I agree totally if a small company like ADMQ can do it why can't a huge one like AABB do it unless there is something to hide. I do know the first audit goes back two years. Many be they are waiting for more of the shady stuff to get past the two year mark.
I tend to agree. With all the artist they claim to have it should be easy to get some buzz on this stock. If they can't even utilize this built in social platform you are correct this stock is going no where.
OTCQB are companies on the OTC that are audited. One I have been following there is ADMQ. It has audited numbers and trading in same range as AABB but with a market cap of about 13 million. I would consider it an up list is AABB went from OTC to OTC QB. Maybe my terminology is not right but regardless with AABB's market cap it needs to be audited. Too many investors will loss a lot of money if it turns out to be a total scam. Maybe the SEC and FINRA need to require a company that reaches a certain market cap to be audited (something pre-set) the following quarter. Just like the the state and federal government do on sales tax and pay role tax. May be wishful thinking but makes sense to me.
The big question is can you prove the statements are true. By staying pink AABB can virtually say what they want. They are not checked by an audit.
If AABB wants to get any type of up-listing they need to be audited. Simple fact. AABB will never get any real credibility until this happens and all talk about up-listing is just smoke and mirrors until they take their business serious and produce audited numbers.
Not buying anymore until we see some audited numbers or simple 3rd party verification of statements. In general just some credibility. There concept is great just need to make sure the numbers and statements are real. The companies market cap is to large for investor to expect anything less from from a company the size of AABB.
Could hit the .06s today
No clue if something is coming, but I like ADMQ because it is a real OTC company with real audited numbers. I think it is under the radar and someday, I hope soon, investors will find ADMQ and see the value. There have not been any surprises here. Sales keep going up and profit should not be far behind. It is just a matter of time. The big question is how long we are willing to wait. It has been in this trading range for over 6 month now.
2nd form 4 filed today - that is two within a week
No news in more than a week and the stock is stronger today? Maybe there are no sellers left in the low 7's
Another form 4 filled today
Nite does always seem to throw a 100k wall up as soon as there is any momentum - If we ever got some consistent volume maybe they would back off.
News out today best ever July in company history https://finance.yahoo.com/news/adm-endeavors-inc-otcqb-admq-145600357.html
Today could be the day to see the 6's - we need some volume
I agree
that is where it is heading unless we get some volume. maybe ADMQ is not sexy enough to attract investors. Financials are solid and when you compare to other OTC companies with their market cap they are even better. Just do not really get it
If you know any good IR firms please suggest on the ADMQ facebook page. I agreed ADMQ needs a good one. Maybe since ADMQ has been trading just over a year they could use some vested experienced advice.
Benny a con artist belittles a stockholder because they ask a question or express a concern about AABB. This is still America were people still have a right to express an opinion. Telling an investor not to worry about questions with AABB because they don't own as much stock as you is just wrong and egocentric. I did have respect for your defense of AABB, but now your true color shine (keep AABB up at all cost). This is something a con artist does, belittles anyone who does not just follow him blindly. I am beginning to think there may be some truth to the rumors of past mining scams you were promoting. I do hope AABB does well but I do not trust people that act like pump and dump con artist.
At least the Fed gets audited even though it is always adjust in way to hide how much money has been printed, but at least you can verify their statements. I hope AABB statements are true because I own a lot of the stock. If enough investors request some sort of Audit they may spend the 5k to verify the gold supply and it money trail (A good third part accounting firm). They could spend 10k with a lawyer to write a legal opinion on the mine sale and mines under contract (A good third party legal firm). I have more more than that in AABB stock. AABB could quickly an painlessly accomplish this and our investment in AABB would double over night.
If you are willing to except any Statement from AABB management is not true how can you have faith in any of it. Picking and choosing what is not true is not a good model for investment. A 3rd party Audit solves it all. Until then we are are all just gambling at a high risk rate, but if their statements are true the reward could be higher since there is so little faith in what management is saying.
Nice to finally see a green day - 3 or 4 in a row would be nice
i think 2060 maybe by then enough people will see the revenue growth
I believe the idea and concept are great, but with out a third party auditing how we will not know that when a token is bought there is actual gold to back it. The US government used to back its paper with gold and silver, but stopped because they could not print unlimited money if they had to back it. So my question is how do we know the token side is actually going to have the reserves behind each token. Is it going to be fractional like the US banks? This all could be a big set-up if there is no gold to back the tokens. Real credibility would come from a third party audit of the reserves and publish a weekly gold to token ratio report. Without the audit they could be just like any other crypto but with a better story.
little better volume but no real money is being put here
I am not sure about the coiled spring because bid pressure is not building. All I see right now is a slow bleed. I think the company needs some verifiable news, and not just pictures or maybe we just need to wait until September.
I was wrong testing recent lows and looking lower
Benny this is the wonders of a third party audit. The company does not prepare it. All they do is turn over financials and they get verified. It only takes time if the financials are a mess and they have questions if things don't add up. I have been through several. Benny you are are right if the company does not care about the shareholders, stock price, and appearances they will not do the audit until later. My concern as an investor is the lack of transparency. You may be right that all the numbers for AABB add up but without an audit it is all speculation. Look what is happing with the COVID vaccine. There is so much uncertainty about it based on the politics. All the higher ups just say take it and anyone who has a valid question or concern about gets socially bashed. This just causes people not to take it. AABB is the COVID Vaccine right now and an AUDIT will change the perception and the stock will fly.
Looks like bounce off the bottom - look at the chart
I can take a picture of anyone's gold and say its mine. I had friends take a picture with a hot girl and say she was his girlfriend. The picture was real but the story was not. For 500 bucks AABB could have a third part audit their gold inventory and the money trail to acquire the gold. Any credible accounting firm could do it.
I agree with that, that is why I have a decent investment in AABB. I hope an audit comes soon, but AABB market cap is not really penny land any more. There are lots of OTCQB stocks out there with 1/100th the market cap of AABB. An Audit would calm the waters and we would see real gains in the stock. I am not selling what I have but just not buying any more until real numbers come out some day. An example look at ADMQ 14 mil market cap with Audited numbers. There is no real volatility with it and investors trust the numbers.
If you want people to believe the news show us some audited books. If the news was so great why is the stock in a down trend. I will answer it for you. Investors don't trust self prepared numbers and stupid finance deals that are clearly set up to make the lender rich. Who would make such a stupid deal that can't be paid back with cash and a stupid low conversion ratio? I will answer that for you too. The people Clive is giving his kick back too. If AABB can ever prove there is no corruption and they are truly doing what they say the stock would go up instead of down.
Benny you asked for proof Clive is selling. The proof is in the SEC rules. If Clive holds over a certain percentage of stock it will get restricted. If this happens he can only sell 1% of the float every quarter. The kicker to being restricted is wait up to 6 months depending on how the share were acquired. He can sell them before but all gain on the sale would have to be turned over to AABB and we know he is not going to do that. So yes Clive is selling.
A come back would be nice - still needs more volume
Sure I want AABB to go up too, but how can audited books hurt? If they could show the books are clean the stock could go up much faster. It will always look fishy that a company with the market cap size of AABB and not wanting their books audited. All this news to come will have a much greater impact on the stock if people could actually believe it. Audited numbers will give credibility to every news release.
Benny you say forget, don't worry - Are you a real investor??? Who invests money without good DD. Audited numbers provide a good resource for DD. If you want the stock to climb, quit cheerleading and get on the field by use your connections to get the books audited. If you own as much stock as you say you have a vested interest in getting the books audited so the stock can soar.
Yes - sale up - no new stock issued - that is what I look for
Q just posted - sales are up again - will dive into numbers tonight
Benny what are you smoking. Everything will change if they are doing things right. The stock will sky rocket with a clean audit. Investors don't like uncertainty and there are a lot of questions that could be settled with an audit. We all want to do DD and audited numbers are the best way to do it. Self prepared numbers will always be questioned and the market cap AABB warrants some audited numbers. I want to invest more in AABB. If management wants more long term investors they will do an audit. You said they tried before but was never finished. If there were problems with the past auditor there are 100 more that can do a non QB audit if they insist on staying pink. If there are things to hide they may not. AABB vision is great and I want to trust it but AABB needs to verify and support just based on the dollars here. You seem to have an in. Audited number will make the stock fly.
Q will tell all since ADMQ is audited - numbers are numbers and hope sales are still climbing
