IMO- Same group of folks playing the same game- over and over. How many companies can these guys drive into the ground, all while they continue to line their pockets? Thinking Karma will eventually get them, or perhaps jail time.
imo- Same game, same players. It will never happen. Just like SGMD. All fluff. Patents are a joke.
Wrong about what?
Mallen, RE: "No one is holding anything except the suckers who bought this stock who are only holding shares worth less than what they paid and it will remain that way. "
I agree, but you forgot to mention the suckers that provided services to Sugarmade, and were compensated with stock. Stock that was issued months (and years) after the agreed issuance date. Also, the convertible note suckers- that he finally paid 1 to 2 years after the contracted issuance date! IMO- Jimmy stalled until the stock price tanked and SGMD is a cesspool filled with questionable characters.
It's a Trademark, not a patent!
IMO- The relationship between MCOA with CBGL is concerning. MCOA's end game could be the same game as CBGL, SGMD, and NUGS. The same players seem to cross over to all of these companies. Watch and weep.
What is the relationship between CBGL/Whisper Weed?
The exception would be the poor suckers that worked for shares or loaned the company money via convertible notes. Some paid 1 1/2 years after they were due. Just in time for the stock price to fall, stop signs, brokers that would not accept "high risk" Sgmd stock deposits, and finally the dreaded CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Happy 4th of July!
imo- Just like CBGL. No surprise to see relationship between MCOA and CBGL. Birds of a feather....
7 unanswered phone calls and your credit card was charged! Not the first time! IMO- It is outrageous that the company can't return a phone call. I always thought that any credit card charged as a payment for a product must be shipped to the customer within 3 days. Please keep us posted!
Just look at the folks that are working with Jimmy and you will see a pattern. However, easier for insiders to put on their blinders. Facts are facts.
IMO- Nobody is buying CBGL products. Nothing ever pans out with these guys. They don't return phone calls and they can't fill a simple order in a timely manner. YET, there is always an excuse! Always! Free samples offered but never delivered. Same playbook as SGMD. Cannabis Global can't even secure a Trademark!
Sold out!? Are you kidding me?
imo- Sounds like just another product that sounds interesting but interest will be low to nothing!
Where are the patents? Everyone knows that the Hemp You Can Feel patent didn't work out, yet it was heavily promoted.
Same old game. Investors get screwed.
Just like they controlled BudLife? We all know how that turned out. Just like they controlled how many other products? The list is quite long. IMO- it's important to consider Sugarmade's past actions before getting too excited about another product that is likely to go nowhere!
I'm sure you did. Too bad the "Hemp You Can Feel" trademark seems to have been rejected. Bottom line, there is no "Hemp You Can Feel trademark.
One of those things that you order once, and never again.
Yup, another Shell
CAVEAT EMPTOR! CAVEAT EMPTOR
IMO- It could be concerning that CEO, Jimmy Chan, has been working closely with convicted felon, Joe Noel. Especially with Joseph Noel's lifetime SEC penny stock ban. Perhaps the reason behind the Caveat Emptor? Same Joe Noel, Director of Research, Cannabis Global.
If Cannabis Global could just come through with the promised patents! Something should have happened by now.
imo- Stock price is pitiful! Not a single patent issued! It's been a long time!
Lots of plans. Let's see something come through!
I stand corrected. Yes, Ameritrade till May 25.
Perhaps you are the exception with Ameritrade because you have 1 million in your account. I was told no exceptions, but good for you!
IMO- Jimmy could give a sh*t about the little guy that invested in his company. He is using the Caveat Emptor to his advantage!
Best of luck to you.
Along with a failed HEMP YOU CAN FEEL trademark application. Where are those patents?
IMO- Perhaps Joe Noel, Director of Research, Cannabis Global, could help CEO, Arman, feed his investors some more BS! Or perhaps the same Joe Noel, that works with Jimmy Chan, CEO Sugarmade, and has worked with Simon Yu, CEO, Cannabis Strategic Ventures, all while hiding behind his girlfriend's companies. Is Joe Noel showing the boys all the tricks that convicted criminals use to screw investors? Think about it!
NOTE, "PLAN"- imo- Plans change.
imo- Jimmy loves LOIs. Specifically, "INTENT"
Sure you did?! TD won't allow me to buy or deposit -and I have had an account for years. I tried 3 different offices and the same answer- NO.. Sugarmade is just too risky. Same story with 3 other brokerage firms. Toooooo risky. Caveat Emptor says it all.
I understand that the purpose of TD Ameritrade's letter is to inform their clients of a new policy change in regards to dealing with stocks that have a current Caveat Emptor in place. The Caveat Emptor was slapped on SGMD months ago, and multiple brokerage firms just won't deal with SGMD. I was told by several brokerage firms that SGMD is more risk than they were willing to take. My experience for the last year has been that brokers won't accept SGMD deposits, and after the Caveat Emptor, they would only allow the liquidation of deposited shares but not allow current clients to purchase SGMD stock. This has been my experience with 5 different brokerage firms.
Just sharing my experience.
This Joe Noel guy (CBGL's Director of Research) has quite a reputation of promising patents that never materialize.
Check out IHUB Search, Joe Noel and Joseph Noel, all posts.
One would think CBGL would have a least one approved patent by now! Seems they have has some issues with Trademarks as well. I believe the "Hemp You Can Feel" trademark never went anywhere.
But you can't buy SGMD shares from TD Ameritrade today! Not giving you a hard time, just pointing out the reality, and impact, of SGMD's 5 month CAVEAT EMPTOR WARNING.
Thanks. imo- The scam involves more than just Jimmy!
in all due Respect Suissac- We have heard that from you over and over. IMO- yet the Sugarmade, "TEAM" seems to continue playing investors.
4 months ago! and nothing has changed. Regardless, it seems pretty obvious to me that Sugarmade doesn't care about their investors. imo- I hope they are being investigated, and somebody gets to the bottom of the issue.
Just my opinion! .
