Congress may block marijuana legalization in Washington, DC
http://news.yahoo.com/congress-may-block-marijuana-legalization-164002836.html
IMO QASP by January 1, 2016 that's fourteen months away will not have received any revenues (zero) from there on MJ Grow Warehouse,
Complete Turn Around?
How much of the Total Revenue ($229,962) came from the Garden Supply Store?
It is rumored that Bernie Madoff gave Donnell the floor plan for the QASP MJ Grow Warehouses.

Alabama House BIll 550 tabled in committee.

Alabama's House Bill 550 which is like Florida's Amendment 2 was tabled in committee in 2013. The citizens were not allowed to vote on it. At least Florida's citizens did vote on it.
Both Alabama and Florida have CBD MMJ, (Low THC). Below is a link to the different states laws. Scroll down to the CBD section and IMO you will find Florida's laws are more liberal than Alabama's laws. If I am wrong please correct me. Remember, Trust But Verify.

A bill might get passed but will it have enough votes to over-ride the veto power of the governor? The legislature session starts in March. Before making that trip to the bank I would suggest a little DD about Florida politics!
I wonder what the hippies bought that they couldn't buy in any or all garden shops?
I thought all QASP was a gardening shop. Has QASP generated any revenues from MMJ/MJ ? If so, give link.
Shrinking Majority Of Americans Supports Marijuana Legalization, New Gallup Poll Shows

Just saw John Morgan on the news saying the fight has just started. He and his group will be going to the Florida legislation to see if a bill can go forward to pass medical marijuana.
Florida's constitution requires 60% to amendment it.
Below is the rules to amend the U.S. constitution.
How is the Constitution amended?
Article V of the Constitution prescribes how an amendment can become a part of the Constitution. While there are two ways, only one has ever been used. All 27 Amendments have been ratified after two-thirds of the House and Senate approve of the proposal and send it to the states for a vote. Then, three-fourths of the states must affirm the proposed Amendment.

Why is Alabama more proactive than Florida, both have Low-THC laws?
We have to put up with Scott until 2018!
The only way Rick Scott would sigh an executive order making medical marijuana legal is when a Virgin graduates from the University Of Florida!
I thought bye was spelled BUY!

Questions that need to be answered.
Where will funding come from for the Grow warehouses?
Will states allow more than one grower under one roof?
How many square feet will the grow warehouses be?
Who will pay the electric and water bills until a crop comes in?
Will the grow warehouses be hydroponic only?
How will the cloning, growing and budding rooms be separated?
There are several companies public and private that will sell or lease with financing for buildings and equipment for grow warehouses. How can QASP compete with these companies When it will just take days to get them in operation. One company that has 2 hydroponic grow warehouses for vegetables in Florida says he can covert them to marijuana in 48 hours and is top of the list for 6 license's in Las Vegas NV.
Only if more younger voters than older voters get out and vote.

The QASP dog won't hunt!
At one time I thought the MJ/MMJ had a chance but not the flight school part. I bought in with some quick DD for a starter position. Since then with some serious DD looking at different state laws, rules and regulations QASP business plan IMO does not look that good and also the credibility of management IMO.
I don't post on a board unless I own shares in the company. So I think I will hang on to my shares for now. There is two sides to a coin. IMO a company is not all good!
There is a good chance the MJ/MMJ sector will run but there is a good chance QASP will not run. It not to bright for a company to PR they are buying a dispensary before they know if it would legal to own one and PR there would be a name change, setting up a ecommerce site in September and here it is November with no name change and website.
If Oregon passes Nov. 4 it will allow home grow. I wonder if QASP is looking to open a supply grow store.
Oregon residents would also be allowed to grow marijuana at home, which could diminish the market for retail stores but boost opportunities for hydroponics stores and companies that make small-scale cultivation equipment.

IMO 00 is the same amount of credibilty Donnell has !!
IMO volume should start to pick up today with an increase in the share price.
Why Aren't There Any Medical-Marijuana Dispensaries In Massachusetts?
Next week will mark two years since Massachusetts voters overwhelmingly said yes on a ballot question legalizing the use of medical marijuana. When it first passed, would-be dispensary owners and entrepreneurs were seeing green. But now, they’re seeing red — frustrated by what they call foot-dragging by the state Department of Public Health in approving licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries.

What I find interesting is the PR released on April 8th. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61768586 It seems to me that a CEO worth its weight in salt would ensure compliance with all laws and regulations for final approval and to permit Quasar in moving forward with the deal before the press release. Did the CEO know that QASP did not comply with the rules and regulations for a dispensary under Colorado law? IMO this was her way to Rope-A- Dope the shareholders of QASP

If Amendment 2 passes that is just half the battle. The current administration which is up for re-election is against MMJ (except CBD) and IMO they will try to derail the intent of the law. They could keep the rules and regulations tied up in court for an indefinite time. The growers association has already started litigation against the Florida Health Department.
