Thank you for the outstanding post! So, where is the person receiving the subpoena the target! You just admitted that basically Cytodyn is a witness or has information in the case being investigated- thank you 1000 times
We'll see! Hold on! This case is making history and examples of many within the OTC markets- Cytodyn just happened to be the company that did not put up with it. Do you remember Naders warning? He contacted the SEC? Well here it comes!
oh boy!!!! Know the difference between a subpoena and an investigation?
Do you think the DOJ and SEC issues a subpoena and say " Hey Cytodyn, we're investigating you"
What a joke. Give it a couple weeks, i'm sure the DOJ and SEC will give you something to post about other than Cytodyn
Did Cytodyn replace the surety bond with their own funds? OH OH Rumor has it they did!! So I guess Welch signed the lien on the patent off?
Partnership is looking more and more likely!
Laughing, yeah OK, in fantasy land.
But but but, there were subpoenas no?
So let me get this right- Cytodyn gets an information subpoena and Cytodyn is the ones being investigated?
Sit tight- wait and see who's being investigated.
Who said the cd12 failed?????
Oh really? Please show me that one, please.
Show me where you get that info from that Amarex informed Cytodyn that there was a trial failure. I'm going to guess that this is where the investigation is going, RIGHT?
Who provided Cytodyn with the cd12 results? Who ran the tests?
The statements made and the info provided to the public all came from Amarex and simply passed on by the company- end of story.
If Amarex told Cytodyn " the drug is working", Cytodyn passes the info on to shareholders, RIGHT? So statements made were just simply messages passed on from Amarex who did Cytodyn dirty. Cytodyn dropped the case ( BTW they can re open at any time) against Amarex because IMO the feds are doing their work.
IMO, i bet the 13d is behind all this- If the Amarex case was so strong and Amarex was soooooo confident, how come Amarex is not filing suit against Cytodyn? JUDGE REQUESTED A BOND which in any ones opinion, is very weak for Amarex- Amarex cannot touch that money and of proven that Cytodyn suffered from Amarex's BS, it's simple- they don't get squat. Did Amarex get the money from the bond? NO! RIGHT?
LOL...hey, ask yourself this- the private investor who just stepped in- you think they are dummies? Any investor who just throws money at a company like Cytodyn ( in bad shape as you claim) does not do any due diligence?
One other thing- they continue to raise capital right? RIGHT?
Just like every other pre revenue biotech. Here's the difference though- Cytodyn will get approvals and they are damn close- find me one other biotech who's so close to the end zone and has no problem raising money. Could it be the private investor who just threw cash at Cytodyn be a BP? Me think so
Laughing- the DOJ has never and will never quote or mention an investigation- remember the key words here - subpoenas, former executive, statements made- all ties to Amarex and a former exec...who I firmly believe is Tony C. I'm willing to bet the DOJ paid a visit to Gilead- that's for sure, we did he leave Gilead? I know, do you?
Please make the 20's prediction again so we end up green like always-
I'm glad you see that Leronlimab does cross the blood brain barrier so yes, there may just be an indication for the diseases you mentioned.
False, all false. Sit back and watch the whole Cytodyn drama unfold. This is one for the record books and I'm sure the DOJ will make an example out of someone other than the Cytodyn team
Question= why did Cytodyn back off Amarex and not pursue them legally? Oh wait- the feds will fix the Amarex issue- Amarex lied to Cytodyn for years, Amarex got paid and when the lies were found out Cytodyn stopped paying them. Cytodyn only posted a bond to get the files- remember that as well. I'm waiting to see who got to Amarex or who the insider was within Amarex to try and ruin Cytodyn- this is going to be good!
Sounds like you're accusing Nader of "racketeering"? Im I correct?
Grand jury? Now I'm really laughing- if there is a grand jury called to sit in it's not for Cytodyn's involvement, it's others who the subpoenas were issued for. Good luck on the assumption though...laughing
SHOW EVERYONE HERE where you saw that Cytodyn said " we are under investigation" or end it. There's some serious accusations being made here and believe me, it's not a good idea to keep posting this.
Is it your opinion that the feds are building this case or is it fact?
FYI, in the real world and not CSI shows or forensic files shows, this case is open and closed within weeks- computer forensics are now done remotely, in house with warrants. OH WAIT! Has the word warrant ever been mentioned?NO, but the word subpoena has! So, subpoenas are issued for information NOT for investigations. Which means that Cytodyn could possibly have information which is important in the case being investigated. Now, the wording in the documents that mention financial implications? Well, that doesn't mean it's a negative impact, it may mean a windfall financially for Cytodyn. It could also possibly mean that since a former exec is being investigated, the company may incur some legal bills.
The information that was released by Cytodyn regarding the studies and results all came from Amarex- remember that- Nader just passed it on.
The Cytodyn " investigation" posts are nothing but FUD.
The only thing Nader may have done wrong is pumped the stock for a sale. He was named in a lawsuit for doing just that and won. Remember, if there was an active investigation, I certainly hope the plaintiffs lawyer had enough common sense to let the investigation ( if there was one) finish and then pursue the case. Nader won, the case would have never ended up in court if an investigation was active.
Secondly, it does not take all this time to investigate a small bio tech. This investigation is leading to Amarex, outside influencers and others outside the walls of Cytodyn- who's the former exec named? Possibly Tony C? Tony C part of the 13d?
And so it continues.................
You can wager that at the end of the investigations, Amarex and some others are going down.
Did the company say they were coopering in an investigation or did they say we are being investigated? The company meaning Cytodyn.
Now,- this is funny- so the people being interviewed asked the interviewing agents if they can discuss the case that was being investigated? Noted, thank you
I've read and understand what they say- You've posted several times that Cytodyn is under investigation- show me and the others on the board proof
I know more about investigations than you ever will. Listing in company documents as " legal proceedings" mean several things. BUT IT DOESN'T SAY or HAS ANYONE EVER SAID " WE ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION"
Wait and watch Amarex, 13d and others get dragged in and talked to- it's just a matter of a signature on a paper we call " WARRANTS"
No she did not..she mentioned a subpoena.
You're funny...naw man, been kicking in doors and putting bracelets on bad guys for 26 yrs.
So tell me again where it says oir anyone with credibility said Cytodyn is under investigation???
To funny...show me one stitch of evidence the FDA said it's garbage or didn't work.
You think Amarex has something to do with it? I do investigations day in and out, trust me, Amarex and certain others are done- this will make worldwide news.
So answer the original question while i got your attention, where does it say or who said " cytodyn is under investigation".
And, your .20 prediction- yep- wrong again, closed green- keep predicting 20's and we';; be at 2.00 next week
Let's see...how many indications does Leronlimab have?
Look at the peer reviewed papers, the trials. I know..you say halted BUT we all know the truth.
How about this- you seem to keep forgetting we're in several phase 2 and 3's, and wait...pre revenue biotech...RIGHT?
Show me exactly where the company said " we are under investigation".
Subpoena received by Cytodyn? Yes.
Why? LOL..you'll see
One more thing- what investor would fork over millions to Cytodyn ( last 8k) if they were under an investigation, were going bankrupt or even remotely close to failing with the FDA...20s tomorrow? LOL...we'll see..LOL....this is a positive catalyst.
Outstanding post thank you for bringing up those points- they are all strong indications of Cytodyn more than likely working a buyout deal. Just made my day!!!
MMMM, really? Have proof of that?
The SEC updated this page today, the trial has been continuing, looks like we have a win for Cytodyn!!!! Where's the proof there's no trial? Oh there is no proof, Cytodyn is rocking onward
This update just came through on the SEC website, kind of strange that it was just updated again but a document concerning Brazil trials from Sept, 2021...OH OH!
Something good must be simmering in the pot with Brazil.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1175680/000119312521279399/d218561ddefa14a.htm
I love when things are posted that keep pointing to a Cytodyn merger/buyout, thank you for that!!!
Let's start over- your link, your screenshot- when was that page last updated?
You left the part out where the page has not been updated since 5/03
But here ya have it...directly from the SEC
Cytodyns 8K
https://sec.report/Ticker/CYDY
I've been a holder since March of 2008- I think I may know many more people who have and have had ties to Cytodyn.
Tony C in my opinion and what I've been told is fully responsible for the whole Amarex mess- Cytodyn will recoup their losses one way or the other from everyone and every company tied to the 13d who did them wrong- hence the subpoenas.
Good luck.
It's a known fact- Tony C personally walked Amarex into the Cytodyn deal, that's directly from people in the know.
Why would a SEC/DOJ investigation into shorting include CYDY investor relations consultants, the company’s public statements about HIV and mTNBC, and litigation involving former employees? It wouldn’t.
Oh no, try this on- Tony C conspires with Amarex- they were old time pals, no?
Public statements? Where did the info come from? Amarex
Former employee= Tony C
I'll keep laughing. The biggest laughs so far is that one spews nonsense like " Cytodyn is under investigation" Find me one stitch of evidence that the company said that. They said they received subpoenas. If you're being investigated you do not receive a subpoena- LOL..like a note that says " hey, we're investigating you" LOL.
Another laugh is you said we were going to zero like 2 years ago, but, here we are
The ultimate laugh is the bankruptcy predictions, what a joke.
Oh and we can't forget the anger- that's even funnier
