News hits and it drops 20%.
Comical at this point.
Guess that's what happens when you alienate shareholders in the OTC.
Hahaha.
Thanks for the laugh on this slow Friday.
My gut tells me Mr. Brown has NOTHING to do with the recent price increase. This is backward from the direction his company's share price typically moves.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
He brought incredible value and assets to shareholders here, eh?
I'd wager that he failed at his fiduciary duty actually.
Yep. They are doing a great job, aren't they?
Mr. Brown maybe more talented than we all realize.
Simultaneously wrecking three tickers at once takes some form of talent.
It's a mere thought.
I understand that in order to know success, you must know failure but it seems that Mr. Brown only knows failure of late.
Unless the success isn't for the shareholders but for someone or something else. To which I ask, are there more devious plans going on than what shareholders may be privy to?
This is embarrassing.
What a joke of a CEO Mr. Brown is showing himself to be.
Unfortunately with Mr. Brown at the helm, it's very much possible I've come to realize through my DD.
Also, he had a SEC filing ticker that is now on the expert market......
Unless Mr. Green and the rest of STGZ step in and prevent it from happening.
Wholly agree
That's the worst part about it.
He's to busy pumping the stock he claims he holds no shares in.
He watched some of his perceived wealth evaporate as soon as he took over. That should tell him something.
I just hope we don't end up on the expert market.
As long as Mr. Brown doesn't accomplish grey sheet/expert market in record time, I think you're right.
Hahaha.
Well, no offense but I don't want to join that club.
I am not a fan of Mr. Brown and his......scams for lack of a better term, but there's no denying the hype that launched another ticker with fat share structure into the penny range.
Was hoping for that here because this share structure WAS ripe for a sweet run. His alienation of shareholders and creation of bag holders through dilution and empty promises screwed the chances here unfortunately. I wanted that pure psychological play. My DD, albeit brief, showed me that there's substantial risk holding anything he's involved with over any period of time due to his inability to deliver time and time again.
Yep.
Bought prior to the news. Traded on the run up.
Bought more on the back side.
Now stuck like chuck. My fault for buying more thinking hype and cult following was going to come.
Perhaps, but he's been able to sell shareholders on failure.
There's a large cult following of Mr. Brown however it has waned on the recent months as many are tired of being strung along with the carrots of share dividends, share buyback, pink current, perpetual energy, disruptive technology and lack of partnerships.
He fails to deliver. On everything. The house of cards will fall soon enough.
As we have seen (through the "conference calls" he is a talker and a sales person.
It's difficult to tell what the deal was behind closed doors but evidently both parties felt they benefitted from it in the beginning.
That's the unfortunate thing with playing with OTCs. It's difficult, as a shareholder to express dissent in a company as the executives often hold the super majority of voting ability through preferred shares.
350,000,000 in shares is insane, I agree.
Who knows what carrot he dangled in front of Mr. Green like he has his shareholders.
I was in $STGZ before Mr. Brown was brought in.
Since he's been brought in, it's obvious to see how he failed to deliver on the other tickers and their decay. It's also obvious to see the market sentiment toward him and his inability to run a company.
He brought that same decay to Stargaze.
Since I really began DDing, there's a trail of defunct shells and attempts at moving "assets" to which it appears only he knows what they are.
If history repeats itself, which is the likely case here, $STGZ will end up defunct too. That is unless they reverse the deal much like Appreciated Media did (https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/12/09/2142106/0/en/Appreciated-Media-Announces-Director-Resignation.html).
We all need it with Mr. Brown running the show.
The issue here isn't the shell. It was clean.
He claimed they were doing an Audit for SEC filing in September. Here we are in November and no audit has been done.
Nor is there any sign that one is being done.
He has a long history of attempts on.....stuff......but fails to deliver.
Check out Entertainment Boulevard, Wonderfilm, Appreciated Media. Etc.
The track record of failure is long.
https://www.barchart.com/story/news/4947048/appreciated-media-to-resume-quotation-on-the-otcqb
Because people saw the hype that he brought to the sister ticker that has since died as he has continued to fail to deliver there also.
Two weeks?
Have you seen the chart and decay of stock price since they named Mr. Brown CEO?
https://siliconvalleylivenews.com/stargaze-entertainment-group-inc-stgz-announces-the-appointment-of-a-new-chairman-ceo/
This was on 8/12/2021. Closing price of STGZ was $0.43 USD
Today it closed at $0.0710
A decline of 83.49%
He brought great value for shareholders.
What products?
There's nothing.
He pulled the alleged NFT deal. HUMM is a mere thought. His lack of execution is overflowing on everything he touches as evidenced by his other shells.
He's got to be one of the worst CEOs to grace the OTC.
Incompetent on many levels.
No. It's an amendment to the original one.
I was not expecting it to be there again today but it is..... Interesting.
This one is very slow moving.....
Do we know what the wait is or rumors anyway?
I hope that everything went well.
Lowering a Reg A to sell it will do that.
Oh well. Only my buys and sells are what I can control.
My nest is lined with as many as I need.
That's pretty large.
Apparently random.
Very interesting.
This is a moot point.
They don't own any pulling units. That's the rig they are talking about..........
Lots of companies don't own pulling units but instead will contract that work out.
Thank you!
Good info.
Surprised me.
Just added this to my watch list based on the float and news today.
I like his dreams. Let's see the execution.
This SS and "shell" is MUCH MUCH better and more my preference than HPIL
I really think that Zippa and that division is being over looked and may actually catch on a lot better than people are giving credit to.
