Ur-Energy's Lost Creek Production Rate Exceeding Expectations
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/ur-energys-lost-creek-production-100000249.html
LITTLETON, Colo., Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ur-Energy Inc. (TSX:URE, NYSE MKT:URG) ("Ur-Energy" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an operational performance update for the Company's recently opened Lost Creek uranium recovery project in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
(Logo: http://photos.prnewswire.com/prnh/20110913/LA67628LOGO)
The Lost Creek facility recently surpassed a daily recovery rate of 2,200 pounds of uranium oxide (U3O8), which is equivalent to an annualized production rate of over 800,000 pounds. The process flow rate through the recovery plant circuits is currently sustained above 1,800 gallons per minute. The flow is derived from three header houses in the first mine unit area. Additional header houses will be brought on line when needed to sustain the targeted production rate. The Company expects to commission the final process circuits in coming weeks and start shipping finished product from Lost Creek during the fourth quarter. Total production for the period including August and September will be reported within the Company's interim financial reports following the end of the quarter.
Ur-Energy Vice President of Operations Steve Hatten commented, "Aspects of the Lost Creek Project are now functioning well above of the projected levels. Ur-Energy's Lost Creek team has brought a high level of commitment and dedication to the success of this project and results are now becoming apparent."

Court Upholds BLM Record of Decision on Ur-Energy's Lost Creek Project
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/court-upholds-blm-record-decision-133600583.html
LITTLETON, Colo. , Sept. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Ur-Energy Inc. (TSX: URE, NYSE MKT: URG) ("Ur-Energy" or the "Company") has received an "Order Upholding Agency Action" from the U.S. District Court for Wyoming (the "Order") which upholds the BLM's Record of Decision authorizing the Company's Lost Creek Project in Sweetwater County , Wyoming .
(Logo: http://photos.prnewswire.com/prnh/20110913/LA67628LOGO)
On September 18, 2013 , the U.S. District Court for Wyoming denied all relief sought by a Wyoming -based environmental group, which had challenged the Lost Creek Record of Decision issued by the BLM in October 2012 . (Company News Release, November 13, 2012 ) Earlier, the Court denied the petitioner's motion for preliminary injunction, which had sought to halt the ongoing construction and operations at the Lost Creek Project. (Company Press Release, March 4, 2013 )
Ur-Energy President and CEO Wayne Heili stated, "We are pleased to receive the Court's confirmation of the BLM's Record of Decision. The Ur-Energy team again commends all of the local, state and federal agencies who worked diligently over the past several years reviewing permit applications and other submissions to confirm Lost Creek's compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations."
In the 31-page Order denying all relief sought by the petitioner, the Court found that, "[e]xtensive and exhaustive reviews of the potential environmental impacts of this Project . . . were undertaken by BLM, in conjunction with other State and Federal agencies." The Order confirms that the BLM's decision to authorize the Lost Creek Project is in full compliance with federal law.
The Court's decision comes as production activities at Lost Creek continue to come online after operational start-up last month, on August 2, 2013 .

Other Events
On August 8, 2013, three of Uranerz Energy Corporation's (the "Company") senior officers, Dennis Higgs, Executive Chairman, Glenn Catchpole, President & CEO and Kurtis Brown, Senior Vice President, Geology & Development corrected the filing of Form 144 notices regarding their intention to sell shares of common stock of the Company in the open market under Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. Shareholders should not take the previously filed Form 144s as an indication that these senior officers intend to sell shares of the Company in the next three months. The forms were filed in error by a brokerage firm.
The Form 144 notices should not have been filed, because no bona fide sale order has been placed with a broker and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rule 10b5-1 trading plans entered into by the senior officers, there is currently no bona fide intention that shares of common stock will be sold on behalf of such senior officers within a reasonable period of time due to minimum share price restrictions contained in the trading plans.
In May and June of 2013, Messrs. Higgs, Catchpole and Brown each entered into Rule 10b5-1 trading plans in relation to their shareholdings of the Company. Rule 10b5-1 trading plans direct a third-party administrator to undertake sales of the officer's shareholdings on their behalf pursuant to the terms and conditions of the trading plan, without further instruction or influence from such officer. The Rule 10b5-1 trading plans entered into by the Company's senior officers provided for several conditions for a sale, including: (1) a minimum selling price which is, in each case, well above the current market price of the Company's shares of common stock; and (2) strict volume limitations on the number of shares that could be sold during any three-month period of time.

Uranerz Provides Corporate Update
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/uranerz-provides-corporate-124500828.html
CASPER, WYOMING--(Marketwired - Jul 25, 2013) - Uranerz Energy Corporation ("Uranerz" or the "Company") (URZ.TO)(NYSE MKT:URZ)(U9E.F) is pleased to provide an update on Company activities.
The Company's primary focus over the past year has been on construction of the processing facility and installation of the monitor, injection and recovery wells for in-situ recovery ("ISR") operations at its Nichols Ranch ISR Uranium Project, located in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming, U.S.A. Uranerz has completed drilling the first of two deep disposal wells which are required to be operational prior to commencement of uranium recovery operations. The first well has been drilled to a depth of 8,860 feet and the casing and cementing operations have been completed. The drilling rig will now be moved to the second deep disposal well site to start drilling operations there. A completion rig will begin the hole completion work on the first deep disposal well, followed by construction of supporting infrastructure. It is expected to take approximately five months to complete both wells, including the installation of necessary infrastructure and related testing.
The deep disposal wells will be used to remove non-hazardous byproduct solutions from the ISR process. The Company expects to start operations at the Nichols Ranch facility and commence uranium production later this year or early 2014, after the two deep disposal wells are completed.
As previously announced, the Company continues working with State administrators to complete the documentation for the closing of a $20,000,000 loan under the Wyoming Industrial Development Revenue Bond Program. The loan is expected to carry an annual interest rate of 5.75% and be repayable over seven years. Closing is subject to customary closing conditions and final approval of the State Treasurer and County Commissioners.

Japan LDP election win may restart nuclear plants
Tuesday July 23, 2013, 4:00am PDT
By Michael Kitchen
LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Sunday's victory for Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's Liberal Democratic Party in upper-house elections could pave the way for the reopening of many of the nation's shuttered nuclear-power plants, the Nikkei business daily reported Monday. All but two of Japan's 50 nuclear plants remain closed after a mass shutdown in the wake of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster following the March 2011 earthquake. However, the LDP has backed reopening those reactors that meet safety concerns, and they may act on this now that they control both houses of the Diet, Japan's legislature, the Nikkei report said. Japanese authorities are currently evaluating applications to restart 12 reactors at six nuclear facilities, with a reactor run by Shikoku Electric Power Co. JP:9507 -0.26% possibly passing screening by early next year, the report said. However, the report also said securing agreement from some local governments may be difficult. Ahead of the election results, in which the LDP was widely expected to win a majority, shares of Shikoku Electric had risen 0.1% Friday, while Tokyo Electric Power Co. JP:9501 -6.69% TKECF -6.33% fell 1.2%, Chubu Electric Power Co. JP:9502 +0.67% CHUEF -0.63% lost 2%, Kansai Electric Power Co. JP:9503 0.00% ended flat, but Hokkaido Electric Power Co. JP:9509 -0.07% HKEPF +71.43% rose 1%.
