Thanks TJ, was just going to post that info... Green, the Arrow Freight (in Indiana) controlled by Zaric leases quite a few trucks to Pro Star. It essentially does not operate as a freight hauler anymore.. Hasn't since Pro Star was founded.
Yep. Talked to a Serbian co-worker a few days ago about that. No cultural explaination for the different name..
I would encourage any investor here to google "Coyote Logistics" which is a Chicago based company and see what was built in under 10 years. I'm not implying that's what is happening here, I'm only pointing out the possibilities. I, like everyone else, am waiting for Zaric's plan but there are a few clues in what he's already accomplished. A continued relationship with UPS obviously would be very beneficial as evidenced by the Coyote story. Keep a close eye on future moves..... Let's see if we begin to mirror an already hugely successful model...

They were still running for UPS as of March 15, 2016. New Hampshire sorting facility... to and from Florida.... I'll ask to make sure they still do..

Hmmmm... Interesting. Whomever took control forced the CEO out..... Would love to see us in total control over there.... Last I checked, Roger is still on the board of HYDROPHI HTE.
Tj, I just received the same email from Bob...
S/O 404,794,416
DTC Float 341,534,530
However, I also asked for the shareholder(s) of record number... Sad to say the "wise 75" is now 74... (give or take)...
I saved one from my visit on March 9th of this year... It only shows a few trucks and the front of the old Viking Service Center. Alex, the gentleman who runs the yard, pulled up on a van and was not pleased that I was taking pics... Until he found out I was a Hydrophi shareholder... His attitude changed immediately and he offered to take me on a tour (which I accepted). I didn't take any pictures while on the tour as I just felt it would be rude. I will be back there near the end of this month for a quick stop as I'll be on my annual motorcycle trip (Indiana, Kentucky, southern Illinois). If you'd like to see the photo, just tell me where to send it...
They removed an awful lot of trees and improved the lot surface as well. Also, the lot West of the garage has been cleaned out as well...
1708 Michigan Street Hammond, IN. There is also a large repair shop on site The old "Viking Repair shop". The Google Earth view is dated, however, improvements to the property have been made to accommodate a large portion of Pro Star's fleet (both trucks and trailers).
Well, it looks like it's just us and Equimaxx then.... We have the other 20%
Looks like the guy is trying to raise money for his company to go commercial.... The HydroFlex system still needs an electrolyte to be mixed the water which will produce unwanted chemical compound(s) into the air.... Sure, the H and O2 will clean the exhaust of particulate matter, NO2 other assorted greenhouse gasses etc... however, it will also introduce some poisons into the environment.... he solved his corrosion problem inside the unit by moving away from stainless steel ( he had to, his Catalyst was eating it up)...
Our unit, the much more advanced Hydroplant, as most of you already know, needs no catalyst and runs on distilled water only. No poisonous substances produced....
I have the faith, my friend. Put my money where my mouth is again today. Anyway, the issue of a possible 8K as referenced by Mr. College's phone conversation from a few days ago sounds logical and quite frankly, probably correct.
The reference to cutting overhead/costs and directing that money to growth area(s) is absolutely true. For evidence, I would encourage every shareholder to search Facebook under "prostar freight system". Do the search exactly as I typed it (minus the quotation marks, obviously).
This is the new Orlando, Florida base. There you'll find plenty of pictures of new Pro Star trucks and trucks held over from the company we acquired so you can actually see where the capital is being deployed. Also, in the very recently added mobile uploaded photos you'll see a couple of very large rigs with flatbed trailers after they've finished a run from CA to Maine hauling some large machinery. Those are our rigs as well. I love that we're expanding the types of freight we'll be carrying going foreward.
For anyone who's a little antsy, just try to relax a little bit. If the "market" wants to keep the stock down in this range for any length of time, I'm perfectly fine with it and will continue to use it to my advantage.
The Chicago boys (Citadel-CDEL) have been stepping on our neck for the better part of 3 months.. Not super aggressive, but they've ve been there occasionally to pour a little water on the fire or move/keep the price back below .005.
Don't know if it means anything... No conspiracy theories here, just an observation...
Lol... yep, they just might.... Also, though I'll wait for the plan going forward (from the company) if Zaric is going to partially use the Waste Management model to build the company rapidly, I'm very excited about it.... 10-25 truck firms with solid clients/contracts in fragmented markets that have a physical presence.... bring in some new equipment and sell/lease the older stuff..... spread geographically and grow the new entities organically.... it's a proven model and the trucking marketplace is ripe with fruit.... it's been a pretty good weekend... thanks for getting it going Mr. College!!
Prior to Jesus G becoming ProStar, they were hauling loads for UPS from time to time. There's even a mobile photo upload on one of our new driver's f/b pages hooked up to a UPS trailer from just a couple of months ago. UPS..... that seems like a decent client to have....
Levin is one of the largest shareholders of Hydrophi Technologies.... been around since 2010...
Well there's a direct match to us with the Hydrophi Technologies location in Pasadena, Tx. Listed on the property is one Philip Levin. He happens to be one of the original founders/investors of Hydrophi. He is also still one of our largest shareholders...
Mr. College, after researching the "Texas" connection with the information you laid out yesterday, I haven't gotten any closer to an answer... I've sent emails so we'll see if I get responses.... However, re-thinking C2C Global Transportation as the possible Texas company.... they have a physical space down in Grapevine and they already have a business relationship with ProStar. The company isn't that large so that looks like a good prospect....
Great, Great, find!!! Thanks for sharing ..... As long as we're growing, I'm happy! Hell, I thought it was just Hammond, IN. Love it....
You got it...
C2C was leasing a few trucks from Pro Star. I used to see them occasionally when they were parked at the old Pro Star yard on Wood Dale Avenue.
No problem, take your time.... one other tidbit I just pulled up... According to the FMCSA data base, of the 140 trucks, ALL show being term leased. Zero owned.
PS.. trailer data does show the 30 we bought in Jan 2016 as owned (150 total---120 leased).
If it's not too late for questions, I have an operational one for him...
In March, it was reported the company had purchased an additional 19 trucks. Based on data supplied to the FMCSA at that time, we had 180 trucks ...giving us a total of 199. The data in the FMCSA for the past 2 months shows Pro Star as having 140 trucks (driver count has fallen as well from 155 to 125 as well).
Curious to know the reason(s) for this.
I have no knowledge of news... I pick up shares every month... some months I buy more than others... just felt like this week was a good time.
I think you're right on the money on all counts....
Thanks... who knows if it will hold. I grabbed about 80 K yesterday too.. we almost went the whole day with just me on that nibble... no one would sell into my bid earlier in the day so I just figured what the hell...
Can't say.... what I can say is that the first 270 K of the day went to me.
The, thanks for the heads up .. I'll see what I can find out... These guys must employ at least a couple of flesh-eating lawyers and crack accountants keeping all this stuff straight....
From what I understand, after collecting information from a variety of sources, is that these companies ( BK Express LLC, Union Freight Inc. Arrow Freight Inc. ) were formed and run by Bratislav Kovacevic and Nikola Zaric. In a complicated way ( complicated to me) they, in essence, are part of the soup which ultimately became Pro Star Freight Systems. Now, Pro Star still leases some trucks from Arrow (a fact I know, but I can't divulge the source) and there may be a couple of trucks left that operate... the company is still listed as active via the Indiana Sec. of State... also, just a quick web search puts the address at Pro Star's dispatch center in Bensenville. I got dizzy just chasing all this and additional info down and all I can glean is that they're must be tax advantages... personally for these two guys to structure their businesses this way.... I'm not a tax guy, so I can only speculate.... the companies which lease and owner-operate from Pro Star are many as well... The larger companies which lease some trucks from us (not as big as Pro Star) are mostly Serbian run. These guys stick together here in Chicago, there's no telling what can happen..
You got it.... if anyone wants to verify it for themselves Pro Star Truck Leasing and Pro Star Trailer Leasing can be found in the Illinois Secretary of State business search data base...
"....Pro Star Trailer Leasing...."
Stupid auto-correct....
Hello, there.... I'm still here . Still hold every share I've ever purchased. Just waiting like everyone else. Adding a little here and there.. My thoughts about this delay in filing are that it's more than just being "too busy..." There's always going to be speculation about mergers going forward but I've seen no evidence of it. What I do know is four separate entities have been created by Zaric within the past 6 months... Pro Star Auto Group, ASN Holding, Pro Star Truck Leasing and Property Star Trailer Leasing ( the latter two were created back in February). Still no word if these companies are OFFICIALLY "ours" yet. We also know we picked up 19 trucks and hopefully the routes/contracts that go along with them. I'm seeing more Eastbound Pro Star trucks (on I90 West of Chicago) on my way home from work. I'm hopeful it's new customers because Pro Star never really had that many routes to the West/Northwest of Chicago. Still haven't seen a trailer with advertising on it yet... I promised the board a pic on that and you guys will get it when I see one.
16mil. Unless I have it wrong
