Ohio State, I hope.
According to the info in post 2043 you can.
Okay, since I'm on a government computer let me see what I can dig up.
Okay. eom
I'm not avoiding any issue. Why can't I buy a FIPS certified drive from a manufacturer, add a little software/DRM and sell it to the government?
Like hell!!
Actually your right, there's no need for a third party if you read the info in post 2043. If the hardware they buy is FIPS certified they're good to go, they don't need to do anything else as far as the government is concerned. Therefore you may never see ckys's name on a FIPS certification because that drive is already certified under the hardware manufacturers name.
When one does the math we see that the government is paying $167 a piece for the stealth, they sell for $99 on the web site. Seems like there's plenty of cash for them and the 3rd party, if there is one.
I work in a U.S. Penitentiary
AGREE
Have I mentioned yet that working on New Years Eve sucks!?
Yet the CMF remains positive as the stock price falls?
"...as far as I can tell the only FUNDS coming in to this point are from the sale of shares in CKYS"
Oh yeah! Which MM do you think they're selling through? I can't tell because 3 or 4 of them take turns sitting on the ask for hours at a time slinging paper like there's no tomorrow. I guess it's probably out of the question that they could be shorting.
Huh??
I just read the PR about CK getting a second manufacturer in N. California, so I think this rules out MXI since they're in Canada. Now the trick will be to find a USB drive manufacturer located in N.Cal. who is on the FIPS list. This may take a while.

I doubt they'd use any of CKYS's technology, looks like they have enough of their own. I will call next week to see if they are indeed the ones who produce CKYS's drives.
I'll get on that next week!!!
FIPS??
This may very well be how they do it. Below is a link to the FIPS pre-validation list, go to page 6, next to last entry, Stealth MXP under the vendor name of Memory Experts International. Perhaps CK adds their DRM sends it back to them and they sell it to the government?

Ice,
Do we know who actually produces the stealth for CK? We know for a fact that they don't produce it themselves, all they do is add their DRM stuff to it. The reason I ask is because of the paragraph below which in part states that if the USB stick is already FIPS certified when they get it (fips inside) they don't necessarily need to recertify it. Maybe this is what was meant by the third party talk, third party being the one who actually makes the stick. Not trying to make excuses here, just trying to look at all avenues.

You can check out the existing list of validated vendors to see who currently holds a FIPS product certificate. You can also view NIST's pre-validation list to see who is currently in the process of being evaluated for FIPS 140-2 compliance. Please note that vendors who incorporate FIPS validated components in their products will not be represented on these lists. Only those companies that go through the testing process and are issued certificates in their name are listed. The same goes for the list of evaluated products that NIST also maintains on their website. Vendors using a compliant cryptographic module in their products can request a "FIPS inside" logo to show that a FIPS validated component has been used in their product. Please note that merely using a FIPS validated module in a product will not always meet the government requirement for purchasing only FIPS approved products. The same holds true for products that use FIPS approved algorithms, which is considered to be a precursor to full 140-2 compliance.
Cool, last chance to load up for the year. Why don't you get us up to .023 real quick.
I got 40K @.021, they broke it up into 2 20K blocks.

My e-mail was sent on the 20th and I received a reply on the 20th. The A/S 1 billion O/S 700m most restricted Float 200m. Asked them why they chose Nevada they responded for tax purposes. Asked them if there will be a R/S they answered no R/S.
NASD is closed for sure, waiting to here from the NYSE & AMEX.
Morning Max, it appears as though we'll be getting a 4 day break from trading. This will give me time to go see the proctologist, because after CK'S performance the last few weeks I feel like someone ran a battleship up my a$$.
Curt,
Since I've never been suspended, can you get at your money during that time or is it stuck in whatever stocks you were in when you got suspended? tia
Hey Sandvet,
Do you think it's possible that someone miskeyed that A2 women owned business code? You'd think if you were going to try to cheat you'd at least throw a fake female name in as an officer.
Hey Cowboy,
How does that tax selling work if your trade doesn't settle until the new year, can you still write it off on this years taxes? tia
Sarcasm is a wonderful tool.
Guys,
Why get so upset over Ice, he's an alias on a board. Anyone who would make an investment decision based on what someone on a board says should give their money to a broker to invest, because they certainly don't know how to.
Whiteshadow,
I used to think all that talk about boiler rooms was just fictional crap until I seen something rather unique happen on an RB board. There was a guy on the IESV board that bashed that stock like you've never witnessed here, for months on end. Then one day out of the blue he announced that he covered his short position and left the board. It wasn't but a few weeks later that the company announced they had completed a bond financing deal, which was basically a life saving event for the company. Just coincidence or good timing????? Makes you think.
Mad,
Someone must be scared as hell of a Jan. run, these guys are coming out of the woodwork like cockroaches.
I find that doing my own DD saves me from having to ask questions like yours. Good day to you.
Looks like you just go from board to board asking why a stock isn't performing to your expectations or didn't react a certain way. Do you even own a stock? Ever do any DD?
How and why did you come up with your name? You wouldn't by chance be the same "loser" that was on RB several months ago trying to ride IESV into the ground would you? It's hard for me to tell seeing as how most of your trash is deleted.
OT - Yeah, musn't be to many of us edumacated Pennsyltuckians around. Three miles is about how far I am from the river, great to live close to water isn't it? Have a good day.
OT - Jeff,
My dad loves walleye fishing up there on Raystown, thinking about heading out to do a little of that myself today. I think it'll be safe to leave our stock on autopilot today. GLTY in trading and FISHING.
OT - Come on Jeff, I throw ones like that back here on the Susquehanna around Selinsgrove.
Why? Do you like having to go back down to fill in gaps?
