this doesn't make sense to me. Why would anyone do a short sale when the share price is suppose to rise because they are suppose to , merge, get a jv or whatever. I think for the most part the short sellers know more than the average investors. seems like the short sellers are more right than not.

Why would you think this would even come close to a buck a share. They never shoo proof of anything. Never follow up with dAtes for updates. I want them to show me actual proof of anything they say and exists of a JV.

well I can say it took a ton of bricks for me to admit this was a total scam from day one. I knew the chances of this to be legit was almost nel BUT I thought "maybe" lol or maybe not. I admit I'm disappointed that it didn't come thru for me. those are the rules of the game

I just sent Hartman a letter asking him to update as well several questions, hopefully he'll answer them. And I agree with you.
