It's a team effort. Clean All has an agreement with Attis to supply sanitiser to Attis using their ethanol. Attis then sells the product.
Wanna take a stab at an appropriate share price? 18 months ago I had $18, now I have $48+
I really thought I heard wrong when in that video the guy said they had installed 3000 Attis clean kiosks. That's a million in revenue just from one venue, and that doesn't include the actual sanitiser.
Attis clean now has new dispensers

My best guess is that Attis is succeeding in many areas. They now have so many great people on board, and those people are forging partnerships and agreements with the biggest companies and institutions. I am very impressed with their ability to commercialise their ideas.

Every time I read about a new Attis development it always involves big agreements involving the best people.

Now in Europe they have Zeljko Jelenkovic on board. How exciting is that. It's a perfect match. Who else could find the best location, with the most favourable business conditions for a successful bio plant in Europe.
Some history...

Attis is one of my most exciting investments for sure, but I won't be holding my breath for a quick relisting. That won't happen until all the financial processes are worked out and the business conditions are favourable.
Can anyone remember the most recent tally of outstanding shares Attis has?

Attis is killing it.
It looks like Jeff was CEO of Here to Serve Holding back in 2014
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/solid-waste-industry-acquisition-by-here-to-serve-holding-corp-update-238857441.html
OTC Markets state Paul Riss as the CEO as at March 2020. Perhaps this could be another acquisition by Attis?
I believe most of the the directors are being paid common stock every quarter as part of their agreement, so they benefit from the liquidity that relisting offers too. Would seem we are all in the same boat.
Personally I think that if the CEO of a business says in an official manor three times that the plan is to get the finance data in order and reapply for listing, all while the other directors are standing by his side, and they continue to do so, and none of them bail, that says to me that intention is being executed as planned.
My experience suggests that this project will go ahead apron receiving various project clearances and that the finance has been thoroughly contemplated and decided on long ago. I have experienced many projects around 100M Usd and at this scale have never experienced any company announcing this without finance. Attis is scoping the globe looking for opportunities to pop up with their business model. The talented directors have done the math... rest assured they have our best interests at heart as Jeffy has stated numerous times....shareholder value...what could possibly go wrong :)
It would seem the directors have agreed that expansion into Europe is not only financially viable but they have found an opportunity to expand and grow after the experiences in Fulton.
There are businesses that are in decline, there are businesses that are stagnant. But I would suggest that Attis is thriving.
Another source confirming, looks legit

Great info TMH0312! So with at least two new plants in the pipeline, one could assume Attis has substantial turnover and profitability to facilitate continued secured lending. Go Attis!
It would appear that having shares in a private company is no different to having shares in a public (listed) company, except that the latter is listed on one of the various exchanges, each of which has its rules for continued listing. Attis let lapse there.
But as a shareholder you still own a proportion of the company, and that will continue, and you can trade your shares privately (exchange them with someone who wants to buy them). Listing on an exchange makes that so much easier.
Jeffy stated a few times that the intention is to allow the independent accounting firm to get all financial data up to date and submitted to the Nasdaq exchange and reapply for relisting asap. One could assume all of the Attis subsidiaries are being moved over to a uniform accounting system, possibly testing and checking the submission of accounting information to the independent accounting firm. The whole board of directors surely wouldn't want any of this shit to happen again in future. Jeff, you dropped the ball....
As you would see on this feed Attis is anything but stagnant these days, recently offering, new Polymer ONYX with a huge agreement, new lab testing services, new sanitiser, etc and looking at a new industrial plant. Attis also appear to be very good at locking in agreements with companies, institutions and individuals that generate income or produce increased efficiency at the Fulton plant.
I as a shareholder am very excited about Attis, and would welcome their relisting, preferably within the next 12 months.
That is a very nice article. And wow really conveys the huge market potential for this technology.

Agreed. I haven't seen any evidence to back the negative claims, but loads of evidence to suggest Attis is very actively pursuing new products, new services, new business partnerships, new business agreements. More positions are being advertised so Attis is growing. I have no reason to believe that Jeff Cosmans notice to shareholders in Nov 19 and throughout 2019 is not accurate.
Great info TMH0312
This is all fantastic news! New products new services. I'm optimistic. Bring on the relisting.

It sure is cosy and warm tucked up in this trading halt whilst the storm is raging outside.
It seems Attis marketing is starting to pump out increasingly regular posting on Twitter.
It's nice to have some transparency.
And now stating that they are the largest renewable fuel producer in New York should indicate a solid revenue stream from that side of the business.
Great news ahead.
What is this list in relation to?
Maggie is a debt and equity specialist who, along with her team has analysed the ins and outs of numerous businesses. She has great connections that can be tapped for knowledge, capital and debt structuring.
Maggie must have seen a great opportunity to contribute when agreeing to become a director. Now 11 months in, the delinquency and delisting won't be sitting well as the girl has integrity.
I expect she will clean up this town.
Is everyone in position and getting excited?
I think Jeff will do as he has stated all along and Maggie will prove herself to be a gun asset!
