probably the last day to get in the cheapies, the rise on this bad boy is going to be biblical
lets not be delusional here lol
I had a similair experience with other broker where I wasn't able to sell and other ppl were able to sell and it screwed me up
some brokers are just better than others and it sux indeed
well hopefully TD guys won't start selling when they get shares lol
nice slow gains, prefer this over crazy spikes which produce huge selloffs
either way I am buying a TON when this noteholder is done
guy is straight up toxic but he is making a killing and I do respect the hustle
okay PR out, nothing that we already don't know, I expect the juicy stuff soon
They did the deal when the stock was at 0.008 tho so back then I would say it wasn't that toxic
but if they had a chance to prevent him from converting the note thats a problem
Interactive Brokers also displaying CUBT
yup slow and steady all the way
finally, wasn't it supposed to be curb tho ? not complaining just wondering
maybe they will do a big PR after name change with all the updates so it is connected with the new name, probably just ''light updates'' now to stop the bleeding and reassure current shareholders imo
U heard him boiis we found bottom, time to load the boats and off we go
that position right there will make you multiple 7 figure gain within 1-2 years
yup, will probably outperform mindmed in the long run
I just says it how I sees it, Someone been dumping the whole past week...
I have a position here with CB over .20 which I can prove to you any way you choose
I mean he was right about them being able to sell the shares
whether or not they are the ones selling the past few days is questionable
I still think they are the ones dumping...
could it be someone else ? yes
could it be MM manipulation ? yes
but too much coincidence that this is happening right after the note conversion
also could be that MMs or someone else who is dumping choosing the date after note conversion to manipulate people to think that the noteholder is the one dumping, but why would someone want to do that, unlikely that this would be the case
doesn't it need to be 10% of OS to trigger the filling tho ?
so scfn seems to be legit too he was right about this
turned out it is a problem lol
This checks out
Was the company able to pay the debt before conversion this april or there was nothing to be done about that ?
If they were able to pay it and instead they just let them convert it, it is still a huge fuk up
Yup like I said if it holds I will likely buy more
I am here for the fundementals and I agree on the revenues obviously, but the note and the price they were able to convert it at seems fishy and red flagy for me
Like I said I am keeping my shares and will buy more when I see established support
A lot of dumping right after note conversion, that is a fact aswell
Lets see if this holds .10 not gonna try to catch a falling knife
will start buying more when I see some support
so they did it in a way so they dont have to report the sales right
but the dates don't check out, not sure why it says april 8th if the conversion was done april 12th
I checked the 13g and it looks like they are indeed 10% holders, go check it 3f
''As of April 8, 2021, the Reporting Persons are the beneficial owner 39,714,646 shares (the “Shares”) of Common Stock issuable upon the conversion or exercise of the Preferred Stock, the Warrant, and/or the Notes. The Reporting Person has the power to dispose of and the power to vote the Shares beneficially owned by it.''
OS is over 390M so 35M is less than 10% therefore not considered insider ?
if this is the case it is a major major fuk up by the company
pretty sure you will not be in that position either if you don't start applying the basic principles I just stated in that post.
If you give me free shares I am definitely claiming some money, I would not sell it all but I would start selling. Maybe 5-10M for starters. I would stil be left out with 30M which is plenty if we get to FMV.
Profit taking and risk management - does these 2 words make any sense to you ?
''Bleed a couple million shares for pennies to hurt your tens of millions? This is not rocket science.''
what are you talking about ? what tens of milions ? They loaned them the 1.1M not tens of milions afaik.
If I was the noteholder you bet I would alteast dump some of the shares to get my initial investment back, that is a smart risk managment dont you think ?
Or are you one of those WSB gambling degenerates with no exit strategies and zero risk management policies ?
I am long on this aswell, Actually stuck with a decent sized bag here.
I brought the noteholder issue here recently knowing well that it will,if anything, make it worse for my bag, I could have been silent and not bring it up here. But I brought it up to get experience and knowledge out if this pick + I am for the greater good unlike most of the manipulative sociopathic Ihub posters looking for their own personal gain exclusively.
So I am asking you, respectfully, to explain to me why you think that the noteholder isn't dumping the shares knowing he can get very lucrative ROI even at these prices ?
Can somebody experienced in reading fillings verify that this noteholder actually paid 1.065M and not just 65k ? Because from what I can read from there it says he converted 65k into 35M shares.
Lets assume he paid 1.065M for 35M shares for now.
if he sells at 0.10 he makes 3.5M out of 1M investment. That to me seems like a pretty good ROI.
Now we know that the stock started to tank right after the date the shares have been converted. So if he is dumping since 0.30 he will make much more than 3.5M in the end assuming we stay above .10
You claim that it would make no sense for him to sell the shares at current prices but to me it makes perfect sense to sell.
Also please explain why right after the note has been converted the stock started tanking despite stellar revenues if you think that this investor isn't selling off ? MM games ? Maybe but a big coincidence dont you think ?
ya Idk what is in the contract so can't fully judge
I have some experience in website creation and services connected with that and the price tag just seemed off to me
I noticed they paid 22.5k for the new site.... someone ripped them off or idk... that site is worth like 1/10th of that quote.
I could have developed better looking website with better logo for much cheaper, the logo itself looks cheap. For that kind of money they could have done much better job
end of page 37 under SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
so you are saying that the company could have prevented this by paying off that loan ? If that is the case it is a huge fuk up indeed...
And three what the fuk are you doing ? I thought you read these fillings before buying stocks ?
Per the 10Q:
“On April 12, 2021, a noteholder converted $63,692.22 in convertible notes into 35,455,872 shares of the Company’s common stock at a rate of $0.00179638 per share”
seems like he is dumping
I think that this might be an issue
