It is if you choose. But not yet. Play the bounces.
There are still 13 billion AS that can be used to bilk future unsuspecting investors.
There will be a reverse split soon, so have your wallet ready for donations to pay his salary.
Boxed in.

If Liberals are truly honest about the need for electric cars, nuclear power is the only answer for the next 50 years until alternative energy is cost effective and plentiful.
Look for nuclear energy to rebound in the next 2-3 years.
I got back in yesterday and feel real good about it.
Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, nuclear power is the answer for the next 50 years. Just ask France. (I can't believe I just said that. I hate France).
Until that time, enjoy the volatility.
There has been lots of opportunity to make good money with this stock recently and over the past few years. I recently just sold for a 75% gain, and plan to again when I re-enter tomorrow.
This stock has been one of my few saviors.
Please explain the difference.
Gross profit of $5042 on revenues of $113519.
What's wrong with this picture?
If you're too lazy to read past posts, then go ahead... play for a spike.
The government has already handed out over a half million of them. These were donated by many companies and countries.
Jacques copied this directly from homelandsecuritynewswire.com .
This is one last try before the reverse split.

There will be a ceremonious reverse split soon, with new promises to create a new excitement to lure in fresh investors to pay Jacques salary.
Remember, there are still 14 billion shares available to utilize.
My post was to simply point out UNDT as an opportunist that exploits the latest trend or fad.
If you read the PR closely, all they are saying is "this is a great idea", but "we don't have the money".
Radiation detecting "mood rings" will be next.
Cut and paste from the New York Times to this PR:
"Radioactive substances are entering people's bodies from the air and from the food. It's everywhere," said Kiyoshi Toda, a radiation expert at Nagasaki University's faculty of environmental studies, and a medical doctor. "But the government doesn't even try to inform the public how much radiation they're exposed to."

Tizabi is an opportunist looking to use recent news to sell stock.
This will soar even higher when Obama is gone!
And your point is...?
Not very encouraging. Only 6M shares traded and the price plummets 17%. It's even worse if you look at the last 4 business days.
IMO, new shares have entered into this trading.
They all sucked, and may Corr rot in hell.
Got back in the game at 1.20
Looking good!
I think I'll get back in this game tomorrow.

Oct 03, 2011 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the five companies in the Coal & Consumable Fuels industry with the lowest Price To Forward Sales ratios. The ratio shows how much Wall Street values every dollar of the company's future sales and is useful in comparing comparable companies. Generally the lower the ratio, the more attractive the investment.
USEC (NYSE:USU - Snapshot Report) has the lowest with a Price To Forward Sales of 0.10x; James River Coal (NASDAQ:JRCC - Snapshot Report) is next with a Price To Forward Sales of 0.17x; and Patriot Coal (NYSE:PCX - Analyst Report) has the next lowest with a Price To Forward Sales of 0.27x.
By my quick calculations, about 14% of the float has traded in the last 5 business days.
My guess: profit taking
Could be: some dilution. Is the T/A reliable?
Expect a reverse split soon. It's difficult to dilute at these prices to pay his salary.
Any water with "fulvic acid" sounds disgusting.
It must be due to the latest Fukushima news, and knowing that UNDT has nothing to offer.
That would almost make sense if you had figured in the sales revenues from Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Canadian Tires, Do It Best, Duane Reade (etc.) that WNBD can use to pay bills also.
How much in sales is that?
Superb responses. Thanks.
Though irrelevant to AQLV, it was still an interest read. Thanks.
After reading this, I see greed and deceit.
How is this relevant to AQLV?
will guide our decision-making accordingly."
What that means is if I don't like the response, I will divest.
Given your line of work, you likely have access to both scientists and physicians.
An email inquiry has just been sent to our Regulatory Dept regarding your claim to clinical studies. I'll have their response tomorrow.
Factual information is critical. I'll share as soon as I get responses.
Thanks. I'll give it a shot. None of us who post here are experts on this... information from the company will guide our decision-making accordingly.
As I posted a couple days ago, the "clinical trial" was bothersome to me.
This is the type of info that can and should be easily explained by the company.
Has anybody had any satisfaction in obtaining information from the company directly? Do they have an investor relation person?
IMO, this is a superb risk/reward scenario.
Switching topics... I'm somewhat new here. Thanks to all for the informative postings. I appreciate the no-nonsense attitudes, and the lack of jackasses on this board.
I miss Fstarr's daily acumen. Not hearing about what is happening at Fukushima leaves a huge void in my life.
Fstarr, if you're still here, please give us an update on Japan.
Interesting numbers and nice digging. Thanks.
Good info, but I would bet that most of that money was government sponsored studies, and not consumer demand.
I'll gladly be more charitable AFTER I make money. :)
The only problem is that they're poor. Being the capitalist that I am, I would go where the money is.
The brass probably knows what they're doing... I'm just thinking out loud.
Great news, but the Kenya thing bothers me. I work for a medical device company, and the FDA doesn't let us piggy-back clinical trials from Europe, never mind Kenya. We have 5 years clinical data for a certain device done in Europe, and our glorious Feds won't consider any of it here...thus a painstaking 3 year trial period here before we can bring it to market here.
Why was Kenya selected and not the U.S.?
