That would be nice, at least I'm hoping to see some evidence in revenues, but there will be a little wait to next SEC reports. I think we can assume that the Fortune 500 company likes the product, but it really remains to be seen if they place an order for a large deployment.
I would guess they want to try it a few months and see how much they like it. So its still early, but a positive announcement there would do a lot a good I think, if that's how it goes.
Also, I don't cover ALYI much but they did put out a few PR's recently. The link below shows one of their new models, presumably just off the line I suppose, or looks that way.
They say they now have two versions, and also they expect $2 m in revenue for 2021 and $10 m for 2022 for motorcycles.
I'm not in ALYI right now, but I think we can assume that whatever revenue numbers they reach, that we get some portion of the whole for our parts that go in each.

If all that didn't add too much weight to the unit I should add.
If not already, I would build the charging unit right into the motorcycle. Have an electrical cord stretch out from the faux gas tank?
That way you take your "charging station" everywhere you go. You just need an electrical outlet to plug into, to "refuel".
Have the cord come out of the "gas cap". Wouldn't that be poetic justice?
Peter Lynch quotes to get you through the holiday:
“The trick is not to learn to trust your gut feelings, but rather to discipline yourself to ignore them. Stand by your stocks as long as the fundamental story of the company hasn’t changed.”
“Whenever you invest in any company, you’re looking for its market cap to rise. This can’t happen unless buyers are paying higher prices for the shares, making your investment more valuable.”
“Big companies have small moves, small companies have big moves.”
“When you sell in desperation, you always sell cheap.”
“If you can follow only one bit of data, follow the earnings—assuming the company in question has earnings. As you’ll see in this text, I subscribe to the crusty notion that sooner or later earnings make or break an investment in equities. What the stock price does today, tomorrow, or next week is only a distraction.”
“Remember, things are never clear until it’s too late.”
“It takes remarkable patience to hold on to a stock in a company that excites you, but which everybody else seems to ignore. You begin to think everybody else is right and you are wrong. But where the fundamentals are promising, patience is often rewarded"

Happy Thanksgiving! (tomorrow) iQSTEL, shareholders, et. al
They never said that I am aware of, but my guess is that Ericsson, a Swedish company, if they want to keep Vonage business they will keep us too.
Just a guess, but if Vonage needed something from us, I assume connection into Latam, then Ericsson will need us too. Maybe, maybe not. Either way I don't think Vonage represents a huge chunk of our revenue. We have lots of other relationships besides them.
But you know we have a pretty good foothold apparently with Swisslink in that area, so maybe Ericsson could need us for something in that part of the world too? Just a thought.
Good points. iQSTEL adding a $15m company now represents a fairly big deal for them. But if they get in a larger range, like for example $300m yearly revenue, then picking up a $15m here or there, or a few of them will just be business as usual on their way up.
Lots of new catalyst since last year, and balance sheet looks way better.
Dec 31 2020 closing price $.1997
YTD Close $.5121
256% increase YTD.
Not bad, especially considering about 15 days prior we saw .0710 as a close for a 721% increase in less than a year.
2022?
Yeah, I am thinking that as we are already getting attention iQSTEL needs to get the EVOSS website updated quick with pictures of the new bike and with lots of information and stats.
EV battery section needs updated too. It's a waste if you have lots of new people being referred to a website (like they did) and all they find is "coming soon".
Just saw this. A few days old but interesting. Interesting, I think, in content and just the fact that our company rates a comparison with other players in the EV field - and is featured in a bike reviewer's publication.
I can understand their comment about being skeptical about the OSS concept, its unusual but we are blazing a new trail, and that's where opportunity may arise.

Thx Knux, mainly I just hope a lot of people hear about us and do their own DD, decide if the are interested.
Seeking Alpha article was featured in Flipboard's telecommunications section. The more exposure the better I think.

Sorry, it’s set up as an “exclusive” article.
Thanks

Stock buy backs can be great. It can show strength and confidence in the company, and imply that the company thinks that the price is selling so low that its a great time to buy back.
But, they not only need profits, but enough profit to cover all their growth plans and enough to make any difference. By the time that they may have enough cash to use for a buy back they would be in so much better financial shape that it is more likely that the share price has gone up, maybe even to $2 as you suggest. But in any case, by then the buy back may not be needed for the purpose of up listing, or, the price may be more than the company wishes to pay vs the amount of share reduction it would achieve.
Later, if they get lots of free cash coming in, it is a great way to increase shareholder value though - or dividends, but I think right now achieving profitability and growth will be high on the priorities.
Great news! I'm glad to see yet another potential large revenue grower added. It sounds like the terms are reasonable from what we see, and easier on us with restricted shares. I hope they provided an option to acquire the remaining 49% later.
I like this:
"has an estimated $15 million in annual revenue, with positive Net Income" That should mean that it will start contributing immediately (once closed). And, I would venture to guess once they get the synergies in place as a part of iQSTelecom then the net income can be maximized - plus any cross selling.
I would assume this is an ideal acquisition size at this stage, but the bigger we get....
I also like this:
"We are working on the forecast for the Internet of Things, Blockchain Platforms, EV Motorcycles, EV Batteries, and Fintech Ecosystem, and we plan to announce this consolidated Forecast before the end of FY-2021". We do need some guidance on what all those things can bring to the company in revenue, and EBITDA too, if they will.
Good communication today think.
I assume this is the website for Smartbiz Telecom?
http://www.smartbiztel.com/
They were pretty close to what I expected for Q3. Closer to profitability but just short of it. Apparently no contributions yet from Smart Tank or Blockchain. Best margins of the year, both by each division and overall.
The main thing to keep in mind is the news now shows improvement, but it just covers to the end of September. We are 1/2 of a quarter beyond that today. I was surprised to hear them say that they are "starting" commercial rollout of MNPA. I thought it was already started. Also, I thought the telecom consolidation was already underway, but now they say they will begin to see the benefits in Q4 (now).
Like I say I thought we were already underway on those things, but in a way I am glad we were not as of Q3, as there wasn't much evidence of either contributing to Q3. All the better for Q4 I assume.
Looks like Fintech moving a little slower too. It seems their "launches" take a bit to pick up steam, but it sounds like we will see the results in a quarter or so, on much of this.
I wish we had a better idea how much revenue some of these projects may bring and when - EV, MNPA, Fintech, Smart Tank, etc. That is the key to the market setting higher valuations I think. Maybe the company just doesn't know what to expect entirely either, but with a little more in margins, the telecom business alone has the potential to justify today's current share price all on its own.
Tom Petty
Welcome back, and Good Luck!
Low volume today, but 7,500 (bought) was me. I will be surprised if we see a profit in Q3, but who knows. They are getting real close.
I'm still looking to see what the next few Q's bring though.
I'm sure a lot of shares have made their way back through the year, and probably some tax loss selling. If so, that should begin winding down at some point.
For those who want to stay with iQSTEL though, with a possible tax benefit they risk having to pay more to get back in (if trying to avoid a wash sale), and it re-sets the clock on consideration of long term vs short term for taxes.
Just choices everyone has to make on their own, for their own situation, DD, and confidence (or lack thereof) in the company.
Ok so B2C division covers Latam, Spain, and Spanish speaking customers in the U.S. Products are Fintech, Batteries, and Motorcycles.
Does that mean all B2C products will be offered in all three areas?
I have only heard of motorcycles in Latam, and that is said to be the market. Do they plan to expand motorcycles to Spain and U.S.?
In any case, this is the first I recall seeing any products for Spain. Fintech? Batteries? Motorcycles?
Also of note, a recent PR brought up "plans to connect drivers to insurance options". Will iQSTel see any revenue from that?
One more note. IoT fits under B2B - Business to business. I get that, but could they not also create IoT products that could be sold B2C- Business to customer?
Hope so, let's see what power hour does.
Picking up steam?
Crawfors - agree. by far the best part at this point. "improving gross margin and EBITDA"
Even a few points would be great, a little more even better.
I didn't expect new products to show up much in Q3 revenue, and it likely won't based on those numbers, but they reaffirmed them, including even the third party EV products for ALYI.
By Q4, or more certainly early 2022, IMO, we should expect to see new revenue streams for new products, and this revenue should all be higher margin.
In the meantime, margin improvements in telecom is very welcome. I appreciate the guidance from them. Whatever level they achieve, I hope they will continue to provide guidance, hopefully saying they expect substantial further margin gains from telecom moving forward.
But overall, a positive update I think.
Exactly, and I don't even mind paying more at various steps on the way up if does a slow steady climb, supported by positive developments at each step of the way.
Great! And to Knux's post, I have been ready to pick up more anytime it might go under $.40 as I picked up a bunch around $.37 to $.38 last time we were there. But not sure we will see it again so I picked up another block today at $.45.
IMO, I think that may be where we have been - once it hits certain levels, even the holdouts start buying more. I haven't ruled out that we have entered a new HH's and HL's pattern, but its about time to start another HH's run if that's the case - and this could be close to the low in that pattern if so.
Basically, that was my thinking in buying today, but if it were to go the other way, I plan to be ready to add more then too.
Nice find!
Up a dollar at a time would be nice. Don’t know why we couldn’t just need the stars to align.
It shows what it can do for a company when they make it on Nasdaq.
Nice props to iQSTEL's battery in this.
"expects IQST to even be potentially recognized industry wide as a leading solution for smaller electric vehicle battery solutions"

I concur, it appears this affects the SMS-Miami relationship, and not Austin, which probably means 12% gross margin applies to Miami.
It's confusing because they both use the QGLOBAL SMS brand, but I think this is how it is. The company can clarify more fully if they wish to do so.
I'd like to see Austin get 12% or better, but it's much larger and may take longer to get there - I think. No way to know until the numbers come out or the company gives guidance.
Hope so, tough overall market today.
Agree, but best prices in days.
nice!!!
Maybe one of Mike and Andrews followers got fired up.
Thanks Knux, I just hope some will go there and read both articles. Lot's of information there, and almost all still relevant.
I think a great place to send potential new investors too, to give them a starting point.
Interesting that Andrew is interested in iQSTEL now too, I like that.
Also, I wonder about the terms of the deal as well. Maybe we will see it in an 8-K. In the past they did very well at cutting favorable deals, favorable for iQSTEL. IMO
As far as I know the share price is the only remaining qualification to meet.
That's the question, and I already have that question in to the company. Does the 12% apply to just what the SEC filings show as QGlobal LLC (just Miami) or does it apply to QGLOBABL SMS to include Austin - which for some reason shows as IOT Labs LLC in the filings.
If 12% applies to all QGLOBABL SMS business - Miami and Austin then we are talking about the bulk of the revenue now being at 12%, and that's a major step forward if so. But, it's not clear to me just yet. I hope they clarify.
