Not *ALL* bankruptcies are a loss to public company shareholders.
The repeated and voluminous howlings of bankruptcy is becoming a "cry wolf" story....
...I need a pinky promise that it's going to happen this time...
Emerging Growth is a tenant of the "Citigroup Center" building that has 34 floors of office space. But...did everyone know...that the 28th floor has approx 60 different and separate tenant spaces?
Take a look:
And the reference to a prior tenant in the building is a woeful lack of DD and is not even remotely associated with EG.
Wait...wasn't this Remdesivir study the one that "showed trending toward reducing time to recovery" but really didn't meet the trial's endpoints?
Well....I see the problem. Not watching in 1080HD !!!
The little "gear" should show "HD". 1080 still isn't the best resolution available, but it's the one that Emerging Growth streamed and recorded at.
Looks GREAT on my 34" Curved 4K monitor!!! ...in HD !!
In fact...if you take a shot later in the video like this when watching in HD:
...you can zoom in and see her pearly whites!!
YouTube help for how to watch in HD is here:
Not sure you could call a mAB a "chemical"...but it does take a fair amount of chemistry to produce.
There were some decent sources of info that were posted here in the past....too bad the current stickies focus on something else...used to have a good collection of data and posters here that cared about the drug specifically...different "shiny" things keep getting dragged from the past which in all honesty have little to do with what this company is bringing to market. Without a product...not much reason to be here. There was a poster named "Ohm20" who used to post very informative and scientifically valuable information here....but no more.
Let me dig through my old notes this weekend and see if there's something that I can post which you may enjoy going through.
Was there anything in particular that you were looking for?
I think the shenanigans started before 1991....let's look closer to right after his arrival in 1977....
It seems that Nader Zonouz Pourhassan was attending the Harding University (Searcy, AR) (https://www.harding.edu) in 1979 and was photographed as a senior in his class photos - I present Exhibit A:
Then...in 1980 he was photographed as being on the soccer team of Searcy High School (Searcy, AR) (https://www.searcyschools.org/o/searcy-high-school) ....sporting FACIAL hair nonetheless!!! I present Exhibit B:
I propose that Nader Zonouz Pourhassan may not be able prove that he even graduated high school since he was photographed a year after his "Senior Picture" from Harding University to be on the Searcy High School boys soccer team in 1980. What is this??? In fact, I believe he is technically a "Super-Duper-Super-Duper-Super-Duper-Super-Duper Senior" without proof of completing high school with a graduation diploma.
I hereby challenge Nader Zonouz Pourhassan to prove that he successfully and officially graduated from an accredited high school because without that he may have falsified documentation to gain entry into the following institutions of higher learning and earned invalid education credentials to:
Utah State University (1981-1985)
Bachelor of Science
Brigham Young University (1985 — 1990)
Master of Science (MS), Mechanical Engineering
University Of Utah (1991 — 1998)
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Mechanical Engineering
It's time to get to the bottom of this - once and for all!!!!
Inquiring minds would like to know.
If anyone would care to read the court documents, NP voluntarily appeared in court and he was taken into custody in the courtroom.
There's background on why he was in NYC for the appearance, but it escapes me right now...
...hahah...."escapes me right now"...that was punny....har..har...I crack myself up....
THE SHORTY REPORTY for 29Sep21
From Tuesday to Wednesday EOD...
Not a lot has changed...
The number of short contracts went up again. From 281 to 286.
The number of short shares went from 37,127,000 to 37,144,468.
They've hit the ceiling on shares to short...But that can change either way at any time now.
Again, just for comparison, on 30Jun20 there were only about 19M shares short....yesterday it was still DOUBLE that
Avg short contract is now 89.46 from 88.59. Longer term contracts are continuing to cost those shorts borrowing costs.
Short lending volume went from 1,489,254 to 139,232 - relatively quiet day for short volume.
Cost to borrow went from 11.00 to 14.25 - nice little jump up.
Another increase of 5 short contracts in one day and pretty much the same shares short on contract.
Based on the age of contracts, I'm thinking the entry point range of most short contracts to be in the mid-Jun to mid-Jul 21 timeframe. CYDY was averaging about $1.75 around then.
Still looks like their next pain threshold is in the $2.70 to $2.75 price range. Maybe as low as $2.65.
This recent increase in the numbers shares short is very concerning in the current absence of solid news. The Emerging Growth conference answered a couple of questions but nothing substantial to give support. I expect price erosion as shorts do their thing to suppress share price.
Those are some thought provoking questions....
Let's make sure they're in Nader's autobiography and the mini-series screenplay.
I think it'll be on Netflix...I heard that Black-Ops was *NOT* going to be played by some French model...but rather by Clint Eastwood.
THE SHORTY REPORTY for 28Sep21
From Monday to Tuesday EOD...
There continues to be more turds in the pool...
The number of short contracts went UP AGAIN !!! from 276 to 281 !!
The number of short shares went from 37,145,000 to 37,127,900 !!!
That’s only a decrease of 17,100 shares.
Just for comparison, on 30Jun20 there were only about 19M shares short....yesterday it was DOUBLE !!
Avg short contract is now 88.59 from 87.71. Longer term contracts are continuing to cost those shorts borrowing costs.
Short lending volume went from 389,176 to 1,489,524 - back up to "normal" levels.
Cost to borrow went from 10.98 to 11.00 - pretty much stable and low.
Overall, looks like another increase of 5 short contracts and pretty much the same shares short on contract.
The likelihood of Market Maker coordination of "shaking the tree" with some wild drops to trigger stop losses could continue. It doesn't look like Tuesday dip to $2.00 triggered many....so let's keep it that way.
True. There were ~600K on a Form-4 late last week. That might account for about 7% of that 4M+ figures...but I'm still puzzled by the average contract age jumping A LOT at the same time.
Doesn't match up to what I'd expect from warrants hitting the street.
Black-Ops,
As of yesterday it was 276 short contracts out for a total of 37,145,000 shares short.
Big jump from the prior day by over 4M shares.
I think we saw some attempts by the MM and shorts to "shake the tree" for stop losses around $2.00 to $2.20 range. Their aggressiveness and hunger will be a lingering evil....
Well....did *ANYONE* around here realize this:
"Chris" is the diminutive form of "Christopher"?
https://www.behindthename.com/name/christopher
Yup...and if people think those were photoshopped....then they must think the LA Times was hacked and this article was planted....
https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1999-jan-20-mn-65480-story.html
Yup. OTC Markets is "up to date" since the new Amended Rule 15c2-11 that went into effect 28Sep21.
No one would be mean enough to tell everyone about his traffic ticket in Orange County, CA back in 2006? Would they ?
The one that was an "INFRACTION"??? A license plate not being displayed correctly? And the window tint part that was dismissed?
Ya....I know about Chris and his past..... as I do about a lot of other people....
Maybe they had taken contracts out in the dark pools and moved those from one side of the broker's house to another. With that size of 4M+ shares...might be plausible.

THE SHORTY REPORTY for 27Sep21
From Friday to Monday EOD...
There is a troubling dark disturbance in The Force….
The number of short contracts went from 236 to 276 !!
The number of short shares went from 32,466,324 to 37,145,000 !!!
That’s an increase of 4,678,676 shares.
Looks like some heavies are entering the game.
Avg short contract is now 87.71 from 65.32. That huge increase is interesting and difficult to understand why such a large increase in one day.
Short lending volume went from 1,374,105 to 389,176 - down about 984,929.
Cost to borrow went from 10.30 to 10.98 - pretty much stable and low.
Overall, looks like another increase of 40 short contracts and a HUGE increase in shares short on contract.
Still looks like their next pain threshold is in the $2.70 to $2.75 price range.
The huge increase in the numbers shares short is very concerning in the current absence of solid news. The likelihood of short attacks has increased and so has the impact of those attacks.
But weren't there a clause that those converted warts would need to be held for six months as common before being able to be sold ?
Misiu143,
You know....during an uplisting all shares are called in. Meaning anyone that is short is forced to cover. Now the question is...would the naked shorts have to cover also? And wouldn't at that time it be known how many shares were shorted...both legal and naked?
Hmmm....interesting dilemma to think about....
Unfortunately the magnitude of short squeeze people are hoping for is not going to happen.....at least with legal shorts.
If anyone wants to go down the "criminal conspiracy of sorts" with naked shorting....I'll have to defer to those much more familiar of how that would work.
I think Black-Ops has touched on this topic several times. I was paying attention but not sure if everyone else was.
Come on, man !!! Can't start something and not finish.
Still looking for how any of this "criminal conspiracy of sorts" would benefit CytoDyn or Fife. Sounds like mutually assisted financial suicide to me. Very implausible and borders on lunacy of reasoning to make such accusations.
Abandonment of the question constitutes an Article 113 violation!!!
Focus....Focus....
We're discussing possible direct causes to the Jun 2020 share price runup and crash on 30Jun20.
Let's all please stay on topic and not get side tracked.....doing so will constitute having to wear a "happy hat" for a day.
Uh....those are *NOT* my words.
So, you're saying that CytoDyn was responsible for the climb of the stock the last two weeks of June 2020 and then intentionally helped Fife cause them to crash?
What would be the upside to CytoDyn for this "criminal conspiracy of sorts"?
Also....I don't recall any employee or consultant of CytoDyn talking up the stock. I *DO* recall someone that was just released from consultancy with CytoDyn that *REALLY* did pump up the promise of leronlimab.....
If anyone needs reminding...you can refresh yourself here:
https://www.ted.com/talks/bruce_patterson_m_d_translating_a_recent_scientific_discovery_about_covid_19
So....you're saying that the S-3 that the SEC declared effective on 11May20...which is essentially the same as the the two that remain to be declared effective...was illegal?
plz 'splain some more....
Soooo....now it's not NP, Kelly, Mulholland, etc that under SEC/DOJ investigation....it's Fife?
What happened to all the months and months of finger pointing at CytoDyn's employees? Is that all wasted work?
I'm pretty sure Fife secretly has a wooden leg...would that make him a financial securities pirate ? AFAF.....
THE SHORTY REPORTY for 24Sep21 (Friday last week)
From Thursday to Friday EOD...
Big news...now only 99.59% shares short utilization!!!
The reason is more shares are available to short causing this down-tick.
The number of short contracts went UP from 230 to 236.
The total number of shares short went from 32,410,824 to 32,466,324 - an increase of +55,000.
More sharts and and a tad more shares short.
Avg short contract is now 65.32 from 64.43. Went up ~0.9 days. Long term shorts continue hanging in there.
Short lending volume went from 1,631,017 to 1,374,105 - down about 256,912.
The total CYDY volume was 1,479,934...so get this...on Friday 93% of volume was shorts!!
Cost to borrow went from 10.27 to 10.30 - pretty much stable and low.
Overall, looks like another increase of 6 short contracts and more shares short on contract.
Still looks like their next pain threshold is in the $2.70 to $2.75 price range.
Remember, friends don't let friends have CYDY in a margin account.
Keep those shares from being shorted by those sharters.
Congratulations on your HGEN way forward.
I'm encouraged with CYDY's way forward.
How are those HGEN calls working?
CytoDyn is about being dynamic and moving foward.
What happened with that HGEN EUA ?
Did HGEN make a pledge to reperform the trial with more attainable endpoints that can get an assured EUA?
I know what CytoDyn is doing about the trial brought up - lots of changes in dosing, administration, CRO choice, etc. A much, much better future on approval chances.
Living in the past is for people with dead ideas.
Try looking to the future !!! It's what dynamic people do.
Wait....129 times ??? In ONE trial !!!??? [flashback to the movie "Clerks"...]
I find that difficult to fathom....
But I do recall that HGEN touted positive results from the 520-person, placebo-controlled study that found lenzilumab administered by IV improved the odds of ventilator-free survival by 54%. The patients received three infusions of lenzilumab, each infusion separated by eight hours over a 24-hour period with other treatments.
And I do recall that CytoDyn's trial at Day 14 there was a 80%+ decrease in mortality. And these patients received only two 700mg of Leronlimab in SubQ injection once per week...for two weeks...but unfortunately "something" prevented four doses over four weeks.
My maffs are a little rusty....but I'm pretty sure 82% improved mortality is better than 54%. Somebody, please...correct me if my maffs is inconnect.
A further look at the share shorting sharts shorting short share stories....
I took a look at when the average contract age really dipped down - meaning a bunch of new contracts were initiated.
The most recent occurrence would be on 14Jun21 - which happens to be about 70 days ago and coupled with the current average contract age being 64.5 days...this is most likely when a bunch of shares short were taken out on contract. The shares short utilization then was about 68%, the number of contracts went from ~190 to ~240, and the share price was $1.78. So, the shorts have to have 150% of the value of the position at the time the short contract is initiated in their margin account. For CYDY, that would have been $2.67/share.
Fast forward to the latest day of data - 23Sep21. It looks like many of those short contracts are still holding out. The price is now $2.31 at closing.
When the share price approaches $2.67 many of the shorts will most likely be needing to rebalance their margin account to 150% of $2.67....or $4.00 to keep the contract open.
For example:
(NOTE: The names used are not actual names despite many thinking so.)
On 14Jun21, Shorty B. Dumm takes out 150,000 shares CYDY on a short contract with the current share price of $1.78. Her margin account would have to have approx $400,000 value to secure the contract. Time passes and the contract is maintained...still have to pay those borrowing fees....
Future date...Say...15Oct21, CYDY share price hits $2.67 and crosses the 150% threshold requirement the broker requires. At this point, to maintain the contract, Shorty B. Dumm would need to add ~$200,000 *MORE* to her margin account value either by adding cash (broker preferred situation) or would have to close other short contracts to get that value in her margin account up to requirements.
Another future date...say 30Nov21, Shorty B. Dumm is still betting that CYDY is going to fall on their face with the trials....in fact she's been on the message boards everyday posting her opinions of such...and pretty much performing a "refactoring of the truth". Well, the CYDY share price hits $3.99 at close. She is sooooo convinced that the interim trial results will announce failure. The stock price is a penny short of another 150% maintenance requirement...which will be $6/share or $900,000 of value.....and guess what....interim trial results are announced after hours. The trial has shown that leronlimab reduces mortality by 85% with a p value of 0.0001. A buying frenzy starts....at the opening bell the price gaps up to $10, the broker demands payment *NOW*....poor Shorty B. Dumm needs to turn over $1,500,000 to the broker *NOW*!!!
Poor Shorty B. Dumm lost a lot of sleep for quite a long time after that day....
All this started with Shorty B. Dumm buying in at $400,000 margin and now owes $1,500,000.
And all the longs didn't sleep well that night....they were up partying and celebrating!!
Typically mark to market accounting is for corporations and nonprofit organizations in the United States.
I'm neither....and I would venture to say that the 43,000+ investors in CYDY aren't either.
So, invalid point.
How could anyone have lost money unless they sold their stock?
And I wonder where they would get the idea that they should sell their stock?
And what content posted here would convince anyone that they should sell their stock?
I wonder who would post things like:
