They reduced the # of participants necessary in Phase 2. It will probably cost them around $5-$6 M to conduct the clinicals IMO. If they can partner with a Medical entity, even less up front $.
Cycling around $.0070 . Buying anything less than .069 and selling at .077 today. Flipped almost 2M shares today. I'll do this until a BIG payday comes along.
I totally agree with Pro-Advisor. The Thermostem tech is a huge opportunity for BRTX. I have been hoping for some news of a partner in this. They were awarded a patent in Isreal for Thermostem in Dec 2019. Jerusalem is having a boom in biotech companies. They don't have the scale to take on the world, so Big Pharma will have to step in and "help". I am keeping an eye on Raziel Pharma in Jerusalem that has developed a drug that reduces fat 30%-50% where injected and is planning Phase 2 trials in the US.
Like any stock, 0$ is the bottom. IMO, it won't dip to less than .005. We need to see some action/ news, or this may really is a dilution scam.
I'm hoping it climbs back to the $.008 range tomorrow. It sure would be nice to see the 10k published tomorrow. Last day of the year! Happy New Year to all. Let's hope that 2021 is a lot better than 2020.
I love your enthusiasm, however it is highly unlikely to happen w/o significant + news. Most likely it will do it's "normal drop of 14% or so, then recover back to - 8% or so by EOD. I'll just keep buying these dips and scalp a few % each day this happens to make my $ back. It's gonna take a long while. Let's hope for some REAL news, or BRTX will dissolve into oblivion in a sea of dilution...
It won't likely go that low, but yah nevah know. If it drops to .00099, I'm buying all that I can. And then some....
It is actively used in other countries, just illegal in the US until it gets FDA approval. You can go down to the Virgin Islands (non US) to get the procedure done. No doubt, there is much more opportunity in the brown fat method, if it works. A lot of fatties in this country!!
IMO, BRTX is a good buy at this level but only buying the dips each day to get shares as cheaply as possible. This will likely hover below $.01 until there is some news of substance. If this thing moves down to trips, I am mortgaging my house to buy 500 million shares.
Good question... no doubt dilution has and will continue to have a big impact. The challenge is to figure out what the business is really worth + speculation +/- the overall market trend. I will continue to buy under $.01 and sell when it gets to $.03. Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. We need the stop sign to come down and boom!
Man I needed this recovery. Something must be brewing to spike back up to a penny, or is it manipulation back to $.01 for creditors to recover their $....? No news, no news, no news...?
It sure feels like a once in a lifetime... loser. It has been a steep slide down since it jumped 122%. I am now down 60% on this POS. I hope you are right and we get some positive news to bring this back up. I should have done my math on the dilution impact on share price. A hard lesson learned for sure.
Wow, this thing has been steeper than "suicide hill" that I used to slide down as a kid!!
Yet another glorious day of watching this ship sink w/ all my $. I somehow still believe it will recover in time, probably a long time :(
Wait for it......This thing is going to surprise everyone!
Unfortunately, I am not at liberty to say what I know. My humble apologies.
Hoping for a good week. As long as dumping is limited, the PPS could recover to the $.02 level this week. Need some chum in the water to attract new buyers.
Agreed. The trick will be at what price they are sold. So far, I would say it has been low to moderate.
Auctus can't sell too fast, because the PPS would dive as soon as they started dumping. Why not make $250M by walking this up and selling off in chunks. Rough seas ahead, IMO. If they don't get the stop sign off soon and gain interest of new investors, the PPS may collapse and they too will be SOOL.
Same here. My first and last swim in the pink pool.
I still think an RS will be required to move up to NASDAQ.
Dilution will undoubtedly cause significant drag on PPS appreciation. Glad that there is a clause to prevent massive dumping. Good PR from the company and official announcent on Phase 2 is critical.
I expect some big swings driven by increased day trading activity. GLTA
Hell yes!! About time we saw a little green. I dont expect a huge bump w/o some news of some sort, though. A lot of selling on the lack of news and all the dire commentary.
More like the sewer lately. However, from sewage can sprout a beautiful flower :)
I'm OK with it trading sideways until there is some crumb of good news to move this higher. This will just oscillate until there is something to hang your hat on... Buy the lows, sell the highs.
Now I know why they call these pink. There are so many sharks in the water that it is perpetually pink with the blood of people that are snookered out of their hard earned $. We will see what 12/16 brings. If it does not turn out well, then I guess this was a very expensive life lesson.
I sincerely hope this does not turn out to be a scam. I have invested way too much $ in BRTX. How I got myself in this position, I do not know.
I looked it up and ifly is correct. BRTX owns several related patents, but they have a licensing agreement as stated.
The only option for BRTX-100 is to gain FDA approval in the US. Current procedures done in other countries are not FDA approved.
I still believe if they can prove that the brown fat stem cells can work as a thermogenic treatment to combat weight gain is a much more lucrative venture in the US and elsewhere. We are a "fat" country and all the diseases like heart failure, high BP and diabetes come along with it.
Good Lord, I hope so. Probably "crickets" until 12/16. I just hope they are granted the stop sign dropping. I'm still worried about the late filing.
Wouldn't it be lovely if there was a deal announced with a Big Pharma partner? A man can dream, can't he...?
I hope that it really happens, but one of the Nasdaq requirements is a minimum of $3.00/ share. They can't achieve this w/o a / 100 RS...?
A bit of a bloodbath here lately-not much fun holding. Note the low volume trades- It's easy for such a ticker to drop in these conditions and boards like this that scare away potential investors. BRTX needs to become current in SEC filings before 12/16, or they risk a continuance and a new date (IMO). "Kids need a new pair of shoes....."
Bought another million today. It's like playing blind 5-card stud in a 2-bit casino :) A lot of chips in on this hand....
The tree is being shaken to make the weakest hands let go. Balls of steel are required to hold on.
Looks like it may go sub-penny. Damn!
Tiny Volume, no worries here. Good time to buy shares.
They certainly do. The FDA office of clinical policy and programs. I've been in Pharma for over 20 years.
Sorry Jayman that was the number I wrote down. I don't have the time right now to dig through his posts again. I'm sure Ifly knows which post sites 72 participants. Just wondering about the diff in #'s.
I found it in Iflyboats post 54458. If you compare the numbers (99) per the clinical trial web site and what ifly posted (72) participants, there is either a discrepancy in the numbers. They seem to have reduced the # of participants to save $....? I assume they would have already checked with the FDA if 72 was an adequate number..? I too believe in facts and this is a fact.
GO to clinical trials website and you'll see 99 participants was the original plan. I think it was ifly that posted the summary mentioning 72 participants now, I believe that was the number.
Although I have not see anything definitive, one can surmise that the $ they now have must go to clinical trial(s). It appears that they reduced the headcount for the BRTX-100 trial from an original 99 people. It should now cost them around $4.5 - $5M for Phase 2. They only have 8 employees to pay and seemingly little R&D costs for the short term- nothing else really makes sense.
I hope I'm right, because I already own way too much of this stock.
GLTA
Soft volume. We need that stop sign down to bring in buyers.
Bought another 500k shares. Holding 20.5M shares now. I am insane, I know... :)
