Cultivation Conundrum – Expanding Grow Facilities Sustainably and Cost-Effectively
http://mmjbusinessdaily.com/guest-column-the-cultivation-conundrum-scaling-grow-facilities-sustainably-and-cost-effectively/
When and where will this grow warehouse be besides in her dreams IMO?
Since when does Donnell WALK ON WATER?
Fastmoney As of June 30, 2014 the last filing.
Authorized shares 5,000,000,000 Just like QASP
Out standing shares 949,084,442 which could be much less than QASP
I wish some one would post reasons why my reasons don't hold water in Florida with Amendment 2. With so many positive post some one should be able to answer my question.
Even if Amendment 2 passes in Florida, under the current rules and regulations set by the Health Department will not benefit QASP. Current rules are being challenged by the growers association. Even if the growers get some changes in the rules IMO Home Growing will still not be allowed and enough license will not be issued for the QASP grow warehouses plan to work. IMO those who are so positive about Florida should be prepared for a set back.
Hopeful entrepreneurs see green as Florida voters consider medical marijuana measure

That's my problem!!! I do read the PR'S. Donnell speaks with forked tongue!
Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. would like to provide the following update to its shareholders and investment community. Hydro-Grow Supply, Inc. is doing great and revenues have already increased from prior years. The new ecommerce website site will be debuting in September of 2014 together with our new name and national brand.

She promised ecommerce site and name change in September. What Happened. IMO she has no credibility!!
Why QASP IS NOT TRADING.
The ATS OTC Link apparently did not allow all members to login this morning and failed to display all orders in the market. they apparently tried to get it up in a 30 minute period but couldnt fix the issue and FINRA stepped in and halted trading until further notice.
Notice: FINRA has halted trading in OTC equity securities. Updates will be posted as they become available.???????

TALLAHASSEE Fla. (Reuters) - A new poll shows a Florida ballot initiative to legalize medical marijuana falling short of the votes needed to pass, with even supporters acknowledging on Thursday that they were struggling in the face of well-funded conservative opposition.
Following a two-week barrage of attack ads, the latest poll shows just 48 percent of Florida voters support a constitutional amendment to allow doctors to prescribe marijuana for medical purposes. It must secure 60 percent voter approval to pass.
“It’s like a cliche in political races, but we’re at a point when the only poll that matters is the one on Election Day,” said Ben Pollara, who runs the pro-legalization United for Care campaign.
The University of Florida poll, conducted for the Tampa Bay Times newspaper and central Florida's Bay News 9 and News 13 television stations, found 44 percent of voters were opposed to medical marijuana. Only 7 percent were undecided.
Pollsters surveyed 781 likely voters between Oct. 7 and 12, with a margin of error of 3.2 percentage points.
The latest findings are a marked shift from early polls suggesting the amendment would sail to passage with approval numbers well above 70 percent.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, a prominent spokesman against the amendment, said the measure has run into a voter backlash.
“Approval is dropping precipitously in polls,” he said. “People are paying attention and realizing that what they thought it was, marijuana exclusively for the sick, is not true.”
The shift in public opinion comes amid a wave of attack ads, largely financed by Las Vegas casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, claiming the measures is worded so broadly that it could allow people to get marijuana for non-medical purposes.
Opponents include "Don’t Let Florida Go to Pot," coalition featuring the leading state doctors' association, sheriffs and police chiefs and some large business groups.
The chief backer of the medical marijuana push, Orlando trial lawyer John Morgan, has spent $4 million promoting his campaign.
He began an advertising campaign this week, with a spot in which Morgan describes his brother paralyzed and suffering painful seizures that marijuana prescriptions could help.
The amendment would permit doctors to prescribe marijuana for cancer, AIDS, ALS and other serious conditions, when a physician determines that benefits outweigh potential risks.

Who will be licensed to grow medical marijuana?
http://www.news4jax.com/news/who-will-be-licensed-to-grow-medical-marijuana/29148776
I must have missed the PR saying that QASP had the supplies to open a Cultivation Center It must be a very SMALL Cultivation Center.
What is the big deal with QASP being Headquartered in Florida. QASP is a Colorado Corporation and can't get a dispensary licensee.
At the present time marijuana is going for around $3,000 LB. A broker that matches buyers to sellers believes the price will drop to around $1,000. LB. If this happens, what will happen to QASP bottom line?
People over 65 and older in Florida is 18.7% not "Pretty Much every other person is elderly and retired in Florida"

I wonder if Donnell is going to Spin Off Green Energy Investments Inc.?
My DD is telling me that Alabama is a CBD sate just like Florida at the present time, only the University of Alabama will be able to dispense the CBD oils. IMO the Alabama rules will not help QASP.
The toxic players will never be gone. Once a pinky starts up the printing press it will never be stopped.

Where will the funding come from for this so called cultivation center?. If shareholders have any equity left it will have to go to the people doing the funding.

So I assume Wal-Mart is in the Marijuana Sector since they sell grow lights, hydroponics and all types of growing supplies.
When did QASP become part of the Marijuana Sector?
Sure do with a .0006 average. I bought after a quickie DD. Since then I have spent many hours doing DD about Florida and other states. IMO if Donnell had researched Florida and the different states laws she IMO would have not embarked down the MMJ sector unless all she wanted to do was pull the wool over peoples eyes and sell shares. I believe there will be runs but will not go over .009. No I'm not selling until I make enough to buy my grand kids a Happy Meal. Thanks for asking dude.
Good information about MMJ states and CBD states.

Sounds like a Pipe Dream!
Sure money is going to be made and I hope to be one of the people.
Time will tell....QASP will never go over .01 IMO unless a R/S is involved.
Even if Amendment 2 passes in Florida, under the current rules and regulations set by the Health Department will not benefit QASP. Current rules are being challenged by the growers association. No Problem.
Not to my knowledge.
I took profits early on. I bought a lot of shares at .03. I still hold 1,382,00 free shares.
Take it any way you want to. Lowman still post on IHUB. Why don't you run him down and ask him if he communicates with badge.

Florida MMJ Measure in Trouble?
Tags: amendment 2, florida medical marijuana
The anti-medical marijuana campaign in Florida appears to be taking its toll on legalization efforts.
The latest SurveyUSA poll in Florida on the state’s MMJ ballot measure found that just 51% of voters favor the initiative, with 33% opposed and 15% uncertain. That marks the fourth consecutive weekly decline in support levels in the SurveyUSA poll. A month ago, 56% of those surveyed said they would vote for the measure.
Polls conducted by other groups have found varying levels of support, including one from July in which nearly 90% of respondents backed the measure.
Many of these were taken before Drug Free Florida – the campaign against MMJ – really got rolling.
In recent months, casino mogul Sheldon Adelson has poured $4 million into fighting Amendment 2, which would legalize MMJ for patients with serious ailments.
In many other states, a 51% support rating wouldn’t be bad news. But in Florida, amendments to the state constitution need 60% to pass.
The SurveyUSA poll was conducted between Oct. 2-6 and included responses from 750 Floridians.
