Looks like we may have a breakout in the making!
I found this site which has some pretty good info on the company. Check it out:

Rumour of news tomorrow (hell, I mean today). Could be good, as this keeps on inching up slow and steady.
59% Gain on incredible volume. All I can say is, WOW. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.
I do like the looks of this PR, fasttrain:
Gold Exploration Company GAIA Resources, Inc. to Retain Legal Counsel
BusinessWire - February 13, 2007 10:00 AM ET
GAIA RESOURCES, INC. (GAIA) a Nevada based resource company has agreed to retain legal counsel for the purpose of assisting the company in the SEC filing process to become a full reporting company. Upon completion of this process GAIA will make application to trade on an appropriate stock exchange when qualified. Recently, GAIA formed a wholly owned subsidiary corporation in the State of Arizona known as Gaia Exploration, Inc. to hold mining assets attributable to its gold mining operations within the state of Arizona. GAIA is an early development stage mining company traded on OTC Pinksheets (GIAS.PK). The formation of Gaia Exploration, Inc. is an important step in acquiring the rights to 482.66 acres of prime mining property claims in Cochise County, Arizona as well as future acquisitions of prime targeted properties. This property known as the MFH Property is south of the famous Commonwealth Mine that is located in Pearce County just east of the Dragoon Range. Following acquisition of the MFH Property, GAIA expects to begin an aggressive drilling and bulk sampling program on the targeted property. The program is slated to commence in early spring of this year.
GAIA has established a working relationship with Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. (TGR) that has options on several other sections in the immediate area and that show high potential for development. Depending on further trend studies, GAIA will be able to determine if acquisition of these surrounding properties is beneficial to the shareholders of GAIA. An accelerated period of exploration and development is also included in the program. Gaia Exploration, Inc. will focus primarily on the recovery of gold and silver. Beneficially, the MFH Property has access to water and electricity that will hasten the time to set up exploration.
There have been recent discoveries and current operations in surrounding areas North, South, East, and West of this property. This is a prolific region, with projects situated in close proximity to numerous known deposits. The 482.66 acre MFH Property is just north of the historical Courtland/Gleeson District, which is in Cochise County, AZ. Historically, the Commonwealth Mine just north of this section was active during 1895 thru 1942 and sporadically had operations during economical years until 1994. Workings include a shaft(s), which produced over 1,000,000 tons of ore. The Commonwealth Mine was said to be one of the richest mines ever found in Arizona in the early 1900's and produced over 15 million dollars in Gold at prices between the years of 1895-1942 ranging from just $20 /oz. prior to 1930 to a high on January 21, 1980 of $850.
GAIA is also reviewing areas throughout the United States along popular trends in Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Alaska. Locations throughout Canada in British Columbia and the Yukon Territories, and in South America are also being reviewed.

Starting to fire this engine up!
Looks like we keep making higher highs. $1.53 new high!
.0022. Come on, who's gonna hit it!
Hope you're right, bigbet. So far, she's been climbing up slow and steady.
GIAS is number 2 on the Pinksheets most requested quote now. I find it very interesting that it's popping up on the radar like that, while at the same time, there's no buzz at all on the message boards.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Ask is currently 50% higher than the bid right now. Hmmm.
I just got off the phone with Integrity Stock Transfer to find out what the current Outstanding Shares is. Unfortunately, they tell me that they're in the middle of an Audit on CFCJ's share structure by comparing it to the DTC.
I was told they would have that figure in a week.
Not sure whats up, but the MM's are certainly willing to take this stock down on nothing.
I definitely like the way this puppy has been trading. I think yesterday offered a glimpse of future momo to come, and I think we'll move very fast once it does.
If I had to speculate, I'd say possible reverse merger.
Something is brewin here. Not sure just what yet.
I spoke with Mike Terrell today.
I expressed my concern that we were teeter tottering on the verge of sub-penny land again, and that we could be headed toward a major selloff if PPS continued to spiral downward. Then he really stumped me with his response. It was along the lines of, who cares if the PPS drops; take it as an opportunity to buy more, because it's definitely not going to stay this low for that long. He also mentioned that he wasn't really concerned about the weak hands, because they'd likely be buying it back later.
We further discussed some of the political events going on in south america and their potential implications for Panamersa. All I can say here is, if even part of the Panamersa plan comes to fruition, we'll all be very happy investors in the end.
I don't know about any of you, but for me, it all comes back to what a trading buddy of mine said months ago concerning this stock. And that was, forget about what people are saying about this stock now, because most of them won't even be around when the big pay day from this stock arrives. So far, so true; hell, I remember people who thought they were the cat's arse because they sold this stock at .0007!
Long term capital gains.
I agree. Someone is starting to build a pretty hefty positon here by the looks of things.
Well Fill, whatever the case may be, I'm happy about it, and I'll bet you are as well.
I think it's safe to say, we've separated the puppies from the dogs here.
Steele kahoonas, baby. Love it.
I do believe we've found bottom, Agentjon.
I'm just waiting for confirmation before I start accumulating again. It's been a rough ride.
But my MM is etrade.
This is interesting....I put a buy order in at 3:58 for 500k at .0013 (just in case we needed some help) and they filled it at 4:01:25
They're holding on to the 0008's tightly now. I've been sitting between the bid and ask for a few minutes and not getting even partials.
Haven't seen this news here yet:

I like to see $17,000. worth of confidence all in one shot.
10 million buy. hmmm.
Welcome to the gold rush of 2007! I'm in.
That's pretty interesting, Arizona. For whatever reason, I had similar dream last week but it was 37. Ever since, I've been wondering .0037, .037, or .37!
I don't know about you all, but I'm not done with this one yet. I knew all along that the PPS of this stock was very sensitive to buying/selling since it's such a low floater. I just didn't think it would dive this hard so fast.
In any case, this is a great opportunity to average down or start a new position with huge upside potential. Easy double for those just getting in, IMO.
Great news. Wait till they start issuing press releases about the new medical device. Then things are really going to start ramping up.
So you're saying we have to take a trip to panama to get the money;)
Remember, there is NO TAX LIABILITY upon selling the pdr's!
I spoke with Teresa Rogers at Panamersa today. For those that don't know, she's in charge of investor relations. I called to register for my dividend, and she was very courteous and professional; I highly recommend to those of you who are skeptical about the company and/or your investment to call her for yourself.
We spoke at length about my general fears and concerns, and after our discussion, I felt much better with respect to my investment. The gist of it was, Hold tight and all will be revealed!
Here's the skinny, folks.
I always like to go right to the sources instead of relying on other traders' DD in the pinkies. No offense, folks. I'm sure you're all very fine, upstanding citizens who posess a burning desire to help me make money. In any case, I now feel more comfortable about my position in CFCJ having nailed down the following connection:
Consumers Financial Corporation Looks to Enter Billion Dollar Medical Application Industry With Patented Technology
CEDARHURST, N.Y., Jan 12, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- As previously reported in July of 2006, Consumers Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets:CFCJ) and Knowledge Market, Inc. entered into a mutual agreement whereby Knowledge Market, Inc. identifies R&D projects from MIT, Harvard, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, University of Florida,Cambridge University (UK), Stanford University, NEC, NASA, University of California, Los Alamos National Laboratory and presents to Consumers Financial Corporation. Consumers Financial Corporation working in tangent with Knowledge Market has highlighted the first project.
A brief description of the technology is given below.
Optical Probe For Medical Applications
Researchers have developed a new, minimally invasive diagnostic Optical Probe that can instantly identify abnormal tissue, including cancerous tissue. The Optical Probe removes no tissue and is expected to achieve accuracy levels comparable to surgical biopsies in detecting cancerous cells. The optical probe assembly consists of control unit containing a laser unit, detectors, and control circuitry. Optical fibers emerge from the unit and these optical fibers transmit light to and from the tissue through a needle probe. This needle probe is smaller than the needle used in routine blood tests. The optical probe assembly also includes a reference optical fiber as part of the fiber optics, which improves the accuracy of the unit by accounting for optical source variations and changes in the fiber optic transmission efficiencies. The successful deployment of this optical probe could provide a new, minimally invasive diagnostic tool that could instantly detect cancerous tissue, which would result in a reduction in the amount of unnecessary biopsies and surgeries. Medical professionals estimate this would have the potential to save the U.S. healthcare system over $2 billion annually. This device is protected by one U.S. Patent.

Of course you're going to want to wait till spring on this one. That's when things start heating up!
Very well said, Shankman. My sentiment, exactly.
Does anyone else here find it ironic that we're all buying stock in a company that's in the business of developing trading platforms?
I just finished listening to the CEO interview, and I think this stock is really going to grow some legs!
What I found most interesting was that they had scheduled to release their e-Phoenix trading platform in 180 days; that was approximately 6 months ago!
Check out the research analyst info here:

Nice News! I didn't see that application coming; makes me wonder just how creative the company is going to get.
Personally, I know a welder who would love to get his hands on a therma jacket. I've seen him sweating his butt off welding away in tight spots in the August heat. Does not look fun!
This interview with CFCJ's big boss Jack Ehrenhaus is quite impressive if you ask me. I highly recommend taking the time to listen to what the man has to say.
http://www.consumersfc.com/video_player.htm?PlayerID=c1c&PlaylistID=385&ContentID=17970
From what I could gather, Jack has a strong vision. He knows which businesses the company should get involved in, as well as which ones they should stay away from. It's clear to me that he's also a very savvy businessman; one with a clear business plan on how to expand in areas with virtually limitless growth potential.
Dart, I believe you are correct, sir! .04 is so close I can taste it. I also think the momo should be strong enough to break .054.
