.
My goal was to buy this stock at .15-.16 but it doesn't look like it's going there and if this 'report' comes out 'shortly' investor confidence depending on the financial info will shoot the stock up or down. Im guessing up. ILl buy it @ .18
Referring to...
http://physicsweb.org/articles/news/10/8/15/1
fascinated posted this.
my question is who 'owns' the rights to this polymer?
just wondering, who has the 'patent' for this discovery?
or is it still 'in development' phases.
.18 cents, been around that number for a while.
Not a bad price at all to buy and hold for what many believe this fall/winter will be the start of NNLX's rise.
Personally, id read some other posts to get a feel of what the concerns are and that'll influence you to buy or wait. For me, i want to see the stock drop to .15-.16 before I buy, but perhaps it wont and this is the low point, who knows.
ahhhhh no one eats corn anyways... hahahahah
that's interesting news. i never had faith in ethanol.
so we don't know if nutmeg has sold their shares yet? and this pps of .18 may not be 'reality' and the pps may drop.
So i guess, Ill hold on investing in this stock until as u say, we get 'hard facts' on the direction of nnlx
sry, can someone explain please....
We've been eating/chewing nutmegs' shares for the last 8 months?
what do u guys mean?
I agree w/you and for the most part i hope that this 'season' is a low point for investment in nanotech etc....yayaya
however crude oil fell below 73 dollars today because of cease fire. How that directly make a difference here? not sure. perhaps people will now take money and invest in oil, wait for another fire fight, oil shoots up, they sell.
Would this stock drop further... ill keep watch'n the stock. .18 now. Id love it to hit .15 or .12-.10 before it goes up big time.
on another note, I opened up a td waterhouse account today, said id probably be able to trade in 2 business days and it would take 2 weeks for official papers to arrive to my door.
anyone have a tdwaterhouse account give me some info on it.
ya, i think everyone here would like to see this stock move from .18 to 1.00 by the new year.
I think tomorrow im goin to the bank and putt'n in 500 @ .18 seems to be where it's sitting, probably get it to 1000 if I can before september/fall
The only thing ill say about the 1 million is that it's from California, the most polluted, smog, place in America. I always wondered if NNLX would be connected/involved with California somehow. If an alternative fuel doesn't start in California then it aint happenin anywhere else.
I mentioned the Hydrogen Highway before earlier posts and this California based financial group gave NNLX 1 million, perhaps they recognize that they have patents for the most 'likely' method to produce cheap hydrogen and would be the company to lead the way.
My optimistic guess,,,,, I guess haha.
On another note. This stock fell to .18 today. Id like to buy it at a bit lower (.15), but it's hard to tell, id guess again that people will buy now, including me, tomorrow.
yeah, oil aint goin down. Or what u might see...
Since oil companies have been a 'cartel' of maximizing profits for so long, competition by 'legit' alternatitives will drive the price of oil down because more and more companies will be switching over to these bioreactors. Enough sign up, oil companies begin losing profit.. I wouldn't see how that affects us at the pump though, so im rambling.
Thx for the clarification on what my 500 would be worth. Personaly all im waiting for now is the stock to drop to .18, .19 cents so i can buy, wish i had 4000 to invest.
http://www.hydrogenhighway.ca.gov/
the hydrogen highway, california's initiative, becuase smog is so bad.. it's in people's heads, all you need is small pockets developing a little at a time and before u know it, state by state, province etc, you have a legitamate alternative.
I wonder if NNLX will somehow be involved in California producing hydrogen for the highway.
I believe this highway is suppose to go up to British Colombia where the 2010 Olympics is happening. (only 3 yrs away)
to be honest i wish i had a couple grand to put into this stock, might work and do that yet during school year if stock doesn't move too much in the next 1-2 months. and yeah iv been putting all money into my tuition, little for girls hahaha, 22yrs old.
but if the stock hits 1 dollar soon say by next July, then tuition is payed for no prob.
long term potental
that is a solid point
a. the bioreactors @ welch's and erie make their waste on site i believe so it's minimal hauling into the bioreactors. There are 1000's of companies that could use a bioreactor (I think)
Yes ur right fuel cells are expensive. However long term, 8-9 years i want this stock for, i would hope fuel cells improve in that time.
either way, i would think that your second comment is a threshold....NNLX can go to whatever number 3-6 dollars however for it to get really big, be aware....
that said @ .19 cents, i should buy it, because others like welchs, and erie will sign on and well, hopefully drive the stock up to a few bucks.
totally agree with ya.
Just a question, Iv read coutless articles on NNLX and the posts on this forum. Im a student, want to invest in this stock but don't know if .19 is a good buying price... I have 500 bucks, not alot but more everyday im a believer in this company.
Im also new at stocks, if I bought at .19 and it hits 1 dollar, iv made 5x my money correct??
