No, they are approved for general freight as well.
You're welcome.. 2836070
Im at a loss as to why the company is so quiet. But, I won't wait for them to tell me what they're doing (operational-wise). I talk to drivers, employees, a few owner operators, freight brokers (2) and have taken the time to go see their facilities and look for any information I can get from any source. What I know is the company has expanded quite well in Hammond. Pro Star Auto Group (not yet part of Pro Star Freight Systems--- and have no info if it will ever will be) started with 2 trucks is up to about 10. Also, Maybach International has been using some of those trucks (per fmcsa data). Orlando started with 19 trucks plus a few more moved down from Hammond. Orlando is now at about 75 trucks and in need of a couple dozen more drivers for additional trucks. Business is booming there. I know we are doing some international cargo business out of the Tampa airpprt but don't know how much. Houston location is adding drivers and I assume we'll be moving west next year. Our old ceo doesnt hear too much from Zaric anymore... Not sure who benefits from the silence and lack of financials.. If financials are merely delayed over business delvelopments that would still not explain the silence over these operational expansions.....
Not sure... Reminds me of something from the April 2016 press release when Zaric took over from Roger...
Sure, Maria Guedez, who is the Houston. Tx. contact for Pro Star. Her name and phone number is also in the current Houston craigslist ad.
6pak... I have no pm privileges...
To answer your questions, yes, I did make it down there last week. As expected, I was told there was "no one authorized" available who could speak to me. As far as I could tell it was most likely true. People just seemed busy running the office. I didn't object. I just have the feeling the average joe/jane employee there has no idea they work for a public company.
To your 2nd point, I've already done that. She told me over the phone she wasn't in the office every day yet, but I could make an appointment to see her.
I didn't ask too many questions as my main focus was just to verify (as best I could), from 1400 miles away, that I had the correct location.
A March release.... It wasnt specific about Orlando, just the fact that they bought 19 trucks which would be serving the southeast.
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2016/03/22/822160/0/en/Pro-Star-Freight-Systems-Inc-Further-Expands-Truck-Fleet.html
It's a mystery.... They probably didnt want to say anything about Orlando either but had to since it was a material event. They had to pay for the trucks they bought, hence the pr.....
It does... Independence Freight Llc ceased operations at that address in the late spring. I don't think we did anything other than lease the space they left.
Following several new Pro Star drivers based in Houston now.
Was the office there? They are currently hiring drivers and that was the address provided to me..
Thanks Aidy, but I don't have PM privileges... You can also post pics on Pro Star's (Orlando) Facebook page. Just go to 'visitor's posts." I've left a few pics there myself..
I absolutely do not. I just get a little upset when I ask simple questions and get blown off, I will make it my business to find out by any means (legal) necessary I consider myself, and every other shareholder (of any public company), an owner, by some degree. We have every right to know.
No, its for Pro Star.
Very cool.... No rush, should be the new place. Don't know how far along they are down there. The entire place is rather large. Lots of trucks belonging to other firms, but we should have a small office at that address. Maybe we'll have a rig or two already there....
Okay, thanks.
Aidy.... If you're still near Houston, whenever it's convenient, please try
4847 Blaffer Street Houston, Texas. See what you can see.
Message received... I'll go down there next week and see if anyone will talk to me. Just so you know, my experience with Zaric has been the exact same as yours. Everyone else I've ever met in the company, from the drivers, independent contractors, yard workers, hell, even one of the mechanics, has been very open.
Deep from the heart of Texas, I took the 50k NITE was offering this am.. Suprised that was all they had...
Here are a couple of operational things I learned today. It seems we went for four months without a traffic crash. So that's good, our numbers have been slowly getting better since we hired our compliance officer. That will be beneficial to getting more contracts. Also, I just passed a new silver Volvo which was going eastbound on I-90 at i-355. I don't know if that is one of our trucks or an owner operator. Anyway, I've never seen that one before. We must be picking up more business in Wisconsin because I'm seeing multiple ProStar trucks going east and west on I-90 every day now.
You won't get an argument out of me on that. I agree.
Yes, I believe so.... Updated info as of today hasn't changed.

I think insiders have more than that. If my data is correct, as of 4/3/16 John Durham had 30.4 mil, Phil Levin had 16.3 mil, Roger had 12.1 mil (plus a series A preferred worth another 12-14 mil to be issued later), Reid Meyer 2 mil and Mark Robinson 1 mil. Jonathan Goldberg had 271.5 left....
Roughly 62 million for the "old regime" insiders...
What does that leave? 20 mil or so sprinkled amongst others..?
Yep... Same here... Just watching the business end of it. They're doing fine... They'll get the filings done. Tj posted the O/S still hasn't changed. I'm beginning to suspect Zaric isn't interested in diluting his share of the company either..
Good for you, Champ... I did the same on Wed.
I agree with everything you posted... I'm waiting for them to get up to date and perhaps give us a glimpse into the master plan. Spoke with a driver of a rig running under Maybach International's name and DOT# a few days ago. The Volvo he was driving was an old, red Pro Star truck, however, he categorized his employment as a driver for Pro Star (he spoke broken English). I know we lease some trucks to them, however, I'm not crystal clear on our relationship with them..
A routine facebook check reveals a couple of Maybach International drivers are linked to several of our bilingual dispatchers.
It's possible we use them to handle loads we don't have drivers for at the moment or logistically it just works better to outsource the run to someone else...

From the logistics side, I'm very encouraged by the the announcement (revelation) of business relationship(s) with C.H. Robisnson, Coyote and UPS.
Thank you very much and to others as well that have sent PM's. We're all in the same boat (us shareholders, that is) waiting on information about our company. I have always viewed this site (IHub and by proxy, this board) just as it states..... an investor's hub or connection so information, thoughts and ideas could be exchanged. It can be, however, populated with people who work in some capacity with the financial industry and/or others who have a different agenda separate from the average Jane or Joe who owns some stock. The only way I know how to combat disinformation is to go out and collect some facts. I can't speak to the delay of financial info or any other inner workings of the company. I just know the company is real, I see the trucks on the road nearly everyday. I speak to the drivers and owner-operators. I've been taken on a tour of the Hammond facility (March 2016) by employees.... Everything they told me that was in store for the company near term has come true (operational info).

Okay, Gents photos posted to Pro Star's Facebook page.
Click on "visitor's posts."
Just reached my destination (on a motorcycle trip). I'll figure something out....
You got it....
As promised, I just stopped by Pro Star in Hammond. Took a few pics.., if any of the mods want them to put on ihub just tell me where to send them. Anyway, they have been very busy there as a new fence has been erected, signs up, and I'm happy to report the entire site has been cleared of trees and is being fully utilized (trucks and trailers). Spotted a couple of car carriers as well. The Michigan St. property is being fully utilized. The Clay Street property seems to only be used as an office right now. Pro Star banners AND Pro Star Auto Group signs are up. I took pics of that as well.
I have no idea. In situations like this I most often fall back on "who benefits" to find possible answers... I still think the delay is purposeful... Not necessarily negative, just purposeful. I'm content, however, that the people employed in all aspects of our trucking operations are working hard.
For you, or anyone else who would like to see a more updated satellite view of the Hammond, Indiana yard you can Google "TerraServer" and go to their website. Once there you can search by the address... 1708 Michigan Street Hammond, IN and view 3 shots of the yard from May of this year. You can contrast that with the Google earth image which is outdated as you can see for yourself all the work that's been done there since I was there in March.. Interestingly, I had posted earlier that Alex, my tour guide, told me they had room to expand to the West of the garage and it appears from these new images that they've already done that.
Wealth, it seems as though we have confirmation we're a trucking/logistics concern going forward.... I'm happy with that focus. Looking forward to the name/symbol change.....
That is not Zaric in the video. He is a manager in the dispatch center in Bensenville, Illinois. My Serbian co-worker will not be back at work until Monday. I can get you the man's name then.
Agreed. The template can be duplicated as long as management is capable. There's no question we're growing in scope in the USA. We are positioned perfectly to grow a huge Intermodal business with our proximity to the Gibson Yard in Hammond, IN. Whether we capitalize on that opportunity is up to management... With 2 logistic/dispatch centers in Europe (Serbia) and one here in Illinois I'm hoping for the start of a global reach... I'm extremely curious about who picked up the 80% of HYDROPHI Europe.. I have an email out to the only remaining member of the management board concerning that... It would have taken roughly 1.5 mil USD to take out Equimaxx at the market price for their 80%. Not much money... Anyway, just crickets so far on the email...
Again, it's all up to management in how bold and rich they want to be... Build something useful to the UPS, FED EX, DHL'S of the world...
