BTW, I seen the commercial in the middle of Bungf_ck, Pennsylvania this morning on CATV channel 38, in case you want to VERIFY. I'm fairly certain if they showed it here they probably showed it everywhere else. This could very well be a scam, I've seen hundreds of scam companies advertise on CNBC already.....I just can't remember any of their names right now. Can someone on this board help me out with that?
LOL. You too SV.
Hell, lets put the whole definition out there.
Women-owned small business concern” means a small business concern—
(1) That is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women; or, in the case of any publicly owned business, at least 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more women; and
(2) Whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.
I'm sure JP is like most men and is controlled by his wife. Just kidding.
It shouldn't be hard to find her, it's probably JP's wife. If it's true that he has almost 400 million shares, and they would happen to be in her name, guess what? They're claim is legal because she owns a majority of the company. Just speculation but, the way I see it it's the only way they could pull it off. And since I got burned in 2 divorces, I would say if this is what he did he must have balls the size of basketballs.
So remind me again exactly why you're invested in this stock? If I felt as negative about this stock as you do, I won't even dream of owning it.
Actually there's 2 hours and 30 minutes left, todays time slot is from 6-9 ET. I'm not holding my breath.
True. I was just saying that if the commercial does run today I won't look for a big run up in the pps. You're certainly right about mixed blessings, I've been looking to add to my position and this gave me the perfect opportunity.
There's always that possibility but, even if it does I don't think it will have the positive effect on the pps that it could of had if it would've aired on time.
I don't think anyone really knows for sure, including JP.
Jeff,
I kind of have to agree with you and certainly everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to learn from those mistakes and not repeat them, which always sounds easy. I'm sure this has been quite the learning experience for Jim, I know it has been for me.
Thanks Madcat, after I seen that question about the $25 million I knew it would be a waste of time to even try to reason with this person. My last post, have a good day if possible. GLTA
"the company wishes to state that it has dramatically increased the production of both the CyberKey USB and KeepSafe devices, as it anticipates demand will skyrocket as it unveils a new purchasing platform for the Department of Defense"
UNVEILS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
I doubt they meant demand would skyrocket by unveiling the platform to the consumer. Just my take on it.
Yeah, give me the name of your broker and your account number, I'll transfer them to you.
If the commercial doesn't air I'll probably just drive off the bridge before I get to the boat landing.
Walleyes
Morning Max,
Since I'm waiting to go fishing it's almost assured that it will air on the very last commercial break.
I wish the hell they'd show it so I can go fishing!!!
I think you can if you have XM radio.
Maybe they're not worth a damn and you have to buy a new one every year.
Those dudes must sell a lot of watches to pay for all those commercials.
Becky's got some leg showing this morning!!
Believe me, you don't want a deadline for AF's, case in point.....SLJB.
Buzz,
Thanks ever so much for your analysis. Even though many of us invest on a fundamental basis, it's always nice to see it from the technical standpoint as well.
Ice,
It would appear as though you figured out who posted about the third party.
Ice,
Just because it's top secret doesn't mean it's encrypted. I may have implied that in my other post, but it's not so.
Ice,
It would make sense if like a lot of other things,it takes forever to cut through government red tape to get a FIPS cert. Why not go through someone else until their cert comes through.
Ice,
It would take a rather large set of balls to PR that you had a $25 million dollar contract with the U.S. Government when you actually didn't. Even SLJB wasn't that stupid.
I honestly can't remember who stated that, and you make a good point that the FIPS CERT is for the product and not the company. It's my understanding that the FIPS cert is only necessary for cryptographic material, a very small segment of government material. I'm assuming that $25 million contract was related to classified and secret material only and not top secret crypto material. I honestly doubt the DHS has very much crypto material, as that's usually more of a military thing.
Ice,
I believe I remember someone on the other board saying that Ck was selling to the government through a third party who does have a FIPS cert.
Nobody stated it was going to be unveiled to us! I'm sure it did more good unveiling it to the military.
Anyone notice VNDM moved their roadblock to the support side?
Ice,
You really think??
This at least tells us that the commercials were supposed to run.

This is Rob.
I just returned from the Dominican Republic.
The commercial is airing nationally. It will air for week. I can get you
times ASAP. Have to talk to my rep.
Thanks,
Rob
Ice,
Thanks, I will. Thought about it earlier but didn't want to infringe.
I wasn't trying to explain away the other PR's, I'm just thinking there's a better chance than not that the CNBC thing wasn't his fault.
Let me see now....I pay McWilliams Production to get me national airtime on CNBC, they say they will, commercial doesn't run. How's that my fault????????? I did my part, I paid for the air time.
So can we assume it wasn't the company's fault that the commercial didn't air this morning?
Looks like VNDM is going to be a pain in the balls again today right out of the gate.
Next to last, one more at the end of the show.
Why do I have the feeling it's going to air at 7:59, right after everyone walked away from their TV to get a cup of coffee?
