But should not dilute for his salary. Salary should be based on business. Almost bo business almost no salary and not slmost no business and huge salary. Just not fair. He might make millions in the future I'm just not sure if we then have a decent amount of shares due to whatever he is doing. As said just an opinion frm a disgruntled investor. Still have all my shares and it is a decent amount.

Predictive Maintenance algorithms will analyze and correlate vehicle codes for possible cause-effect scenarios, such as alerting to “yet-to-fail” components that potentially could impact critical vehicle operation and driver safety.
Driver behavior data algorithms will correlate real-time face analysis with historical driver performance based on the same route, time, and weather conditions – potentially to activate real-time risk mitigation, such as blocking the accelerator or re-routing to rest areas.
In addition to the development of AI software algorithms, the Companies will develop and manufacture low-cost AI video cameras and devices that will be integrated with proprietary firmware designed to support any AI commercial fleet service providers. The specialized AI video hardware will be manufactured in Mexico and marketed throughout North America distribution channels independent of any wireless carrier or commercial fleet service provider.

53 million shares were added to the OS last week. The interesting part of it is that 27 million out of that were added as restricted. Maybe the huge AVG trade was a buy from an insider which is just not revealed so far?

If insider buy they have 2 business days (following the transacton date) to file a form 4. That would mean if the day of the huge AVG trade was really the buying day (15th June) that they have to file until tomorrow as friday counts as the first day and today is holiday. So tomorrow is the 2nd day.
This would for sure be a great sign when som of them buy even after the RS was announced. We will se.
